改进的连续波热牙胶根充法应用于老年人根管充填的临床评价 被引量:5

目的:评价老年人根管充填应用改进的连续波热牙胶根充法的充填质量和效率。方法:213名需要根管治疗的老年口腔患者,共计238颗患牙,按照根管充填方法的不同分为热牙胶组和冷侧压组,并对两组间根管充填恰填率、侧支根管充填情况、根充所... 目的:评价老年人根管充填应用改进的连续波热牙胶根充法的充填质量和效率。方法:213名需要根管治疗的老年口腔患者,共计238颗患牙,按照根管充填方法的不同分为热牙胶组和冷侧压组,并对两组间根管充填恰填率、侧支根管充填情况、根充所用时间、术中疼痛四方面进行对比分析。结果:改进的连续波热牙胶组根管恰填率高达89.92%,而冷侧压组仅为79.82%,热牙胶组优势明显;另外在侧支根管充填情况和根充所用时间的对比中,热牙胶组依然强于冷牙胶组(P<0.05);两组术中疼痛并没有差别(P>0.05)。结论:改进的连续波热牙胶根管充填法应用于老年口腔患者优点突出,易于接受,能有效提高老年人根管治疗的质量和效率。 展开更多

本研究考查在2、4和6 mmol·L^(-1)甲醛(HCHO)溶液中处理的‘丹波’黑大豆(Glycine max cv.Tamba)根系对HCHO的吸收与代谢产物。结果表明,在48 h处理期内根系对HCHO的吸收与时间的关系为指数函数。活体根系吸收HCHO对其去除的贡献... 本研究考查在2、4和6 mmol·L^(-1)甲醛(HCHO)溶液中处理的‘丹波’黑大豆(Glycine max cv.Tamba)根系对HCHO的吸收与代谢产物。结果表明,在48 h处理期内根系对HCHO的吸收与时间的关系为指数函数。活体根系吸收HCHO对其去除的贡献率分别为30.1%、26.7%和23.0%,显著大于死根系对HCHO的吸附作用,这一结果表明活体根中发生了HCHO代谢作用。碳-13核磁共振(^(13)C-NMR)分析表明,根系吸收的H^(13)CHO首先被氧化为H^(13)COOH;在H^(13)CHO处理0~4 h期间,H^(13)COOH被同化为草酸、甘氨酸、天冬酰胺、谷氨酰胺和丝氨酸,在4~48 h期间,这些有机酸被转化为苹果酸、柠檬酸、异柠檬酸和葡萄糖。4和6 mmol·L^(-1) H^(13)CHO处理2 h的根系中代谢产物种类与2 mmol·L^(-1)处理的相似,但每种代谢产物产量显著提高。 展开更多

目的研究选择性脊神经后根切断术(SPR)对所支配肌肉的肌电图的变化,并对家兔的肌电图应用进行探讨。方法采用体重近似的成年家兔15只,不分组,在相同浅层麻醉方法下对L4~S1实施腰段SPR手术,术前术后对腓肠肌的肌电图f波与H反射的变化进... 目的研究选择性脊神经后根切断术(SPR)对所支配肌肉的肌电图的变化,并对家兔的肌电图应用进行探讨。方法采用体重近似的成年家兔15只,不分组,在相同浅层麻醉方法下对L4~S1实施腰段SPR手术,术前术后对腓肠肌的肌电图f波与H反射的变化进行观察与比较。结果实施腰段SPR手术后腓肠肌的H反射与F波潜伏期平均值较术前均明显增加(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;Hmax,Hmax/Mmax,F-CD平均值及F波出现率较术前比较不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 1)SPR术后H反射与F波的潜伏期会明显延长,说明SPR手术可以有效降低α神经元的兴奋性,降低肌张力,改善痉挛。2)家兔的α神经元兴奋性维持在较高的兴奋水平,Hmax,Hmax/Mmax,F-CD及F波出现率尚不能反映α神经元的兴奋性的改变状况。 展开更多

In this research, we present a seismic trace interpolation method which uses seismic data with surface-related multiples. It is different from conventional seismic data interpolation using information transformation or extrapolation of adjacent channels for reconstruction of missing seismic data. In this method there are two steps, first, we construct pseudo-primaries by cross-correlation of surface multiple data to extract the missing near- offset information in multiples, which are not displayed in the acquired seismic record. Second, we correct the pseudo-primaries by applying a Least-squares Matching Filter (LMF) and RMS amplitude correction method in time and space sliding windows. Then the corrected pseudo-primaries can be used to fill the data gaps. The method is easy to implement, without the need to separate multiples and primaries. It extracts the seismic information contained by multiples for filling missing traces. The method is suitable for seismic data with surfacerelated multiples. 展开更多

