面向冶金质检的2D/3D视觉协同检测系统关键算法

针对热态钢轨质检中高温干扰、缺陷复杂及结构与纹理信息割裂等问题,本文提出并验证了一套面向冶金质检的2D/3D视觉系统检测系统的关键算法。在2D检测方面,提出轻量化DFAM-YOLO-Met(Defect-Focused Attention Module YOLO for Metallur... 针对热态钢轨质检中高温干扰、缺陷复杂及结构与纹理信息割裂等问题,本文提出并验证了一套面向冶金质检的2D/3D视觉系统检测系统的关键算法。在2D检测方面,提出轻量化DFAM-YOLO-Met(Defect-Focused Attention Module YOLO for Metallurgy)模型,通过将特征增强技术与注意力模块与YOLO模型进行耦合,实现对微小缺陷的高效识别。在自建图像集上取得91.6%的mAP和0.89的F1-score,在3D建模方面,设计三阶段点云优化与分段曲率拟合策略,引入热响应补偿机制,实现高温下的在线尺寸精测,误差由±0.28 mm降至±0.12 mm,满足国标≤0.15 mm的要求;在多模态融合方面,构建图-点映射与模块互引机制,实现2D与3D检测结果的联动复核,系统误报率由2.4%降至1.5%,复合缺陷Recall提升11.7%。实测表明,系统可在5 m/s钢轨产线上稳定运行72 h,单帧推理时延11.4 ms,GPU功耗低于15 W,具备良好鲁棒性与部署价值,为冶金行业在高温高速工况下实现智能质检提供了技术路径与实践参考。 展开更多

以钛网为基底,采用两步法(阳极氧化和电还原)成功制备了三维黑色TiO_(2)纳米管(3D Black TiO_(2)NTs)光电极。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分别对3D Black TiO_(2)NTs光电极的表面形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明,Black TiO... 以钛网为基底,采用两步法(阳极氧化和电还原)成功制备了三维黑色TiO_(2)纳米管(3D Black TiO_(2)NTs)光电极。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分别对3D Black TiO_(2)NTs光电极的表面形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明,Black TiO_(2)NTs管径约为130 nm,管壁厚度为10 nm。通过线性伏安扫描(LSV)和电化学交流阻抗(EIS)对光电极的光电催化电化学活性进行了研究。研究发现在TiO_(2)NTs晶格引入Ti^(3+)之后,可以提高光生载流子的产生与分离速度,从而使得光电流密度显著提高。同时,Ti^(3+)自掺杂也有效增强了材料的电荷分离与传输性能,从而大大提高了电极的光电催化活性。将该光电极应用于光电催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB),降解120 min后MB完全降解,总有机碳(TOC)降解率高达86%。研究表明,3D Black TiO_(2)NTs光电极在有机废水处理中具有广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

Advances and Prospects in Body-Size Measurement of Sheep:From 2D Vision to 3D Reconstruction and 2D-3D Fusion

[Significance]In alignment with the national germplasm security strategy,current research efforts are accelerating the adoption of precision breeding in sheep.Within the whole-genome selection,accurate phenotyping of body morphometrics is critical for assessing growth performance and breeding value.Traditional manual measurements are inefficient,prone to human error,and may cause stress to sheep,limiting their suitability for precision sheep management.By summarizing the applications of sheep body size measurement technologies and analyzing their development directions,this paper provides theoretical references and practical guidance for the research and application of non contact sheep body size measurement.[Progress]This review synthesizes progress across three principal methodological paradigms:two-dimensional(2D)image-based techniques,three-dimensional(3D)point cloud-based approaches,and integrated 2D-3D fusion systems.2D methods,employing either handcrafted geometric features or deep learning-based keypoint detector algorithms,are cost-effective and operationally simple but sensitive to variation in imaging conditions and unable to capture critical circumference metrics.3D point-cloud approaches enable precise reconstruction of full animal morphology,supporting comprehensive body-size acquisition with higher accuracy,yet face challenges including high hardware costs,complex data workflows,and sensitivity to posture variability.Hybrid 2D-3D fusion systems combine semantic richness from RGB imagery with geometric completeness from point clouds.Having been effectively validated in other livestock specise,e.g.,cattle and pigs,these fusion systems have demonstrated excellent performance,providing important technical references and practical insights for sheep body size measurement.[Conclusions and Prospects]Firstly,future research should focus on constructing large-scale,high-quality datasets for sheep body size measurement that encompass diverse breeds,growth stages,and environmental conditions,thereby enhancing model robustness and generalization.Secondly,the development of lightweight artificial intelligence models is essential.Techniques such as model compression,quantization,and algorithmic optimization can substantially reduce computational complexity and storage requirements,facilitating deployment in resource-constrained environments.Thirdly,the 3D point cloud processing pipeline should be streamlined to improve the efficiency of data acquisition,filtering,registration,and segmentation,while promoting the integration of low-cost,high-resilience vision systems into practical farming scenarios.Fourthly,specific emphasis should be placed on improving the accuracy of curved-dimensional measurements,such as chest circumference,abdominal circumference,and shank circumference,through advances in pose standardization,refined 3D segmentation strategies,and multimodal data fusion.Finally,the cross-fertilization of sheep body size measurement technologies with analogous methods for other livestock species offers a promising pathway for mutual learning and collaborative innovation,accelerating the industrialization of automated sheep morphometric systems and supporting the development of intelligent,data-driven pasture management practices. 展开更多

