The anesthetie and sober rats were treated respectively in 40,42 and 44℃for 30 min and then recovered for 24h in normal growth condition.The induced heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in rat livers were checked by Western b...The anesthetie and sober rats were treated respectively in 40,42 and 44℃for 30 min and then recovered for 24h in normal growth condition.The induced heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in rat livers were checked by Western blot.The acid and neutral protease activi-ties in rat livers were tested by renatured electrophoresis of protease.The results showed that the HSP70 synthesis in the sober rat livers was gradually decreased by 40~44℃,but it was gradually increased in the anesthetic rat livers.The acid protease activities in the sober rat liv-ers showed the strongest in 44℃heat shock,while the acid protease activities in the anesthet-ic rat livers indicated the strongest in 42℃heat shock.The 45kD neutral protease activity in the anesthetic and sober rat livers had no obvious change in 40~44℃heat shock,but the 40kD neutral protease activity was decreased with the increase of heat shock temperature.A 35kD neutral protease of high activity was induced in 40℃heat shock in the anesthetic rat livers.It was inferred that the anesthetic rat livers had a higher heat-resistance than the sober rat livers,and that the stress response was regulated by both cells and whole body,which also involved in other physiological and biochemical actions in addition to the heat shock protein synthesis.展开更多