In order to distinguish 8 kinds of rhizome crops, the 40 samples were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with wavelet transform (WT), principal component analysis (PCA) and hieramhical cluster analysis (HCA). The results showed that the infrared spectra were similar on the whole, but there were differences in peak position, peak shape and peak absorption intensity in the range of 1 800-700 cm-1. The infrared spectra in the range of 1 800-700 cm-1 were selected to perform continuous wavelet transform (CWT) and discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The 15th-Ievel decomposition coefficients of CWT and the 5=-level detail coefficients of DWT were classified by PCA and HCA. The cumulative contri- bution rates of the first three principal components of CWT and DWT were 93.12% and 89.78%, respectively. The accurate recognition rates of PCA and HCA were all 100%. It is proved that FTIR combined with WT can be used to distinguish different kinds of rhizome crops. 展开更多

The sensitive second derivative waves of Cu(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)and Mn(Ⅱ),forming in the substrate solution(pH=9.26)consisting of ammonia,ammonium chlorid,gelatin and ascorbic acid were researched.The peak potentials of the polarographic waves of the seven ions are at about 0.48,0.63,0.79,1.04,1.28,1.44 and 1.60 V respectively.Combining with microwave technique,a new method for the simultaneous determination of the seven trace elements in Chinese traditional medicine was developed.The method is easy to operate,rapid,simple and convenient.When the signal-to-noise rate equals 3,the detection limits of Cu,Pb,Cd,Ni,Zn,Fe and Mn are 4.2×10 3,5.3×10 3,2.1×10 3,5.8×10 4,3.0×10 3,7.7×10 4 and 1.1×10 3 μg/mL respectively.Well linear relationships exist between the concentrations and the peak currents when Cu,Pb,Cd,Ni,Zn,Fe and Mn concentrations are within 8.5×10 3 10,9.7×10 3 10,4.5×10 3 10,1.2×10 3 10,6.4×10 3 10,1.5×10 3 10 and 2.8×10 3 10 μg/mL,respectively.The method has been used to the simultaneous determination of the seven trace elements in Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root and compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root injection,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the Cu,Pb,Cd,Ni,Zn,Fe and Mn in the two medicines are 3.9% and 5.8%,4.0% and 4.1%,4.3% and 5.7%,4.9% and 5.3%,4.4% and 4.7%,3.5% and 4.0%,0.51% and 2.8%,respectively;the comparisons of the determination results with the values obtained by the standard method indicate that the presented method has very well veracity. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel de-noising algorithm based on ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) and the variable step size least mean square(VS-LMS) adaptive filter.The noise of the high frequency part of spectrum will be removed through EEMD,and then the VS-LMS algorithm is utilized for overall de-noising.The EEMD combined with VS-LMS algorithm can not only preserve the detail and envelope of the effective signal,but also improve the system stability.When the method is used on pure R6G,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of Raman spectrum is lower than 10dB.The de-noising superiority of the proposed method in Raman spectrum can be verified by three evaluation standards of SNR,root mean square error(RMSE) and the correlation coefficient ρ. 展开更多

The problem of two-dimensional direction of arrival(2D-DOA)estimation for uniform planar arrays(UPAs)is investigated by employing the reduced-dimensional(RD)polynomial root finding technique and 2D multiple signal classification(2D-MUSIC)algorithm.Specifically,based on the relationship between the noise subspace and steering vectors,we first construct 2D root polynomial for 2D-DOA estimates and then prove that the 2D polynomial function has infinitely many solutions.In particular,we propose a computationally efficient algorithm,termed RD-ROOT-MUSIC algorithm,to obtain the true solutions corresponding to targets by RD technique,where the 2D root-finding problem is substituted by two one-dimensional(1D)root-finding operations.Finally,accurate 2DDOA estimates can be obtained by a sample pairing approach.In addition,numerical simulation results are given to corroborate the advantages of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

Synthesis of Atrazine-HPCD Inclusion and Its Bioactivity

The inclusion of atrazine with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HPCD) was synthesized by ultrasonic method, and it was characterized by UV, XRD and 1H NMR. The solubility in water and the bioactivity of the inclusion were also studied here. The results indicated that the UV maximum absorption wavelength of the inclusion remained at 223 nm, while its intensity decreased. The XRD peaks of atrazine disappeared, weakened and shifted in the inclusion, and the chemical shift of H-3 and H-5 of cyclodextrin inner cavity led to the upfield. The characterization data showed that the atrazine-HPCD inclusion had already formed. At the same time, the solubility of the atrazineHPCD inclusion in water became 20.08 times as that of atrazine. Moreover, the atrazine-HPCD inclusion had better herbicidal activity. When the concentration of the inclusion was 6.5 mg/mL, the inhibition ratios of the inclusion to taproot length, taproot fresh weight, sprout length and sprout fresh weight of barnyard grass were 66.96%, 57.22%, 70% and 57.53%, respectively, which were all higher than those of atrazine. 展开更多

