The approach based on 5W2H analysis is fundamental to managing the hospital examination process, improving the process and focusing on group collaboration, targeting the examination and solving practical problems, and using the form to evaluate its effectiveness to evaluate the physical examination results. Results: evaluate the results with the preparation of the evaluation test, evaluate the health, evaluate the care measures, and compare the evaluation with the data of the general results;the results before patient care are high and statistically significant (P < 0.05). In summary, it should be noted that the use of 5W2H analysis in clinical examinations allows for targeted examination by the staff of the health care institution and even further expands nurse involvement and mobilizes their activities to effectively help patients and meet their needs.展开更多