2D MXenes,particularly Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),have emerged as promising multifu nctional materials for advancing solidstate batteries(SSBs).While SSBs offer superior safety and energy density over liquid-electrolyte systems... 2D MXenes,particularly Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),have emerged as promising multifu nctional materials for advancing solidstate batteries(SSBs).While SSBs offer superior safety and energy density over liquid-electrolyte systems,critical challenges such as interfacial resistance,limited ion transport,dendrite growth,and mechanical degradation hinder their widespread adoption.This review aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the roles and fu nctions of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXenes in SSBs,emphasizing their application as interlayers,anode/cathode additives,and current collectors,and highlighting their impact on interracial stability,ionic/electro nic transport,electrochemical performance,and cycling durability in SSB architectures.Unlike other 2D materials,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) exhibits outsta nding metallic conductivity,tu nable surface terminations,hydrophilicity,and excellent mechanical flexibility,making it ideal for multifu nctional integration in SSBs,As a component in solid-state electrolytes(SSEs),Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) improves ionic conductivity and mecha nical strength.When used in electrodes,it serves as a conductive scaffold that enhances charge transport and structural durability.Additionally,its role as an interfacial interlayer effectively reduces interfacial impedance,accommodates volume changes,and suppresses dendrite formation.Its lightweight and high conductivity enable its use as a current collector.This review highlights recent advances in Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based components for SSBs like Li-,Na-,Zn,Li-S,etc.,emphasizing enha ncements in ion/electron transport,interfacial stability,and structural robustness.Finally,the review outlines challenges and opportunities along with a future outlook focused on improving the MXene oxidation,tailoring surface terminations,improving long-term stability,and exploring scalable fabrication strategies for MXene-based SSB components. 展开更多

血清Hcy、25-OH-D3、SF水平与2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的关系

目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、25-羟基维生素D3(25-OH-D3)、铁蛋白(SF)水平与2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年12月河南科技大学第二附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者92例纳入2型糖尿病组,另择同期有健康体检... 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、25-羟基维生素D3(25-OH-D3)、铁蛋白(SF)水平与2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年12月河南科技大学第二附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者92例纳入2型糖尿病组,另择同期有健康体检者92例纳入对照组。比较2型糖尿病组、对照组血清Hcy、25-OH-D3、SF、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平,通过Pearson相关分析法分析指标间的相关性。结果:相较对照组,2型糖尿病组血清Hcy、SF水平更高,血清25-(OH)D3水平更低(P<0.05)。相较对照组,2型糖尿病组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平更高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析法结果显示,血清Hcy、SF水平与FPG、胰岛素、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05),血清25-OH-D3水平与FPG、胰岛素、HOMA-IR呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清Hcy、SF水平更高,血清25-OH-D3水平更低,且其表达水平与患者胰岛素抵抗水平密切相关。 展开更多

