Purpose–This study summarizes the overall situation of the resources of the national science and technology innovation platform in the railway industry,including the distribution of platform types,supporting institutions,construction sites,professional fields,etc.,to provide a reference for the further improvement and optimization of the national science and technology innovation platform system in the railway industry.Design/methodology/approach–Through literature review,field investigation,expert consultation and other methods,this paper systematically investigates and analyzes the development status of the national science and technology innovation platform in the railway industry.Findings–Taking the national science and technology innovation platform of the railway industry as the research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the construction,development and distribution of the national science and technology innovation platform of railway industry over the years.And the National Engineering Research Center of High-speed Railway and Urban Rail Transit System Technology was taken as an example to introduce its operation effect.Originality/value–China Railway has made great development achievements,with the construction and development of national science and technology innovation platform in the railway industry.In recent years,a large number of national science and technology innovation platforms have been built in the railway industry,which play an important role in railway technological innovation,standard setting and commodification,and Railway Sciences provide strong support for railway technology development. 展开更多

Remote sensing and web-based platforms have emerged as vital tools in the effective monitoring of mangrove ecosystems, which are crucial for coastal protection, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. Utilizing satellite imagery and aerial data, remote sensing allows researchers to assess the health and extent of mangrove forests over large areas and time periods, providing insights into changes due to environmental stressors like climate change, urbanization, and deforestation. Coupled with web-based platforms, this technology facilitates real-time data sharing and collaborative research efforts among scientists, policymakers, and conservationists. Thus, there is a need to grow this research interest among experts working in this kind of ecosystem. The aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive literature review on the effective role of remote sensing and web-based platform in monitoring mangrove ecosystem. The research paper utilized the thematic approach to extract specific information to use in the discussion which helped realize the efficiency of digital monitoring for the environment. Web-based platforms and remote sensing represent a powerful tool for environmental monitoring, particularly in the context of forest ecosystems. They facilitate the accessibility of vital data, promote collaboration among stakeholders, support evidence-based policymaking, and engage communities in conservation efforts. Under the current background of an information society,the digital transformation of enterprises has become a necessary means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article is based on the industrial Internet platform,the digital planning and architecture of enterprises research.First,we analyze the current challenges of digital transformation and the development opportunities brought by the industrial Internet.Then,we propose a digital planning method based on the industrial Internet platform,which takes the full connectivity of people,machine and things and intelligent decision making as the core,takes data collection,processing,analysis and application as the main line,and finally forms the top-level design of the digital transformation of enterprises.At the same time,we also built an industrial Internet platform architecture model,including the previous end perception layer,network transmission layer,platform service layer,and application innovation layer for four levels,to support enterprises in innovative applications and decision support under the industrial Internet environment.Research shows that this kind of enterprise digital planning and architecture based on an industrial Internet platform can effectively promote enterprises to achieve business model innovation,system innovation,and strengthen the flexibility and agility of enterprises to respond to market changes.The results of this research not only have important theoretical and practical significance for guiding enterprises to carry out digital planning and build an industrial Internet platform,but also provide useful reference for relevant policy formulation. 展开更多

Offshore platforms are large,complex structures designed for long-term service,and they are characterized by high risk and significant investment.Ensuring the safety and reliability of in-service offshore platforms requires intelligent operation and maintenance strategies.Digital twin technology can enable the accurate description and prediction of changes in the platform’s physical state through real-time monitoring data.This technology is expected to revolutionize the maintenance of existing offshore platform structures.A digital twin system is proposed for real-time assessment of structural health,prediction of residual life,formulation of maintenance plans,and extension of service life through predictive maintenance.The system integrates physical entities,digital models,intelligent predictive maintenance tools,a visualization platform,and interconnected modules to provide a comprehensive and efficient maintenance framework.This paper examines the current development status of core technologies in physical entity monitoring,digital model construction,and intelligent predictive maintenance.It also outlines future directions for the advancement of these technologies within the digital twin system,offering technical insights and practical references to support further research and applications of digital twin technology in offshore platform structures. 展开更多

Application of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technology in the Management of Motor Symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease

Objective:To study the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)on improving motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:60 PD patients who visited the hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected as samples and randomly divided into two groups.Group A received conventional medication plus TMS treatment,while Group B received medication only.The efficacy of motor function improvement,neurological symptoms,mental state,sleep quality,quality of life,and adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results:The efficacy of Group A was higher than that of Group B(P<0.05).The scores of the Scales for Outcomes in Parkinson’s Disease-Autonomic(SCOPA-AUT),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in Group A were lower than those in Group B(P<0.05).The quality of life scale(SF-36)score in Group A was higher than that in Group B(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in Group A was lower than that in Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:TMS used in the treatment of PD patients can improve patients’mental state and motor function,optimize sleep quality and quality of life,and is safe and efficient. 展开更多

