Influence of garlic-insulated moxibustion on the therapeutic effect in re-treatment patients of pulmonary tuberculosis 被引量:2

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion in re-treatment patients of pulmouary tuberculosis. Methods Fifty-three cases were randomly divided into an observation group (31 cases) and a control group (22 cases). They were treated with routine chemotherapeutic program of western medicine, garlic-insulated moxibustion on main acupoints, Feishu (肺俞 BL 13), Gaohuang (膏肓 BL 43), Shenzhu (身柱 GV 12) was adopted in the observation group. The therapeutic effects were assessed by clinical symptoms and signs, X-ray, CT examination and laboratory indices. Results The focus absorption rate of 87.1%(27/31) in the observation group was better than that (63.6%,14/22) in the control group (P〈0.05); the rate of bacteria-turned negativity in sputum was 90.5%(19/21)in the observation group which was better than that (56.3%, 9/16) in the control group (P〈0.05); the observation group in improvement of lassitude, night sweat and cough was superior to the control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion Garlic-insulated moxibustion can increase the therapeutic effect for the retreatment patients of pulmonary tuberculosis. 展开更多

The study of sulfur hexafluoride(SF6) discharge is vital for its application in gas-insulated equipment. Direct current partial discharge(PD) may cause SF6 decomposition, and the decomposed products of SF6, such as F atoms, play a dominant role in the breakdown of insulation systems. In this study, the PD caused by metal protrusion defects is simulated by a needle-plate electrode using pulsed high voltage in SF6/Ar mixtures. The spatial and temporal characteristics of SF6/Ar plasma are analyzed by measuring the emission spectra of F and Ar atoms, which are important for understanding the characteristics of PD. The spatial resolved results show that both F and Ar atom spectral intensities increase first from the plate anode to the needle and then decrease under the conditions of a background pressure of400 Pa, peak voltage of-1000 V, frequency of 2 kHz, pulse width of 60 μs, and electrode gap of 5-9 mm. However, the distribution characteristics of F and Ar are significantly different. The temporal distribution results show that the spectral intensity of Ar decreasesfirst and then increases slowly, while the spectral intensity of F increases slowly for the duration of the pulsed discharge at the electrode gap of 5 mm and the pulse width of40-80 μs. 展开更多

局部放电检测信号是判断GIS设备是否存在绝缘缺陷的重要判据,变电站复杂电磁信号干扰增加了现场局部放电模式的识别难度,易造成误报。因此提出了一种基于卷积网络的GIS局部放电缺陷诊断方法,将干扰下的检测图谱作为模型识别中的一种输... 局部放电检测信号是判断GIS设备是否存在绝缘缺陷的重要判据,变电站复杂电磁信号干扰增加了现场局部放电模式的识别难度,易造成误报。因此提出了一种基于卷积网络的GIS局部放电缺陷诊断方法,将干扰下的检测图谱作为模型识别中的一种输出类型,研究基于VGG-16结构卷积神经网络的局部放电模式识别算法,利用迁移学习对模型参数进行初始化,从构建的变电站GIS设备特高频检测图谱库中抽取样本作为训练集和测试集,通过模型训练得到识别模型。为辅助现场运维,设计基于两层架构的GIS局部放电缺陷诊断和运维系统以及实现流程,应用到某市供电公司GIS运维中,结果表明,GIS局部放电缺陷诊断方法及系统可有效识别出特高频检测图谱中的缺陷类型和干扰,为现场运维决策提供依据,提升现场运维检修效率。 展开更多