目的:探究与分析血清25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]、甲壳质酶蛋白-40(YKL40)、N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)对川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变风险的预测价值。方法:回顾性分析2022年10月—2024年9月苏州... 目的:探究与分析血清25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]、甲壳质酶蛋白-40(YKL40)、N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)对川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变风险的预测价值。方法:回顾性分析2022年10月—2024年9月苏州市吴江区儿童医院收治的42例川崎病患儿(将其设为研究组)以及同时期进行常规体检的45名健康儿童(将其设为对照组)的临床资料。根据研究组心脏彩超结果,又分为冠状动脉病变组(18例)及无冠状动脉病变组(24例)。比较研究组和对照组血清指标,预测冠状动脉病变风险的价值。结果:研究组血清25-(OH)D3水平低于对照组,YKL40、NT-proBNP、sST2水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。冠状动脉病变组血清YKL40、NT-proBNP、sST2水平高于无冠状动脉病变组,25-(OH)D3水平低于无冠状动脉病变组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。研究组血清25-(OH)D3水平与冠状动脉病变呈负相关,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。YKL40、NT-proBNP、sST2水平与冠状动脉病变呈正相关(P<0.05)。25-(OH)D3、YKL40、NT-proBNP、sST2预测冠状动脉病变风险的AUC分别为0.921、0.931、0.745、0.963。结论:血清25-(OH)D3、YKL40、NT-proBNP、sST2水平与KD患儿冠状动脉病变密切相关,联合检测有助于临床早期识别KD患儿冠状动脉病变的高危人群。 展开更多

Hierarchical Shape Pruning for 3D Sparse Convolution Networks

3D sparse convolution has emerged as a pivotal technique for efficient voxel-based perception in autonomous systems,enabling selective feature extraction from non-empty voxels while suppressing computational waste.Des... 3D sparse convolution has emerged as a pivotal technique for efficient voxel-based perception in autonomous systems,enabling selective feature extraction from non-empty voxels while suppressing computational waste.Despite its theoretical efficiency advantages,practical implementations face under-explored limitations:the fixed geometric patterns of conventional sparse convolutional kernels inevitably process non-contributory positions during sliding-window operations,particularly in regions with uneven point cloud density.To address this,we propose Hierarchical Shape Pruning for 3D Sparse Convolution(HSP-S),which dynamically eliminates redundant kernel stripes through layer-adaptive thresholding.Unlike static soft pruning methods,HSP-S maintains trainable sparsity patterns by progressively adjusting pruning thresholds during optimization,enlarging original parameter search space while removing redundant operations.Extensive experiments validate effectiveness of HSP-S acrossmajor autonomous driving benchmarks.On KITTI’s 3D object detection task,our method reduces 93.47%redundant kernel computations whilemaintaining comparable accuracy(1.56%mAP drop).Remarkably,on themore complexNuScenes benchmark,HSP-S achieves simultaneous computation reduction(21.94%sparsity)and accuracy gains(1.02%mAP(mean Average Precision)and 0.47%NDS(nuScenes detection score)improvement),demonstrating its scalability to diverse perception scenarios.This work establishes the first learnable shape pruning framework that simultaneously enhances computational efficiency and preserves detection accuracy in 3D perception systems. 展开更多

3D打印多孔TiO_(2)光催化降解筛及光催化性能

开发了一种使用直写成型(DIW)3D打印方法制备多孔TiO_(2)光催化降解筛的成型技术,厘清了打印浆料中P25粉末、TiO_(2)前驱体溶胶和聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量对其成型性能的影响规律;进一步研究了降解筛的物相组成、微观形貌、能带结构和载流子寿... 开发了一种使用直写成型(DIW)3D打印方法制备多孔TiO_(2)光催化降解筛的成型技术,厘清了打印浆料中P25粉末、TiO_(2)前驱体溶胶和聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量对其成型性能的影响规律;进一步研究了降解筛的物相组成、微观形貌、能带结构和载流子寿命,并在模拟自然光下测定了其对盐酸四环素(TC)的光催化降解性能和循环稳定性.结果表明:TiO_(2)前驱体溶胶起到了分散P25颗粒和稳定浆料的作用,而PVA的加入则进一步改善了浆料的流变性能.当使用9 g P25粉末与10 mL TiO_(2)前驱体溶胶和1 mL质量分数为7%的PVA溶液混合时,得到了具有最佳成型性能的打印浆料,制备的降解筛结构完整,无塌陷和开裂.热处理后TiO_(2)前驱体溶胶转化而来的小粒径TiO_(2)填充在P25颗粒之间,起到了增强机械强度的作用,而PVA作为造孔剂极大地丰富了降解筛的孔隙结构.TiO_(2)光催化降解筛对TC表现出优异的光催化性能和循环稳定性,140 min内的降解率为98.4%,并在5次循环之后保持96.0%的降解率. 展开更多

