Hydrogen production from dry reforming of methane,using CO_(2)previously chemisorbed in the Li_(6)Zn_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(4)solid solution

Li_(6)ZnO_(4)was chemically modified by nickel addition,in order to develop different compositions of the solid solution Li_(6)Zn_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(4).These materials were evaluated bifunctionally;analyzing their CO_(2)capture performances,aswell as on their catalytic properties for H_(2)production via dry reforming of methane(DRM).The crystal structures of Li_(6)Zn_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(4)solid solution samples were determined through X-ray diffraction,which confirmed the integration of nickel ions up to a concentration around 20 mol%,meanwhile beyond this value,a secondary phase was detected.These results were supported by XPS and TEM analyses.Then,dynamic and isothermal thermogravimetric analyses of CO_(2)capture revealed that Li_(6)Zn_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(4)solid solution samples exhibited good CO_(2)chemisorption efficiencies,similarly to the pristine Li_(6)ZnO_(4)chemisorption trends observed.Moreover,a kinetic analysis of CO_(2)isothermal chemisorptions,using the Avrami-Erofeev model,evidenced an increment of the constant rates as a function of the Ni content.Since Ni^(2+)ions incorporation did not reduce the CO_(2)capture efficiency and kinetics,the catalytic properties of thesematerialswere evaluated in the DRM process.Results demonstrated that nickel ions favored hydrogen(H_(2))production over the pristine Li_(6)ZnO_(4)phase,despite a second H2 production reaction was determined,methane decomposition.Thereby,Li_(6)Zn_(1-x)Ni_(x)O_(4)ceramics can be employed as bifunctional materials. 展开更多

Model of Casson nanofluid flow over a nonlinear shrinking surface is considered.Model of Tiwari and Das is applied to nanofluid comprising of sodium alginate with copper and silver.The governing nonlinear equations incorporating the effects of the viscous dissipation are transformed into boundary value problems (BVPs) of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) by using appropriate similarity transformations.The resulting equations are converted into initial value problems (IVPs) using the shooting method which are then solved by Runge-Kutta method of fourth order.In order to determine the stability of the dual solutions obtained,stability analysis is performed and discovered that the first (second) solution is stable (unstable) and physically realizable (unrealizable).Both the thickness of the thermal boundary layer as well as temperature increase when the Casson parameter (β) is increased in the second solution. 展开更多

The solution of the intermetallic phase and the homogenization of composition are important for Mg alloy biomaterials.A single-phase Mg-6Zn alloy with the average grain size of about 20μm was prepared by ECAP processed for six passes at 320°C.It indicated that the ECAP could significantly promote the process of solid solution in Mg-Zn alloy.The results showed that complete dissolution of the intermetallic phase improved the corrosion resistance of Mg-6Zn alloy in 0.9%NaCl solution by turning the corrosion behavior into uniform corrosion and increased the hardness in combination with its smaller grain size. 展开更多

目的研究鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中脯氨酰羟化酶2(EGLN1)、溶质载体家族27成员6(SLC27A6)的表达与干性基因表达的相关性及预后价值。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月贵州医科大学附属医院耳鼻喉科诊治的132例NPC患者为研究对象,收集其癌组织与癌... 目的研究鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中脯氨酰羟化酶2(EGLN1)、溶质载体家族27成员6(SLC27A6)的表达与干性基因表达的相关性及预后价值。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月贵州医科大学附属医院耳鼻喉科诊治的132例NPC患者为研究对象,收集其癌组织与癌旁组织。采用qPCR检测EGLN1、SLC27A6 mRNA及干性相关基因[八聚体结合转录因子4(OCT4)、性别决定区Y框蛋白2(SOX2)和NANOG]mRNA表达;采用免疫组织化学法检测EGLN1、SLC27A6蛋白表达;Pearson相关系数分析NPC癌组织中EGLN1、SLC27A6 mRNA与干性相关基因表达的相关性;Kaplan-Meier曲线和Cox回归分析筛选影响NPC患者预后的危险因素。结果NPC癌组织EGLN1、SLC27A6、OCT4、SOX2、NANOG mRNA表达均高于癌旁组织(t/P=46.841/<0.001,44.102/<0.001,46.396/<0.001,52.522/<0.001,45.576/<0.001);NPC癌组织中EGLN1、SLC27A6 mRNA表达与OCT4、SOX2、NANOG mRNA表达均呈正相关(EGLN1 mRNA:r/P=0.708/<0.001,0.692/<0.001,0.669/<0.001;SLC27A6 mRNA:r/P=0.641/<0.001,0.721/<0.001,0.784/<0.001);NPC癌组织EGLN1、SLC27A6蛋白阳性率高于癌旁组织(χ^(2)/P=80.951/<0.001,88.364/<0.001);TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的NPC患者癌组织中EGLN1、SLC27A6阳性率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移患者(χ^(2)/P=31.034/<0.001,14.314/<0.001,5.811/0.016,10.725/0.001);EGLN1阳性组5年生存率低于阴性组(Log-rankχ^(2)=14.530,P=0.004),SLC27A6阳性组5年生存率低于阴性组(Log-rankχ^(2)=15.860,P<0.001);多因素Cox回归分析显示,TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移、EGLN1阳性、SLC27A6阳性是影响NPC患者预后的危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.602(1.166~2.200),1.540(1.242~1.911),1.379(1.124~1.690),1.302(1.075~1.578)]。结论NPC癌组织中EGLN1、SLC27A6表达上调,且均与干性相关基因表达呈正相关,是新的NPC预后评估的肿瘤标志物。 展开更多

