Objectives:This study aimed to investigate the dual mediating roles of psychological safety and reporting attitudes in the association between ethics-centered leadership and internal whistleblowing among nurses.Method...Objectives:This study aimed to investigate the dual mediating roles of psychological safety and reporting attitudes in the association between ethics-centered leadership and internal whistleblowing among nurses.Methods:A multicenter,cross-sectional study design was employed,involving a convenience sample of 273 nurses among five university hospitals from August to October 2024.Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire,Ethical Leadership Scale,Psychological Safety Scale,Positive Attitudes Toward Whistleblowing Scale,and Internal Whistleblowing Scale.Pearson correlation and structural equation model were conducted to test the hypothesized dual mediation model.Results:The average score of nurses for ethical leadership was 4.14±0.57,psychological safety was 3.80±0.64,reporting attitudes was 4.12±0.67,internal whistleblowing was 3.93±0.52.Ethical leadership had a significant effect on psychological safety(β=0.38,P<0.001),reporting attitudes(β=0.44,P<0.001),and internal whistleblowing(β=0.21,P=0.009).Furthermore,psychological safety(β=0.26,P<0.001)and reporting attitudes(β=0.27,P<0.001)significantly influenced internal whistleblowing among the nurses.The indirect effect of ethics-centered leadership on internal whistleblowing intermediated by psychological safety was significant(β=0.10,P<0.001).Similarly,reporting attitudes demonstrated a significant mediating effect(β=0.12,P=0.003).Conclusions:Ethical leadership encourages internal whistleblowing among nurses by fostering psychological safety and positive reporting attitudes.Therefore,healthcare managers should prioritize ethical leadership development,enhance psychological safety,and foster constructive reporting attitudes that enable nurses to report ethical violations confidently,without apprehension.展开更多
Objectives:This review aimed to systematically analyze the technological frameworks,application scenarios,and outcomes of large language model-driven agents(LLMDAs)in nursing practice,and to summarize ethical,technolo...Objectives:This review aimed to systematically analyze the technological frameworks,application scenarios,and outcomes of large language model-driven agents(LLMDAs)in nursing practice,and to summarize ethical,technological,and practical challenges,guiding future research and clinical implementation.Methods:This scoping review was conducted following the JBI guidelines.Five databases(PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,APA PsycNet,Cochrane Library)were systematically searched for peer-reviewed English-language studies from inception until September 9,2025.Eligible studies were screened by title and abstract,with full-text assessments conducted independently by two reviewers.Results:Twenty-five studies published between 2023 and 2025 were included,involving nine countries,primarily China(n=9)and the United States(n=9).Technological architectures were categorized into three types:collaborative models for solving complex tasks through multi-agent division of labor;augmentative models to enhance the accuracy of information outputs;and interactive models focusing on natural interactions and robotic task execution.Application scenarios included clinical,home-based,and community care.Studies indicated that LLMDAs can enhance diagnostic accuracy,optimize resource allocation,and improve patient experience.Primary ethical challenges identified included data privacy,reliability of generated content,and ambiguous attribution of responsibility.Conclusions:LLMDAs offer a novel paradigm for intelligent transformation in nursing care through integrative technological frameworks.They demonstrate considerable potential in enhancing clinical decision-making accuracy,efficiency of care delivery,and patient satisfaction.Addressing existing ethical,technical,and practical challenges is essential for facilitating broader clinical adoption.展开更多

Grassland fire is one of the most important disturbance factors in the natural ecosystems.This paper focuses on the spatial distribution of long-term grassland fire patterns in the Hulun Buir Grassland located in the ...Grassland fire is one of the most important disturbance factors in the natural ecosystems.This paper focuses on the spatial distribution of long-term grassland fire patterns in the Hulun Buir Grassland located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in China.The density or ratio of ignition can reflect the relationship between grassland fire and different ignition factors.Based on the relationship between the density or ratio of ignition in different range of each ignition factor and grassland fire events,an ignition probability model was developed by using binary logistic regression function and its overall accuracy averaged up to 81.7%.Meanwhile it was found that daily relative humidity,daily temperature,elevation,vegetation type,distance to county-level road,distance to town are more important determinants of spatial distribution of fire ignitions.Using Monte Carlo method,we developed a time-dependent stochastic ignition probability model based on the distribution of inter-annual daily relative humidity and daily temperature.Through this model,it is possible to estimate the spatial patterns of ignition probability for grassland fire,which will be helpful to the quantitative evaluation of grassland fire risk and its management in the future.展开更多

The explicit analytic solutions of loop soliton governing the propagation of short waves were obtained. By means of the transformation of independent variables, an analysis one-loop soliton solution expressed by a series of exponential functions was obtained, which agreed well with the exact solution. Double well potential for Brownian motion is always used to obtain the solutions of Fokker-P1anck equation known as the Klein-Kramers equation, which is suitable for separation and additive Hamiltonians. In essence, we could study the random motion of Brownian particles by solving Schr6dinger equation. The anaiytical results obtained from the two different methods agree with each other well The double well potentiai is affected by two parameters, which are analyzed and discussed in details with the aid of graphical illustrations. Purpose: Sports participation and physical fitness are widely beneficial for young people, yet activity levels among young people are declining.Despite growing popular media attention on the participation of sexual mi...Purpose: Sports participation and physical fitness are widely beneficial for young people, yet activity levels among young people are declining.Despite growing popular media attention on the participation of sexual minority(e.g., lesbian, gay, and bisexual) youth in sports and various campaigns to improve the often homophobic climate of sports, there is limited evidence that sexual minority youth participate in sports. Our aim was to provide a current portrait of sports participation among 3 groups of sexual minority youth(e.g., lesbian, gay, and bisexual) in British Columbia, Canada, as well as to document population trends.Methods: Pooled population-level data from British Columbia, Canada(n = 99,373) were used to examine trends and disparities in sports participation among sexual minority and heterosexual youth. Age-adjusted logistic regression models were used to examine changes in participation over time and disparities in participation over time(1998—2013).Results: We found an overall decline in sports participation and physical activity(PA) for all youth. Sexual minority students were less likely to participate in formal sports(with a coach) and informal sports(without a coach) compared with their heterosexual peers. The disparity in participating in informal sports between heterosexual and sexual minority youth has narrowed over time for some sexual orientation groups, whereas the disparity in participating in formal sports has widened over time in some cases.Conclusion: This study provides a comprehensive examination of sports participation among sexual minority youth over the past 15 years.Despite changing societal attitudes and laudable efforts to reduce homophobia in sports, results suggest that there are continued barriers to participation for sexual minority youth. Further research is needed to understand the factors that limit sports participation for these youth and to inform program development. PA is critical to lifelong health and well-being, and thus continued efforts are needed to increase the sports participation of sexual minority youth in particular.展开更多

According to the experimental true stress-true strain data, the constitutive relationships were comparatively studied based on the Arrhenius-type model, Johnson-Cook(JC) model and artificial neural network(ANN), respectively. Furthermore, the predictability of the developed models was evaluated by calculating the correlation coefficient(R) and mean absolute relative error(AARE). The results indicate that the flow stress behavior of 20 Mn NiM o low carbon alloy is significantly influenced by the strain rate and deformation temperature. Compared with the Arrhenius-type model and Johnson-Cook(JC) model, the ANN model is more efficient and has much higher accuracy in describing the flow stress behavior during hot compressing deformation for 20 Mn Ni Mo low carbon alloy.展开更多
