Objective:To explore the effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular point pressing with beans on symptom management self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NAS...Objective:To explore the effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular point pressing with beans on symptom management self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients with NASH of liver depression and spleen deficiency type admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into an acupoint catgut embedding group(n=30)and a combined group(n=30)using the envelope lottery method.The acupoint catgut embedding group received acupoint catgut embedding intervention,while the combined group received auricular point pressing with beans on the basis of the acupoint catgut embedding group.The two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome scores,symptom management self-efficacy[Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSES)],and quality of life[Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ)].Results:After intervention,the combined group had lower TCM syndrome scores for both primary and secondary symptoms compared to the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05).The combined group also had higher scores in all dimensions and total score of the CDSES compared to the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05).Similarly,the combined group had higher scores in all dimensions and total score of the CLDQ compared to the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular point pressing with beans can effectively improve TCM symptoms,enhance symptom management self-efficacy,and improve quality of life in patients with NASH of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.展开更多
Objective:To explore whether auricular concha eletroacupuncture(ACEA)is effective in regulating lipidlipoprotein metabolism in rats submitted to cold stress.Methods:Thirty-six adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were place...Objective:To explore whether auricular concha eletroacupuncture(ACEA)is effective in regulating lipidlipoprotein metabolism in rats submitted to cold stress.Methods:Thirty-six adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were placed in four groups(9 rats in each group),the rats in three groups of which were submitted to cold stress for fourteen days,the last one of which was a control group.After the cold stress process,in those three groups,the rats of one group were with no treatment(stress only),two were treated with either ACEA or auricular margin eletroacupuncture(AMEA)repeated for fourteen days.On the 14th day,all the rats were sacrificed after all experimental procedure for blood sampling.Blood glucose,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were tested by using the collected serum.Plasma lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT)was measured with ELISA kit.Results:ACEA down-regulated the TG level(P<0.05)and LDL-C level(P<0.05),and up-regulated HDL-C level(P<0.05)and LACT level(P<0.05).AMEA did not regulate the bio-markers.Conclusion:ACEA played an important role in regulating lipid-lipoprotein metabolism in rats submitted to cold stress.展开更多

Japanese） of A. auricular cultivated in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed by RAPD （Random Amplication polymorphic DNA）. Thirteen primers were selected from forty PCR primers with 10bp long random primer. The results showed that nine strains of A. auricular have a high level of genetic diversity and the percentage of DNA polymorphic was 96.05. The genotypes of 9 strains of Auricularia auricular were identified by the fingerprints from primer 27 and primer 46 by RAPD analysis. The results are helpful for quickly identifying strains of A. auricular in its early breeding time, and also provides a powerful theoretic basis to differentiate strains （Auricularia auricular） whose morphology is very similar in breeding programs of edible fungus.展开更多

Methods sixty female patients of simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups： an electroacupuncture group and a combined group. Each group had 30 patients treated respectively with electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture therapy combined with auricular point pressing therapy. The changes of the body mass index （BMI）, body fat percentage （F%）, and waist-hip ratio （WHR） were observed to evaluate the effect of loosing weight. Results Compared with the scores before treatment, the BMI, F%, WHR level in two groups dropped （ all P〈0.01 ） in all 60 patients. And compared with the electroacupuncture group, the combined group dropped more obviously （ P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion The effects of electroacupuncture therapy and electroacupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy on simple obesity were both remarkable, but more in the combined group, so it indicates that the combined therapy is better than single therapy.展开更多

