Syntax-Aware Hierarchical Attention Networks for Code Vulnerability Detection

In the context of modern software development characterized by increasing complexity and compressed development cycles,traditional static vulnerability detection methods face prominent challenges including high false positive rates and missed detections of complex logic due to their over-reliance on rule templates.This paper proposes a Syntax-Aware Hierarchical Attention Network(SAHAN)model,which achieves high-precision vulnerability detection through grammar-rule-driven multi-granularity code slicing and hierarchical semantic fusion mechanisms.The SAHAN model first generates Syntax Independent Units(SIUs),which slices the code based on Abstract Syntax Tree(AST)and predefined grammar rules,retaining vulnerability-sensitive contexts.Following this,through a hierarchical attention mechanism,the local syntax-aware layer encodes fine-grained patterns within SIUs,while the global semantic correlation layer captures vulnerability chains across SIUs,achieving synergistic modeling of syntax and semantics.Experiments show that on benchmark datasets like QEMU,SAHAN significantly improves detection performance by 4.8%to 13.1%on average compared to baseline models such as Devign and VulDeePecker. 展开更多

PRECISE-DAPT、SYNTAX及ATRIA评分预测NSTEMI病人院内全因死亡的临床价值

目的:探讨PRECISE-DAPT评分、SYNTAX评分及心房颤动血栓风险(ATRIA)评分对非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)病人院内全因死亡率的预测价值。方法:本研究为回顾性、单中心、横断面、观察性研究。选取2022年1月—2022年12月于本院心血管内科... 目的:探讨PRECISE-DAPT评分、SYNTAX评分及心房颤动血栓风险(ATRIA)评分对非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)病人院内全因死亡率的预测价值。方法:本研究为回顾性、单中心、横断面、观察性研究。选取2022年1月—2022年12月于本院心血管内科重症监护病房治疗并诊断为NSTEMI的343例病人作为研究对象,根据住院期间死亡情况分为死亡组(31例)和存活组(312例)。收集病人的一般资料、实验室指标及风险评分(SYNTAX、PRECISE-DAPT、ATRIA评分)。采用多因素Logistic回归分析NSTEMI病人全因死亡的独立预测因素。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)分析PRECISE-DAPT评分和SYNTAX评分对NSTEMI病人全因死亡的预测效能。结果:两组年龄、合并糖尿病占比、血红蛋白水平、估算肾小球滤过率(e GFR),高敏肌钙蛋白I水平(hs-c TnT-I)水平、SYNTAX评分、PRECISE-DAPT评分及ATRIA评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,PRECISE-DAPT评分与SYNTAX评分为NSTEMI病人院内全因死亡的独立预测因素。ROC曲线分析显示,PRECISE-DAPT评分预测院内死亡的曲线下面积[AUC=0.755,95%CI(0.659,0.851),P<0.001]优于SYNTAX评分[AUC=0.717,95%CI(0.606,0.829),P<0.001]。结论:PRECISE-DAPT评分与SYNTAX评分为NSTEMI病人院内全因死亡的独立预测因素,且PRECISE-DAPT评分预测NSTEMI病人全因死亡优于SYNTAX评分。 展开更多

Frequent glacier-related watershed geohazard chains are causing severe damage to life and infrastructure,reported consistently from the Eastern Himalayan Syntaxis.This paper presents a systematic method for researching geohazard,from regional to individual scale.The methodology includes the establishment of geological chain inventories,discrimination of geohazard chain modes,analyses of dynamics and dam breaches,and risk assessments.The following results were obtained:(1)In the downstream of Yarlung Zangbo River,175 sites were identified as high-risk for river blockage disasters,indicating the development of watershed geohazards.Five geohazard chain modes were summarized by incorporating geomorphological characteristics,historical events,landslide zoning,and materials.The risk areas of typical hazard were identified and assessed using InSAR data.(2)Glacier-related watershed geohazard chains are significantly different from traditional landslides.A detailed inversion analysis was conducted on the massive rock-ice avalanche in the Sedongpu gully in 2021.This particular event lasted roughly 300 seconds,with a maximum flow velocity of 77.2 m/s and a maximum flow height of 93 meters.By scrutinizing the dynamic processes and mechanical characteristics,mobility stages and phase transitions can be divided into four stages.(3)Watershed geohazard chains tend to block rivers.The peak breach discharge of the Yigong Landslide reached 12.4×10^(4) m^(3)/s,which is 36 times the volume of the seasonal flood discharge in the Yigong River.Megafloods caused by landslide dam breaches have significantly shaped the geomorphology.This study offers insights into disaster patterns and the multistaged movement characteristics of glacier-related watershed geohazard chains,providing a comprehensive method for investigations and assessments in glacial regions. 展开更多