The authors selected this deposit and used the multivariate statistical analysis to study the types of association of main ore-forming elements at different temperatures and pressures and their distribution in the deposit. On that basis combined with the structural analysis of the deposit, the recto-geochemical features of No.6 East tin deposit have been revealed and the direction and channel of migration of the ore solutions in faults and the deposit have been deduced. This research can appropriately elucidate the control of faults on the migration of ore solutions and the sites where ore solutions are dispersed and accumulated, thus providing the theoretical basis for the prediction of hydrothermal deposits in question. 展开更多

Znx</sub>Cd1-x</sub>S solid solutions with controlled morphology have been successfully synthe-sized by a facile solution-phase method. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra, X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission elec-tron microscopy (TEM). The photocatalytic activity of Zn<sub>x</sub>Cd<sub>1-x</sub>S was evaluated in the 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (TCP) degradation and mineralization in aqueous solution under direct solar light illumination. The experiment demonstrated that TCP was effectively degraded by more than 95% with 120 min. The results show that ZnS with Cd doping (Znx</sub>Cd1-x</sub>S) exhibits the much stronger visible light adsorption than that of pure ZnS, the light adsorption increasing as the Cd<sup>2+</sup> doping amount. These results indicate that Cd doping into a ZnS crystal lattice can result in the shift of the valence band of ZnS to a positive direction. It may lead to its higher oxidative ability than pure ZnS, which is important for organic pollutant degradation under solar light irradiation. Further-more, the photocatalytic activity studies reveal that the prepared Znx</sub>Cd1-x</sub>S nanostructures exhibit an excellent photocatalytic performance, degrading rapidly the aqueous 2,4,6-trichlorophenol solution under solar light irradiation. These results sug-gest that Znx</sub>Cd1-x</sub>S nanostructure will be a promising candidate of photocatalyst working in solar light range. 展开更多

Star-shaped six-arm polymers with hexaaza[2_(6)]orthoparacyclophane core and arms of block copolymers of poly-2-ethyl-5,6-dihydrooxazine with poly-2-isopropyl-5,6-dihydrooxazine were synthesized successfully using cationic ring-opening polymerization.The ratio of blocks,the order of their attachment to the core,and arm length were varied.Conformation of synthesized stars was determined by methods of molecular hydrodynamics and optics.It has been shown that star-shaped molecules were characterized by high intramolecular density,and the arm folding increased with their lengthening.The influence of the structure of block copolymers and their molar mass on the critical micelle concentration has been established.Complexes of synthesized star-shaped block copolymers with curcumin were obtained and the efficient binding of curcumin to polymer molecules was demonstrated.The behavior of the aqueous solutions of the prepared polymer stars and their complexes with curcumin was investigated by light scattering and turbidimetry methods.The influence of the structure and molar mass of star polymers on their thermoresponsiveness and the phase separation temperatures in aqueous solutions was analyzed.A slight increase in the phase separation temperature was found on passage from polymer solutions to solutions of polymer complexes with hydrophobic curcumin. 展开更多

China still use sketch maps as control devices that guarantees consistency and accuracy of population counting in previous census.Although the rapid advancement of geospatial technologies provides many possible solutions of digital census mapping,existing researches do not answer which solution is suitable to China.Subject to many constraints originated from characteristics of China,a practical solution of census mapping based on remote sensing imagery and auxiliary geographic information was proposed and proved to be feasible through evaluation analysis and a three-stage pilot study.Imagery with 2.5 meters and higher resolution,innovative workflow of census areas delineation,easy-to-use census mapping software packages and training organization all together provide the all-around supports for the 2010 rounded census (the 6th census) mapping activities.A digital census geographic framework detailed at the level of enumeration area was established in the 2010 rounded census which fills in the gaps in the field of modern geospatial census in China.The spatially referenced digital census database,especially the detailed census units,is of great value in successive census,sampling survey and many other census-related fields.Future work including quality evaluation of census areas,census mapping solution in the Tibet Autonomous Region are also discussed. 展开更多

This study is focused on a steady dissipative layer, which is generated by Marangoni convection flow over the surface resulted from an imposed temperature gradient, coupled with buoyancy effects due to gravity and external pressure. A model is proposed with Marangoni condition in the boundary conditions at the interface. The similarity equations are determined and approximate analytical solutions are obtained by an efficient transformation, asymptotic expansion and Pade approximant technique. For the cases that buoyancy force is favorable or unfavor-able to Marangoni flow, the features of flow and temperature fields are investigated in terms of Marangoni mixed convection parameter and Prantl number. 展开更多