Methods One hundred and four patients with nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into a group A and a group B according to the method of random number table, with 52 patients in each group. In the group A, acupuncture at Yìfēng（翳风 TE 17）, Tīnggōng（听宫 SI 19）, Tīnghuì（听会 GB 2）, ěrmén（耳门 TE 21） and Fēngchí（风池 GB 20） combined with auricular acupressure, such as Shènshàngxiàn（肾上腺 TG 2p）, Jiāog？n（交感 AH6a）, Nèifēnmì（内分泌 CO18）, Nèi？r（内耳 LO 6）, Wài？r（外耳 TG1u）, Shèn（肾 CO10） and Gān（肝 CO12） were applied; in the group B, intravenous injection with compound Dānshēn（丹参 Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae） dissolved in 250 m L of 0.9% Na Cl injection were applied, combined with oral administration of 10 mg of Vitamin B1 and 0.5 mg of mecobalamin tablets. After treatment for three courses in the two groups, efficacy was evaluated based on Reference Standards of Severity, Assessment and Efficacy Evaluation of Tinnitus. Results In the group A（75 ears with nervous tinnitus）, 30 ears were cured, markedly effective was seen in 21 ears, and effective in 22, and the total effective rate was 97.4%; in the group B（76 ears with nervous tinnitus）, 17 ears were cured, markedly effective was seen in 20 ears, and effective in 23, and the total effective rate was 79.0%. The total effective rate in the group A was obviously superior to that in the group B, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared before the treatment, the score of tinnitus severity both reduced in two groups（both P〈0.05）, and the reducing amplitude of score in the group A was greater than that in the group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with auricular acupressure in treatment of nervous tinnitus is worthy of clinical promotion and application since it has significant efficacy, which is obviously superior to drug therapy, and without adverse effect.展开更多

Objectives:To observe the clinical long-term therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia(FD) in the comparative study of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS) with transcutaneous auricular none-vagus ...Objectives:To observe the clinical long-term therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia(FD) in the comparative study of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS) with transcutaneous auricular none-vagus nerve stimulation(tnVNS).Methods:A total of 90 FD patients were randomized into a taVNS group and a tnVNS group,45 cases in each one.The patients in both the taNVS group and the tnVNS group were treated 5 times a week,30 min each time,for 4 weeks totally.Before treatment,after treatment and in follow-up visit,overall symptom points,functional dyspepsia-related quality of life questionnaire(FDQOL),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were adopted to evaluate the severity of the symptoms and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of patients.Results:Compared with the scores before treatment,the overall symptom points,FDDQL,HAMA,HAMD and SDS at each time point after treatment were all lower in the patients of the taVNS group.The scores of FDDQL after treatment were almost all higher than that before treatment in the self-comparison of each group.All of the above differences were significant statistically(all P <0.05).Compared with the tnVNS group,the overall symptom points,FDDQL, HAMA,HAMD and SDS at each time point after treatment were all lower in the taVNS group and the score of FDDQL was higher,indicating the statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation is applicable for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Compared with the control group,taVNS obtains a better long-term effect.展开更多

Indices of heart rate variability were re...A total of 30 students scoring between 12 and 20 on the Test Anxiety Scale who had been exhibiting an anxious state 〉 24 hours, and 30 normal control students were recruited. Indices of heart rate variability were recorded using an Actiheart electrocardiogram recorder at 10 minutes before auricular pressing, in the first half of stimulation and in the second half of stimulation. The results revealed that the standard deviation of all normal to normal intervals and the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals were significantly increased after stimulation. The heart rate variability triangular index, very-low-frequency power, low-frequency power, and the ratio of low-frequency to high-frequency power were increased to different degrees after stimulation. Compared with normal controls, the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals was significantly increased in anxious students following auricular pressing. These results indicated that auricular pressing can elevate heart rate variability, especially the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals in students with pre-exam anxiety.展开更多

Methods One hundred and three patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated with a combined treatment of auricular subcutaneous penetration needling and row acupuncture at meridian sinew. Results Of 103 patients, 46 cases were cured, 33 were markedly effective, 21 effective and 3 ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.1% （100/103）. Conclusion The combined treatment of auricular subcutaneous penetration needling and row acupuncture at meridian sinew has a significant efficacy for the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.展开更多

