Following the principle of elastic floating compensation, this paper presents a new metal elastic ring for load equilibration and vibration reduction in 3-ring-gear reducer, and design and fabrivcation of a metal elastic ring for SCH 3-ring-gear reducer. Comparison tests run with 3-ring-gear reducers without or with the metal elastic ring show satisfactory load equilibration and vibration reduction can be achieved with the metal elastic ring, and the metal elastic ring is a good solution for the problem of unequilibrated load and excessive vibration from which 3-ring-gear reducers suffered long.- This will further the improvement of design and application of 3-ring-gear reducers in both theory and practice. 展开更多

The indiscriminate use and disposal of ciprofloxacin(CIP)have led to its detection in water globally,which pose a huge risk to public health and water environment.Herein,(Zn-Al)LDHs modified 3D reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite((Zn-Al)LDHs/3D-rGO)was synthesized through a feasible onepot hydrothermal method for CIP removal.The highly distributed(Zn-Al)LDHs flakes on the surface of 3D-rGO endow the resulted(Zn-Al)LDHs/3D-rGO with an excellent adsorption performance for CIP.The adsorption results showed that the adsorption process could be well interpreted by Temkin isothermal model and the pseudo second-order kinetics model.The maximal adsorption capacity of 20.01 mg·g^(-1)for CIP could be achieved under the optimal conditions optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).The inhibitory effect of co-existing ions on CIP adsorption were also discussed.The probable adsorption mechanism might be ascribed toπ-πinteractions,hydrogen bonding,electrostatic,and surface complexation.Regeneration tests showed that the obtained 3D porous material also possessed pronounced recyclability.The obtained(Zn-Al)LDHs/3D-rGO holds a great potential for removal of CIP from actual wastewater. 展开更多

针对中长基线单历元解算易受到电离层延迟影响,造成窄巷模糊度解算可靠性降低的问题,本文系统分析了BDS-3和Galileo具有低总噪声水平和弱电离层延迟的多频相位组合观测值特性,在此基础上提出了一种基于BDS-3/Galileo多频弱电离层组合的... 针对中长基线单历元解算易受到电离层延迟影响,造成窄巷模糊度解算可靠性降低的问题,本文系统分析了BDS-3和Galileo具有低总噪声水平和弱电离层延迟的多频相位组合观测值特性,在此基础上提出了一种基于BDS-3/Galileo多频弱电离层组合的单历元RTK定位优化方法,并采用实测数据进行验证。试验结果表明,本文方法采用的多频弱电离层组合,分别为BDS-3(2,2,-3,0)、Galileo(4,0,-2,-1)的四频组合和BDS-3(2,2,-3,0,0)、Galileo(4,-2,0,-1,0)的五频组合。在BDS-3、Galileo及BDS-3/Galileo组合系统中的定位精度均优于传统方法,其中四频和五频的三维定位精度分别平均提高了18.87%、24.84%、41.47%,以及12.97%、25.52%、42.07%,特别在电离层活跃区,BDS-3/Galileo五频弱电离层组合模糊度固定成功率可保持在99.00%以上。在高截止高度角(如30°)时,BDS-3/Galileo的定位可用性仍达到100%。因此,BDS-3/Galileo组合多频观测值有效提高了定位可用性和可靠性。 展开更多

Effect of Ce doping into V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2) catalysts on the selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x) by NH_(3) 被引量:23

In this work, the effectiveness of V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalysts modified with different CeO2 contents by impregnation and co-precipitation methods on the selective catalytic reduction of NOxby NH3 have been studied comparatively by various experimental techniques. The results showed that the NO conversion of V2O5-WO3/CeO2-TiO2 catalysts modified by co-precipitation method obviously increased with the Ce doping contents in the studied range below 20%(All Ce contents are in mass fractions), but the NO conversion of V2O5-WO3/CeO2/TiO2 catalysts modified by impregnation methods was lower than V2O5-WO3/CeO2-TiO2 catalysts especially beyond 2.5% Ce doping contents. The V2O5-WO3/CeO2-TiO2 catalysts showed better SCR activity, wider reaction window, and higher sulfur and water resistance. The characterization results elucidated that the modified catalysts by co-precipitation method exhibited higher specific surface area, much better dispersity of Ce component, more Ce^(3+)species and more Br?nsted acid sites than that by impregnation. The vacancies caused by more Ce^(3+)species were favorable for more NO oxidation to NO2, and the interaction between Ce species and WOxspecies generated more Br?nsted acid sites. It could be supposed that dispersed Ce Oxspecies and WOxspecies offered more second active centers respectively to adsorb oxygen and activate ammonia as co-catalysis to the primary active center of V ions, thus facilitated the better SCR activity of modified V2O5-WO3/CeO2-TiO2 catalysts by coprecipitation methods. The co-precipitation methods with Ce component were more suitable for production of modified commercial V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalysts. 展开更多

