Defect Identification Method of Power Grid Secondary Equipment Based on Coordination of Knowledge Graph and Bayesian Network Fusion

The reliable operation of power grid secondary equipment is an important guarantee for the safety and stability of the power system.However,various defects could be produced in the secondary equipment during longtermoperation.The complex relationship between the defect phenomenon andmulti-layer causes and the probabilistic influence of secondary equipment cannot be described through knowledge extraction and fusion technology by existing methods,which limits the real-time and accuracy of defect identification.Therefore,a defect recognition method based on the Bayesian network and knowledge graph fusion is proposed.The defect data of secondary equipment is transformed into the structured knowledge graph through knowledge extraction and fusion technology.The knowledge graph of power grid secondary equipment is mapped to the Bayesian network framework,combined with historical defect data,and introduced Noisy-OR nodes.The prior and conditional probabilities of the Bayesian network are then reasonably assigned to build a model that reflects the probability dependence between defect phenomena and potential causes in power grid secondary equipment.Defect identification of power grid secondary equipment is achieved by defect subgraph search based on the knowledge graph,and defect inference based on the Bayesian network.Practical application cases prove this method’s effectiveness in identifying secondary equipment defect causes,improving identification accuracy and efficiency. 展开更多

The research and development of new traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)drugs have progressively established a novel system founded on the integration of TCM theory,human experience,and clinical trials(termed the“Three Combinations”).However,considering TCM's distinctive features of“syndrome differentiation and treatment”and“multicomponent formulations and complex mechanisms”,current TCM drug development faces challenges such as insufficient understanding of the material basis and the overall mechanism of action and an incomplete evidence chain system.Moreover,significant obstacles persist in gathering human experience data,evaluating clinical efficacy,and controlling the quality of active ingredients,which impede the innovation process in TCM drug development.Network pharmacology,centered on the“network targets”theory,transcends the limitations of the conventional“single target”reductionist research model.It emphasizes the comprehensive effects of disease or syndrome biological networks as targets to elucidate the overall regulatory mechanism of TCM prescriptions.This approach aligns with the holistic perspective of TCM,offering a novel method consistent with TCM's holistic view for investigating the complex mechanisms of TCM and developing new TCM drugs.It is internationally recognized as a“next-generation drug research model”.To advance the research of new tools,methods,and standards for TCM evaluation and to overcome fundamental,critical,and cutting-edge technical challenges in TCM regulation,this consensus aims to explore the characteristics,progress,challenges,applicable pathways,and specific applications of network pharmacology as a new theory,method,and tool in TCM drug development.The goal is to enhance the quality of TCM drug research and development and accelerate the efficiency of developing new TCM products. 展开更多

Fe–Ga sheets with large magnetostriction are required for improving the conversion efficiency under the ultra-high frequencymagnetic field. Trace Tb element doping can simultaneously improve the magnetostriction and ductility of Fe–Ga alloy. However, the im-pact of trace Tb doping on the microstructure and magnetostriction of Fe–Ga thin sheets is an open question. In this paper, the effects oftrace Tb addition on the secondary recrystallization and magnetostriction of Fe–Ga thin sheets are systematically studied by comparing thecharacteristics evolution of precipitation, texture, and nanoinclusions. The results indicate that trace Tb addition accelerates the secondaryrecrystallization of Goss texture due to the combined action of the bimodal size distributed precipitates, smaller grains, and more HEGBsin primary recrystallization. After quenching at 900℃, the magnetostriction value in 0.07 at %Tb-doped Fe_(81)Ga_(19) thin sheets increases by 30% to that of Fe_(81)Ga_(19) thin sheets. The increase in magnetostriction is attributed to the decrease in the number of Tb-rich precipitates andthe higher density of the nanometer-sized modified-D0_(3) inclusions induced by the dissolving of trace Tb elements after quenching. Theseresults demonstrate a simple and efficient approach for preparing Fe–Ga thin sheets with a large magnetostrictive coefficient by a combin-ation of trace RE element addition and conventional rolling method. 展开更多