The mutagemc effects of microwave and chromium trioxide (CrO3) on Vicia faba root tip were studied. Micronucleus assay and chromosomal aberration assay were used to determine the mitotic index, the micronucleus frequency and chromosomal aberration frequency of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by microwave and CrO3. The results showed that the micronucleus frequency decreased, and that the mitotic index and chromosomal aberration frequency showed linear dose responses to CrO3, in treatment of microwave for 5 s. In microwave of 25 s, the mitotic index decreased, the micronucleus frequency and chromosomal aberration frequency increased with increase of CrO3 concentration. We concluded that microwave and CrO3 had antagonistic effect on the mitotic index of Vicia faba root tip cells, but had synergetic effect on micronucleus frequency and chromosomal aberration frequency of Viciafaba root tip cells. 展开更多

The localized differential quadrature (LDQ) method is a numerical technique with high accuracy for solving most kinds of nonlinear problems in engineering and can overcome the difficulties of other methods (such as difference method) to numerically evaluate the derivatives of the functions.Its high efficiency and accuracy attract many engineers to apply the method to solve most of the numerical problems in engineering.However,difficulties can still be found in some particular problems.In the following study,the LDQ was applied to solve the Sod shock tube problem.This problem is a very particular kind of problem,which challenges many common numerical methods.Three different examples were given for testing the robustness and accuracy of the LDQ.In the first example,in which common initial conditions and solving methods were given,the numerical oscillations could be found dramatically;in the second example,the initial conditions were adjusted appropriately and the numerical oscillations were less dramatic than that in the first example;in the third example,the momentum equation of the Sod shock tube problem was corrected by adding artificial viscosity,causing the numerical oscillations to nearly disappear in the process of calculation.The numerical results presented demonstrate the detailed difficulties encountered in the calculations,which need to be improved in future work.However,in summary,the localized differential quadrature is shown to be a trustworthy method for solving most of the nonlinear problems in engineering. 展开更多

Mobile robot systems performing simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM) are generally plagued by non-Gaussian noise.To improve both accuracy and robustness under non-Gaussian measurement noise,a robust SLAM algorithm is proposed.It is based on the square-root cubature Kalman filter equipped with a Huber' s generalized maximum likelihood estimator(GM-estimator).In particular,the square-root cubature rule is applied to propagate the robot state vector and covariance matrix in the time update,the measurement update and the new landmark initialization stages of the SLAM.Moreover,gain weight matrices with respect to the measurement residuals are calculated by utilizing Huber' s technique in the measurement update step.The measurement outliers are suppressed by lower Kalman gains as merging into the system.The proposed algorithm can achieve better performance under the condition of non-Gaussian measurement noise in comparison with benchmark algorithms.The simulation results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed SLAM algorithm. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a parallel data assimilation module based on ensemble optimal interpolation (EnOI). We embedded the method into the full-spectral third-generation wind-wave model, WAVEWATCH III Version 3.14, producing a wave data assimilation system. We present our preliminary experiments assimilating altimeter significant wave heights (SWH) using the EnOI-based wave assimilation system. Waters north of 15°S in the Indian Ocean and South China Sea were chosen as the target computational domain, which was two-way nested into the global implementation of the WAVEWATCH III. The wave model was forced by six-hourly ocean surface wind velocities from the cross-calibrated multi-platform wind vector dataset. The assimilation used along-track SWH data from the Jason-2 altimeter. We evaluated the effect of the assimilation on the analyses and hindcasts, and found that our technique was effective. Although there was a considerable mean bias in the control SWHs, a month-long consecutive assimilation reduced the bias by approximately 84% and the root mean-square error (RMSE) by approximately 65%. Improvements in the SWH RMSE for both the analysis and hindcast periods were more significant in July than January, because of the monsoon climate. The improvement in model skill persisted for up to 48 h in July. Furthermore, the SWH data assimilation had the greatest impact in areas and seasons where and when the sea-states were dominated by swells. 展开更多

In the past few years,the renormalized excitonic model(REM)approach was developed as an efficient low-scaling ab initio excited state method,which assumes the low-lying excited states of the whole system are a linear combination of various single monomer excitations and utilizes the effective Hamiltonian theory to derive their couplings.In this work,we further extend the REM calculations for the evaluations of first-order molecular properties(e.g.charge population and transition dipole moment)of delocalized ionic or excited states in molecular aggregates,through generalizing the effective Hamiltonian theory to effective operator representation.Results from the test calculations for four different kinds of one dimensional(1D)molecular aggregates(ammonia,formaldehyde,ethylene and pyrrole)indicate that our new scheme can efficiently describe not only the energies but also wavefunction properties of the low-lying delocalized electronic states in large systems. 展开更多
