目的 探讨血清可溶性白细胞分化抗原86(soluble cluster of differentiation antigen 86,sCD86)、脂氧素A4(lipoxin A4,LXA4)、细胞趋化因子受体5(chemokine receptor 5,CCR5)水平与支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)患者气道重塑的相关...目的 探讨血清可溶性白细胞分化抗原86(soluble cluster of differentiation antigen 86,sCD86)、脂氧素A4(lipoxin A4,LXA4)、细胞趋化因子受体5(chemokine receptor 5,CCR5)水平与支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)患者气道重塑的相关性。方法 回顾性选取山东大学第三人民医院收治的BA患者(120例,2021年6月—2024年12月)为研究对象,根据病情程度将患者分为轻中度哮喘组(79例)、重度哮喘组(41例),同期120名健康体检者作为对照组。比较3组入院时血清LXA4、sCD86、CCR5水平及肺功能指标[包括用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV_(1)),并计算FEV_(1)/FVC],入院时气道重塑指标[包括气道壁面积占气道总截面积百分比(airway wall area as a percentage of total cross-sectional area,WA%)、支气管管壁厚度与外径比值(wall thickness/air diameter,T/D)],分析入院时血清LXA4、sCD86、CCR5水平与肺功能指标及气道重塑指标的相关性,分析发生重度哮喘的影响因素,分析入院时血清LXA4、sCD86、CCR5水平对重度哮喘的评估价值。结果 3组入院时血清LXA4水平比较,对照组高于轻中度哮喘组,轻中度哮喘组高于重度哮喘组(F=457.031,P<0.05);血清sCD86、CCR5水平比较,均为对照组低于轻中度哮喘组,轻中度哮喘组低于重度哮喘组(F=113.886、871.011,均P<0.05)。3组入院时FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC比较:均为重度哮喘组低于轻中度哮喘组,轻中度哮喘组低于对照组(F=1 302.981、1 017.839、274.555,均P<0.05)。3组入院时T/D、WA%水平比较,均为对照组低于轻中度哮喘组,轻中度哮喘组低于重度哮喘组(F=412.786、230.381,均P<0.05)。血清LXA4水平与FEV_(1)/FVC、FVC、FEV_(1)呈正相关(r=0.583、0.724、0.695),与WA%、T/D水平呈负相关(r=-0.552、-0.473)(均P<0.05);血清sCD86水平与FEV_(1)/FVC、FVC、FEV_(1)呈负相关(r=-0.604、-0.549、-0.712),与WA%、T/D水平呈正相关(r=0.739、0.597)(均P<0.05);血清CCR5水平与FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC呈负相关(r=-0.565、-0.671、-0.492),与T/D、WA%水平呈正相关(r=0.611、0.635)(均P<0.05)。入院时血清LXA4水平为患者发生重度哮喘的保护因素(OR=0.395,95%CI:0.185~0.843),入院时血清sCD86(OR=5.888,95%CI:1.759~19.708)、CCR5(OR=8.194,95%CI:3.624~18.529)水平为患者发生重度哮喘的危险因素(均P<0.05);入院时血清LXA4、sCD86、CCR5水平联合评估BA患者发生重度哮喘的曲线下面积为0.923,大于各单独指标(P<0.05)。结论 血清LXA4、sCD86、CCR5水平与BA患者肺功能、气道重塑及病情程度密切相关,其水平对是否发生重度哮喘具有较高的评估价值,且联合检测可提高评估效能。展开更多
In this study,we investigate the ef-ficacy of a hybrid parallel algo-rithm aiming at enhancing the speed of evaluation of two-electron repulsion integrals(ERI)and Fock matrix generation on the Hygon C86/DCU(deep compu...In this study,we investigate the ef-ficacy of a hybrid parallel algo-rithm aiming at enhancing the speed of evaluation of two-electron repulsion integrals(ERI)and Fock matrix generation on the Hygon C86/DCU(deep computing unit)heterogeneous computing platform.Multiple hybrid parallel schemes are assessed using a range of model systems,including those with up to 1200 atoms and 10000 basis func-tions.The findings of our research reveal that,during Hartree-Fock(HF)calculations,a single DCU ex-hibits 33.6 speedups over 32 C86 CPU cores.Compared with the efficiency of Wuhan Electronic Structure Package on Intel X86 and NVIDIA A100 computing platform,the Hygon platform exhibits good cost-effective-ness,showing great potential in quantum chemistry calculation and other high-performance scientific computations.展开更多