Roles of genetic and environmental factors in psychiatric comorbidities among children with neurodevelopmental delays

BACKGROUND Neurodevelopmental delays encompass a wide range of conditions that impair cognitive,motor,and social functioning,often increasing the risk of psychiatric comorbidities.Children with these delays frequently present with disorders such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),anxiety,and behavioral disturbances,which can significantly affect development and quality of life.While genetic predisposition has been linked to these comorbidities,growing evidence highlights the role of environmental factors,including prenatal and early-life stressors.However,the interaction between genetic susceptibility and environmental influences remains poorly understood.Identifying specific genetic variants,environmental risks,and their interactions is essential for early detection and targeted interventions.AIM To investigate the combined effects of genetic and environmental factors on psychiatric comorbidities in children with neurodevelopmental delays,elucidate underlying mechanisms,and inform clinical management strategies.METHODS This retrospective cohort study included 80 children with confirmed neurodevelopmental delays and 40 age-and sex-matched typically developing controls.Comprehensive clinical and psychiatric evaluations,genetic testing(chromosomal microarray analysis and targeted next-generation sequencing),and environmental exposure assessments were conducted.Statistical analyses explored associations between genetic variants and psychiatric comorbidities,environmental risk factors,and gene-environment interactions.RESULTS Children with neurodevelopmental delays exhibited significantly higher rates of psychiatric comorbidities(70.0%)compared to controls(15.0%),with ADHD(42.5%),anxiety disorders(28.8%),and behavioral disorders(23.8%)being the most common.Pathogenic genetic variants were identified in specific pathways associated with distinct psychiatric presentations:Glutamatergic signaling variants were linked to anxiety disorders(odds ratio=3.8),dopaminergic system variants to ADHD(odds ratio=4.2),and synaptic function variants to both behavioral and anxiety disorders.Environmental factors,particularly prenatal maternal stress,early childhood adversity,and family dysfunction were strong predictors of psychiatric outcomes(β=0.42).Significant gene-environment interactions were identified,indicating that environmental exposure can moderate the effects of genetic risks on psychiatric outcomes.CONCLUSION Psychiatric comorbidities in children with neurodevelopmental delays are significantly influenced by both genetic and environmental factors,with complex interactions between the two.These findings underscore the need for integrated assessments and targeted interventions addressing both biological and environmental contributors to improve outcomes in this vulnerable population. 展开更多

Oxidation of organic amines(OAs)or aromatic hydrocarbons(AHs)produces carbonyls,which further react with OAs to form carbonyl-amine condensation products,threatening environmental quality and human health.However,there is still a lack of systematic understanding of the carbonyl-amine condensation reaction processes of OAs or between OAs and AHs,and subsequent environmental health impact.This work systematically investigated the carbonyl-amine condensation coupled ozonolysis kinetics,reaction mechanism,secondary organic aerosol(SOA)formation and cytotoxicity fromthe mixture of dipropylamine(DPA)and styrene(STY)by a combined method of productmass spectrometry identification,particle property analysis and cell exposure evaluation.The results from ozonolysis of DPA and STY mixture revealed that STY inhibited the ozonolysis of DPA to different degrees to accelerate its own decay rate.The barycenter of carbonyl-amine condensation reactionswas shifted from inside of DPA to between DPA and STY,which accelerated STY ozonolysis,but slowed down DPA ozonolysis.For the first time,ozonolysis of DPA and STY mixture to complex carbonyl-amine condensation products through the reactions of DPA with its carbonyl products,DPA with STY’s carbonyl products and DPA’s bond breakage product with STY’s carbonyl products was confirmed.These condensation products significantly contributed to the formation and growth of SOA.The SOA containing particulate carbonyl-amine condensation products showed definite cytotoxicity.These findings are helpful to deeply and comprehensively understand the transformation,fate and environmental health effects of mixed organics in atmospheric environment. 展开更多

Comprehensive optimization of ecological network in inland river basin from the perspective of future development:A case study of Shiyang River,China

