In-situ poly(1,3-dioxolane)(PDOL)-based electrolyte has received extensive attention in the research of lithium metal batteries due to its high stability to lithium anode and simple processing.However,it is still faced with defects such as low intrinsic ionic conductivity,a narrow electrochemical window,and poor thermal stability.A crosslinking and fluorination molecular design strategy toward PDOL is proposed to tackle the issues above.The amorphous crosslinked structure effectively improves ionic conductivity by inhibiting long-chain crystallization.Especially,the antioxidant–CF_(3)groups,stable crosslinked structure,and reduced terminal hydroxyl groups significantly enhance the electrochemical oxidation stability with a superb high-voltage window of 4.7 V.In addition,the designed electrolyte also exhibits obviously improved thermal stability with no deformation at 120°C for 5 min.Furthermore,the semi-solid NCM811||Li batteries exhibit a favourable capacity retention of 88.8%after 150 cycles at 0.5 C.Even assembled with NCM622 cathode working at 4.5 V,the semi-solid batteries can still show a satisfactory capacity retention of 85.3%after 100 cycles at 0.5 C.Also,a 0.1 Ah NCM811||Li pouch cell with active materials loading of 9 mg/cm2 demonstrates satisfactory cycling stability and working ability,which shows promising practical application prospects. 展开更多

The polymer-ceramic composite electrolyte is considered as one of promising electrolytes for solid-state battery.However,in previous research,ceramic particles are usually dispersed in polymer matrix and could not form continuous Li+conductive channels.The agglomeration of ceramic particles could also lead to low ionic conductivity and poor interfacial electrode/electrolyte contact.In this paper,self-supported porous Li_(6.4)La_(3) Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO) electrolyte is synthesized by gelcasting process,which possesses three-dimensional(3D) interconnected pore channels and relatively high strength.The 1,3-dioxolane(DOL) could penetrate into the porous LLZTO framework for its excellent fluidity.The subsequent in situ polymerization process by thermal treatment could completely fill the internal pores and improve the interfacial contact with electrode.The resulting 3D composite electrolyte with dual continuous Li+transport channels in ceramic and polymer components exhibits high ionic conductivity of 2.8 × 10^(-4) S·cm^(-1) at room temperature and low Li/electrolyte interfacial resistance of 94 Ω·cm^(2) at 40 ℃.The corresponding Li/Li symmetric cell delivers stable voltage profiles for over 600 h under 0.1 and 0.2 mA·cm^(-2).The solid-state Li/LiFePO_(4) battery shows superior rate and cycling performance under 0.1 C and 0.2 C.This work guides the preparation of composite electrolyte with dual continuous Li+conductive paths as well as high ceramic ratio and interface modification strategy for solid-state Li metal battery. 展开更多

It was proved by SEaM that the pretreated one has smoother morphology and less dendrite after repeated charge/discharge cycles. Consequentially, benefiting from the better interface characteristics of the lithium electrode, the rechargeable lithium cell with a DOL-pretreated lithium anode had the obviously enhanced discharging performance and better cyclability. 展开更多

Through electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) and cathodic polarization measurements of pretreated and untreated electrodes, it was found that 1,3-dioxolane could form a stable passivating film on the surface of lithium electrode. And such film could enhance effectively the interfacial stability of lithium electrode, without depressing its kinetics characteristic. Consequentially, further tests of the cell-performance during repeated charge/discharge cycles showed that the cell with DOL pretreated anode had better discharging performance and longer cycle life because of the passivating and protective effects of 1,3-dioxolane pretreatment on lithium electrode. 展开更多

聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)是一种可生物降解聚酯,但是其拉伸强度和弹性模量较低因而应用受到限制。采用熔融缩聚法合成了一种新型的聚对苯二甲酸-co-己二酸-co-金刚烷二醇-co-丁二醇酯(PBMAT),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁... 聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)是一种可生物降解聚酯,但是其拉伸强度和弹性模量较低因而应用受到限制。采用熔融缩聚法合成了一种新型的聚对苯二甲酸-co-己二酸-co-金刚烷二醇-co-丁二醇酯(PBMAT),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、乌氏粘度计和水接触角测量仪对PBMAT共聚酯的化学结构、相对分子质量、热性能、力学性能和亲水性进行了表征和测试。结果表明:1,3-金刚烷二醇(AMTD)对PBAT的晶体结构没有影响,结晶度有所提高。PBMAT的性能与AMTD的含量相关,当AMTD摩尔分数为10%时,PBMAT的机械性能最优异,拉伸强度为26.01MPa,弹性模量为199MPa,相比于PBAT拉伸强度提高了35.8%,弹性模量提高了55.4%。而且PBMAT表现出高耐热性、良好的亲水性和加工性能。 展开更多

本研究基于基因组注释信息,探讨普沙根瘤菌的β-1,3/α-1,3-葡聚糖合成途径,重点关注该合成途径中第一步关键酶β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶作用机制和潜在催化效率,通过靶向挖掘其他微生物源β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶数据进行高通量生物信息学统计对比... 本研究基于基因组注释信息,探讨普沙根瘤菌的β-1,3/α-1,3-葡聚糖合成途径,重点关注该合成途径中第一步关键酶β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶作用机制和潜在催化效率,通过靶向挖掘其他微生物源β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶数据进行高通量生物信息学统计对比分析。结果表明普沙根瘤菌源β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶的序列和结构具有高度的相似性和保守性,其活性区域关键位点Tyr196和Asp257对催化底物起到重要作用。经数据库高通量靶向挖掘,发现含有潜在表达β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶的微生物中细菌源6007株、真菌源746株。其中,代表性细菌菌株Francisella tularensis OHARA和真菌菌株Fusarium fujikuroi IMI 58289的β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶潜在催化效率相对较高,分别为10.73和27.40 L·mol^(-1)·s^(-1)。进一步分析表明,不同来源的β-D-呋喃果糖苷酶活性腔体空间大小、瓶颈半径的差别是导致其催化效率存在差异的原因之一。本研究为深入理解普沙根瘤菌β-1,3/α-1,3-葡聚糖的合成机制提供了重要依据,也为开发利用其他微生物资源高效发酵生产β-1,3/α-1,3-葡聚糖奠定了基础,对推动相关领域的发展具有重要意义。 展开更多

Garnet-type ceramic Li-La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)stands out as a potential solid-state electrolyte,offering a promising alternative to conventional flammable liquid electrolytes.However,its large interfacial resistance with electrodes remains a significant challenge.In this research,we have successfully in-situ fabricated polymeric interface layers on both cathode and anode sides with LLZO.By tuning the gel-polymer interphase via fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC),known as FGPE,we have established a rapid Li^(+) transport channel by enhancing the solid-solid interfacial contact.This FGPE layer exhibits exceptional ionic conductivity of 1.38 mS/cm and a high Li-ion transference number of 0.64.Furthermore,FGPE effectively mitigates concentration polarization under high currents,thereby enabling a higher capacity output.In comparison to gel-polymer interphases with dimethyl carbonate(DMC)as the solvent(referred to as GPE),the Li|FGPE|Li symmetrical cell has demonstrated superior stability in plating/strapping performance over800h at a current density of 0.1 mA/cm^(2).Moreover,the Li|FGPE|LLZO|FGPE|LiFePO_(4) cell has exhibited commendable rate capability and has maintained a high capacity retention of 98.94%at 0.5 C after 200cycles.This study underscores an innovative approach in advancing in field of solid-state batteries,anticipated to be broadly applicable to other solid-state batteries by facilitating an abundance of robust solid-solid interfacial contacts. 展开更多

