With the continuous progress of automatic driving technology,automatic driving technology standards are gradually affecting the determination of criminal responsibility for traffic accidents in China.At present,the ch...With the continuous progress of automatic driving technology,automatic driving technology standards are gradually affecting the determination of criminal responsibility for traffic accidents in China.At present,the characteristics and tendency of China's automatic driving technology standards present the situation of high policy relevance coexisting with low normative binding,professionalism coexist with barriers,forefront coexist with ambiguity.Therefore,challenges are presented both theoretically and practically on the determination of criminal responsibility based on automatic driving technology standard..In this regard,the misunderstanding should be clarified in theory:The legal order under the automatic driving technology standard has constitutionality and systematic,and there is a balance between the frontier of automatic driving technology development and the lagging of criminal law.The automatic driving technology risk level system should be built to clarify the boundary of the effectiveness of criminal law norms,seeking fora breakthrough in the application of the establishment of a comprehensive judgment system of the risks and accidents and the system of evidence to prove the system,which clarifies the determination of criminal responsibility under the automatic driving technology standard.This essay hopes to pursue breakthroughs in the application-to establish a comprehensive judgment system of risks and accidents as well as an evidence proof system,so as to clarify the determination of criminal responsibility under automatic driving technology standards.展开更多
Schlieren imaging is a widely used technique to visualize the structure of supersonic flow field,which is usually dominated by shock waves.Precise identification of shock waves in schlieren image provides critical ins...Schlieren imaging is a widely used technique to visualize the structure of supersonic flow field,which is usually dominated by shock waves.Precise identification of shock waves in schlieren image provides critical insights for flow diagnostics,especially for supersonic inlet whose performance is highly associated with that of the whole flight.However,conventional shock wave identification methods have limited accuracy in segmenting the shock wave.To overcome the limitation,we proposed an automated shock wave identification method(SW-Segment)that can attain high resolution and automatic shock wave segmentation by integrating correlation-based feature extraction with graph search.We demonstrated the efficacy of SW-Segment via the identification of shock waves in simulatively and experimentally obtained schlieren image.The results proved that SW-Segment showed a shock wave identification accuracy of 95.24%in the numerical schlieren image and an accuracy of 88.33%in the experimental image,clearly demonstrating its reliability.SW-Segment holds broad applicability for shock wave detection in diverse schlieren imaging scenarios,offering robust data support for flow field analysis and supersonic flight design.展开更多
Automation and intelligence have become the primary trends in the design of investment casting processes.However,the design of gating and riser systems still lacks precise quantitative evaluation criteria.Numerical si...Automation and intelligence have become the primary trends in the design of investment casting processes.However,the design of gating and riser systems still lacks precise quantitative evaluation criteria.Numerical simulation plays a significant role in quantitatively evaluating current processes and making targeted improvements,but its limitations lie in the inability to dynamically reflect the formation outcomes of castings under varying process conditions,making real-time adjustments to gating and riser designs challenging.In this study,an automated design model for gating and riser systems based on integrated parametric 3D modeling-simulation framework is proposed,which enhances the flexibility and usability of evaluating the casting process by simulation.Firstly,geometric feature extraction technology is employed to obtain the geometric information of the target casting.Based on this information,an automated design framework for gating and riser systems is established,incorporating multiple structural parameters for real-time process control.Subsequently,the simulation results for various structural parameters are analyzed,and the influence of these parameters on casting formation is thoroughly investigated.Finally,the optimal design scheme is generated and validated through experimental verification.Simulation analysis and experimental results show that using a larger gate neck(24 mm in side length) and external risers promotes a more uniform temperature distribution and a more stable flow state,effectively eliminating shrinkage cavities and enhancing process yield by 15%.展开更多
Numerous sectors,such as education,the IT sector,and corporate organizations,transitioned to virtual meetings after the COVID-19 crisis.Organizations now seek to assess participants’fatigue levels in online meetings ...Numerous sectors,such as education,the IT sector,and corporate organizations,transitioned to virtual meetings after the COVID-19 crisis.Organizations now seek to assess participants’fatigue levels in online meetings to remain competitive.Instructors cannot effectively monitor every individual in a virtual environment,which raises significant concerns about participant fatigue.Our proposed system monitors fatigue,identifying attentive and drowsy individuals throughout the online session.We leverage Dlib’s pre-trained facial landmark detector and focus on the eye landmarks only,offering a more detailed analysis for predicting eye opening and closing of the eyes,rather than focusing on the entire face.We introduce an Eye Polygon Area(EPA)formula,which computes eye activity from Dlib eye landmarks by measuring the polygonal area of the eye opening.Unlike the Eye Aspect Ratio(EAR),which relies on a single distance ratio,EPA adapts to different eye shapes(round,narrow,or wide),providing a more reliable measure for fatigue detection.The VMFD system issues a warning if a participant remains in a fatigued condition for 36 consecutive frames.The proposed technology is tested under multiple scenarios,including low-to high-lighting conditions(50-1400 lux)and both with and without glasses.This study builds an OpenCV application in Python,evaluated using the iBUG 300-W dataset,achieving 97.5%accuracy in detecting active participants.We compare VMFD with conventional methods relying on the EAR and show that the EPA technique performs significantly better.展开更多