Ecological network(EN)identification and optimization is an essential research tool for safeguarding regional ecological security patterns and planning territorial space.Especially for the ecologically fragile inland river basins,EN optimization is of significance in ensuring regional ecological security and virtuous cycle of ecosystems.In addition,EN is a dynamically changing structural system that is more applicable to the regional development by optimizing it from comprehensive future development perspective.EN of Shiyang River basin was constructed on account of the circuit theory,and land use/cover changes(LUCC)of the basin in 2035 was predicted by PLUS model,so as to explore the ecological conservation priorities and formulate optimization strategies.54 ecological sources(ESs)were identified,covering an area of 12,198 km^(2),mainly in the southern basin.133 ecological corridors(ECs)with an area of 3,176.92 km^(2)were extracted.38 ecological pinchpoints(EPs)and 22 ecological barriers(EBs)were identified respectively,which were mainly distributed in the lower basin.To effectively enhance the connectivity of EN in Minqin County,which has the worst ecological environment,we added five stepping stones based on the Ant Forest project.In addition,the optimal EPS is selected according to the development and limitation needs of inland river basins and the threat degree of warning points(WPs)under different scenarios.Scientific and reasonable optimization of future urban layout to prevent WPs can effectively alleviate the contradiction between ecological protection and economic development.The study is intended to provide basis for ecological sustainable development and rational planning territorial space in Shiyang River basin,as well as opinion for EN optimization in inland river basin. 展开更多

BACKGROUND First-time mothers may encounter various problems during postpartum,which can result in negative emotions that can affect infant care.In today’s Internet era,continuous nursing services can be provided to mothers and their babies after delivery through Internet-based platforms.This approach can help reduce negative emotions of primiparas and promote better health for both mothers and babies.AIM To explore the effect of Internet Plus-based postpartum healthcare services on postpartum depression of primiparas and neonatal growth and development and thus provide a scientific basis for strengthening postpartum healthcare measures and better protect maternal and child health.METHODS The study retrospectively collected data of primiparas and their newborns who underwent prenatal examination and successfully delivered at the Ninth People’s Hospital of Suzhou City.The observation group included 30 primiparas and their newborns who received Internet Plus-based postpartum healthcare services between July and December 2024.According to the principle of matching(1:1)control study,the control group included 30 primiparas and their newborns who received routine postpartum healthcare services between January and June 2024.The maternal role adaptation questionnaire scores,breastfeeding rates,Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS)scores,and newborn growth and development(height,head circumference,and weight)were compared between the two groups at the time of discharge after delivery and 6-week postpartum follow-up.RESULTS Upon hospital discharge,the two groups did not demonstrate significant differences in maternal role adaptation scores,breastfeeding rates,EPDS scores,as well as newborn height,head circumference,and weight at birth(P>0.05).At the 6-week postpartum follow-up,the maternal role adaptation score and breastfeeding rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,one case of postpartum depression was reported in the observation group and eight in the control group.Moreover,the control group exhibited a significant increase in EPDS scores compared with scores at hospital discharge(P<0.05),whereas the observation group showed only a marginal,nonsignificant increase in EPDS scores(P>0.05).The EPDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating a lower risk of postpartum depression in the observation group.The length,head circumference,and weight of the newborns 6 weeks after birth were increased compared with those at birth,and the growth rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),indicating better growth and development in the observation group.CONCLUSION Internet Plus-based postpartum healthcare services improve maternal role adaptation,increase breastfeeding rates,mitigate postpartum depression risk,and promote neonatal growth and development in primiparas. 展开更多

