Affected by environmental factors and many bad living habits such as staying up late, high-fat and high-sugar diet, sedentary behavior and excessive drinking, the function of the body's normal immune system has been destroyed and certain obstacles have emerged, which have led to abnormal proliferation of plasma cells in the bone marrow, serious consequences of canceration, and increasing probability of multiple myeloma. Its occurrence will not only cause bone pain, osteoporosis and other complications, but also cause certain damage to the kidney and pleura, causing patients with low back pain, poor sleep quality, pleurisy lesions, and accompanied by mood irritability, unable to concentrate. Early detection and early treatment are of great significance to the overall therapeutic effect of these patients. This case of multiple myeloma with acute renal failure and multiple pleural nodules as the initial manifestation is reported.
