To study the pesticide effect, action mode, structure-activity relationships (SARs) of anthranilic diamide insecticide and screen highly active pesticides, novel anthranilic diamide derivatives were synthesized.Bioass...To study the pesticide effect, action mode, structure-activity relationships (SARs) of anthranilic diamide insecticide and screen highly active pesticides, novel anthranilic diamide derivatives were synthesized.Bioassays indicated that all of the title compounds displayed 100% mortality against diamondback moth and oriental armyworm at 100 mg/L, among which 12 v and 12 w showed 100% insecticidal acitvity at 5 mg/L. Surprisingly compound 12 w exhibited better insecticidal acitvity than commercialized chlorantraniliprole against Pyrausta nubilalis (0.1 mg/L) and Cnaphalocrocis Medinalis (2 mg/L). 3 D-QSAR and SARs statistical analysis revealed that title compounds with R^2 fixed as methoxy had the highest probability possessing high activity. The calcium fluorescence measurements on neurons revealed that E series compounds containing pyrazinyl may have a molecular target different from caffeine on ryanodine receptors rather than the voltage-gated calcium channel present on cytomembran.展开更多

Thus, the logging ti...A new multi-mode resistivity imaging sonde, with toroidal coils as source, can conduct three resistivity measurements: azimuthal resistivity, lateral resistivity, and bit resistivity measurements. Thus, the logging time and cost are greatly saved. The toroidal coils are simplified as an extended voltage dipole and the response equations are derived for a homogenous formation. Based on 3D FEM, the depth of investigation(DOI), vertical resolution, circumferential azimuthal capacity, borehole diameter, mud resistivity, thickness of target formation, and the resistivity of the surrounding formation and mud invasion are simulated. The results suggest that the three measurement modes of the new sonde are different in vertical resolutions and DOIs. The circumferential detection ability of the azimuth button depends on the contrast between the anomaly and formation resistivity and the open angle of the anomaly. Whether the borehole is truncated at the bit or not has a great influence on the simulation results. The borehole and mud invasion affect the apparent resistivity in all modes, but the effects of resistivity of surrounding formation and thickness of the target formation are only corrected for lateral resistivity measurement.展开更多

A controller is first designed by the use of a hierarchical structure of two first-order sliding surfa...In this paper, a new adaptive hierarchical sliding mode control scheme for a 3D overhead crane system is proposed. A controller is first designed by the use of a hierarchical structure of two first-order sliding surfaces represented by two actuated and un-actuated subsystems in the bridge crane. Parameters of the controller are then intelligently estimated, where uncertain parameters due to disturbances in the 3D overhead crane dynamic model are proposed to be represented by radial basis function networks whose weights are derived from a Lyapunov function. The proposed approach allows the crane system to be robust under uncertainty conditions in which some uncertain and unknown parameters are highly difficult to determine. Moreover, stability of the sliding surfaces is proved to be guaranteed. Effectiveness of the proposed approach is then demonstrated by implementing the algorithm in both synthetic and reallife systems, where the results obtained by our method are highly promising.展开更多
目的探讨3D血管模拟系统在血管外科临床教学中的教学效果。方法将血管外科临床实习生158人,根据随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用“传统的理论授课+手术带教”模式教学,实验组采用“传统理论授课+手术带教+2周的3D血管模拟系统...目的探讨3D血管模拟系统在血管外科临床教学中的教学效果。方法将血管外科临床实习生158人,根据随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用“传统的理论授课+手术带教”模式教学,实验组采用“传统理论授课+手术带教+2周的3D血管模拟系统训练”教学模式,观察两组学生的理论考试成绩,血管造影手术的穿刺成功率、并发症和手术操作参数的差异。结果两组学生的理论成绩及格率差异无统计学意义,但实验组学生平均成绩更高(8.91±1.25 vs.8.22±1.54,P=0.01)。实验组学生总穿刺成功率和3针穿刺成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但5针穿刺成功率无差别。实验组学生血管穿刺时间明显低于对照组(11.81±7.62 min vs.8.45±5.64 min,P<0.001)。结业考核时,实验组学生掌握血管造影学习时间(3.66±0.66 min vs.4.11±0.77 min,P<0.01)、手术时间(34.24±10.40 min vs.41.86±12.83 min,P<0.01)、单次射线照射时间(494.14±239.46 s vs.643.19±242.37 s,P<0.01)、患者累积皮肤表面照射剂量(400.27±152.74 mGy vs.469.63±184.38 mGy,P=0.01)均明显低于对照组,两组患者剂量面积值无明显差异。结论应用3D血管模拟系统辅助教学能够显著提高血管外科临床医学生的临床技能成绩,降低医学生单次介入操作的辐射时间和辐射量,具有推广价值。展开更多