1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测在侵袭性真菌病诊断中的应用价值探讨

目的探讨1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测在侵袭性真菌病(IFD)诊断中的应用价值,以提高疾病早期检出率与诊断准确性。方法120例疑似侵袭性真菌病患者,均同时接受1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测联合真菌DNA测序(G试验联合测序)以及传统真菌培养联合乳酸酚棉蓝镜... 目的探讨1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测在侵袭性真菌病(IFD)诊断中的应用价值,以提高疾病早期检出率与诊断准确性。方法120例疑似侵袭性真菌病患者,均同时接受1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测联合真菌DNA测序(G试验联合测序)以及传统真菌培养联合乳酸酚棉蓝镜检(培养联合镜检)。以临床综合诊断为金标准,对比两种方法的阳性检出率、检测时间、灵敏度、特异度及准确率,G试验联合测序方法中不同菌种1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测浓度。结果G试验联合测序方法的阳性检出率为56.67%,比培养联合镜检方法的43.33%更高(P<0.05)。G试验联合测序方法的检测时间为(4.81±1.32)h,比培养联合镜检方法的(68.52±6.23)h更短(P<0.05)。G试验联合测序方法的灵敏度为90.00%、准确率为90.00%,比培养联合镜检方法的64.29%、73.33%更高(P<0.05);两种方法的特异度相似,对比无差异(P>0.05)。G试验联合测序方法中不同菌种感染患者的1,3-β-D葡聚糖浓度对比有差异(P<0.05),其中念珠菌属感染患者浓度最高,曲霉菌属次之,新生隐球菌最低。结论1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测对侵袭性真菌病具有较高的诊断效能,且检测耗时短,可作为疾病早期诊断的重要手段,为临床及时干预提供支持,从而改善患者预后。 展开更多

新型1,3-二苯基脲类化合物的合成及其对福寿螺的杀灭活性

福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)是我国南方地区典型外来入侵物种,因适应力和繁殖力强,造成农作物减产,威胁粮食安全。开发绿色无公害的福寿螺杀灭药剂,探究其作用机制,是当前防控外来入侵物种的迫切需求。本研究以苯胺及异氰酸酯类衍生... 福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)是我国南方地区典型外来入侵物种,因适应力和繁殖力强,造成农作物减产,威胁粮食安全。开发绿色无公害的福寿螺杀灭药剂,探究其作用机制,是当前防控外来入侵物种的迫切需求。本研究以苯胺及异氰酸酯类衍生物为起始原料,在溶剂体系中,通过苯胺类与异氰酸酯类衍生物的定向亲核加成反应,合成了10个新型1,3-二苯基脲类化合物N-F-3a~N-F-3e及N-L-6a~N-L-6e,通过室内浸杀试验评估了其灭螺活性;采用苏木精-伊红染色(H&E)观察组织形态学变化;采用酶活测试、配体与蛋白分子对接等多种方法探究了其作用机制。结果显示:化合物N-F-3a、N-F-3b、N-L-6a~N-L-6c对福寿螺具有良好的杀灭效果,在10 mg/L下对福寿螺的杀灭率达79.2%以上。其中化合物N-F-3a的活性最好:在5 mg/L下72 h内对福寿螺杀灭率达100%;在20 mg/L下暴露72 h后鲤鱼幼苗存活率达83.3%,比市售传统灭螺药物氯硝柳胺更安全。H&E结果表明:化合物N-F-3a可明显造成福寿螺肝脏损伤,是导致福寿螺死亡的重要原因。经分子对接计算,化合物N-F-3a与磷酸果糖激酶通过氢键、疏水作用、π-π堆积多种作用相结合,结合能为-8.40 kcal/mol,低于N-F-3d的结合能(-8.04 kcal/mol),与灭螺活性结果一致,辅助验证了其杀灭福寿螺的作用机制。综上,化合物N-F-3a显示出优异的福寿螺杀灭效果及良好的生物安全性,有望成为新型福寿螺灭螺候选化合物。 展开更多

