Two new Cu(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, [Cu2(tbph)2(btb)2]n (1) and {[Cu2(tbph)2- (bth)2]·H2O}n (2), (H2tbph = 4-tert-butyl-phthalic acid, btb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1- yl)butane, bth = 1,6-bis(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl)hexane), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 has a 2D sql layer. Complex 2 shows a (3,4)-connected 2D sheet with a (4.6^4.8)(4.8^2) topology. 应用密度泛函理论对6-yl-hex-1-ene自由基环合成反应做了详细的理论研究。通过对随反应坐标变化几个关键变量变化的讨论,揭示了6-yl-hex-1-ene自由基在进行环合成反应时区域选择性的高低;同时,也分析了在6-endo-trig和5-exo-trig反应途... 应用密度泛函理论对6-yl-hex-1-ene自由基环合成反应做了详细的理论研究。通过对随反应坐标变化几个关键变量变化的讨论,揭示了6-yl-hex-1-ene自由基在进行环合成反应时区域选择性的高低;同时,也分析了在6-endo-trig和5-exo-trig反应途径中的热力学和动力学势垒的变化,以及六元环产物和五元环产物的环张力对热力学过程和动力学过程可能产生的影响。结果表明在6-yl-hex-1-ene自由基环合成过程中,经过5-exo-trig反应途径生成环应力较大的五元环产物具有动力学优势,是主要的动力学产物。同时分析结果也表明,可以利用在反应过程中进攻角变量的变化来定性地判断反应选择性的优势通道,并用以定性地解释Baldwin规则的结论。 展开更多

High Brightness Blue Luminescent Material with Hole-Transporting Ability of 9- (pyren-1-yl)-9H-Carbazole

A novel bifunctional blue-light material, 9-(pyren-l-yl)-9H-carbazole (CzPy), has been synthesized and its structure is identified by electron ionization mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, and element analysis. The absorption, photoluminescence spectra and thermal properties were studied, results showedthat CzPy was stable under ambient conditions with a blue-light emission (461 nm). Additionally, its electroluminescence properties were characterized with four different devices. Results indicated a maximum luminous efficiency reached 1.56 cd/A and maximum luminance up to 3526 cd/m2 at 10 V with commission international De L' Eclairage coordinates of (0.20, 0.24) when it was used as emitter. Furthermore, CzPy also indicated hole-transporting ability. 展开更多

The reactions of Co(C1O4)2·6H2O and Co(NO3)2.6H2O with the di-Schiff base ligand N,N'-bis-(1-benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine (LA) in ethanol have been investigated. The reactions of LA with excess amount of cobalt salts yield the six-coordinate complexes [CoL2](ClO4)E·H2O 1 and [CoL2](NO3)E·H2O 2 as isolatable products (L= N-(1- benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine), where L is a tri-dentate mono-Schiff base ligand, resulting from the hydrolysis of the precursor di-Schiff base LA. Both complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for complex 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.9214(10), b = 23.5828(17), c = 14.0387(12)A, β = 135.219(4)°, C22H30Cl2CoN8O9, Mr = 680.37, V = 2780.1(4) A^3 ,Z = 4, Dc = 1.625 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.876 mm^-1, F(000) = 1404, the final R = 0.0725 and wR = 0.1530 for 5726 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Crystal data for complex 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.2162(16), b = 10.0610(6), c = 18.593(2)A, β = 130.099(3)°, C22H30CoN10O7, Mr = 605.49, V = 2606.5(4) A3 Z = 4, Dc = 1.543 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.722 mm^-1, F(000) = 1260, the final R = 0.0619 and wR = 0.1429 for 5194 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that each cobalt atom in the two complexes is chelated by six nitrogen atoms from two tridentate iigands L, exhibiting a slightly distorted octahedral coordination sphere. In both complexes, the strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between the lattice waters and N-H groups of the ligands result in 1D chains which are further connected by ClO4^- (or NO3^-) groups to form a 3D framework. 应用密度泛函理论对5-yl-pent-1-ene自由基环合成反应做了详细的理论研究。结果表明,反应经4-exo-trig过程生成四元环产物是一个吸热反应,而经5-endo-trig过程则是一个放热反应,说明在热力学上5-endo-trig过程比4-exo-trig过程有利。环... 应用密度泛函理论对5-yl-pent-1-ene自由基环合成反应做了详细的理论研究。结果表明,反应经4-exo-trig过程生成四元环产物是一个吸热反应,而经5-endo-trig过程则是一个放热反应,说明在热力学上5-endo-trig过程比4-exo-trig过程有利。环张力的计算结果说明四元环较大的环张力是形成四元环过程需要吸热的一个主要原因,而五元环较小的环张力是反应放热的一个原因。从动力学势垒来看,5-endo-trig反应过程也比4-exo-trig过程稍微有利,这是违反Baldwin规则的。这是由于自由基环合成所形成的四元环张力要比五元环张力大所引起的,因此环张力是在四元环形成过程中动力学上需要克服的主要障碍之一,也是导致其动力学势垒较高的主因。五元环产物的势垒主要是由于进攻角度变化较大而引起的。因此,Baldwin规则中进攻角度决定环合成反应选择性的理论不适用于5-yl-pent-1-ene自由基环合成过程。 展开更多