Recently,CoCO_(3)has attracted enormous attention as anodes for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),benefiting from its high theoretical capacity and simple synthesis.However,the modest electronic conductivity and structural instability over cycling hinder its wider applications.To well address the intrinsic issues,we explored a precipitantfree hydrothermal methodology for mass production of spindle-like CoCO_(3)/reduced graphene oxide(S-CoCO_(3)/rGO)toward advanced LIBs as a hybrid anode.The dimethylformamide plays a significant role of"two birds(i.e.,solvent and precipitant)with one stone"in the formation of the S-CoCO_(3)/rGO,greatly improving its practical applicability.The purposeful introduction of rGO nanosheets as a two-dimensional flexible conductive network enhances the conductivity and stability of the S-CoCO_(3).It is the structural and compositional merits for LIBs that endow the S-CoCO3/rGO with remarkable lithium-storage performance in terms of enhanced interfacial storage capacity,high-rate reversible capacities(803 mAh·g^(-1)at 2.0 A·g^(-1))and long-duration capacity retention of 82.1%over 2000 consecutive cycles at 2.0 A·g^(-1).More significantly,the simple yet efficient avenue here promises enormous commercial prospect of the S-CoCO_(3)/rGO in next-generation LIBs. 展开更多

Metal oxide semiconductors(MOS)-reduced graphene oxide(rGO)nanocomposites have attracted great attention for room-tempe rature gas sensing applications.The development of novel sensing materials is the key issue for the effective detection of ammoniagas at room temperature.In the present work,the novel reduced graphene oxide(rGO)-In2 O3 nanocubes hybrid materials have been prepared via a simple electrostatic self-assembly strategy.Characterization re sults exhibit that the intimate interfacial contact between In2 O3 nanocubes and the rGO sheets are achieved.Particularly,the as-prepared rGO/In2 O3 nanocomposites displayed high sensitivity,fast response and excellent selectivity towards ammonia(NH3)at room-temperature,which clearly uncovers the merit of structural design and rational integration with rGO sheets.The superior gas sensing performance of the rGO/In2 O3 nanocomposites can be attributed to the synergetic effects of rGO sheets and porous In2 O3 nanocubes.The reported synthesis offers a general approach to rGO/MOS-based semiconductor composites for room-temperature gas sensing applications. 展开更多

The shortage of skin for grafting continues to be a major problem in the treatment of serious skin injuries.3D bioprinting provides a new way to solve this problem.However,current 3D printed skin is less effective in treatment of large wounds because of severe shrinkage and scarring.In this study,bionically designed bilayer skin was fabricated using an extrusion-based bioprinter and a gelatin/sodium alginate/gelatin methacrylate hydrogel with excellent physical and biological properties.Full-thickness skin wounds were created in the back of nude mice and treated with bioprinted skin or hydrogel.Bioprinted skin accelerated wound healing,reduced wound contraction and scarring,and facilitated wound skin epithelialization compared with the bioprinted hydrogel or untreated wound.The skin from the wound was collected 28 days after grafting for histology and immunofluorescence analysis.The thickness of the dermis and epidermis of the bioprinted skin was similar to that of nude mice.Microvascular formation in the dermis and dense keratinocytes in the epidermis of the bioprinted skin were observed.This study provides a potential treatment strategy for reducing skin contraction and scar in large skin wounds. 展开更多