目的:探讨长链非编码RNA促甲状腺激素释放激素降解酶反义RNA1(lncRNA TRHDE-AS1)调节微小RNA-340-5p(miR-340-5p)/β-1,3-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖基转移酶5 (B3GNT5)对肝癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响。方法:实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)、Wester... 目的:探讨长链非编码RNA促甲状腺激素释放激素降解酶反义RNA1(lncRNA TRHDE-AS1)调节微小RNA-340-5p(miR-340-5p)/β-1,3-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖基转移酶5 (B3GNT5)对肝癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响。方法:实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)、Western blot分别检测肝癌组织与癌旁组织及各肝癌细胞(HuH-7、HCCLM3、HepG2)中lncRNA TRHDE-AS1、miR-340-5p表达及B3GNT5蛋白表达。将HepG2细胞分为空白组、si-NC组、si-lncRNA TRHDE-AS1组、miR-NC组、miR-340-5p组、si-lncRNA TRHDE-AS1+anti-miR-NC组、si-lncRNA TRHDE-AS1+anti-miR-340-5p组,采用RT-qPCR检测各组细胞中lncRNA TRHDE-AS1、miR-340-5p表达及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9、MMP-2 mRNA表达,采用Western blot检测各组细胞中B3GNT5蛋白表达,采用克隆形成实验、CCK-8实验、划痕愈合实验、Transwell实验检测细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭能力。采用双荧光素酶基因报告基因实验验证lncRNA TRHDE-AS1与miR-340-5p、miR-340-5p与B3GNT5的靶向关系。结果:沉默lncRNA TRHDE-AS1或过表达miR-340-5p均可抑制HepG2细胞增殖、迁移与侵袭。下调miR-340-5p减弱了沉默lncRNA TRHDE-AS1对HepG2细胞恶性行为的抑制作用。lncRNA TRHDE-AS1靶向调控miR-340-5p/B3GNT5轴。结论:沉默lncRNA TRHDE-AS1可能通过上调miR-340-5p并抑制B3GNT5表达来抑制HepG2细胞增殖、迁移与侵袭。 展开更多

目前利用糖苷磷酸化酶制备α-1,3-葡聚糖的前景广阔。该研究考察了一种类芽孢杆菌来源的α-1,3-葡聚糖磷酸化酶制备α-1,3-葡聚糖的能力并对其进行发酵优化。类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus sp.)HMSSN-139来源的α-1,3-葡聚糖磷酸化酶编码基... 目前利用糖苷磷酸化酶制备α-1,3-葡聚糖的前景广阔。该研究考察了一种类芽孢杆菌来源的α-1,3-葡聚糖磷酸化酶制备α-1,3-葡聚糖的能力并对其进行发酵优化。类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus sp.)HMSSN-139来源的α-1,3-葡聚糖磷酸化酶编码基因被克隆后转化至大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli BL21)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)中进行重组表达,利用重组酶与麦芽糖磷酸化酶偶联催化制备α-1,3-葡聚糖。结果显示,以200 g/L麦芽糖为底物,在pH 7.0、37℃、磷酸盐终浓度20 mmol/L及加酶量均为0.2 mg/mL条件下,可生成聚合度为3~6的α-1,3-葡聚糖。反应达到312 h时,α-1,3-葡聚糖含量最高可达62.90%。此外优化了其启动子和发酵培养基碳氮源。将初始启动子P_(amyE)替换为P_(amyQ`),酶活力可提高至2.35 U/mL,为初始重组菌酶活力的1.50倍;优化后的最优培养基的氮源为10 g/L大豆蛋白胨,碳源为10 g/L甘油,在此培养基中重组菌酶活力提高至5.41 U/mL,达到优化前的2.30倍。该研究获得了一种新型的α-1,3-葡聚糖磷酸化酶,并对其进行了发酵优化,为工业生产高聚合度的α-1,3-葡聚糖提供了新的参考。 展开更多
