Further, the m RNA and protein expression were identified to establish the regulatory relationship of B7-H3 with B3 GALT4 in vitro.RESULTS A significant positive correlation between B7-H3 and B3 GALT4 was observed in CRC specimens(r = 0.219, P = 0.001). High expression of B7-H3 was identified as a significant independent predictor of poor overall survival(OS) [hazard ratio(HR) = 1.781; 95%CI: 1.027-3.089; P = 0.040]. Moreover, high expression of B3 GALT4 was also recognized as an independent predictor of inferior OS(HR = 1.597; 95%CI: 1.007-2.533; P = 0.047). Additionally, CRC patients expressing both high B7-H3 and high B3 GALT4 contributed to a significant decrease in OS(HR = 2.283; 95%CI: 1.289-4.042; P = 0.005). In CRC cell lines with stable expression of high B7-H3, the m RNA and protein expressions of B3 GALT4 were significantly upregulated. Similarly, the expression of B3 GALT4 was significantly reduced when expression of B7-H3 was knocked down.CONCLUSION The expression of B3 GALT4 in CRC is positively correlated with B7-H3 expression in vitro. B7-H3/B3 GLAT4 may be used as dual prognostic biomarkers for CRC.展开更多

The acoustic emission technique was used to monitor the acoustic signal characteristics of composite rock specimens during the entire loading process. At the same time, an optical non-contact 3 D digital image correlation technique was used to study the evolution of axial strain field and the maximal strain field before and after the peak strength at different stress levels during the loading process. The effect of bedding plane inclination on the deformation and strength during uniaxial loading was analyzed. The methods of solving the elastic constants of hard and weak rock were described. The damage evolution process, deformation and failure mechanism, and failure mode during uniaxial loading were fully determined. The experimental results show that the θ = 0?–45?specimens had obvious plastic deformation during loading, and the brittleness of the θ = 60?–90?specimens gradually increased during the loading process. When the anisotropic angle θincreased from 0?to 90?, the peak strength, peak strain, and apparent elastic modulus all decreased initially and then increased. The failure mode of the composite rock specimen during uniaxial loading can be divided into three categories:tensile fracture across the discontinuities(θ = 0?–30?), slid-ing failure along the discontinuities(θ = 45?–75?), and tensile-split along the discontinuities(θ = 90?). The axial strain of the weak and hard rock layers in the composite rock specimen during the loading process was significantly different from that of the θ = 0?–45?specimens and was almost the same as that of the θ = 60?–90?specimens. As for the strain localization highlighted in the maximum principal strain field, the θ = 0?–30?specimens appeared in the rock matrix approximately parallel to the loading direction, while in the θ = 45?–90?specimens it appeared at the hard and weak rock layer interface.展开更多

Characterizing the structures of 25 bisphenol A compounds by this vector, the QSAR models of three kinds of estrogen activities (ER affinities, gene induction and cell proliferation) have high multiple correlation coefficient (Rcum^2=0.933, 0.813, 0.959) and cross verification coefficient (Qcum^2=0.847, 0.953, 0.798) by support vector machine (SVM), which suits for nonlinear circumstances. The above results show that the models successfully express the correlation between structure and three kinds of estrogen activities. Therefore, 3D-VAPC exactly reflects the molecular structural information and SVM method correctly describes the correlation between information and property of the compounds.展开更多

Comparison of two set results shows that cc-pVtz and 6-311++G(d) give more correlation energy of valence electrons and innermost core electron pairs, respectively in these systems, resulting that the total correlation energy with cc-pVtz basis of each system is larger than that with 6-311++G(d). Investigations of pair correlation energy show that with the decrease of electronegativity of X atom and the increase of H atoms in these CH3X (X = F, OH, NH2) systems, the pair correlation energy of 1sC2 of the C atoms is transferable, and the correlation energy of CH bonding electron pair with little changes is of approximate transferability, while those of CY (CF, CO, CN) bonding electron pair decrease in a large extent from CH3F through CH3OH to CH3NH2 molecules. It is suggested that the study of pair correlation energy of bonding electrons will further deepen the understanding of electron corre- lation effect from traditional chemical bonding concept.展开更多

It is shown that configurations of an even number of many p- and f-bosons can not only be incorporated into the usual low-lying collective rotational bands, such as the ground state band, β- and γ-vibrational bands, but also naturally form the rotational bands, etc. These results are similar to that of Usdg(15)-IBM and in good agreement with the experimental data of the nucleus. Besides, several intraband E2 transition probabilities are given, which are consistent with that of Usd(6)-IBM.展开更多

