在两级式AC-DC变换器中,前级功率因数校正(power factor correction,PFC)固有的瞬时功率波动特性会造成母线电压存在二倍频纹波,影响后级CLLLC谐振变换器的输出电压质量。针对以上问题,该文提出了基于二阶广义积分(second order general...在两级式AC-DC变换器中,前级功率因数校正(power factor correction,PFC)固有的瞬时功率波动特性会造成母线电压存在二倍频纹波,影响后级CLLLC谐振变换器的输出电压质量。针对以上问题,该文提出了基于二阶广义积分(second order generalized integral,SOGI)的可变增益母线电压纹波前馈控制方法。采用SOGI提取母线电压纹波信息,基于品质因数Q与电压增益的关系和母线电压纹波对归一化频率的影响,解析了母线电压纹波对CLLLC谐振变换器输出电压的影响机理,得到Q值与前馈增益系数Ka的关系,采用仿真寻优加数据拟合的方法得到前馈可变增益系数曲线。仿真和实验结果表明,相比于无前馈控制,所提控制方法对CLLLC谐振变换器的输出电压纹波具有较好的抑制效果,输出电压纹波降低了72%,验证了所提算法的有效性。展开更多

In addition, the uncertainties of gas loads are considered when studying the role of gas supply for gas-fired units in power system operations. The nonlinear gas system constraints are converted to the second-order cone forms that allow for the use of the Benders decomposition techniques and the interior-point method to obtain the optimal solution. The numerical results of the modified IEEE 118-bus test system that integrates the Belgium 20-node natural gas system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. The effects of gas demand uncertainties on the optimal schedule of thermal generators are investigated as well.展开更多

Technical lit...Segmentation of large AC systems through DC links introduces a new concept that utilizes the advantages of direct current transmission to improve network reliability and increase power transfer capacity. Technical literature argues that the segmentation of the AC network and the introduction of DC links at these systems connection points bring benefits to system operation, once contingencies generated on one side of the DC connection point would not be reflected on the other side of DC connection, thereby reducing the likelihood of cascading shutdowns and blackouts due to load restraint on transmission lines and transformers. Amidst this scenario, this paper presents a study of the main topics regarding the use of this new network segmentation philosophy, bringing a practical point of view for the use of this concept at the electrical power system planning. The effect of DC segmentation before a contingency that would initiate major outages in an adapted electrical system model IEEE-14 bus is studied and simulations have been performed with test HVAC systems and segmented by HVDC link. The results have been compared, principally in relation to the voltage bus, reactive power generation, system losses and power flow at the lines, and demonstrated that this new concept improved the grid reliability.展开更多