The zinc(Ⅱ) complex with Hpbx (Hpbx = 2-(benzoxazol-2-yl)phenol) and Hpbm (Hpbm = 2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)phenol), namely [Zn(pbm)2]1.633[Zn(pbx)212.367·DMF·2H2O 1, has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, FTIR and elemental analysis. The coordination structures are statistically disordered and can be regarded as a co-crystal of [Zn(pbm)2] and [Zn(pbx)2] with the ratio of ca. 0.408/0.592. Solvate water and DMF molecules are also present in the lattice. It is a co-crystal consisting of two different neutral zinc(H) complexes with Hbpbm (Hbpbm = 4- bromo-2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)phenol) and Hnpbm (Hnpbm = 2-(1-butylbenzimidazol-2-yl)phenol). One is a monomeric mixed-ligand complex of [Zn(bpbm)(npbm)] 1 and the other a dimer of [Zn2(npbm)4] 2 with their ratio of 2:1. Thus the overall formula for the title compound is 21.2. Adjacent 1 and 2 are connected to each other by intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions in the lattice. The title compound, (E)-1-(7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)- 3-(2-methoxyphenyl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propenol (3a), was synthesized by the Aldol con- densation reaction of 1-(7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)-2-(1,2,4-triazol- 1-yl)ethanone with 2-methoxybenzaldehyde and then reduced with NaBH4, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction: monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 6.2002(3), b = 12.8452(7), c = 13.2257(7) ?, Z = 2, V = 1031.23(9) ?3, Mr = 407.46, Dc = 1.312 Mg/m3, S = 1.054, μ = 0.091 mm-1, F(000) = 432, the final R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0769 for 3161 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis displays that the title compound adopts an E configuration for the C(7)=C(8) double bond and S configuration for the chirality center with the specific rotation of –63.75°. Furthermore, the stability of the crystal was maintained through the intermolecular hydrogen bond O(1)–H???N(3). The antitumor assay exhibits that the title compound 3a (E configuration) has a good antitumor activity against the Hela cell line with the IC50 value of 36.9 μM, which is better than that of 3b (Z configuration). 展开更多

Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis; specifically, the absolute configurations were assigned by using the MPA determination rule based on △δrs values of MPA esters, and supported by electronic CD (ECD) calculations. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=20.951(7), b = 9.515(3), c = 27.483(10) A,β= 106.176(6)°, Z = 4, V= 5262(3) A3, C40 H45 Gd3 N12 O30, Dc = 2.071 g/cm3, Mr=1645.63, λ (MoKa)=0.71073A, μ=3.846mm-1, F(000)=3204, the final R=0.0390 and wR= 0.1332. Complex 1 is a two-dimensional MOF built up from T-shaped 3-connected HPIDC2 , PIDC3 and 4-connected metal nodes. The solubility and supersolubility of 3,4-bis(3-nitrofurazan-4-yl)furoxan(DNTF) in ethanol + water at different operation were determined by laser monitoring system under atmospheric pressure to study the metastable zone width(MSZW). The modified Apelblat equation was adopted to correlate the experimental solubility data, and the correlation result showed perfect consistent with the experimental data. The standard dissolution enthalpy, standard dissolution entropy and Gibbs energy were calculated according to the experimental solubility data. The effect of the cooling rate, stirring rate, temperature and the concentration of ethanol + water on the MSZW was studied. It was found that the MSZW of DNTF increased with the increasing cooling rate, decreasing temperature, decreasing stirring rate and decreasing ratio of water. And the apparent nucleation order of DNTF in ethanol + water was calculated by the relationship between the cooling rate and the MSZW. 展开更多

ABSTRACT Four novel 1D lanthanide coordination polymers with formula [Ln(3,4-pybz)3(HzO)2. H2O]n (Ln = 1 Sm; 2 Eu; 3 Tb; 4 Dy, 3,4-Hpybz = 3-(pyridin-4-yl)benzoic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide oxide and 3-(pyridine-4-yl) benzoic acid. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the four compounds are isostructural. They all crystallize in a monoelinic system, space group P1^-. They have a doubly carboxylate-bridged infinite-chain structure with alternating Ln-(carboxylate)2-Ln linkages and one chelating carboxylate group on each metal center. The Ln ion also combines to two water molecules to form an eight-coordinate square antiprismatic geometry. The pyridine nitrogen atoms of the ligand do not coordinate to the metal centers but direct the formation of a 3D network through hydrogen bonding with coordinated water molecules. The photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 have been also studied. 展开更多

We herein report two crystals based on 2-(imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2-yl)-2-oxoacetic acid rad- ical and its perchlorate, and investigate the relationship between magnetic properties and crystal stacking structures or supramolecular interactions. 2-(imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2-yl)- 2-oxoaeetic acid radical in two crystals mainly exist as diamagnetic dimer formed via short atomic contacts or supramolecular interactions (hydrogen bonds, anion-Tr or lone- pair-~r interactions), leading to low magnetic susceptibilities. 2-(imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2-yl)- 2-oxoaeetic acid radical crystal exhibits quasi-one-dimensional columnar stacking chain and weak antiferromagnetism. However, its perchlorate crystal possesses one-dimensional double- stranded chain structure assembled through double hydrogen bonds and anion-To interactions, and reveals weak ferromagnetism. 展开更多

The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with α = 18.441(2), b = 8.3284(9), c = 19.257(2) A, Z = 8, V = 2957.5(5) A3, Mr = 279.37, Dc = 1.255 mg/m3, S = 1.033, μ =0.219 mm^-1, F(000) = 1184, the final R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0876 for 2629 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure presents the intermolecular N–H···N hydrogen bond, which plays an important role in stabilizing the crystal structure. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the title compound exhibits potent fungicidal activity against R. Solani (25 mg/L) with inhibition rate of 80.0%. 展开更多