Background:With the rapid development of modern emerging technologies,the ethical dilemmas and social controversies triggered by scientific and technological activities have become increasingly prominent.How to guide technology for good and prevent and control technological risks has become an important issue of global concern.Research on science and technology ethics is dedicated to integrating ethical theories into governance practices and constructing ethical models that adapt to the development of the times.Methods:This article systematically reviews the six core approaches of scientific and technological ethics thought,including technological autonomy and political philosophy criticism,responsibility ethics and intergenerational obligations,technological intermediation and the integration of life and the world,ethical principles and normative frameworks,participatory governance and ethical practice innovation,as well as domain-specific ethical norms,thereby constructing an ethical analysis framework applicable to medical technology risks.And cross-analysis was conducted by taking medical events such as gene editing and xenotransplantation as examples.Results:Research shows that a single ethical approach has limitations in addressing complex medical ethical challenges,while the six approaches are complementary and synergistic.By criticizing technological autonomy,establishing a responsibility ethics orientation,setting the bottom line of ethical principles,promoting participatory governance,formulating domain norms,and continuously reflecting on the intermediary nature of technology,a multi-level and dynamically adaptive governance system for scientific and technological ethics can be constructed.Conclusion:The key to addressing contemporary medical ethics challenges lies in the comprehensive application of science and technology ethics theories and the integration of ethical considerations throughout the entire process of scientific and technological research and development.In the future,a governance framework that adapts to the development of new technologies should be established to promote cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary ethical dialogue and public participation,ensuring that scientific and technological innovation always serves the dignity of human life and overall well-being. 展开更多

The Sn−2Al filler metal was utilized to bond W90 tungsten heavy alloys by the ultrasonic-assisted coating technology in atmospheric environment at 250℃.The effects of ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on microstructure and interfacial strength of Sn−2Al/W90 interface were investigated.The ultrasound improved the wettability of Sn−2Al filler metal on W90 surface.As the ultrasonic power increased and ultrasonic time increased,the size of Al phase in seam decreased.The maximum value of Sn−2Al/W90 interfacial strength reached 30.1 MPa.Based on the acoustic pressure simulation and bubble dynamics,the intensity of cavitation effect was proportional to ultrasonic power.The generated high temperature and high pressure by cavitation effect reached 83799.6 K and 1.26×10^(14) Pa,respectively. 展开更多

[Purpose] The paper is to discuss the high-efficient breeding technology platform of dwarf male-sterile wheat.[Method] Conclusion was made upon the development of the creation and application of dwarf male-sterile wheat,and the conception of introducing haploid breeding technology into the technological system of high-efficient breeding of dwarf male-sterile wheat was proposed.[Result] Dwarf male-sterile wheat not only retains the properties of total male abortion of Taigu Genetic Sterile Wheat,steady sterility,and high hybrid rate after open pollination,but also has the characteristic of high dwarfing ability of Aibian No.1,becoming a comparatively ideal population modification means.At present,the application of dwarf male-sterile wheat mainly includes germplasm resources platform of population modification by using dwarf male-sterile wheat,technology platform of constructing new high-efficient breeding system by using dwarf male-sterile wheat,and production platform of using dwarf male-sterile wheat to breed new varieties.Through the introduction of haploid breeding into the already established wheat high-efficient breeding system,a new system of high-efficient biological breeding technology of dwarf male-sterile wheat was constructed theoretically.[Conclusion] The study provides references to the further study and application of dwarf male-sterile wheat. 展开更多

以往电网的运营涉及很多不确定性因素而影响了电网运营监测的状态分析过程,导致监测结果准确度不高影响了电网运营管理效果。为此提出了基于NET Web开发技术的电网运营管理与自动化监测方法。该方法首先深入分析电网发电与供电环节的不... 以往电网的运营涉及很多不确定性因素而影响了电网运营监测的状态分析过程,导致监测结果准确度不高影响了电网运营管理效果。为此提出了基于NET Web开发技术的电网运营管理与自动化监测方法。该方法首先深入分析电网发电与供电环节的不确定性因素,通过定量计算构建综合性管理指标。随后,运用NET Web开发技术构建数据处理架构,有效访问电网运营数据。进而,通过解析数据的经验谱分布函数值,实现对电网运营的自动化监测。实验结果表明,此方法能准确监测电网运营状态,有效满足电网运营管理需求。本研究不仅提升了电网运营的监测精度,也为电网的自动化管理提供有力支持,对提升电网运营效率具有重要意义。 展开更多

The pattern of dendritic growth and distortion of dendritic network in the platform have been investigated by one mold casting with different platform length during directional solidification. As the platform length elongates, the symmetry of dendritic growth along left and right edges gradually worsens in platform base. While the platform length reaches 14 mm, the distortion of dendritic network is first observed in outward platform. It is found that the distortion of dendritic network along platform inside is more serious than that along platform edges. Both [001] deviation and accumulated misorientation along platform inside, up to 9~ and 16.3~, respectively, are far greeter than those along left-outward-right edges. The deformation of dendritic network in a platform may be caused by the asymmetry of the solidification front at the mush zone. 展开更多
