The experiment consisted of 17 fertilizer treatments, containing the combinations of different N and P levels, with three replications arranged in a randomized complete block design. Nitrogen fertilizer was applied as urea, and P was applied as calcium superphosphate. Fertilizer rates had a large effect on the response of wheat yield to fertilization. Phosphorus, combined with N, increased yield significantly (P 〈 0.01). In the unfertilized control and the N or P sole application treatments, wheat yield had a declining trend although it was not statistically significant. Stability analysis combined with the trend analysis indicated that integrated use of fertilizer N and P was better than their sole application in increasing and sustaining the productivity of rainfed winter wheat.展开更多

In this paper, we reviewed our studies on the yield potential and stability in super hybrid rice and discussed the strategies for super hybrid rice production. The results of our studies show that rice yield potential has been increased by 12% in super hybrid cultivars as compared with ordinary hybrid and inbred cultivars. The higher grain yields in super hybrid rice cultivars are attributed to larger panicle size coupled with higher biomass production or higher harvest index. However, grain yields in super hybrid rice cultivars vary widely among locations depending on soil and climatic factors. Therefore, it is important to tailor target yield to local conditions in super hybrid rice production. The target yield for super hybrid rice production can be determined by the average yield method or the regression model method. Improving soil quality is critical to achieving the target yield in super hybrid rice production. Favorable crop rotations such as rice-oilseed rape and novel soil management practices, such as biochar addition, are effective approaches to improve soil quality. It is needed to develop simplified cultivation tech- nologies for super hybrid rice to meet the changes in socioeconomic environments during the period of transition. There are such technologies as no-tillage direct seeding and mechanized transplanting at high hill density with single seedling per hill.展开更多

The objectives of this study were to analyze yield stability and adaptability of proso millets and to evaluate the discrimination and representativeness of locations by analysis of vari- ance (ANOVA) and genotype and genotype by environment interaction (GGE) biplot methods. Grain yields of proso millet genotypes were significantly influenced by environment (E), genotype (G) and their interaction (GxE) (P〈0.1%). GxE inter- action effect was six times higher than G effect in non-waxy group and seven times in waxy group. N04-339 in non-waxy and Neimi 6 (NM6) in waxy showed higher grain yields and stability compared with other genotypes. Also, Neimi 9 (NM9, a non-waxy cultivar) and 90322-2-33 (a waxy cultivar) showed higher adaptability in 7 and in 11 locations, respectively. For non-waxy, Dalat, Inner Mongolia (E2) and Wuzhai, Shanxi (E5) were the best sites among all the locations for maximizing the variance among candidate cultivars, and Yanchi, Ningxia (El0) had the best representativeness. Wuzhai, Shanxi (e9) and Yanchi, Ningxia (e14) were the best representative locations, and Baicheng, Jilin (e2) was better discriminating location than others for waxy genotypes. Based on our results, El0 and e14 have enhanced efficiency and accuracy for non-waxy genotypes and waxy genotypes selection, respectively in national regional test of proso millet varieties.展开更多

A 36-year long-term fertilization experiment was employed to evaluate the yield and yield stability of winter wheat. Five fertilization regimes were compared,including(1) CK, no fertilizer;(2) NPK, inorganic fertilizer only;(3) O, organic fertilizer only;(4)NPKO, 50% of NPK plus 50% of O, and(5) HNPKO, 80% of NPK plus 80% of O. The greatest yield increase was recorded in HNPKO, followed by NPKO, with O producing the lowest mean yield increase. Over the 36 years, the rate of wheat yield increase in fertilized plots ranged from95.31 kg ha-1 year-1 in the HNPKO to 138.65 kg ha-1 year-1 in the O. Yield stability analysis using the additive main effects and multiplicative interactions(AMMI) method assigned 62.3%, 26.3%,and 11.4% of sums of squares to fertilization effect, environmental effect, and fertilization ×environment interaction effect, respectively. The combination of inorganic and organic fertilization(NPKO and HNPKO) appeared to produce more stable yields than O or NPK, with lower coefficients of variation and AMMI stability value. However, wheat grown with O seemed to be the most susceptible to climate change and the least productive among the fertilized plots.Significant correlations of grain yield with soil properties and with mean air temperature were observed. These findings suggest that inorganic + organic fertilizer can increase wheat yield and its stability by improvement in soil fertility and reduction in variability to climate change.展开更多

