Objective: to explore the improvement of nursing management quality in hemodialysis room by 5S management system. Methods: 80 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by numerical table method. Routine nursing group was given routine nursing and 5S management group was given 5S management system. The satisfaction degree, nursing management quality score of hemodialysis room and the incidence of complications of hemodialysis were compared between the two groups. Results: the satisfaction degree of 5S management group was higher than that of routine nursing group, the nursing management quality score of hemodialysis room was higher than that of routine nursing group, and the incidence rate of complications of hemodialysis was lower than that of routine nursing group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the 5S management system is effective for hemodialysis patients, which can improve the quality of nursing management in hemodialysis room, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications of hemodialysis. 展开更多

Objective: the experiment will implement seamless nursing and 5S management in the whole process for patients in the operating room, further reduce the surgical stress response, improve the safety of surgical treatment, and strengthen the management of the operating room nursing system. Methods: patients undergoing surgical treatment were selected as the objects of this study. In terms of time period, 116 patients receiving corresponding treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number method. The control group was treated with conventional nursing measures, while the observation group was treated with seamless nursing and 5S management. Results: in terms of nursing quality, the observation group was better than the control group in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate, and the difference was statistically significant. In addition, the observation group had a better postoperative situation, and the gastrointestinal recovery time and the first time of getting out of bed of this group were better than the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Finally, in the survey of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.5% (56/58), higher than that of the control group (87.9%, 51/58), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the whole-process seamless nursing and 5S management are helpful to reduce the stress response of patients undergoing surgery, and have certain guarantee for postoperative recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 展开更多