负载BMP-2基因转染骨髓间充质干细胞的3 D打印nHAC/PLA水凝胶混合支架治疗骨缺损的实验研究

目的探究负载BMP-2基因转染骨髓间充质干细胞的3 D打印nHAC/PLA水凝胶混合支架治疗骨缺损的疗效。方法把52只6月龄雌性健康新西兰大白兔按照随机分配原则分为4组,每组13只,构建15.0 mm兔桡骨节段性缺损模型,分组实施不同干预。A组:采用B... 目的探究负载BMP-2基因转染骨髓间充质干细胞的3 D打印nHAC/PLA水凝胶混合支架治疗骨缺损的疗效。方法把52只6月龄雌性健康新西兰大白兔按照随机分配原则分为4组,每组13只,构建15.0 mm兔桡骨节段性缺损模型,分组实施不同干预。A组:采用BMP-2基因修饰的MSCs结合3 D打印nHAC/PLA水凝胶支架植入;B组:植入未经修饰的MSCs/3 D打印nHAC/PLA水凝胶复合体;C组:仅植入3 D打印nHAC/PLA水凝胶支架;D组:空白对照。于术后第6周和第12周分别进行X线检测和组织学观察,以评估各组修复材料在骨缺损修复中的效果。结果X线分析:术后6周、12周A组骨形成明显优于B组、C组、D组。组织学分析:A组6周后骨组织均匀分布在支架孔隙中,12周后骨性愈合,髓腔再通,支架几乎完全降解;B组6周后可见少量支架孔隙内有新骨生成,12周后靠近截骨端的髓腔被骨皮质封闭,结缔组织长入支架孔隙内;C、D组中,即使在术后12周,也未观察到骨形成。结论负载BMP-2基因转染骨髓间充质干细胞的3 D打印nHAC/PLA水凝胶混合支架为创伤性骨缺损治疗提供更加安全、有效、可靠的全新治疗方案,具有临床推广价值。 展开更多

基于R(2+1)D时空特征融合与注意力的行为识别方法

针对3D卷积在人体行为识别任务中,连续视频帧图像的时空信息提取不足且跨通道交互信息关注度不够,导致识别准确率不高的问题,提出一种基于R(2+1)D网络的多分路时空信息融合与注意力的行为识别方法。提取视频帧图像进行数据增强;以R(2+1)... 针对3D卷积在人体行为识别任务中,连续视频帧图像的时空信息提取不足且跨通道交互信息关注度不够,导致识别准确率不高的问题,提出一种基于R(2+1)D网络的多分路时空信息融合与注意力的行为识别方法。提取视频帧图像进行数据增强;以R(2+1)D网络为基础框架并融入Inception思想,对输入的视频帧图像进行多路时空特征卷积并融合,利用ECA通道注意力对融合特征筛选跨通道交互信息,以提取更抽象的高层特征;进行分类,输出人体行为识别结果。该方法充分利用视频的时空特征和跨通道交互信息,在UCF101数据集上准确率达到94.71%,比基础R(2+1)D网络提高4.53百分点;且模型参数由原来的33.3×106减小为26.9×10^(6)。实验表明,该方法能有效提高人体行为识别的准确率。 展开更多

