针对55/19B型蒸汽发生器传热管的在役检查需求,结合国内23台CPR1000机组的涡流检测数据,分析其降质机理并评估现有检查策略的有效性。结果表明:现有轴向与旋转探头联合策略可有效识别缺陷,其中磨损缺陷占比97.5%,且集中于防振条及支撑... 针对55/19B型蒸汽发生器传热管的在役检查需求,结合国内23台CPR1000机组的涡流检测数据,分析其降质机理并评估现有检查策略的有效性。结果表明:现有轴向与旋转探头联合策略可有效识别缺陷,其中磨损缺陷占比97.5%,且集中于防振条及支撑板区域,未发现应力腐蚀等严重降质的现象。基于此,提出优化方向:聚焦高频磨损区域检查,调整旋转探头检测频率;强化异物防控措施;研发阵列涡流及无线传输技术以提升检测效率。 展开更多

The results show that the accuracy of partitional and overall calculation method is almost the same, but the result is different when using different calculation models.