[Method] PCR was used to clone promoters with the genomic DNA of A. auricular strain YBS-3 as template,and then the sequences of four ras promoters were obtained. The analysis of promoter sequences was made by three promoter analysis software：Promoter prediction,Place and TFSEARCH ver.1.3. [Result] Four fragments contained core elements of promoter including TATA-box and CAAT-box,and many other important cis-elements such as GATA BOX,GCGC BOX,CCAAT BOX1,etc. At the same time,there was at least one transcriptional start site in these sequences. And several transcription factor binding sites were detected in these sequences. [Conclusion] Four promoter fragments all had promoter function theoretically.展开更多
Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyo...Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyopia patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the group of auricular point sticking therapy,which had 120 cases（212 eyes）,and the group of comprehensive therapy,which had 110 cases（194 eyes）.The seed of Semen Vaccariae was applied at the ear point such as the eye,ear Shenmen,the liver,the spleen and the kidney.Regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine included covering method,vision corrected with glasses and fine exercise.Vision improvements of the two groups were observed with a three-year follow up.Results The effective rates of the auricular point sticking therapy group and comprehensive therapy group of ametropic amblyopia were 81.0%（64/79） and 52.2%（36/69）,respectively.The effective rates of anisometropic amblyopia of the two groups were 73.1%（49/67） and 47.7%（31/65）,respectively.And the effective rates of the two groups of strabismic amblyopia were 71.2%（47/66） and 45.0%（27/60）,respectively.The therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking therapy on all kinds of amblyopia were better than those of the comprehensive therapy（all P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of auricular point sticking therapy on infantile amblyopia is better than that of regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine,which can obviously improve the vision of the patients with easy manipulations.展开更多
Spent auricularia auricular substrate(SAAS)was oxidatively degraded with aqueous hydrogen peroxide(AHPO)/acetic anhydride(AAH)to produce carboxylic acids(CAs)under mild conditions.The results show that up to 53.6%of t...Spent auricularia auricular substrate(SAAS)was oxidatively degraded with aqueous hydrogen peroxide(AHPO)/acetic anhydride(AAH)to produce carboxylic acids(CAs)under mild conditions.The results show that up to 53.6%of the organic matter in SAAS was converted to the soluble species(SSs).In total 122 CAs were detected in the SSs by the analysis with a gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer,which can be classified into 29 group components,mainly being aliphatic acids and along with small amount of aromatic acids.Among the aliphatic acids,normal alkanedioic acids are the most abundant.The detected aromatic acids include benzoic acids,phthalic acids,trimellitic acids,pyromellitic acids,and their derivatives.The synergistic oxidation and the released·OH,CH3COO·,and HOO·induced by AHPO/AAH play crucial roles in oxidatively degrading SAAS.展开更多

Methods Retrorespectively analysis of clinical information in 31 patients who underwent auricular r...Objective To report utility of Medpor frameworks in auricular reconstruction and management of frameworks protrusion. Methods Retrorespectively analysis of clinical information in 31 patients who underwent auricular reconstruction from April 2000 to October 2002. Results All 31 reconstructed auricles were in good condition at two weeks postoperatively. Framework protrusion occurred later in 11 patients. The framework was retained in 8 of these cases after secondary repair, but had to be removed in 3 patients. In 27 patients, the reconstructed auricle was rated as esthetically succesful. Conclusion Medpor framework protrusion is likely to occur when skin tension is high with minimal soft tissue coverage over the framework and can result from impact by strong external force. Despite the concern of protrusion, Medpor frameworks can be used in place of autologous cartilaginous graft in auricular reconstruction.展开更多

文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe whether electroacupuncture stimulation of auricular concha region(EA-ACR)on behavior changes of depression by loss of control over stress model(LOC),and whether its effect is improved by regulating the expression levels of hydroxytryptamine(serotonin,5-HT)1A receptor(5-HT_(1A)R)/hydroxytryptamine(serotonin,5-HT)2A receptor(5-HT_(2A)R)in hippocampus.METHODS:LOC was prepared using a Skinner box,and EA-ACR to observe behavioral changes,and Western Blot was used to detect the changes of 5-HT_(1A)R/5-HT_(2A)R in the hippocampus,and then observe the changes of EA-ACR behavior after microinjection of 5-HT_(1A)R/5-HT_(2A)R antagonist into the hippocampus.RESULTS:EA-ACR improve depressive-like behavior,up-regulated 5-HT_(1A)R expression and down-regulated 5-HT_(2A)R expression in hippocampal brain area.EA-ACR did not improve depression-like behavior after hippocampal microinjection of 5-HT_(1A)R antagonist,while injection of 5-HT_(2A)R antagonists can improve depressionlike behaviors.CONCLUSION:EA-ACR can improve depressive-like behaviors.Loss of control over stress leads to upregulation of 5-HT_(1A)R and down-regulation of 5-HT_(2A)R in the hippocampus,while EA-ACR mainly improves depressive behavior by regulating 5-HT_(1A)R in Hip.