目的:探讨采用强化剂量瑞舒伐他汀联合依洛尤单抗方案对急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠脉介入术(PCI)术后应用的效果,并分析其对冠状动脉解剖复杂程度评分(SYNTAX评分)及临床结局的影响。方法:纳入2022年1月~2024年1月在某院接受PCI治疗的AMI... 目的:探讨采用强化剂量瑞舒伐他汀联合依洛尤单抗方案对急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠脉介入术(PCI)术后应用的效果,并分析其对冠状动脉解剖复杂程度评分(SYNTAX评分)及临床结局的影响。方法:纳入2022年1月~2024年1月在某院接受PCI治疗的AMI患者106例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组给予常规剂量瑞舒伐他汀(10mg/d)联合依洛尤单抗方案,观察组给予强化剂量瑞舒伐他汀(20mg/d)联合依洛尤单抗方案,对入组患者随访10个月,观察临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板/淋巴细胞比率(PLR)、SYNTAX评分及冠脉微血管血流帧数均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组左室整体纵向应变、整体做功效率、整体有用功均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药后不良反应总发生率(7.55%)低于对照组(22.64%,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,治疗后LDL-C、NLR水平是患者发生不良事件的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:强化剂量瑞舒伐他汀联合依洛尤单抗方案可以更有效地改善AMI患者PCI术后脂代谢、炎症、冠脉循环及左室重构,降低术后不良事件风险。 展开更多

Based on space syntax theory, the spatial accessibility of the road network in Wuhan Metropolitan Area has been quantitatively analyzed by building a series of accessibility variables. Topologic connectivity in the accessible rings appears to be broken;traffic axis network is in spatial structure of hub-and-spoke and fishbone-like. Meanwhile, the differences in classified road network have led to inefficiency of its network servo and its ever-worsening capability to respond to traffic jams. Besides, two band-like integrated cores of which one is east to west along the Yangtze River and the other is north to south along Beijing to Guangzhou Railway, have become the first level traffic axis in the whole network, which is responsible for the connectivity of the entire metropolitan area network. This consequently has strengthened the dominant position of Wuhan which is located on the bands’ crossing. In short, the spatial accessibility of that classified space morphology, the urban system, the transport infrastructure as well as the social and economic development of Wuhan Metropolitan Area are highly interrelated to each other, especially to the high level highway network featured by freeways, the development level of which is well in line with that of road network accessibility. 展开更多

目的:研究淋巴细胞与单核细胞比值(lymphocyte to monocyte ratio,LMR)与SYNTAXⅡ评分(SYNTAX scoreⅡ,SSⅡ)间的关系,以明确LMR在早期评估急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者病变严重程度中的价值。方法:筛选2022年12月... 目的:研究淋巴细胞与单核细胞比值(lymphocyte to monocyte ratio,LMR)与SYNTAXⅡ评分(SYNTAX scoreⅡ,SSⅡ)间的关系,以明确LMR在早期评估急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者病变严重程度中的价值。方法:筛选2022年12月—2023年11月于南通大学第二附属医院心内科接受冠状动脉造影的患者1267例,最后纳入确诊ACS患者385例。收集患者基本信息、血常规、生化、心脏超声等指标,计算SSⅡ以及炎症因子比值。根据中位SSⅡ评分,将患者分为两组:低分组(SSⅡ≤27.2,n=192)和高分组(SSⅡ>27.2,n=193)。统计两组数据后,分析LMR与SSⅡ评分的相关性。结果:(1)SSⅡ低分组与高分组间年龄、性别、糖尿病史、吸烟史、BMI、WBC计数、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞绝对值、三酰甘油、血小板与淋巴细胞比值、LMR差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。(2)将单因素分析有意义的因子作为自变量,SSⅡ评分分组作因变量,进行多因素Logistic分析,BMI、吸烟史、淋巴细胞绝对值、LMR是影响SSⅡ评分分组的独立影响因素。(3)通过ROC曲线分析,LMR的AUC为0.701(95%CI:0.649~0.753),且P<0.001,表明LMR可用于预测SSⅡ评分。LMR的最佳临界值为2.964,敏感度和特异度分别为54.40%和80.21%。结论:LMR是影响SSⅡ的独立影响因素,对早期预测ACS患者病情的严重程度有一定的应用价值。 展开更多