Dissimilar AZ31B magnesium alloy and DC56D steel were welded via AA1060 aluminum alloy by magnetic pulse welding.The effects of primary and secondary welding processes on the welded interface were comparatively investigated.Macroscopic morphology,microstructure,and interfacial structure of the joints were analyzed using scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results show that magnetic pulse welding of dissimilar Mg/Fe metals is achieved using an Al interlayer,which acts as a bridge for deformation and diffusion.Specifically,the AZ31B/AA1060 interface exhibits a typical wavy morphology,and a transition zone exists at the joint interface,which may result in an extremely complex microstructure.The microstructure of this transition zone differs from that of AZ31B magnesium and 1060 Al alloys,and it is identified as brittle intermetallic compounds(IMCs)Al_(3)Mg_(2) and Al_(12)Mg_(17).The transition zone is mainly distributed on the Al side,with the maximum thickness of Al-side transition layer reaching approximately 13.53μm.Incomplete melting layers with varying thicknesses are observed at the primary weld interface,while micron-sized hole defects appear in the transition zone of the secondary weld interface.The AA1060/DC56D interface is mainly straight,with only a small number of discontinuous transition zones distributed intermittently along the interface.These transition zones are characterized by the presence of the brittle IMC FeAl_(3),with a maximum thickness of about 4μm. 展开更多

First,statistics on the operational lines and mileage of urban rail transit in China are conducted.The results show that,as of Dec.31,2025,there were 60 cities with urban rail transit in operation nationwide,with a total operational mileage of approximately 12837.8 km(excluding the electronic guideway rubber-tired system,there were 57 cities,with a total operational mileage of 12651.6 km).The metro system dominates,while low-capacity systems exhibit a multi-modal development pattern.Subsequently,the characteristics of China′s urban rail transit industry development are analyzed,indicating that:(1)It should closely align with the theme of urban intensive development,promote quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of existing lines,and focus on the supporting role of initial passenger flow for new line construction,multi-network integration,and economic and financial sustainability.(2)Significant innovative achievements have been made in safety resilience,green and low-carbon development,intelligent construction,and digital transformation.Finally,development recommendations for the"15th Five-Year Plan"period are proposed:promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the rail transit industry,enhancing the operational efficiency of existing networks,continuously exploring railway services for urban commuting,strengthening external exchanges,and driving the"going global"strategy of the urban rail transit industry. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and their secretome have significant potential in promoting hair follicle development.However,the effects of MSC therapy have been reported to vary due to their heterogeneous characteristics.Different sources of MSCs or culture systems may cause heterogeneity of exosomes.AIM To define the potential of human adipose-derived MSC exosomes(hADSC-Exos)and human umbilical cord-derived MSC exosomes(hUCMSC-Exos)for improving dermal papillary cell proliferation in androgenetic alopecia.METHODS We conducted liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry proteomic analysis of hADSC-Exos and hUCMSC-Exos.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry suggested that hADSC-Exos were related to metabolism and immunity.Additionally,the hADSC-Exo proteins regulated the cell cycle and other 9 functional groups.RESULTS We verified that hADSC-Exos inhibited glycogen synthase kinase-3βexpression by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway via cell division cycle protein 42,and enhanced dermal papillary cell proliferation and migration.Excess dihydrotestosterone caused androgenetic alopecia by shortening the hair follicle growth phase,but hADSC-Exos reversed these effects.CONCLUSION This study indicated that hair development is influenced by hADSC-Exo-mediated cell-to-cell communication via the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. 展开更多

The concept of Net Zero Carbon Buildings,which aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,is essential in addressing climate change.However,the development of such buildings in Thailand faces significant challenges,including high construction costs,uncertain returns,and limited investment incentives.This study explores the factors influencing real estate developers’decisions to pursue Net Zero Carbon Buildings in Thailand,with a focus on physical,financial,and policy-related elements.Data collection was done with 388 respondents who are stakeholders,including developers,consultants,designers,and sustainability experts,through an online questionnaire,and analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis.The independent variables in the analytical model consist of three groups of factors:physical buildings,climate finance,and climate policy.The results indicate that physical building factors,including building age,engineering systems,and design;climate finance factors,such as project cost increases,financial returns,and investment incentives;and climate policy factors,including government policies,international climate agreements,and carbon taxes,significantly influence development decisions.Government policies,building engineering systems,and financial incentives were identified as key positive drivers for investment,while carbon taxes and energy efficiency-focused designs were found to potentially discourage investment due to higher costs.The study concludes that substantial government support such as tax incentives,grants,and low-interest financing is critical to fostering investment in Net Zero Carbon Buildings.Additionally,raising awareness among developers and the private sector about the long-term benefits of these projects is essential to strengthening investment incentives. 展开更多