目的探讨维生素D3(vitamin D3,VD3)介导的肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8样蛋白2(tumor necrosis factor-alpha induced protein 8-like protein,TIPE2)对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,CRSwNP)中巨噬细胞... 目的探讨维生素D3(vitamin D3,VD3)介导的肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8样蛋白2(tumor necrosis factor-alpha induced protein 8-like protein,TIPE2)对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,CRSwNP)中巨噬细胞功能和表型的调控作用。方法收集新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院CRSwNP患者的外周血标本作为CRSwNP组,收集单纯鼻中隔偏曲需行手术治疗的患者外周血标本作为Control组,RT-qPCR和蛋白质印迹检测外周血中TIPE2和精氨酸酶-1(Arg-1)的表达,化学发光法检测外周血中VD3浓度的分级变化。体外培养J774A.1巨噬细胞,将J774A.1巨噬细胞分为沉默TIPE2组(si-TIPE2#2组)及其阴性对照组(si-NC组)、过表达TIPE2的阴性对照组(oe-NC组)、oe-NC联合VD3治疗组(oe-NC+VD3组)、过表达TIPE2的重组载体(oe-TIPE2)联合VD3治疗组(oe-TIPE2+VD3组)。另外,建立CRSwNP小鼠模型,将CRSwNP小鼠分为空载体(empty vector)治疗组(CRSwNP+empty vector组)、CRSwNP+oe-TIPE2组、CRSwNP+oe-TIPE2+VD3组,收集各组小鼠的外周血并分离血清和巨噬细胞。RT-qPCR和蛋白质印迹检测巨噬细胞中TIPE2和Arg-1的表达。酶联免疫吸附测试(ELISA)法检测各组J774A.1巨噬细胞培养物上清液以及小鼠血清中白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-13的水平。结果与Control组比较,CRSwNP组中VD3分级降低,而TIPE2和Arg-1的表达水平及IL-4、IL-13的血清浓度上调(P均<0.05)。Arg-1和TIPE2的水平显著性正相关(r=0.994,P<0.01),Arg-1和TIPE2分别与VD3分级呈显著性负相关(r=-0.652,P<0.01;r=-0.745,P<0.01)。与si-NC组比,si-TIPE2#2组的Arg-1的表达水平及IL-4、IL-13的浓度都降低(P均<0.05)。与oe-NC组比,oe-NC+VD3组的TIPE2和Arg-1的表达水平及IL-4、IL-13的浓度都降低(P均<0.05)。而与oe-NC+VD3组比,oe-TIPE2+VD3组的TIPE2和Arg-1的表达水平及IL-4、IL-13的浓度都增加(P均<0.05)。与CRSwNP+empty vector组比,CRSwNP+oe-TIPE2组中TIPE2和Arg-1的表达水平升高,VD3的浓度降低,IL-4、IL-13的血清浓度都增加(P均<0.05)。与CRSwNP+oe-TIPE2组比,CRSwNP+oe-TIPE2+VD3组中TIPE2和Arg-1的表达水平降低,VD3的浓度升高,IL-4、IL-13的血清浓度减少(P均<0.05)。结论VD3通过下调TIPE2的表达抑制CRSwNP中Arg-1、IL-4、IL-13的表达。 展开更多

目的研究3D打印辅助弯角椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者骨水泥分布、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))及Cobb’角的影响。方法将2023年1月至2024年1月河北省邯郸市第一医院收治130例OVCF患者作为研... 目的研究3D打印辅助弯角椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者骨水泥分布、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))及Cobb’角的影响。方法将2023年1月至2024年1月河北省邯郸市第一医院收治130例OVCF患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组65例(采用3D打印辅助弯角椎体成形术治疗)和对照组65例(采用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗)。比较两组患者围手术期相关指标、骨水泥分布、实验室及影像学参数、日常生活活动能力的变化。结果观察组患者术中总透视次数、骨水泥灌注量少于对照组,手术时间、术后首次下床时间短于对照组,骨水泥分布良好占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后血清hs-CRP、PGE_(2)水平均高于术前,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后伤椎前缘高度、伤椎中央高度均高于术前,局部Cobb’角小于术前,且观察组术后上述指标均优于对照组;两组患者术后巴瑟尔指数评分均高于术前,且观察组术后上述评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印辅助弯角椎体成形术能够提高OVCF患者骨水泥分布良好占比,抑制术后血清hs-CRP、PGE_(2)的释放,促进伤椎生理结构和日常生活活动能力的恢复。 展开更多