As one of prussian blue analogues,Co_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2) has been explored as a promising anode material for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs) owing to its high potassium storage capacity.Unfortunately,Co_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2) possesses low electronic conductivity and its structure collapses easily during potassiation and depotassiation,resulting in poor rate performance and cyclic stability.To solve these problems,we develop a facile multi-step method to successfully combine uniformCo_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2) nanocubes with rGO by C-O-Co bonds.As expected,these chemcial bonds shorten the distance betweenCo_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2) and rGO to the angstrom meter level,which significantly improve the electronic conductivity ofCo_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2).Besides,the complete encapsulation ofCo_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2) nanocubes by rGO endows the structure ofCo_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2) with high stability,thus withstanding repeated insertion/extraction of potassium-ions without visible morphological and structural changes.Benefiting from the abovementioned structural advantages,the CO3 [Co(CN)6]2/rGO nanocomposite exhibits a high reversible capacity of 400.8 mAh g^(-1) at a current density of 0.1 A g^(-1),an exceptional rate capability of 115.5 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1), and an ultralong cycle life of 231.9 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1) after 1000 cycles.Additionally,the effects of different amounts of rGO and different sizes ofCo_(3)[Co(CN)_(6)]_(2) nanocubes on the potassium storage performance are also studied.This work offers an ideal route to significantly enhance the electrochemical properties of prussian blue analogues. 展开更多

An electrochemical biosensing platform was developed based on glucose oxidase(GOx)/Fe3O4-reduced graphene oxide(Fe3O4-RGO) nanosheets loaded on the magnetic glassy carbon electrode(MGCE).With the advantages of the magnetism, conductivity and biocompatibility of the Fe3O4-RGO nanosheets, the nanocomposites could be facilely adhered to the electrode surface by magnetically controllable assembling and beneficial to achieve the direct redox reactions and electrocatalytic behaviors of GOx immobilized into the nanocomposites. The biosensor exhibited good electrocatalytic activity, high sensitivity and stability. The current response is linear over glucose concentration ranging from 0.05 to 1.5 m M with a low detection limit of0.15 μM. Meanwhile, validation of the applicability of the biosensor was carried out by determining glucose in serum samples. The proposed protocol is simple, inexpensive and convenient, which shows great potential in biosensing application. 展开更多

RP-3航空煤油模型燃料的简化反应机理构建与验证

采用基于反应类的全局敏感性分析方法、组分敏感性分析方法构建了甲基环己烷(MCH)的燃料相关骨架反应机理,包含25种组分和44个反应;并采用解耦法构建了甲基环己烷的骨架反应机理,包含72种组分和383个反应;同时,采用遗传算法对燃料相关... 采用基于反应类的全局敏感性分析方法、组分敏感性分析方法构建了甲基环己烷(MCH)的燃料相关骨架反应机理,包含25种组分和44个反应;并采用解耦法构建了甲基环己烷的骨架反应机理,包含72种组分和383个反应;同时,采用遗传算法对燃料相关反应的反应速率常数进行了优化,优化后的骨架反应机理在甲基环己烷的着火延迟时间以及MCH、CO、CO_(2)摩尔分数的预测精度获得大幅提升。通过耦合正癸烷、正十二烷、异十六烷、甲基环己烷、甲苯的骨架反应机理与C0~C3的简化反应机理,构建了RP-3航空煤油模型燃料的简化反应机理(包含121种组分、469个反应);采用该简化反应机理计算得到的多工况条件下RP-3航空煤油的着火延迟时间与层流燃烧速度与相应试验值之间的误差均在5%以内,除个别工况外,氧化过程中主要组分摩尔分数的计算值与相应试验值吻合较好。 展开更多

Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)(BOC)/Bi_(4)O_5Br_(2)(BOB)/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)Z-scheme heterojunction with promising photocatalytic properties was synthesized via a facile one-pot room-temperature method.Ultra-thin nanosheets of BOC and BOB were grown in situ on r GO.The formed 2D/2D direct Z-scheme heterojunction of BOC/BOB with oxygen vacancies(OVs)effectively leads to lower negative electron reduction potential of BOB as well as higher positive hole oxidation potential of BOC,showing improved reduction/oxidation ability.Particularly,rGO is an acceptor of the electrons from the conduction band of BOC.Its dual roles significantly improve the transfer performance of photo-induced charge carriers and accelerate their separation.With layered nanosheet structure,rich OVs,high specific surface area,and increased utilization efficiency of visible light,the multiple synergistic effects of BOC/BOB/rGO can achieve effective generation and separation of the electron-holes,thereby generating more·O_(2)^(-)and h^(+).The photocatalytic reduction efficiency of CO_(2)to CO(12.91μmol/(g·hr))is three times higher than that of BOC(4.18μmol/(g·hr)).Moreover,it also achieved almost 100%removal of Rhodamine B and cyanobacterial cells within 2 hours. 展开更多

