Fixed-Time Zeroing Neural Dynamics for Adaptive Coordination of Multi-Agent Systems

This paper presents an adaptive multi-agent coordination(AMAC)strategy suitable for complex scenarios,which only requires information exchange between neighbouring robots.Unlike traditional multi-agent coordination methods that are solved by neural dynamics,the proposed strategy displays greater flexibility,adaptability and scalability.Furthermore,the proposed AMAC strategy is reconstructed as a time-varying complex-valued matrix equation.By introducing a dynamic error function,a fixed-time convergent zeroing neural network(FTCZNN)model is designed for the online solution of the AMAC strategy,with its convergence time upper bound derived theoretically.Finally,the effectiveness and applicability of the coordination control method are demonstrated by numerical simulations and physical experiments.Numerical results indicate that this method can reduce the formation error to the order of 10^(-6)within 1.8 s. 展开更多

While desalination is a key solution for global freshwater scarcity,its implementation faces environmental challenges due to concentrated brine byproducts mainly disposed of via coastal discharge systems.Solar interfacial evaporation offers sustainable management potential,yet inevitable salt nucleation at evaporation interfaces degrades photothermal conversion and operational stability via light scattering and pathway blockage.Inspired by the mangrove leaf,we propose a photothermal 3D polydopamine and polypyrrole polymerized spacer fabric(PPSF)-based upward hanging model evaporation configuration with a reverse water feeding mechanism.This design enables zero-liquiddischarge(ZLD)desalination through phase-separation crystallization.The interconnected porous architecture and the rough surface of the PPSF enable superior water transport,achieving excellent solar-absorbing efficiency of 97.8%.By adjusting the tilt angle(θ),the evaporator separates the evaporation and salt crystallization zones via controlled capillary-driven brine transport,minimizing heat dissipation from brine discharge.At an optimal tilt angle of 52°,the evaporator reaches an evaporation rate of 2.81 kg m^(−2) h^(−1) with minimal heat loss(0.366 W)under 1-sun illumination while treating a 7 wt%waste brine solution.Furthermore,it sustains an evaporation rate of 2.71 kg m^(−2) h^(−1) over 72 h while ensuring efficient salt recovery.These results highlight a scalable,energy-efficient approach for sustainable ZLD desalination. 展开更多

Recently,the zeroing neural network(ZNN)has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness in tackling time-varying problems,delivering robust performance across both noise-free and noisy environments.However,existing ZNN models are limited in their ability to actively suppress noise,which constrains their robustness and precision in solving time-varying problems.This paper introduces a novel active noise rejection ZNN(ANR-ZNN)design that enhances noise suppression by integrating computational error dynamics and harmonic behaviour.Through rigorous theoretical analysis,we demonstrate that the proposed ANR-ZNN maintains robust convergence in computational error performance under environmental noise.As a case study,the ANR-ZNN model is specifically applied to time-varying matrix inversion.Comprehensive computer simulations and robotic experiments further validate the ANR-ZNN's effectiveness,emphasising the proposed design's superiority and potential for solving time-varying problems. 展开更多

Anomaly Detection Method of Power Internet of Things Terminals in Zero-Trust Environment

With more and more IoT terminals being deployed in various power grid business scenarios,terminal reliability has become a practical challenge that threatens the current security protection architecture.Most IoT terminals have security risks and vulnerabilities,and limited resources make it impossible to deploy costly security protection methods on the terminal.In order to cope with these problems,this paper proposes a lightweight trust evaluation model TCL,which combines three network models,TCN,CNN,and LSTM,with stronger feature extraction capability and can score the reliability of the device by periodically analyzing the traffic behavior and activity logs generated by the terminal device,and the trust evaluation of the terminal’s continuous behavior can be achieved by combining the scores of different periods.After experiments,it is proved that TCL can effectively use the traffic behaviors and activity logs of terminal devices for trust evaluation and achieves F1-score of 95.763,94.456,99.923,and 99.195 on HDFS,BGL,N-BaIoT,and KDD99 datasets,respectively,and the size of TCL is only 91KB,which can achieve similar or better performance than CNN-LSTM,RobustLog and other methods with less computational resources and storage space. 展开更多