The use ofrenewable energyisan important way toachieve sustainable agriculturalandeconomic development.However,there are differences in accessto renewable energy between the Global North and Global South.This study utilisedan autoregressive distributed lag-error correctionmodel and thedata spanning from 1991to 2021 to comparatively analyse the dynamic relationship amongrenewable energy consumption,the value of agricultural production,gross domestic product(GDP),economic diversificationindex,urban population,the total water extraction for agricultural withdrawal,and trade balancein the Netherlands and South Africa.In the shortrun,renewable energy consumption was increased by the value of agricultural productionbut decreased by GDPin South Africa.In the longrun,renewable energy consumption and GDP increased the value of agricultural production,while the value of agricultural production also increased GDP in South Africa.However,in the Netherlands,there was no short-and long-run relationship betweenrenewable energy consumption and agricultural and economic development.The results revealedthat there was a short-and long-run relationship in South Africa.Moreover,in the Netherlands,the adjustment speed was-1.46 forrenewable energy consumption with an error correction of 0.68 a(8.22 months).In South Africa,the adjustment speedwas-1.28 forrenewable energy consumption with an error correction of 0.78 a(9.38 months).Therefore,compared to South Africa,renewable energy consumptionin the Netherlands takes less time to return to balance after a shock.Thesefindings signify different trajectories on sectoral and economic transition initiatives spurred usingrenewable energy between the Netherlands and South Africa.Policy relating to initiatives such as“agro-energy communities”in Global South countries such as South Africa should be emphasised to promote the use of renewable energy in the agricultural sector. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the etiology and clinical characteristics of hospitalized secondary glaucoma(SG)patients in northwestern China.METHODS:A cross-sectional study was conducted involving SG patients hospitalized between July 2024 and January 2025.Clinical data were collected,including medical history,best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),slit-lamp examination,gonioscopic findings,and fundus examination.Demographic characteristics,etiological factors,and treatment modalities were analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 67 patients(82 eyes)were enrolled,aged 7 to 90y.Males accounted for 54.0%(36/67),and 22.4%(15/67)of patients had bilateral involvement.The predominant etiologies of SG were neovascular glaucoma(NVG;25.4%),traumatic glaucoma(23.9%),uveitic glaucoma(20.9%),and lens-induced glaucoma(14.9%),collectively accounting for 85.1%of all cases.The peak age-specific incidence occurred in the 50-59 years age group(32.8%,22/67),while NVG was prevalent across the 40-79 years age range.IOP of the 82 affected eyes was stratified into five severity tiers:22-29 mm Hg(15 eyes,18.3%),30-39 mm Hg(14 eyes,17.1%),40-49 mm Hg(13 eyes,15.9%),50-59 mm Hg(20 eyes,24.4%),and≥60 mm Hg(20 eyes,24.4%).The overall mean IOP was 45.2±12.3 mm Hg,indicating a significant pathological elevation.Surgical intervention was required in 46.3%of cases,predominantly for NVG,lensinduced glaucoma,and traumatic glaucoma—conditions prone to rapid IOP elevation.The etiologies with the highest surgical intervention rates were malignant glaucoma,pigmentary glaucoma,lens-induced glaucoma,and NVG.In contrast,uveitic glaucoma cases were primarily managed with targeted anti-inflammatory therapy,which effectively controlled IOP in the early disease stages and potentially obviated the need for surgery.CONCLUSION:This study identifies NVG,traumatic glaucoma,uveitic glaucoma,and lens-induced glaucoma as the four leading etiologies of SG in Northwestern China.These findings emphasize the critical need for targeted prevention strategies and evidence-based health education programs among high-risk populations.Implementation of such initiatives will improve early detection,enable ophthalmologists to deliver timely therapeutic interventions,and ultimately reduce preventable vision loss in this region. 展开更多