To overcome the computational burden of processing three-dimensional(3 D)medical scans and the lack of spatial information in two-dimensional(2 D)medical scans,a novel segmentation method was proposed that integrates the segmentation results of three densely connected 2 D convolutional neural networks(2 D-CNNs).In order to combine the lowlevel features and high-level features,we added densely connected blocks in the network structure design so that the low-level features will not be missed as the network layer increases during the learning process.Further,in order to resolve the problems of the blurred boundary of the glioma edema area,we superimposed and fused the T2-weighted fluid-attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)modal image and the T2-weighted(T2)modal image to enhance the edema section.For the loss function of network training,we improved the cross-entropy loss function to effectively avoid network over-fitting.On the Multimodal Brain Tumor Image Segmentation Challenge(BraTS)datasets,our method achieves dice similarity coefficient values of 0.84,0.82,and 0.83 on the BraTS2018 training;0.82,0.85,and 0.83 on the BraTS2018 validation;and 0.81,0.78,and 0.83 on the BraTS2013 testing in terms of whole tumors,tumor cores,and enhancing cores,respectively.Experimental results showed that the proposed method achieved promising accuracy and fast processing,demonstrating good potential for clinical medicine. 展开更多

目的 探讨血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、壳多糖酶-3-样蛋白1(CHI3L1)对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肌少症的预测价值。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年4月收治的193例老年T2DM患者,按照肌少症标准分为肌少症组67例和非肌少症126例。化学发光法... 目的 探讨血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、壳多糖酶-3-样蛋白1(CHI3L1)对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肌少症的预测价值。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年4月收治的193例老年T2DM患者,按照肌少症标准分为肌少症组67例和非肌少症126例。化学发光法检测患者血清25(OH)D水平,酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清CHI3L1水平。Logistic回归方程计算患者发生肌少症的独立预测因素。绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC),根据曲线下面积(AUC)评价患者血清25(OH)D、CHI3L1水平预测发生肌少症的诊断效能。结果 患者年龄、血清25(OH)D水平、血清CHI3L1水平为患者发生肌少症的影响因素。相关性分析显示,血清25(OH)D水平与患者ASMI值呈正相关(P<0.05),年龄、患者血清CHI3L1水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。患者血清CHI3L1水平的诊断效能明显高于年龄(Z=4.136,P<0.05),进一步分析显示患者血清25(OH)D水平、CHI3L1水平联合检测的诊断效能明显高于年龄、血清25(OH)D水平、CHI3L1水平(Z=4.989、5.899、2.609,P<0.05)。结论 对于老年T2DM患者,血清25(OH)D水平、CHI3L1水平可有效预测患者是否发生肌少症,可以作为早期肌少症诊断的辅助诊断指标。 展开更多

Background:Successful liver resection in oncologic surgery depends on safety,precision,and efficacy,all of which require a thorough understanding of liver anatomy.Contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT)-generated three-dimensional(3D)models have been proposed as a valuable tool to enhance this understanding.However,a systematic comparison of different display modalities across professional groups has not yet been performed.Methods:In this prospective,monocentric randomized trial,we compared high-resolution twodimensional(2D)CT images of liver malignancies with their corresponding standardized,non-colored 3D virtual and printed models in facilitating anatomical and spatial understanding as well as surgical decision-making.A total of 91 participants,including 40 surgeons,10 radiologists,and 41 students,evaluated six clinical cases(three centrally and three peripherally located liver malignancies).Each participant assessed one central and one peripheral case per display modality,presented in a random order.Results:Compared to 2D CT images,both 3D virtual and printed models significantly improved the identification of tumor location(P<0.001),enhanced the comprehension of spatial relationships with adjacent liver and portal veins(P<0.001 and P=0.019,respectively),and facilitated clinical decisionmaking(P<0.001).No significant difference was observed between virtual and printed models in terms of effectiveness.Within the different groups,surgeons and students,but not radiologists,more accurately identified tumor location and spatial relationships with adjacent liver and portal veins using 3D models.Subjectively,most surgeons and students preferred 3D printed models over virtual models and 2D CT images.Conclusions:This study demonstrated that standardized,non-colored 3D virtual and printed models equally help preoperative anatomical understanding and decision-making,particularly for surgeons and students.By isolating the influence of display modality,our findings clarify prior inconsistent results and support the integration of cost-effective 3D visualization by applying virtual models into surgical planning and education.Preference for printed models despite comparable efficacy highlights the importance of user-centered implementation strategies. 展开更多