In its reservoir division and correlation, the isochronous problem is very important. Taking the oil formation I of Es3 in Wuhaozhuang oilfield as an example, through the analysis of stratigraphic drilling and logging data in the study area, according to the genetic types of different levels of base level cycle interfaces and the characteristics of high-resolution sequence stratigraphy, this paper subdivides the lacustrine gravity flow oil layer of lower Es3 in Wuhaozhuang Oilfield, divides it into four short-term base level cycle sequences, and establishes the high-resolution isochronous stratigraphic framework of this interval. It is found that the mid-term, short-term and ultra short-term base level cycles correspond to the oil formation, sand layer group and single layer in the oil layer correlation unit of the oilfield respectively. Based on this, the oil layer correlation unit of the interval is divided, and the sublayer correlation model is established according to the identification characteristics of the short-term base level cycle.展开更多

As for the strain localization highlighted in the maximum principal strain field, the θ = 0?–30?specimens appeared in the rock matrix approximately parallel to the loading direction, while in the θ = 45?–90?specimens it appeared at the hard and weak rock layer interface.

文摘In thermal-structural testing of hypersonic materials and structures, deformation measurement on the front surface of an object directly heated by quartz lamps is highly necessary and very challenging. This work describes a novel front-surface high-temperature deformation measurement technique, which adopts ultraviolet 3D digital image correlation(UV 3D-DIC)to observe and measure the high-temperature deformation fields on front surfaces directly heated by quartz lamps.Compared with existing blue light DIC techniques, the established UV 3D-DIC,which combines UV CCD camera, active UV illumination and bandpass filter imaging, can effectively suppress the strong disturbing light emitted by the quartz lamps and the heated sample itself during heating process. Two experiments were carried out to verify the robustness and accuracy of the developed technique:(1)direct observation of front surfaces of a hypersonic thermal structure sample heated from room temperature to 1050℃,and(2)front-surface thermal stain and coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)measurement of an Inconel 718 sample up to 800℃.The well matched strain and CTE results with literature data show that UV 3D-DIC system is an effective technique for front-surface deformation measurement and has great potential in characterizing deformation response of hypersonic materials and structures subjected to transient aerodynamic heating.

文摘Three-dimensional(3D)printing technology is increasingly used in experimental research of geotechnical engineering.Compared to other materials,3D layer-by-layer printing specimens are extremely similar to the inherent properties of natural layered rock masses. In this paper,soft-hard interbedded rock masses with different dip angles were prepared based on 3D printing(3DP)sand core technology.Uniaxial compression creep tests were conducted to investigate its anisotropic creep behavior based on digital imaging correlation(DIC)technology. The results show that the anisotropic creep behavior of the 3DP soft-hard interbedded rock mass is mainly affected by the dip angles of the weak interlayer when the stress is at low levels. As the stress level increases, the effect of creep stress on its creep anisotropy increases significantly, and the dip angle is no longer the main factor. The minimum value of the long-term strength and creep failure strength always appears in the weak interlayer within 30°–60°,which explains why the failure of the layered rock mass is controlled by the weak interlayer and generally emerges at 45°.The tests results are verified by comparing with theoretical and other published studies. The feasibility of the 3DP soft-hard interbedded rock mass provides broad prospects and application values for 3DP technology in future experimental research.

文摘Considering atomic property vector and atomic correlative function, the 3-dimensional structural vector of atomic property correlation (3D-VAPC), a novel descriptor,is defined to characterize a 3-dimensional molecular structure by introducing self-adaptability regulation mechanism and the idea of orientating to customers. Therefore, 3D-VAPC exactly reflects the molecular structural information and SVM method correctly describes the correlation between information and property of the compounds.

文摘The pair correlation energy of bonding electrons is used and analyzed in the cal- culation of CH and CY (Y = F, O, N) bonding electron pairs in CH3X (X = F, OH, NH2) isoelec- tronic systems based on intra- and interpair correlation energy results at both MP2-OPT2/6- 311++G(d) and MP2-OPT2/cc-pVtz levels with MELD program. It is suggested that the study of pair correlation energy of bonding electrons will further deepen the understanding of electron corre- lation effect from traditional chemical bonding concept.

文摘Compared to 3D object detection using a single camera, multiple cameras can overcome some limitations on field-of-view,occlusion,and low detection confidence. This study employs multiple surveillance cameras and develops a cooperative 3D object detection and tracking framework by incorporating temporal and spatial information. The framework consists of a 3D vehicle detection model, cooperatively spatial-temporal relation scheme, and heuristic camera constellation method.Specifically, the proposed cross-camera association scheme combines the geometric relationship between multiple cameras and objects in corresponding detections. The spatial-temporal method is designed to associate vehicles between different points of view at a single timestamp and fulfill vehicle tracking in the time aspect. The proposed framework is evaluated based on a synthetic cooperative dataset and shows high reliability, where the cooperative perception can recall more than 66%of the trajectory instead of 11%for single-point sensing. This could contribute to full-range surveillance for intelligent transportation systems.
文摘Within the framework of the Usdpf(16) interacting boson model (IBM), the effects of strong correlations of the dipole (p?-boson) and the octupole (f?-boson) degree of freedom on the positive-parity states of even-even nuclei in SU(3) limit are discussed. Besides, several intraband E2 transition probabilities are given, which are consistent with that of Usd(6)-IBM.