单斜偏钒酸锰(MnV_(2)O_(6))较其他钒酸锰化合物具有更高的电导率和更低的电荷迁移活化能,已成为锂离子电池较有前途的负极材料之一。以焦钒酸锰(Mn_(2)V_(2)O_(7))酸浸液为原料,水热反应得到MnV_(2)O_(6)纳米带,研究了钒浓度和水热温... 单斜偏钒酸锰(MnV_(2)O_(6))较其他钒酸锰化合物具有更高的电导率和更低的电荷迁移活化能,已成为锂离子电池较有前途的负极材料之一。以焦钒酸锰(Mn_(2)V_(2)O_(7))酸浸液为原料,水热反应得到MnV_(2)O_(6)纳米带,研究了钒浓度和水热温度对水热过程钒转化率的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电化学工作站分别对MnV_(2)O_(6)纳米带的物相、形貌和电化学性能进行表征。结果表明,钒转化率随钒浓度的增大而增大,随水热温度升高先增大后减小,临界点在180℃。制备的MnV_(2)O_(6)由宽约200 nm、厚15~30 nm、长3~5μm的单斜晶系纳米带构成,倍率性能和循环寿命优异,在1C(1C=847 mA·g^(-1))倍率下循环200圈后依然保持763.4 mA·h·g^(-1)的高可逆容量,表现出良好的电化学性能。 展开更多

血清SIRT6、SLC7A11与2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关性分析

目的探讨血清沉默信息调节因子6(SIRT6)、溶质载体家族7成员11(SLC7A11)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的相关性。方法选取2022年1月—2024年3月哈尔滨市第二医院内分泌科收治的T2DM合并NAFLD患者90例为NAFLD组,按照1... 目的探讨血清沉默信息调节因子6(SIRT6)、溶质载体家族7成员11(SLC7A11)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的相关性。方法选取2022年1月—2024年3月哈尔滨市第二医院内分泌科收治的T2DM合并NAFLD患者90例为NAFLD组,按照1∶1比例选取未合并NAFLD的T2DM患者90例为非NAFLD组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清SIRT6、SLC7A11水平;多因素Logistic回归分析T2DM合并NAFLD的影响因素;绘制受试者工作特征曲线分析血清SIRT6、SLC7A11水平诊断T2DM合并NAFLD的效能。结果NAFLD组血清SIRT6、SLC7A11水平低于非NAFLD组(t/P=7.892/<0.001、7.643/<0.001);NAFLD组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、三酰甘油(TG)高于非NAFLD组(t/P=2.953/0.004、3.764/<0.001、4.729/<0.001、4.862/<0.001);BMI高、高血压、ALP高、AST高、ALT高、TG高为T2DM合并NAFLD的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.279(1.044~1.569)、2.342(1.096~5.005)、1.026(1.001~1.052)、1.038(1.003~1.074)、1.026(1.001~1.052)、2.524(1.307~4.874)],SIRT6高、SLC7A11高为独立保护因素[OR(95%CI)=0.782(0.692~0.882)、0.987(0.981~0.994)];血清SIRT6、SLC7A11水平及二者联合诊断T2DM合并NAFLD的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.791、0.787、0.876,二者联合诊断的AUC大于血清SIRT6、SLC7A11各自单独诊断(Z/P=2.217/0.027、2.041/0.041)。结论T2DM合并NAFLD患者血清SIRT6、SLC7A11水平降低,与T2DM合并NAFLD发病密切相关,血清SIRT6、SLC7A11水平联合检测对其有较高的诊断效能。 展开更多

建立机构拓扑结构复杂性和位置正解求解难易性的关系,提出按机构耦合度k大小来分类求解并联机构位置正解全部实数解的数值法,可使正解问题求解容易,具体内容包括:对39种不同构型的6-SPS并联机构,按6种基本机型、33种衍生机型的拓扑结构... 建立机构拓扑结构复杂性和位置正解求解难易性的关系,提出按机构耦合度k大小来分类求解并联机构位置正解全部实数解的数值法,可使正解问题求解容易,具体内容包括:对39种不同构型的6-SPS并联机构,按6种基本机型、33种衍生机型的拓扑结构及其耦合度值分为k=0、1、2、3四类,分析得到了动平台边数、支链类型影响耦合度k值大小的规律。对不同k值的并联机构的位置正解求解指明明确的求解方向,即:对k=0的机构可容易地直接求解其解析正解;对k>0的机构,通过虚设k个SPS型支链,使之转化为k=0的虚拟并联机构,并基于杆长条件建立k个仅含一个变量的杆长相容性方程,再采用k维搜索法求出实数解。以六自由度球面Stewart机构为例,给出了求解耦合度k=1的任意6-DOF SPS并联机构位置正解全部实数解一维搜索法的具体步骤。这种基于拓扑结构分析的6-SPS并联机构位置正解求解的数值法,求解原理简单,计算量小,且具有一般意义。 展开更多