This paper designs a set of efficient and universal multi-objective control strategy. Firstly, based on the analysis of urban rail transit and its operating environment, the multi-objective optimization model considering all the indexes of train operation is established by using multi-objective optimization theory. Secondly, Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGA-II) is used to solve the model, and the optimal speed curve of train running is generated.Finally, the intelligent controller is designed by the combination of fuzzy controller algorithm and the predictive control algorithm, which can control and optimize the train operation in real time. Then the robustness of the control system can ensure and the requirements for multi-objective in train operation can be satisfied.展开更多

To improve the effi...Despite the recent development in radiometric dating of numerous zircons by LA-ICPMS, mineral separation still remains a major obstacle, particularly in the search for the oldest material on Earth. To improve the efficiency in zircon separation by an order of magnitude, we have designed/developed a new machine-an automatic zircon separator(AZS). This is designed particularly for automatic pick-up of100 μm-sized zircon grains out of a heavy mineral fraction after conventional separation procedures. The AZS operates in three modes:(1) image processing to choose targeted individual zircon grains out of all heavy minerals spread on a tray,(2) automatic capturing of the individual zircon grains with microtweezers, and(3) placing them one-by-one in a coordinated alignment on a receiving tray. The automatic capturing was designed/created for continuous mineral selecting without human presence for many hours. This software also enables the registration of each separated zircon grain for dating, by recording digital photo-image, optical(color) indices, and coordinates on a receiving tray. We developed two new approaches for the dating; i.e.(1) direct dating of zircons selected by LA-ICPMS without conventional resin-mounting/polishing,(2) high speed U-Pb dating, combined with conventional sample preparation procedures using the new equipment with multiple-ion counting detectors(LA-MIC-ICPMS).With the first approach, Pb-Pb ages obtained from the surface of a mineral were crosschecked with the interior of the same grain after resin-mounting/polishing. With the second approach, the amount of time required for dating one zircon grain is ca. 20 s, and a sample throughput of 〉150 grains per hour can be achieved with sufficient precision(ca. 0.5%).We tested the practical efficiency of the AZS, by analyzing an Archean Jack Hills conglomerate in Western Australia with the known oldest(〉4.3 Ga) zircon on Earth. Preliminary results are positive; we were able to obtain more than 194 zircons that are over 4.0 Ga out of ca. 3800 checked grains, and 9 grains were over 4300 Ma with the oldest at 4371 ± 7 Ma. This separation system by AZS, combined with the new approaches, guarantees much higher yield in the hunt for old zircons.展开更多

This paper introduced a kind of structure and basic principle of DSP-based automatic excitation regulator, which was applied to rural small generator. We chose TMS320LF2407A chip as the core of regulator control system; the regulator adjusted PWM based on PID control strategy to control the exciting current. The theoretical analysis showed that the regulator had the characteristics of simplicity and reliability, well dynamic and static characteristics, and it could also adjust its own state quickly. This method is verified through the comparison of actual detecting data with statistical analysis. The results show that the proposed automatic scaling method has high acceptable rate and is suitable for scaling oblique ionogram with different high angle wave states. It is fast and precise to fit O-mode echoes in F2 layer without the influence from F1 layer. A method was developed for the detection of seven microcystins(microcystin-LR, RR, YR, LA, LY, LW and LF) in surface water using automatic solid-phase extraction(A-SPE) coupled with ultra-performance liquid chromatogr...A method was developed for the detection of seven microcystins(microcystin-LR, RR, YR, LA, LY, LW and LF) in surface water using automatic solid-phase extraction(A-SPE) coupled with ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). The automated solid-phase extraction system was used to extract microcystins(MCs) from water samples. UPLC-MS/MS was used to determine MCs concentrations in just 5 min. Method detection limits were from 0.3 to 0.9 ng/L, microcystin recoveries ranged from 83.8% to 114%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) varied from 5.6% to 12.5%. This analytical approach was found to be simple, highly sensitive, accurate, which required little manual operation. Additionally, to validate this analytical method, A-SPE+UPLC-MS/MS was applied to characterize the concentration of MCs in Taihu Lake, Wuxi, China.展开更多

The detected failures could be mechanical or electrical origins, such as: problems in bearings, unwanted vibrations, partial discharges, misalignment, unbalancing, among others. It is possible because the generator acts as a transducer for mechanical problems, and they appear in current and voltage signals. This automatic system based on electric signature analysis has been installed in Itapebi Power Plant generators since 2012. Some results are presented in this paper.展开更多

PLC control technology is applied to control system and improve the efficiency and reduce human labor.To ensure the strength,Solidworks simulation performs thestress and strain analysis to verify material strength.

