指纹图像质量的好坏对于自动指纹识别系统的性能有着重要的影响。根据指纹图像本身的纹理特征,提出一种新型的指纹图像质量评价方法。首先将指纹图像分成ω×ω的子块,对每一图块进行多通道Gabor滤波,用滤波结果的均值和标准差进行... 指纹图像质量的好坏对于自动指纹识别系统的性能有着重要的影响。根据指纹图像本身的纹理特征,提出一种新型的指纹图像质量评价方法。首先将指纹图像分成ω×ω的子块,对每一图块进行多通道Gabor滤波,用滤波结果的均值和标准差进行图像的有效面积和纹理质量的分析;再检测图像的奇异点的位置;最后综合以上几个参数,给出图像的最终评价结果。实验结果表明:该算法能有效地判断指纹图像的质量,有助于提高自动指纹识别系统的整体性能。 展开更多

目的采用从成品图谱逆向回溯至中间体及原料药材的方式,研究克感利咽口服液高效液相色谱指纹图谱,缩短试验周期,提高工作效率,建立中成药整体特征的质量评价方法。方法采用HPLC-DAD检测,Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,... 目的采用从成品图谱逆向回溯至中间体及原料药材的方式,研究克感利咽口服液高效液相色谱指纹图谱,缩短试验周期,提高工作效率,建立中成药整体特征的质量评价方法。方法采用HPLC-DAD检测,Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,在25℃柱温下进行梯度洗脱,从克感利咽口服液成品指纹图谱回溯确认相关处方药材对指纹图谱中的贡献。结果建立的高效液相色谱指纹图谱中可检出68个特征峰,其中58个色谱峰分别溯源到处方中黄芩、金银花、栀子、射干、防风、薄荷、玄参、甘草、连翘、荆芥等10味药材,15个色谱峰可明确化学成分的归属,色谱整体构建了克感利咽口服液的指纹图谱。结论建立的HPLC-DAD指纹图谱表达了克感利咽口服液可测组分的整体特征,提高了对中药复方制剂质量控制的专属性,在鉴别和评价商品内在质量方面的作用远大于任选一至二个指标成分测定含量所起的作用。逆向回溯的研究模式扩展了大复方中成药质量研究的思路。 展开更多

A simple and accurate high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to generate the fingerprints of crude Pu-erh tea(CPT)and ripened Pu-erh tea(RPT)is described.A suitable chromatographic system was established using a linear gradient elution with acetonitrile and water containing 0.6% formic acid as the mobile phase and a detection wavelength of 300 nm.HPLC analysis identified 24 common peaks among RPT and 21 common peaks among CPT.This study revealed that crude Pu-erh tea and ripened Pu-erh tea contained some similar major constituents,but with distinctive peaks,which may be caused by the difference in the fermentation process.This HPLC fingerprint method could be used to evaluate and authenticate crude Pu-erh tea and ripened Pu-erh tea. 展开更多

A new, simple and reliable method using HPLC-UV-ELSD was developed to generate the fingerprint of Ophiopogonis Radix. Homoisoflavonoids and steroidal saponins were determined simultaneously in a single run. A total of 27 Ophiopogonis Radix samples were analyzed, and 18 reference substances were used for the identification of the common peaks. The fingerprint was further analyzed by chemometrics methods including similarity analysis (SA), hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA). The results indicated that the combination of chromatographic fingerprint and chemometrics analysis could be used for the geographical differentiation and quality evaluation of Ophiopognnis Radix. 展开更多

A simple and accurate high-performance liquid chromatography method (HPLC) was described to generate the metabolite fingerprints of Melilotus. suaveolens Ledeb of different harvesting times and different parts of the plant. A suitable ehro- matographic system was established using a linear gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid (H3PO4) as the mobile phase and a detection wavelength of 210 nm. HPLC analysis identified 12 common peaks and 8 common fingerprint peaks among the different parts of the herb. We found that the constituents varied at different harvesting times and in different parts of the plant. The HPLC fingerprint method could be used to evaluate the quality ofM. suaveolens Ledeb and Melilotus genus herbs. The same strategy can also be applied for the development of fingerprints for the quality control of other herbal medicines. 展开更多

The rhizome of Alpinia officinarum Hance is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and has been widely used for the remedy of gastrointestinal diseases.In the present study,a simple and rapid HPLC-DAD was developed for the quality control of the rhizomes of A.officinarum.Its chemical fingerprint was established using raw material of 15 different origins in China.Similarity analysis(SA)and hierarchical clusting analysis(HCA)were applied to select the qualitative markers.Principal components analysis(PCA)was conducted to select the quantitative markers of the rhizomes of A.officinarum samples from different origins.The constituents were confirmed by(+)electrospray ionization LC-MS.12 constituents were selected as common peaks and 10 of them were confirmed by(+)electrospray ionization LC-MS.Six bioactive constituents including DPHA,galangin flavanone,galangin,galangin 3-methylether,DPHB and DPHC were simultaneous determination by using the HPLC-DAD analysis.The developed method was able to determine the bioactive components with excellent resolution,precision and recovery.The results indicated that chromatographic fingerprint combination with multi-components determination method is suitable for quality assessment of the rhizomes of A.officinarum. 展开更多

To evaluate the quality of Polyporus umbellatus,we established a simple,repeatable and reliable method based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for specific chromatogram and fingerprint analysis,which was applied to analyze samples of medicinal materials and decoction pieces collected from different regions.Finally,ten characteristic peaks were designated in the specific chromatograms and applied to the authenticate identification of P.umbellatus samples.Nine common peaks were designated in the fingerprints,and then the similarities between 32 batches of samples were calculated.Among them,eight compounds were identified by HPLC-APCI-IT-TOF-MS^(n),four of which were identified in specific chromatograms and four in fingerprints.In the present study,we,for the first time,combined HPLC specific chromatograms and fingerprints for the species identification and quality evaluation of P.umbellatus.Collectively,our findings provided a new method for establishing a comprehensive quality standard of P.umbellatus. 展开更多
