Cancer represents a significant disease that profoundly impacts human health and longevity.Projections indicate a 47%increase in the global cancer burden by 2040 compared to 2020,accompanied by a further rise in the a...Cancer represents a significant disease that profoundly impacts human health and longevity.Projections indicate a 47%increase in the global cancer burden by 2040 compared to 2020,accompanied by a further rise in the associated economic burden.Consequently,there is an urgent need to discover and develop new alternative drugs to mitigate the global impact of cancer.Natural products(NPs)play a crucial role in the identification and development of anticancer therapeutics.This study identified ustusolate E(UE)and its analog 11α-hydroxy-ustusolate E(HUE)from strain Aspergillus calidoustus TJ403-EL05,and examined their antitumor activities and mechanisms of action.The findings demonstrate that both compounds significantly inhibited the proliferation and colony formation of AGS(human gastric cancer cells)and 786-O(human renal clear cell carcinoma cells),induced irreversible DNA damage,blocked the cell cycle at the G_(2)/M phase,and further induced apoptosis in tumor cells.To the best of the authors’knowledge,this is the first report on the anticancer effects of UE and HUE and their underlying mechanisms.The present study suggests that HUE and UE could serve as lead compounds for the development of novel anticancer drugs.展开更多
根肿病和草害严重威胁油菜的产量和品质。为选育抗根肿病(clubroot-resistant,CR)和抗除草剂(herbicide-resistant,HR)的油菜品种,通过分子标记辅助选择聚合育种策略将抗根肿病位点CRb和PbBa8.1、抗除草剂位点ALS1R和ALS3R导入油菜常规...根肿病和草害严重威胁油菜的产量和品质。为选育抗根肿病(clubroot-resistant,CR)和抗除草剂(herbicide-resistant,HR)的油菜品种,通过分子标记辅助选择聚合育种策略将抗根肿病位点CRb和PbBa8.1、抗除草剂位点ALS1R和ALS3R导入油菜常规品种中双11(ZS11)中,获得3个改良株系ZS11CR(CRb+PbBa8.1)、ZS11HR(ALS1R+ALS3R)和ZS11CHR(CRb+PbBa8.1+ALS1R+ALS3R)。利用根肿菌4号生理小种(湖北枝江)和噻吩磺隆除草剂(45 g a.i.ha^(-1))对ZS11CR、ZS11HR和ZS11CHR的抗性进行评价,结果表明:ZS11CR、ZS11CHR对4号生理小种抗性达到免疫水平,ZS11HR、ZS11CHR对噻吩磺隆除草剂抗性显著。田间农艺性状调查结果表明,ZS11CR、ZS11HR和ZS11CHR的株高较ZS11一定程度增加,而在开花期、分枝数、主花序角果数、角果长、每角果粒数、千粒重等性状上没有显著差异。本研究获得了3个改良株系,其中ZS11CR具有根肿病抗性、ZS11HR具有除草剂抗性、ZS11CHR兼具根肿病抗性和除草剂抗性,这些改良株系不仅目标性状得到了改良,同时维持了ZS11的优良农艺性状,具有一定的应用潜力。展开更多
目的:分析不同临床分期慢性乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染患者血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子11(eosinophilic chemotactic protein 11,CCL11)水平及其临床意义。方法:慢性HBV感染初治患者110例,分为HBeAg阳性慢性HBV感染组20例、...目的:分析不同临床分期慢性乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染患者血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子11(eosinophilic chemotactic protein 11,CCL11)水平及其临床意义。方法:慢性HBV感染初治患者110例,分为HBeAg阳性慢性HBV感染组20例、HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)组23例、HBeAg阴性慢性HBV感染组27例、HBeAg阴性CHB组24例、乙型肝炎肝硬化组16例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组患者血清CCL11水平,应用Pearson相关系数分析血清CCL11水平与慢性HBV感染患者HBV DNA载量及肝功能指标的相关性。结果:HBe Ag阳性慢性HBV感染组血清CCL11水平低于HBeAg阳性CHB组、HBeAg阴性CHB组及乙肝肝硬化组(均P<0.05);HBeAg阳性CHB组血清CCL11水平低于HBeAg阴性CHB组和乙肝肝硬化组(均P<0.05);HBeAg阴性慢性HBV感染组血清CCL11水平低于HBeAg阴性CHB组及乙肝肝硬化组(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,慢性HBV感染患者血清CCL11水平与丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)(r=0.205,P=0.042)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)呈正相关(r=0.294,P=0.003),与HBV DNA载量无相关性(r=0.141,P=0.170)。结论:随着慢性HBV感染患者临床分期的进展,血清CCL11水平呈现逐渐升高的趋势,血清CCL11水平与肝转氨酶存在相关性,提示CCL11在肝脏炎症及纤维化过程中可能发挥重要作用。展开更多