目的基于肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮(ALD)系统(RAAS)与冠状动脉病变Syntax评分构建冠心病(CAD)合并高血压患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗近期预后的Nomogram预测模型,为改善患者预后提供有利依据。方法选取2019年6月至2023年4月四川大学... 目的基于肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮(ALD)系统(RAAS)与冠状动脉病变Syntax评分构建冠心病(CAD)合并高血压患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗近期预后的Nomogram预测模型,为改善患者预后提供有利依据。方法选取2019年6月至2023年4月四川大学华西医院金堂医院收治的310例CAD合并高血压患者,按照7∶3比例随机将310例患者分为训练集(217例)和验证集(93例)。患者均接受PCI治疗,术后随访3个月,统计主要不良心血管事件(MACE)发生情况并据此将训练集进一步分为预后不良组(68例)、预后良好组(149例)。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析预后不良的危险因素。在训练集中通过R语言包构建Nomogram预测模型,在验证集中采用校准曲线、受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线验证该模型的预测效能。结果训练集与验证集一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。训练集中发生MACE 68例(31.34%),验证集中发生MACE 28例(30.11%)。预后良好组、预后不良组年龄、左室射血分数、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、病变血管支数、肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ANGⅡ)、ALD、术前Syntax评分、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,PRA、ANGⅡ、ALD与术前Syntax评分均呈正相关(r=0.613、0.728、0.695,P<0.05)。Lasso回归筛选出年龄、左室射血分数、病变血管支数、PRA、ANGⅡ、ALD、术前Syntax评分。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、左室射血分数、病变血管支数、PRA、ANGⅡ、ALD、术前Syntax评分均是PCI治疗近期预后不良的独立影响因素(OR=4.448、5.153、4.571、3.875、4.914、4.468、5.224,P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,CAD合并高血压患者PCI治疗近期预后不良的Nomogram预测模型在训练集、验证集中预测的曲线下面积分别为0.884(95%CI 0.837~0.931)、0.885(95%CI 0.818~0.953)。校准曲线显示,该模型在训练集和验证集中预测PCI治疗近期预后不良的预测概率与实际概率基本一致。结论CAD合并高血压患者PCI治疗近期预后受年龄、左室射血分数、病变血管支数、PRA、ANGⅡ、ALD、术前Syntax评分等因素影响,基于上述因素构建的Nomogram预测模型具有较高预测价值与良好预测效用。 展开更多

Space syntax theory is used to detect systematically whether one urban space configuration is optimal or not from four aspects including traffic space, cognition space, land use space and culture space. After introducing the computational and cognitive aspects of space syntax for the research of urban space, a framework of urban space optimization based on space syntax is proposed, then the integration with GIS and the extension to third dimension are discussed. Finally, a case study for Kanmen town of Zhejiang province of P.R.China is illustrated by using Axwoman tool. 展开更多

Streets and physical layouts can be inherent in a sustainable city by emphasizing the use of space with planned strategies by promoting the movement of people and social behaviors for enhancing an economic structure.An analysis of the space layout is beneficial for defining the urban areas that can affect street behavior.A GIS incorporated with a space syntax can help to propagate the effectiveness of a spatial analysis in a study on urban spaces.The integration of the computational pieces of both a GIS analytical tool and space syntax parameters will stimulate research oriented urban systems and spatial morphologies combined with a spatial database.However,the development of livability can be affected by a set of parameters that define the used space.Thus,this paper was aimed at examining the space syntax parameters for space visualization to evaluate street behavior using the GIS processing and space syntax methods.In this study,a spatial analysis was used to generate spatial information on traffic volume,while a space syntax was used to test the street behavior.Also,a predictive analysis was conducted to identify the correlation between traffic behavior and a set of parameters.The results showed that integration and direct visibility were significant to the traffic volume.Most of the streets that were linked to the commercial area showed high integration and direct visibility,which increased by more than half,compared with the unlinked areas.Based on the statistical analysis,both parameters recorded aprobability of less than 5%.The results showed that any space designed with a continuous,direct and clear traffic volume will lead to increased integration and direct visibility,thus influencing a natural vehicle movement. 展开更多

