基于2020年中国老年社会追踪调查(China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey,CLASS)数据,选取60岁及以上的老年人作为研究对象,探讨童年逆境与老年社会适应之间的关系,并分析认知功能的中介作用以及数字素养的调节作用。相关性分析结果显...基于2020年中国老年社会追踪调查(China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey,CLASS)数据,选取60岁及以上的老年人作为研究对象,探讨童年逆境与老年社会适应之间的关系,并分析认知功能的中介作用以及数字素养的调节作用。相关性分析结果显示,童年逆境、认知功能、数字素养、社会适应之间具有相关关系,且有统计学意义(P<0.01)。回归分析和中介效应分析结果显示,童年逆境与老年社会适应呈负向关联(β=-0.386,P<0.01)、与认知功能呈负向关联(β=-0.353,P<0.01);认知功能与老年社会适应呈正向关联(β=0.183,P<0.01);认知功能在童年逆境和老年社会适应之间起部分中介作用,中介效应量占总效应量的14.41%。有调节的中介效应分析结果显示,童年逆境与数字素养的交互项对认知功能的影响有统计学意义(β=0.148,P<0.01),即数字素养调节了童年逆境与认知功能之间的关系。据此提出以下建议:通过社区健康档案与老年人能力评估体系,识别并关注童年逆境经历较多的老年群体;深化数字赋能,将老年人数字素养提升全面融入智慧健康养老新业态培育中;强化跨部门协同与政策整合,建立促进老年人社会适应的长效支撑体系。展开更多