煤矿井下监控图像中存在噪声,清晰度低,且颜色和纹理信息缺失,采用基于机器学习的图像增强方法时还面临低照度−正常照度图像配对数据集采集困难的问题。提出一种改进零参考深度曲线估计(Zero−DCE)模型,并将其应用于矿井低照度图像增强... 煤矿井下监控图像中存在噪声,清晰度低,且颜色和纹理信息缺失,采用基于机器学习的图像增强方法时还面临低照度−正常照度图像配对数据集采集困难的问题。提出一种改进零参考深度曲线估计(Zero−DCE)模型,并将其应用于矿井低照度图像增强。使用Leaky ReLU激活函数替换Zero−DCE模型中的ReLU激活函数,以加快模型收敛速度,提升低照度图像特征学习效率;在Zero−DCE模型浅层与深层网络之间的跳跃连接处引入卷积块注意力模块(CBAM),以提高模型对图像关键特征的表达能力;在浅层网络中引入非对称卷积块(ACB),以优化模型对局部图像特征的学习能力和细节特征的表现能力;在深层网络中采用串联卷积核(CCK),以降低模型参数量和计算量,缩短模型训练时间。采用LOL公共数据集和矿井自建数据集进行实验验证,结果表明:改进Zero−DCE模型的均方误差(MSE)、峰值信噪比(PSNR)、结构相似性(SSIM)、自然图像质量评估器(NIQE)和视觉信息保真度(VIF)整体上优于典型图像增强模型,在自建数据集上的MSE和NIQE较Zero−DCE模型分别降低16.25%和2.93%,PSNR,SSIM和VIF分别提高2.87%,1.87%和17.64%;图像增强视觉效果较好,可在提高图像亮度的同时有效保留细节纹理信息,降噪效果明显;对单幅图像的推理时间为0.138 s,可实现图像实时增强。 展开更多

Encouraging Thai Real Estate Developers Toward Net Zero:A Case Study on Factors Influencing Decision-Making in Net Zero Building Development

The concept of Net Zero Carbon Buildings,which aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,is essential in addressing climate change.However,the development of such buildings in Thailand faces significant challenges,including high construction costs,uncertain returns,and limited investment incentives.This study explores the factors influencing real estate developers’decisions to pursue Net Zero Carbon Buildings in Thailand,with a focus on physical,financial,and policy-related elements.Data collection was done with 388 respondents who are stakeholders,including developers,consultants,designers,and sustainability experts,through an online questionnaire,and analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis.The independent variables in the analytical model consist of three groups of factors:physical buildings,climate finance,and climate policy.The results indicate that physical building factors,including building age,engineering systems,and design;climate finance factors,such as project cost increases,financial returns,and investment incentives;and climate policy factors,including government policies,international climate agreements,and carbon taxes,significantly influence development decisions.Government policies,building engineering systems,and financial incentives were identified as key positive drivers for investment,while carbon taxes and energy efficiency-focused designs were found to potentially discourage investment due to higher costs.The study concludes that substantial government support such as tax incentives,grants,and low-interest financing is critical to fostering investment in Net Zero Carbon Buildings.Additionally,raising awareness among developers and the private sector about the long-term benefits of these projects is essential to strengthening investment incentives. 展开更多

A novel quasi-zero stiffness isolator with designable stiffness using cam-roller-spring-rod mechanism

Quasi-zero stiffness(QZS)isolators have received considerable attention over the past years due to their outstanding vibration isolation performance in low-frequency bands.However,traditional mechanisms for achieving QZS suffer from low stiffness regions and significant nonlinear restoring forces with hardening characteristics,often struggling to withstand excitations with high amplitude.This paper presents a novel QZS vibration isolator that utilizes a more compact spring-rod mechanism(SRM)to provide primary negative stiffness.The nonlinearity of SRM is adjustable via altering the raceway of its spring-rod end,along with the compensatory force provided by the cam-roller mechanism so as to avoid complex nonlinear behaviors.The absolute zero stiffness can be achieved by a well-designed raceway curve with a concise mathematical expression.The nonlinear stiffness with softening properties can also be achieved by parameter adjustment.The study begins with the forcedisplacement relationship of the integrated mechanism first,followed by the design theory of the cam profile.The dynamic response and absolute displacement transmissibility of the isolation system are obtained based on the harmonic balance method.The experimental results show that the proposed vibration isolator maintains relatively low-dynamic stiffness even under non-ideal conditions,and exhibits enhanced vibration isolation performance compared to the corresponding linear isolator. 展开更多

Hilly terrain pipeline is a common form of pipeline in oil and gas storage and transportation industry.Due to the hilly terrain influence, the liquid at the elbow of the gathering pipeline is easy to flow back and accumulate to form slug flow, so it is necessary to remove the accumulated liquid by gas purging. In this paper, experiment is carried out in hilly terrain pipelines. Three flow patterns of stratified flow, slug flow and stratified entrained flow are observed. The process of gas purging accumulated liquid is divided into four stages, namely liquid accumulation, liquid rising, continuous outflow and tail outflow. At the same time, the flow pattern maps of each stage are drawn. The pressure drop signal is analyzed in time domain and frequency domain, and the contour map of pressure drop distribution is drawn. It is found that the ratio of range to average value can well distinguish the occurrence range of each flow pattern.Based on visualization, the transition process of slug flow to stratified flow and stratified entrained flow is studied, and the transition boundary prediction model is established. An image processing method is proposed to convert the image signal into a similarity curve, and PSD analysis is performed to calculate the slug frequency. The normal distribution is used to fit the slug frequency, and the predicted correlation is in good agreement with the experimental data. 展开更多