文摘The reverse time migration(RTM)of ground penetrating radar(GPR)is usually implemented in its two-dimensional(2D)form,due to huge computational cost.However,2D RTM algorithm is difficult to focus the scattering signal and produce a high precision subsurface image when the object is buried in a complicated subsurface environment. To better handle the multi-off set GPR data,we propose a three-dimensional(3D)prestack RTM algorithm. The high-order fi nite diff erence time domian(FDTD)method, with the accuracy of eighth-order in space and second-order in time,is applied to simulate the forward and backward extrapolation electromagnetic fi elds.In addition,we use the normalized correlation imaging condition to obtain pre-stack RTM result and the Laplace fi lter to suppress the low frequency noise generated during the correlation process. The numerical test of 3D simulated GPR data demonstrated that 3D RTM image shows excellent coincidence with the true model.Compared with 2D RTM image, the 3D RTM image can more clearly and accurately refl ect the 3D spatial distribution of the target, and the resolution of the imaging results is far better.Furthermore, the application of observed GPR data further validates the eff ectiveness of the proposed 3D GPR RTM algorithm, and its fi nal image can more reliably guide the subsequent interpretation.

文摘We present a 3D inversion method to recover density distribution from gravity data in space domain. Our method firstly employs 3D correlation image of the vertical gradient of gravity data as a starting model to generate a higher resolution image for inversion. The 3D density distribution is then obtained by inverting the correlation image of gravity data to fit the observed data based on classical inversion method of the steepest descent method. We also perform the effective equivalent storage and subdomain techniques in the starting model calculation, the forward modeling and the inversion procedures, which allow fast computation in space domain with reducing memory consumption but maintaining accuracy. The efficiency and stability of our method is demonstrated on two sets of synthetic data and one set of the Northern Sinai Peninsula gravity data. The inverted 3D density distributions show that high density bodies beneath Risan Aniza and low density bodies exist to the southeast of Risan Aniza at depths between 1~10 and 20 km,which may be originated from hot anomalies in the lower crust. The results show that our inversion method is useful for 3D quantitative interpretation.
文摘The phase change of lacustrine gravity flow deposition is fast and complex. Based on this, the oil layer correlation unit of the interval is divided, and the sublayer correlation model is established according to the identification characteristics of the short-term base level cycle.

文摘The triple transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease(3×Tg-AD)is a widely used model that exhibits region-dependent patterns of progressive amyloid-βand tau pathology.Although structural brain abnormalities on magnetic resonance imaging have been observed in 3×Tg-AD mice at later disease stages(>12 months)and as early as 2 months, few studies have investigated changes in these mice during the stage with extensive amyloid-βdeposition and onset of tau pathology(around 9 months). This study aimed to assess brain morphometry and microstructure alterations in 9 month-old 3×Tg-AD mice to better understand the neural mechanisms underlying these specific pathological features.Voxel-based analyses were employed on T2-weighted and diffusion tensor imaging to identify differences between 3×Tg-AD and control mice.Compared with controls,3×Tg-AD mice exhibited lower gray matter volume in several regions including both hippocampal regions, the right thalamus, the left caudoputamen, and the cortex.Reduced white matter volume was observed in fiber tracts including the corpus callosum, internal capsule, stria terminalis, and olfactory tract.Whole-brain diffusion tensor imaging analysis revealed a significant decrease in fractional anisotropy and an increase in both radial and mean diffusivity within the left dentate gyrus of the hippocampal region and right striatum-like amygdala nuclei, with no significant difference in axial diffusivity.Correlation analyses demonstrated significant associations between behavioral performance measures, with both gray and white matter volumes within regions showing significant morphometric differences.Notably, behavioral performance also exhibited significant correlations with diffusion tensor imaging measures particularly within the left dentate gyrus of the hippocampal region and right striatum-like amygdala nuclei.Immunofluorescence analysis confirmed increased amyloid-βplaques and p-Tau protein expression in the hippocampal regions of 3×Tg-AD mice, which corroborated the magnetic resonance imaging findings.Transcriptome analysis in hippocampus tissue identified 1389 differentially expressed genes.Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analyses revealed that numerous differentially expressed genes were enriched in biological processes relevant to synapse structure, cognition, learning, and memory, with particular emphasis on Wnt and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways.Collectively, these findings suggest that intricate anatomical and microstructural alterations occur in 3×Tg-AD model mice at the onset of pathology around 9 months, potentially driven by gene expression alterations. Moreover, our results support the potential utility of brain volume and diffusion metrics as biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease pathology, which could have significant implications for clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease patients.