文摘VEXAS(vacuoles,E1 enzyme,X-linked,autoinflammatory,somatic)syndrome is a severe and progressive disease,characterized by clinical features that bridge rheumatologic and hematologic conditions.[1]VEXAS syndrome is a rare condition that was not reported until 2020.[2]Since then,interest among dermatologists,hematologists,and rheumatologists with published works has increased,[3]but none of them reported in the emergency setting,nor have any cases arisen following COVID-19 infection.
文摘Objective:To explore the effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular point pressing with beans on symptom management self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients with NASH of liver depression and spleen deficiency type admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into an acupoint catgut embedding group(n=30)and a combined group(n=30)using the envelope lottery method.The acupoint catgut embedding group received acupoint catgut embedding intervention,while the combined group received auricular point pressing with beans on the basis of the acupoint catgut embedding group.The two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome scores,symptom management self-efficacy[Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSES)],and quality of life[Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ)].Results:After intervention,the combined group had lower TCM syndrome scores for both primary and secondary symptoms compared to the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05).The combined group also had higher scores in all dimensions and total score of the CDSES compared to the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05).Similarly,the combined group had higher scores in all dimensions and total score of the CLDQ compared to the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular point pressing with beans can effectively improve TCM symptoms,enhance symptom management self-efficacy,and improve quality of life in patients with NASH of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.

文摘Objective:To explore whether auricular concha eletroacupuncture(ACEA)is effective in regulating lipidlipoprotein metabolism in rats submitted to cold stress.Methods:Thirty-six adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were placed in four groups(9 rats in each group),the rats in three groups of which were submitted to cold stress for fourteen days,the last one of which was a control group.After the cold stress process,in those three groups,the rats of one group were with no treatment(stress only),two were treated with either ACEA or auricular margin eletroacupuncture(AMEA)repeated for fourteen days.On the 14th day,all the rats were sacrificed after all experimental procedure for blood sampling.Blood glucose,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were tested by using the collected serum.Plasma lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT)was measured with ELISA kit.Results:ACEA down-regulated the TG level(P<0.05)and LDL-C level(P<0.05),and up-regulated HDL-C level(P<0.05)and LACT level(P<0.05).AMEA did not regulate the bio-markers.Conclusion:ACEA played an important role in regulating lipid-lipoprotein metabolism in rats submitted to cold stress.
文摘As an external treatment technique of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),auricular point sticking,which is rooted in holographic biology theory and TCM viscera and meridian theory,is a safe and effective treatment method.This article introduces the technology overview and development process.The auricular point sticking technique for constipation is taken as an example to specify the basic requirements,assessment,operational points,acupoint selection and matters needing attention during the implementation of the auricular acupressure technique,providing a reference for the operating procedures of this technique in the clinical treatment of other diseases such as insomnia,diarrhea,colds,hypertension,headache,and dysmenorrhea.

文摘Polymorphism of nine strains （CF05, CF09, 29, 916, AU9, Chang10, Chang7, 8808 and AU. Japanese） of A. auricular cultivated in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed by RAPD （Random Amplication polymorphic DNA）. Thirteen primers were selected from forty PCR primers with 10bp long random primer. The results showed that nine strains of A. auricular have a high level of genetic diversity and the percentage of DNA polymorphic was 96.05. The genotypes of 9 strains of Auricularia auricular were identified by the fingerprints from primer 27 and primer 46 by RAPD analysis. The results are helpful for quickly identifying strains of A. auricular in its early breeding time, and also provides a powerful theoretic basis to differentiate strains （Auricularia auricular） whose morphology is very similar in breeding programs of edible fungus.