The objectives of the study were to evaluate the yield stability of the genotypes and the relative importance of different stability parameters for improving selection in faba bean. The study was conducted using a randomized complete block design with four replications. G × E interaction and yield stability were estimated using 17 different stability parameters. Pooled analysis of variance for grain yield showed that the main effects of both genotypes and environments, and the interaction effect, were highly significant(P ≤ 0.001) and(P ≤ 0.01), respectively. The environment main effect accounted for 89.27% of the total yield variation, whereas genotype and G × E interaction effects accounted for 2.12% and 3.31%, respectively.Genotypic superiority index(Pi) and FT3 were found to be very informative for selecting both high-yielding and stable faba bean genotypes. Twelve of the 17 stability parameters, including CVi, RS, α, λ, S2 di, bi, S(2)i, Wi, σ2i, EV, P59, and ASV, were influenced simultaneously by both yield and stability. They should accordingly be used as complementary criteria to select genotypes with high yield and stability. Although none of the varieties showed consistently superior performance across all environments, the genotype EK 01024-1-2ranked in the top third of the test entries in 61.5% of the test environments and was identified as the most stable genotype, with type I stability. EK 01024-1-2 also showed a17.0% seed size advantage over the standard varieties and was released as a new variety in2013 for wide production and named "Gora". Different stability parameters explained genotypic performance differently, irrespective of yield performance. It was accordingly concluded that assessment of G × E interaction and yield stability should not be based on a single or a few stability parameters but rather on a combination of stability parameters.展开更多

Both rice breeders and growers need an improved understanding of the relationship between yield and yield-related traits. New indica cultivars(53 in 2007 and 48 in 2008) were grown in Taoyuan,Yunnan province, to identify important components contributing to yield. Additionally, two standard indica rice cultivars with similar yield potentials, II You 107(a large-panicle type) and Xieyou 107(a heavy-panicle type), were planted in Taoyuan, Yunnan province and Nanjing,Jiangsu province, from 2006 to 2008 to evaluate the stability of yield and yield-related attributes.Growth duration(GD), leaf area index(LAI), panicles per m2(PN), and spikelets per m2(SM) were significantly and positively correlated with grain yield(GY) over all years. Sequential path analysis identified PN and panicle weight(PW) as important first-order traits that influenced grain yield. All direct effects were significant, as indicated by bootstrap analysis. Yield potential varied greatly across locations but not across years. Plant height(PH), days from heading to maturity(HM), and grain weight(GW) were stable traits that showed little variation across sites or years, whereas GD(mainly the pre-heading period, PHP) and PN varied significantly across locations. To achieve a yield of 15 t ha-1, a cultivar should have a PH of 110–125 cm, a long GD with HM of approximately 40 days, a PN of 300–400 m-2, and a GW of 29–31 mg.展开更多

The varietal selection was determined by grain yield potential, wide adaptation, and good stability. This study was aimed at evaluation of indigenous upland rice germplasm for yield and yield stability in multi-locations. Thirty-six upland rice genotypes collected from six provinces of the North and Northeast Thailand and one check variety (Sewmaejan) were assessed under five locations in the rainy seasons of 2009 and 2010. The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The genotype grain yield was highly affected by location (59.90%), followed by genotypes (G)xlocation (L) interaction (12.80%) and genotype (6.79%). The most suitable location for the genotype eval- uation was L3 (Khon Kaen-KKU 10) which associated with stability of grain yield for all genotypes. Furthermore, biplot and regression analysis indicated that genotype numbers 6 (Jaowmong 1), 10 (Neawmong 1), 18 (Neawdum 1), 19 (Leamna), 20 (Prayaleamkang), 32 (Kunwang 2), and 33 (Kunwang 3) showed great yield stability over five locations. The genotypes will be applicant for upland rice production area and parental base in breeding program.展开更多