DRL-AMIR: Intelligent Flow Scheduling for Software-Defined Zero Trust Networks

Zero Trust Network(ZTN)enhances network security through strict authentication and access control.However,in the ZTN,optimizing flow control to improve the quality of service is still facing challenges.Software Defined Network(SDN)provides solutions through centralized control and dynamic resource allocation,but the existing scheduling methods based on Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)are insufficient in terms of convergence speed and dynamic optimization capability.To solve these problems,this paper proposes DRL-AMIR,which is an efficient flow scheduling method for software defined ZTN.This method constructs a flow scheduling optimization model that comprehensively considers service delay,bandwidth occupation,and path hops.Additionally,it balances the differentiated requirements of delay-critical K-flows,bandwidth-intensive D-flows,and background B-flows through adaptiveweighting.Theproposed framework employs a customized state space comprising node labels,link bandwidth,delaymetrics,and path length.It incorporates an action space derived fromnode weights and a hybrid reward function that integrates both single-step and multi-step excitation mechanisms.Based on these components,a hierarchical architecture is designed,effectively integrating the data plane,control plane,and knowledge plane.In particular,the adaptive expert mechanism is introduced,which triggers the shortest path algorithm in the training process to accelerate convergence,reduce trial and error costs,and maintain stability.Experiments across diverse real-world network topologies demonstrate that DRL-AMIR achieves a 15–20%reduction in K-flow transmission delays,a 10–15%improvement in link bandwidth utilization compared to SPR,QoSR,and DRSIR,and a 30%faster convergence speed via adaptive expert mechanisms. 展开更多

With the introduction of 5G,users and devices can access the industrial network from anywhere in the world.Therefore,traditional perimeter-based security technologies for industrial networks can no longer work well.To solve this problem,a new security model called Zero Trust(ZT)is desired,which believes in“never trust and always verify”.Every time the asset in the industrial network is accessed,the subject is authenticated and its trustworthiness is assessed.In this way,the asset in industrial network can be well protected,whether the subject is in the internal network or the external network.However,in order to construct the zero trust model in the 5G Industrial Internet collaboration system,there are still many problems to be solved.In this paper,we first introduce the security issues in the 5G Industrial Internet collaboration system,and illustrate the zero trust architecture.Then,we analyze the gap between existing security techniques and the zero trust architecture.Finally,we discuss several potential security techniques that can be used to implement the zero trust model.The purpose of this paper is to point out the further direction for the realization of the Zero Trust Architecture(ZTA)in the 5G Industrial Internet collaboration system. 展开更多

In recent years,the study of Majorana signatures in quantum transport has become a central focus in condensed matter physics.Here,we present a rigorous and systematic derivation of the fermionic superoperator describing the open quantum dynamics of electron transport through Majorana zero modes,building on the techniques introduced in Phys.Rev.B 105,035121(2022).The numerical implementation of this superoperator is to construct its differential equivalence,the hierarchical equations of motion(HEOM).The HEOM approach describes the system-bath correlated dynamics.Furthermore,we also develop a functional derivative scheme that provides exact expressions for the transport observables in terms of the auxiliary density operators introduced in the HEOM formulation.The superoperator formalism establishes a solid theoretical foundation for analyzing key transport signatures that may uncover the unique characteristics of Majorana physics in mesoscopic systems. 展开更多

DPZTN:Data-Plane-Based Access Control Zero-Trust Network

The 6G network architecture introduces the paradigm of Trust+Security,representing a shift in network protection strategies from external defense mechanisms to endogenous security enforcement.While ZTNs(zerotrust networks)have demonstrated significant advancements in constructing trust-centric frameworks,most existing ZTN implementations lack comprehensive integration of security deployment and traffic monitoring capabilities.Furthermore,current ZTN designs generally do not facilitate dynamic assessment of user reputation.To address these limitations,this study proposes a DPZTN(Data-plane-based Zero Trust Network).DPZTN framework extends traditional ZTN models by incorporating security mechanisms directly into the data plane.Additionally,blockchain infrastructure is used to enable decentralized identity authentication and distributed access control.A pivotal element within the proposed framework is ZTNE(Zero-Trust Network Element),which executes access control policies and performs real-time user traffic inspection.To enable dynamic and fine-grained evaluation of user trustworthiness,this study introduces BBEA(Bayesian-based Behavior Evaluation Algorithm).BBEA provides a framework for continuous user behavior analysis,supporting adaptive privilege management and behavior-informed access control.Experimental results demonstrate that ZTNE combined with BBEA,can effectively respond to both individual and mixed attack types by promptly adjusting user behavior scores and dynamically modifying access privileges based on initial privilege levels.Under conditions supporting up to 10,000 concurrent users,the control system maintains approximately 65%CPU usage and less than 60%memory usage,with average user authentication latency around 1 s and access control latency close to 1 s. 展开更多