文摘Objective To observe and compare the difference of clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy and electroacupuncture therapy on simple obesity. Methods sixty female patients of simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups： an electroacupuncture group and a combined group. Each group had 30 patients treated respectively with electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture therapy combined with auricular point pressing therapy. The changes of the body mass index （BMI）, body fat percentage （F%）, and waist-hip ratio （WHR） were observed to evaluate the effect of loosing weight. Results Compared with the scores before treatment, the BMI, F%, WHR level in two groups dropped （ all P〈0.01 ） in all 60 patients. And compared with the electroacupuncture group, the combined group dropped more obviously （ P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion The effects of electroacupuncture therapy and electroacupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy on simple obesity were both remarkable, but more in the combined group, so it indicates that the combined therapy is better than single therapy.
文摘Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with auricular acupressure in treatment of nervous tinnitus. Methods One hundred and four patients with nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into a group A and a group B according to the method of random number table, with 52 patients in each group. In the group A, acupuncture at Yìfēng（翳风 TE 17）, Tīnggōng（听宫 SI 19）, Tīnghuì（听会 GB 2）, ěrmén（耳门 TE 21） and Fēngchí（风池 GB 20） combined with auricular acupressure, such as Shènshàngxiàn（肾上腺 TG 2p）, Jiāog？n（交感 AH6a）, Nèifēnmì（内分泌 CO18）, Nèi？r（内耳 LO 6）, Wài？r（外耳 TG1u）, Shèn（肾 CO10） and Gān（肝 CO12） were applied; in the group B, intravenous injection with compound Dānshēn（丹参 Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae） dissolved in 250 m L of 0.9% Na Cl injection were applied, combined with oral administration of 10 mg of Vitamin B1 and 0.5 mg of mecobalamin tablets. After treatment for three courses in the two groups, efficacy was evaluated based on Reference Standards of Severity, Assessment and Efficacy Evaluation of Tinnitus. Results In the group A（75 ears with nervous tinnitus）, 30 ears were cured, markedly effective was seen in 21 ears, and effective in 22, and the total effective rate was 97.4%; in the group B（76 ears with nervous tinnitus）, 17 ears were cured, markedly effective was seen in 20 ears, and effective in 23, and the total effective rate was 79.0%. The total effective rate in the group A was obviously superior to that in the group B, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared before the treatment, the score of tinnitus severity both reduced in two groups（both P〈0.05）, and the reducing amplitude of score in the group A was greater than that in the group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with auricular acupressure in treatment of nervous tinnitus is worthy of clinical promotion and application since it has significant efficacy, which is obviously superior to drug therapy, and without adverse effect.

文摘Implantable cervical vagus nerve stimulation(i VNS) is a representative and promising neuromodulation.However,the invasive nature restricts its application.Traditional auricular acupuncture treatment has a long history.The auricular branch of the vagus nerve(ABVN) is a branch on the surface of the ear.Some studies demonstrates that transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(ta VNS) would achieve similar effects as i VNS.Ta VNS and i VNS share a common anatomical basis and acting mechanism.In this article,we made a comparison between i VNS and ta VNS in indications and efficacy.The recent studies have revealed similar clinical efficacy of ta VNS,ta VNS would expand the indication of i VNS.Highquality clinical evidences are needed before ta VNS become be an alternative of i VNS.

文摘Objectives:To observe the clinical long-term therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia(FD) in the comparative study of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS) with transcutaneous auricular none-vagus nerve stimulation(tnVNS).Methods:A total of 90 FD patients were randomized into a taVNS group and a tnVNS group,45 cases in each one.The patients in both the taNVS group and the tnVNS group were treated 5 times a week,30 min each time,for 4 weeks totally.Before treatment,after treatment and in follow-up visit,overall symptom points,functional dyspepsia-related quality of life questionnaire(FDQOL),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were adopted to evaluate the severity of the symptoms and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of patients.Results:Compared with the scores before treatment,the overall symptom points,FDDQL,HAMA,HAMD and SDS at each time point after treatment were all lower in the patients of the taVNS group.The scores of FDDQL after treatment were almost all higher than that before treatment in the self-comparison of each group.All of the above differences were significant statistically(all P <0.05).Compared with the tnVNS group,the overall symptom points,FDDQL, HAMA,HAMD and SDS at each time point after treatment were all lower in the taVNS group and the score of FDDQL was higher,indicating the statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation is applicable for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Compared with the control group,taVNS obtains a better long-term effect.

文摘A total of 30 students scoring between 12 and 20 on the Test Anxiety Scale who had been exhibiting an anxious state 〉 24 hours, and 30 normal control students were recruited. Indices of heart rate variability were recorded using an Actiheart electrocardiogram recorder at 10 minutes before auricular pressing, in the first half of stimulation and in the second half of stimulation. The results revealed that the standard deviation of all normal to normal intervals and the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals were significantly increased after stimulation. The heart rate variability triangular index, very-low-frequency power, low-frequency power, and the ratio of low-frequency to high-frequency power were increased to different degrees after stimulation. Compared with normal controls, the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals was significantly increased in anxious students following auricular pressing. These results indicated that auricular pressing can elevate heart rate variability, especially the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals in students with pre-exam anxiety.
文摘Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular subcutaneous penetration needling combining with row acupuncture at meridian sinew on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods One hundred and three patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated with a combined treatment of auricular subcutaneous penetration needling and row acupuncture at meridian sinew. Results Of 103 patients, 46 cases were cured, 33 were markedly effective, 21 effective and 3 ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.1% （100/103）. Conclusion The combined treatment of auricular subcutaneous penetration needling and row acupuncture at meridian sinew has a significant efficacy for the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.