为获得适合工程应用的RP-3航空煤油简化机理以及数值计算方法,针对某航空发动机燃烧室模型进行相同工况下的试验与数值仿真,耦合五种不同替代燃料组分以及反应数数量级的RP-3航空煤油简化反应机理获得的计算结果与试验数据对比分析,比... 为获得适合工程应用的RP-3航空煤油简化机理以及数值计算方法,针对某航空发动机燃烧室模型进行相同工况下的试验与数值仿真,耦合五种不同替代燃料组分以及反应数数量级的RP-3航空煤油简化反应机理获得的计算结果与试验数据对比分析,比较燃烧室内及燃烧室出口温度场、组分浓度场以及CO,NO_(x)等污染物的排放分布,分析不同化学反应机理的预测结果之间差异产生的原因。结果表明:五种简化反应机理均可以较好地反映出温度场以及组分浓度场的整体分布,但在具体数值的预测方面有所差异;其中,五组分简化机理对出口平均温度以及CO排放的预测最为准确,出口平均温度误差为0.41%,CO排放的误差为36.69%;四组分简化机理对NO_(x)排放的预测最为准确,NO_(x)排放的误差为0.63%,出口温度分布与试验数据吻合最好,整体来看具有更好的工程应用价值;单组分简化机理的整体计算结果准确性最低;此外,替代燃料组分以及反应数数量级的差异并未对基于火焰面生成流形建表的计算效率产生较大影响。 展开更多

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦对持续性房颤合并射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者心功能及血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、半乳凝素-3(Gal-3)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平的影响。方法前瞻性选取2020年1月至2024年4月在重庆市巴南区... 目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦对持续性房颤合并射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者心功能及血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、半乳凝素-3(Gal-3)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平的影响。方法前瞻性选取2020年1月至2024年4月在重庆市巴南区人民医院治疗的88例持续性房颤合并HFrEF患者作为研究对象。按照信封法将其分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素受体拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、强心剂、利尿剂、扩血管剂、抗凝剂、抗血小板药物以及降脂药物等标准化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,两组患者均连续治疗6个月。观察并比较两组治疗前、治疗6个月后的心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心房内径(LAD)、左心房容积(LAV)、左室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)和左室舒张末期容积指数(lLVEDVI)]、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、36项健康调查简表(SF-36)量表总分、血清标志物(NT-proBNP、Gal-3、CTGF)水平差异。结果治疗6个月后,两组LVEF均较治疗前升高,LAD、LAV、LVESVI和LVEDVI均较治疗前降低,且观察组的LVEF为(52.23±5.02)%,高于对照组[(46.65±4.98)%],而LAD、LAV、LVESVI和LVEDVI分别为(39.23±5.03)mm、(60.20±4.43)mL、(31.12±3.77)mL/m^(2)和(60.20±5.72)mL/m^(2),均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组患者的6MWT和SF-36量表总分均较治疗前升高,且观察组6MWT和SF-36量表总分分别为(544.54±22.25)m和(77.87±6.40)分,均明显高于对照组[(501.09±25.62)m、(71.41±7.20)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组血清NT-proBNP、Gal-3、CTGF水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组的血清NT-proBNP、Gal-3、CTGF水平分别为(1205.51±94.68)ng/L、(3.35±0.97)μg/L和(45.52±10.09)μg/L,均明显低于对照组[(3201.70±91.88)ng/L、(4.95±0.91)μg/L和(68.84±11.41)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗持续性房颤合并HFrEF患者有较好的疗效,可明显改善患者心功能、生活质量等,明显降低血清NT-proBNP、Gal-3、CTGF水平。 展开更多