The introduction of two-dimensional(2D)perovskite layers on top of three-dimensional(3D)perovskite films enhances the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the electronic effect of the spacer cation and the quality of the 2D capping layer are critical factors in achieving the required results.In this study,we compared two fluorinated salts:4-(trifluoromethyl)benzamidine hydrochloride(4TF-BA·HCl)and 4-fluorobenzamidine hydrochloride(4F-BA·HCl)to engineer the 3D/2D perovskite films.Surprisingly,4F-BA formed a high-performance 3D/2D heterojunction,while4TF-BA produced an amorphous layer on the perovskite films.Our findings indicate that the balanced intramolecular charge polarization,which leads to effective hydrogen bonding,is more favorable in 4F-BA than in 4TF-BA,promoting the formation of a crystalline 2D perovskite.Nevertheless,4TF-BA managed to improve efficiency to 24%,surpassing the control device,primarily due to the natural passivation capabilities of benzamidine.Interestingly,the devices based on 4F-BA demonstrated an efficiency exceeding 25%with greater longevity under various storage conditions compared to 4TF-BA-based and the control devices. 展开更多

随着数据和模型规模的增长,以大语言模型(large language model,LLM)和降噪扩散模型(denoising diffusion model)为代表的生成式技术的生成结果在多样性和品质上不断提高,这些大的生成式模型正在推动生成式人工智能(artificial intellig... 随着数据和模型规模的增长,以大语言模型(large language model,LLM)和降噪扩散模型(denoising diffusion model)为代表的生成式技术的生成结果在多样性和品质上不断提高,这些大的生成式模型正在推动生成式人工智能(artificial intelligence generated content,AIGC)领域的快速发展。本文以创意产业的核心需求为切入点,对AIGC 2D/3D领域在2023—2024年间的技术和产业发展进行回顾与总结。首先总结生成式技术的发展背景和其市场应用价值。其次根据AIGC 2D/3D领域各自的技术发展进行总结,可以清晰地感受到该技术正在快速地发展和变化,从以生成式对抗网络(generative adversarial network,GAN)为核心快速发展为以降噪扩散模型和Transformer结构为核心。新结构具有更强的表达能力、更丰富的多样性和更灵活的控制能力。在AIGC 2D部分,以高质量生成基础、可控性生成技术和可编辑性生成技术为分类视角,对图像生成技术和视频生成技术分别进行梳理和总结;在AIGC 3D部分,在总结3D数据多样性的表达方式基础上,以输入数据的类型、输出数据的类型、生成方法 3个不同视角对相关技术进行梳理。接下来分别总结两类技术当前遇到的技术问题和产业应用问题,如何提供更符合产业创作标准和需求的新技术是AIGC 2D/3D技术未来发展的重点方向。最后整体回顾过去20年间创意产业在技术发展带动下呈现出螺旋式向上发展的特征,并对技术发展的趋势提出一些思考与见解。 展开更多

Enhancing SS-OCT 3D image reconstruction:A real-time system with stripe artifact suppression and GPU parallel acceleration

Optical coherence tomography(OCT),particularly Swept-Source OCT,is widely employed in medical diagnostics and industrial inspections owing to its high-resolution imaging capabilities.However,Swept-Source OCT 3D imaging often suffers from stripe artifacts caused by unstable light sources,system noise,and environmental interference,posing challenges to real-time processing of large-scale datasets.To address this issue,this study introduces a real-time reconstruction system that integrates stripe-artifact suppression and parallel computing using a graphics processing unit.This approach employs a frequency-domain filtering algorithm with adaptive anti-suppression parameters,dynamically adjusted through an image quality evaluation function and optimized using a convolutional neural network for complex frequency-domain feature learning.Additionally,a graphics processing unit integrated 3D reconstruction framework is developed,enhancing data processing throughput and real-time performance via a dual-queue decoupling mechanism.Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in structural similarity(0.92),peak signal-to-noise ratio(31.62 dB),and stripe suppression ratio(15.73 dB)compared with existing methods.On the RTX 4090 platform,the proposed system achieved an end-to-end delay of 94.36 milliseconds,a frame rate of 10.3 frames per second,and a throughput of 121.5 million voxels per second,effectively suppressing artifacts while preserving image details and enhancing real-time 3D reconstruction performance. 展开更多
