In the light of the existing forms and characteristics of 3-wave, 4-wave and 5-wave resonance conditions, the 6-wave resonance conditions are proposed and proved for currently a maximum wave-wave resonance interactions of the ocean surface gravity waves in deep water, which will be indispensable to both the Kolmogorov spectrum of the corresponding universal wave turbulence and a synthetic 4-5-6-wave resonant model for the ocean surface gravity waves. 展开更多

Tunneling conductance in ferromagnet/superconductor junctions with time-reversal symmetry breaking

The tunneling conductance of two kinds of tunnel junctions with time-reversal symmetry breaking,normal metal/insulator/ferromagnetic metal/dx_(2-y2)+is-wave superconductor(NM/I/FM/dx_(2-y2)+is-wave SC)and NM/I/FM/dx_(2-y2)+idxy-wave SC,is calculated using the extended Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk theoretical method.The ratio of the subdominant s-wave and dxy-wave components to the dominant dx_(2-y2)-wave component is expressed byΔ_(s)/Δ_(D)andΔ_(d)/Δ_(D),respectively.Results show that for NM/I/FM/dx_(2-y2)+is-wave SC tunnel junctions,the splitting of the zero-bias conductance peak(ZBCP)is obtained and the splitting peaks appear at eV/Δ_(0)=±Δ_(s)/Δ_(D)with eV the applied bias voltage andΔ_(0)the zero temperature energy gap of SC.For NM/I/FM/dx_(2-y2)+idxy-wave SC tunnel junctions,there are also conductance peaks at eV/Δ_(0)=±Δ_(d)/Δ_(D)but the ZBCP does not split.For the two types of tunnel junctions,the completely reversed tunnel conductance spectrum indicates that when the exchange energy in FM is increased to a certain value,the proximity effect transforms the tunnel junctions from the'0 state'to the'πstate'.The shortening of the transport quasiparticle lifetime can weaken the proximity effect to smooth out the dips and peaks in the tunnel spectrum.This is considered a possible reason that the ZBCP splitting was not observed in some previous experiments.It is expected that these analysis results can serve as a guide for future experiments and the relevant conclusions can be confirmed. 展开更多

The prediction of our theory captures the main feature of the experiment. In this article, the fractional derivatives in the sense of the modified Riemann-Liouville derivatives together with the modified simple equation method and the multiple exp-function method are employed for constructing the exact solutions and the solitary wave solutions for the nonlinear time fractional Sharma-Tasso- Olver equation. With help of Maple, we can get exact explicit l-wave, 2-wave and 3-wave solutions, which include l-soliton, 2-soliton and 3-soliton type solutions if we use the multiple exp-function method while we can get only exact explicit l-wave solution including l-soliton type solution if we use the modified simple equation method. Two cases with specific values of the involved parameters are plotted for each 2-wave and 3-wave solutions. 展开更多

We suggest that a family of Ni-based compounds, which contain [Ni_2M_2O]~2à(M = chalcogen) layers with an antiperovskite structure constructed by mixed-anion Ni complexes, Ni M_4O_2, can be potential high temperature superconductors(high-Tc) upon doping or applying pressure. The layer structures have been formed in many other transitional metal compounds such as La_2B_2Se_2O_3(B = Mn, Fe, Co). For the Ni-based compounds, we predict that the parental compounds host collinear antiferromagnetic states similar to those in iron-based high temperature superconductors. The electronic physics near Fermi energy is controlled by two egd-orbitals with completely independent in-plane kinematics. We predict that the superconductivity in this family is characterized by strong competition between extended s-wave and d-wave pairing symmetries. 展开更多
