The rise of big data and the Internet has driven the rapid development of rural e-commerce, becoming a key driving force for rural revitalization and significantly promoting rural economic growth and farmers’ income. Starting from the current status of rural e-commerce development, this paper explores the concept and value of new farmers and elaborates on their core role in promoting the e-commerce economy. Meanwhile, it analyzes the issues faced by new farmers in promoting rural e-commerce development, such as unbalanced regional development, limited production scale, and inadequate rural entrepreneurial environment. Based on this, the paper proposes countermeasures aimed at fully leveraging the positive role of new farmers in the rural e-commerce economy, promoting the sustainable and healthy development of rural e-commerce, and contributing to rural revitalization.展开更多