文摘[Objective] The ras promoters were cloned from genomic DNA of Auricuralia auricular so as to provide promoters for breeding better species by genetic technology. [Method] PCR was used to clone promoters with the genomic DNA of A. auricular strain YBS-3 as template,and then the sequences of four ras promoters were obtained. The analysis of promoter sequences was made by three promoter analysis software：Promoter prediction,Place and TFSEARCH ver.1.3. [Result] Four fragments contained core elements of promoter including TATA-box and CAAT-box,and many other important cis-elements such as GATA BOX,GCGC BOX,CCAAT BOX1,etc. At the same time,there was at least one transcriptional start site in these sequences. And several transcription factor binding sites were detected in these sequences. [Conclusion] Four promoter fragments all had promoter function theoretically.
文摘Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyopia patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the group of auricular point sticking therapy,which had 120 cases（212 eyes）,and the group of comprehensive therapy,which had 110 cases（194 eyes）.The seed of Semen Vaccariae was applied at the ear point such as the eye,ear Shenmen,the liver,the spleen and the kidney.Regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine included covering method,vision corrected with glasses and fine exercise.Vision improvements of the two groups were observed with a three-year follow up.Results The effective rates of the auricular point sticking therapy group and comprehensive therapy group of ametropic amblyopia were 81.0%（64/79） and 52.2%（36/69）,respectively.The effective rates of anisometropic amblyopia of the two groups were 73.1%（49/67） and 47.7%（31/65）,respectively.And the effective rates of the two groups of strabismic amblyopia were 71.2%（47/66） and 45.0%（27/60）,respectively.The therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking therapy on all kinds of amblyopia were better than those of the comprehensive therapy（all P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of auricular point sticking therapy on infantile amblyopia is better than that of regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine,which can obviously improve the vision of the patients with easy manipulations.

文摘Spent auricularia auricular substrate(SAAS)was oxidatively degraded with aqueous hydrogen peroxide(AHPO)/acetic anhydride(AAH)to produce carboxylic acids(CAs)under mild conditions.The results show that up to 53.6%of the organic matter in SAAS was converted to the soluble species(SSs).In total 122 CAs were detected in the SSs by the analysis with a gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer,which can be classified into 29 group components,mainly being aliphatic acids and along with small amount of aromatic acids.Among the aliphatic acids,normal alkanedioic acids are the most abundant.The detected aromatic acids include benzoic acids,phthalic acids,trimellitic acids,pyromellitic acids,and their derivatives.The synergistic oxidation and the released·OH,CH3COO·,and HOO·induced by AHPO/AAH play crucial roles in oxidatively degrading SAAS.
文摘Objective To report utility of Medpor frameworks in auricular reconstruction and management of frameworks protrusion. Methods Retrorespectively analysis of clinical information in 31 patients who underwent auricular reconstruction from April 2000 to October 2002. Results All 31 reconstructed auricles were in good condition at two weeks postoperatively. Framework protrusion occurred later in 11 patients. The framework was retained in 8 of these cases after secondary repair, but had to be removed in 3 patients. In 27 patients, the reconstructed auricle was rated as esthetically succesful. Conclusion Medpor framework protrusion is likely to occur when skin tension is high with minimal soft tissue coverage over the framework and can result from impact by strong external force. Despite the concern of protrusion, Medpor frameworks can be used in place of autologous cartilaginous graft in auricular reconstruction.

文摘Whether in the West or the East,the connection between the ear and the rest of the body has been explored for a long time.Especially in the past century or more,the relevant theoretical and applied research on the ear has greatly promoted the development of ear therapy,and finally the concept of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS)has been proposed.The purpose of taVNS is to treat a disease non-invasively by applying electrical current to the cutaneous receptive field formed by the auricular branch of the vagus nerve in the outer ear.In the past two decades,taVNS has been a topic of basic,clinical,and transformation research.It has been applied as an alternative to drug treatment for a variety of diseases.Based on the rapid understanding of the application of taVNS to human health and disease,some limitations in the development of this field have also been gradually exposed.Here,we comprehensively review the origin and research status of the field.