Although many methods of spatial analysis have been developed for a better understanding and modelling of urban space analysis, there is still a need for exploration of new analytical techniques for modelling urban spaces. Space Syntax models the spatial configurations of urban spaces by using a connectivity graph representation. Such a configuration of space identifies patterns that can be used to study urban structures and human behaviors. This paper tries to present a new methodology to investigate the urban spatial structure by using Space Syntax with the GIS information including land use, buildings’ characteristics and practical evaluations of the potential of the Space Syntax approach with GIS and multivariate analysis technique. Finally we try to offer some recommendations that attempt to improve the identified problems faced in Kitakyushu, Japan. 展开更多

BACKGROUND GRACE and SYNTAX scores are important tools to assess prognosis in non-STelevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS).However,there have been few studies on their value in patients receiving different types of therapies.AIM To explore the value of GRACE and SYNTAX scores in predicting the prognosis of patients with NSTE-ACS receiving different types of therapies.METHODS The data of 386 patients with NSTE-ACS were retrospectively analyzed and categorized into different groups.A total of 195 patients who received agents alone comprised the medication group,156 who received medical therapy combined with stents comprised the stent group,and 35 patients who were given agents and underwent coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)comprised the CABG group.General information was compared among the three groups.GRACE and SYNTAX scores were calculated.The association between the relationship between GRACE and SYNTAX scores and the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs)was analyzed.Pearson’s correlation analysis was used to determine the factors influencing prognosis in patients with NSTE-ACS.Univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to analyze the predictive value of GRACE and SYNTAX scores for predicting prognosis in patients with NSTE-ACS using the Cox proportional-hazards model.RESULTS The incidence of MACE increased with the elevation of GRACE and SYNTAX scores(all P<0.05).The incidence of MACE was 18.5%,36.5%,and 42.9%in the medication group,stent group,and CABG group,respectively.By comparison,the incidence of MACE was significantly lower in the medication group than in the stent and CABG groups(all P<0.05).The incidence of MACE was 6.2%,28.0%and 40.0%in patients with a low GRACE score in the medication group,stent group,and CABG group,respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE was 31.0%,30.3%and 42.9%in patients with a medium GRACE score in the medication group,stent group,and CABG group,respectively(P>0.05).The incidence of MACE was 16.9%,46.2%,and 43.8%in patients with a high GRACE score in the medication group,stent group,and CABG group,respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE was 16.2%,35.4%and 60.0%in patients with a low SYNTAX score in the medication group,stent group,and CABG group,respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE was 37.5%,40.9%,and 41.7%in patients with a medium SYNTAX score in the medication group,stent group,and CABG group,respectively(P>0.05).MACE incidence was 50.0%,75.0%,and 25.0%in patients with a high SYNTAX score in the medication group,stent group,and CABG group,respectively(P<0.05).Univariate Cox regression analyses showed that both GRACE score(hazard ratio[HR]=1.212,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.083 to 1.176;P<0.05)and SYNTAX score(HR=1.160,95%CI:1.104 to 1.192;P<0.05)were factors influencing MACE(all P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analyses showed that GRACE(HR=1.091,95%CI:1.015 to 1.037;P<0.05)and SYNTAX scores(HR=1.031,95%CI:1.076 to 1.143;P<0.05)were independent predictors of MACE(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION GRACE and SYNTAX scores are of great value for evaluating the prognosis of NSTE-ACS patients,and prevention and early intervention strategies should be used in clinical practice targeting different risk scores. 展开更多

Objectives: The role of SYNTAX (SX) score in assessing the complexity of coronary artery disease (CAD) is well established. In this study we investigate the relationship between conventional risk factors of CAD with its complexity using SX score. Methods: The study consisted of 52 patients with CAD who were admitted to Cardiology Department—Menoufia University Hospitals for elective coronary angiography. The overall SX score was calculated prospectively using the SX score algorithm. Then comparison was done between populations with and without each risk factor. Results: There was a statistically significant correlation between age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and smoking with SX score results (p 0.05). In a multivariate regression analysis, including conventional risk factors of CAD as independent covariates, it revealed that aging, having diabetes mellitus and smoking were identified as significant independent risk factors for CAD complexity. Conclusion: Advanced age, having diabetes mellitus and cigarette smoking are considered to be independent risk factors for the complexity of CAD. Therefore, when these factors present, we expect that the SX score of the patient to be high indicating a complex CAD. 展开更多

In- troducing space syntax to crowd simulation will enable space structure guide the random movement of the crowd with no specific targets. This paper proposes a simulation method of the wandering crowd, which calculates the crowd distribution corresponding to the space through space syntax and uses a hybrid path planning algorithm to dynamically navigate the crowd to conform to the dis- tribution.