文摘To reduce the amount of labor in the sheet metal stamping industry, improve the processing efficiency and safety factor and realize the automatic production of stamping, this paper designs a new type of overall plan about automatic loading and unloading material manipulator for telescopic punch which can realize the telescopic movements with two degrees. The mechanical structure of the manipulator includes a lifting device and a telescopic device. Using PLC control program, the control system can automatically achieve continuous beat actions of drawing and stacking for the processing raw materials. According to the mechanical structure, the paper analyzes the working principle and control strategy of each component in the loading-and-unloading material manipulator systems.
文摘Based on reference[1], the Automatic Control System of the Excavating Process (ACSEP) is studied and aualyzed In this paper- At first, the general structure of the control system is discussed- And theo depeded on the kinematical equations, the "Generator or Expected link variable (GE)" and "Generator of Actual bucket trajectory (CA)" are put forward. Finally, based on the current technology and existing techniques of WD-400 Mechanical Forward Excavator (MFE), the automatic system of excavating process composed of two relatively indepodent sub-systems is designed with simple but practical structure’ According to the computer simulation, this control system has high tracking precision to the desired trajectory and good adaptive capacity to the load disturbance.

文摘Power systems are pivotal in providing sustainable energy across various sectors.However,optimizing their performance to meet modern demands remains a significant challenge.This paper introduces an innovative strategy to improve the opti-mization of PID controllers within nonlinear oscillatory Automatic Generation Control(AGC)systems,essential for the stability of power systems.Our approach aims to reduce the integrated time squared error,the integrated time absolute error,and the rate of change in deviation,facilitating faster convergence,diminished overshoot,and decreased oscillations.By incorporating the spiral model from the Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)into the Multi-Objective Marine Predator Algorithm(MOMPA),our method effectively broadens the diversity of solution sets and finely tunes the balance between exploration and exploitation strategies.Furthermore,the QQSMOMPA framework integrates quasi-oppositional learning and Q-learning to overcome local optima,thereby generating optimal Pareto solutions.When applied to nonlinear AGC systems featuring governor dead zones,the PID controllers optimized by QQSMOMPA not only achieve 14%reduction in the frequency settling time but also exhibit robustness against uncertainties in load disturbance inputs.

文摘A method was developed for the detection of seven microcystins(microcystin-LR, RR, YR, LA, LY, LW and LF) in surface water using automatic solid-phase extraction(A-SPE) coupled with ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). The automated solid-phase extraction system was used to extract microcystins(MCs) from water samples. UPLC-MS/MS was used to determine MCs concentrations in just 5 min. Method detection limits were from 0.3 to 0.9 ng/L, microcystin recoveries ranged from 83.8% to 114%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) varied from 5.6% to 12.5%. This analytical approach was found to be simple, highly sensitive, accurate, which required little manual operation. Additionally, to validate this analytical method, A-SPE+UPLC-MS/MS was applied to characterize the concentration of MCs in Taihu Lake, Wuxi, China.
文摘Aiming at the requirements of intelligent loading and shipping in large household appliance industry,an automatic loading and unloading robot for refrigerator is proposed.The robot is a gantry truss robot,which is composed of active support,passive support,beam and fixture components at both ends to realize the taking and placing of the refrigerator on the logistics transmission line to the truck.In the actual working conditions,the no-load truss robot experiment,found that the robot in the design problems,and the robot was optimized.It not only solves the safety hazards of the refrigerator when grabbing and stacking products,but also realizes the automation and intelligence of the refrigerator conveying process.
文摘This paper presents an automatic system for failure detection in hydro-power generators. The main idea of this system is to detect failure using current and voltage signals acquired without any type of internal interference in the generator operation. The detected failures could be mechanical or electrical origins, such as: problems in bearings, unwanted vibrations, partial discharges, misalignment, unbalancing, among others. It is possible because the generator acts as a transducer for mechanical problems, and they appear in current and voltage signals. This automatic system based on electric signature analysis has been installed in Itapebi Power Plant generators since 2012. Some results are presented in this paper.
