Two clinical ablation protocols, 2C3L and stepwise, have been routinely used in our group to treat atrial fibrillation (AF), but with a less than 60% long-term arrhythmia-free outcome achieved in patients. The goal of this study was to examine the underlying mechanism of low success in clinical outcome. MRI images from one patient were used to reconstruct a human atrial anatomical model, and fibrotic tissue was manually added to represent the arrhythmia substrate. AF was induced with standard protocols used in clinical practice. 2C3L and stepwise were then used to test the efficacy of arrhythmia termination in our model. The results showed that re-entries induced in our model could not be terminated by using either 2C3L or the stepwise protocol. Although some of the induced re-entries were terminated, others emerged in new areas. Ablation using only the 2C3L or stepwise method was not sufficient to terminate all re-entries in our model, which may partially explain the poor long-term arrhythmiafree outcomes in clinical practice. Our findings also suggest that computational heart modelling is an important tool to assist in the establishment of optimal ablation strategies. 展开更多

京津冀协同发展为高碑店的发展创造了机会,行政区划接近三角形形状的高碑店,在构建"京保新区"和"津保新区"中担当着"北京—保定"、"天津—保定"的中介角色。高碑店依托近邻京津大都市的区位优... 京津冀协同发展为高碑店的发展创造了机会,行政区划接近三角形形状的高碑店,在构建"京保新区"和"津保新区"中担当着"北京—保定"、"天津—保定"的中介角色。高碑店依托近邻京津大都市的区位优势,与行政区划南侧的白沟一起,逐渐发展成为"双中心"城镇体系,对涿州、固安、永清、霸州、雄县、容城、定兴、涞水等进行有效整合。就行政区划内部而言,高碑店要逐渐形成"3Q+3L+2C"城镇体系:"3Q"即X区、Y区和Z区,"3L"即lbl、ldz、ldq等3条城市发展线,"2C"即Cn和Cw两个弧形城市链。该城镇体系将高碑店辖区内的镇级中心地整合在了一起,也对高碑店进行了"分步走"的发展设计。在Cn城镇链上会逐渐形成高碑店子团、"新城镇+新桥乡"子团、"白沟镇+泗庄镇"子团,成为高碑店向南发展与保定整合、向东北发展与京津整合的核心区域。 展开更多

本文利用OSL/RL光纤耦合监测装置,针对RL信号测量特点,进行了滤光片优化改进设计,对α-Αl_2O_3:C探测器的RL性能进行了实验测试,并提出了一种解决RL灵敏度变化的方法。实验结果表明其辐射发光在0.01 mGy/h^15 Gy/h范围内具有良好的线... 本文利用OSL/RL光纤耦合监测装置,针对RL信号测量特点,进行了滤光片优化改进设计,对α-Αl_2O_3:C探测器的RL性能进行了实验测试,并提出了一种解决RL灵敏度变化的方法。实验结果表明其辐射发光在0.01 mGy/h^15 Gy/h范围内具有良好的线性剂量响应。α-Αl_2O_3:C探测器的辐射发光灵敏度与吸收剂量有关,吸收剂量达到28 Gy时,发光灵敏度增加约35%。灵敏度最快增加速度为4.7%/Gy。α-Αl_2O_3:C探测器可以对辐射环境剂量率进行实时监测报警。 展开更多
