文摘为提高电动汽车车身结构的噪声、振动、声振粗糙度(noise vibration harshness,NVH)性能,基于ANSA平台,构建某电动汽车内饰车身结构有限元模型,合理设定典型激励点位置,仿真分析关键响应点(座椅安装点、方向盘)的振动传递函数(vibration transfer function,VTF)峰值响应情况。仿真结果表明:各响应点的VTF峰值均满足设计要求,车身内饰结构在当前布置与连接条件下对振动传递具有良好的衰减效果。该研究可为电动汽车车身NVH性能的虚拟验证提供参考,具备较高的工程应用价值。