文摘This study evaluated agro-morphological traits, grain quality traits, and phenotypic stability of nine soybean genotypes across four environments over two growing seasons(2022–2023).Traits such as days to flowering, days to maturity, and disease symptoms were monitored throughout the season. At maturity, parameters including grain yield, grain oil and protein content,1000-seed weight, test weight, scores of lodgings, shattering, plant height, and first pod height were evaluated. In addition,18 morphological traits were scored,of which eight were sufficiently variable for further analysis. In terms of environmental stability, genotypes 2 and 13 excelled, while genotypes 12 and 14 consistently yielded the maximum grain production regardless of season or location.Through the application of PCA,we observed significant genotypic variance along with distinct clustering patterns based on year and location, with overall higher yields observed in the 2023 season. The 2022 season was marked by uneven rainfall that contributed to greater disease pressure.Grain yield exhibited a positive association with test weight and the timing of flowering/maturity,whereas lodging demonstrated a weak yet positive correlation.Although the lodging ratings were generally modest, there seems to be an indirect association between genotypes with somewhat higher scores and enhanced grain yield.Among morphological traits, the intensity of green leaf color and leaf blistering had the strongest influence on grain yield. This study shed information on key distinctions in characteristics and how they relate to grain yield, which could lead to future improvements in output. Some genotypes demonstrated both high yield potential and stability, which are essential for developing cultivars suitable for diverse environments.

文摘Background Hybrid cotton enjoys overwhelming patronage among cotton farmers because of its superior yield capacity and fiber quality. However, various environmental factors affect its yield and fiber quality. This study aimed to assess 30 cotton hybrids for the stability of four traits(single-plant seed cotton yield, fiber upper half mean length(UHML),fiber strength, and micronaire)across three environments.Recent techniques, including genotype and genotype×environment(GGE)biplot, which provides a visual representation of performance and adaptability;weighted average absolute scores of the best linear unbiased predictions(WAASB),which balances the performance of the trait with stability;and multi-trait stability index(MTSI),which integrates multi-trait performance and stability, were used to analyze the stability of the four traits. Results Analysis of variance revealed significant genotype and environment interactions for all the traits studied, highlighting the need for comprehensive stability analysis. The environment E2 was the most suitable for the evaluation of seed cotton yield, whereas E3 was suitable for the evaluation of UHML and fiber strength.A stable hybrid,H05(TVH002×MCU5),with superior performance for seed cotton yield and UHML,was identified based on the overall results from GGE and WAASB.The which-won-where bioplot showed that H25(SVPR3×MCU5)performed the best for seed cotton yield in E3,and H27(Suraj×Sunantha)in E2 and E1.The hybrid H04(TVH002×CO14)in E1 and H30(Suraj×MCU5)in E2 and E3 performed well for UHML.Similarly,H28(Suraj×Suraksha)for E2 and E3 and H26(Suraj×Subiksha)for E1 were the best performing in the case of fiber strength.Based on the MTSI,four promising hybrids,namely,H24(SVPR3×CO14),H09(TVH2010×CO14),H18(MCU7×Suraksha),and H29(Suraj×CO14),were identified as stable with average performance for all four traits. Conclusions The study identified a stable hybrid,H05(TVH002×MCU5),with superior performance for yield and UHML.The identified hybrids in this study hold significant potential for cultivation across Tamil Nadu, with a scope for further evaluation in diverse environments.

文摘We investigate a class of non-integrable two-particle Calogero-Moser systems modulated by a power-law external potential. The local well-posedness of the Cauchy problem is established under the strict initial separation condition for the particles. For suitably prepared initial configurations, local solutions can be extended globally via energy conservation;conversely, negative energy conditions induce(in)finite-time blowup. The linear(in)stability of stationary solutions is analyzed, with their energy serving as a threshold.Numerical investigations employ a fourth-order Runge-Kutta scheme with adaptive step-size control.Simulations demonstrate that the trajectories either converge to steady states or exhibit blowup, depending on the power exponentαand initial conditions.Increasingαaccelerates the convergence rate and dampens oscillatory dynamics, promoting a transition from periodic behavior to static equilibrium.

文摘Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)exhibit exceptional catalytic efficiency due to their maximized atom utilization and precisely modulated metalcarrier interactions, which have attracted significant attention in the biomedical field. However, stability issues may impede the clinical translation of SAzymes. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the applications of SAzymes in various biomedical fields, including disease diagnosis(e.g.,biosensors and diagnostic imaging),antitumor therapy(e.g.,photothermal therapy, photodynamic therapy, sonodynamic therapy, and immunotherapy),antimicrobial therapy, and anti-oxidative stress therapy.More importantly, the existing challenges of SAzymes are discussed, such as metal atom clustering and active site loss, ligand bond breakage at high temperature, insufficient environment tolerance, biosecurity risks, and limited catalytic long-term stability. Finally, several innovative strategies to address these stability concerns are proposed—synthesis process optimization(space-limited strategy, coordination site design, bimetallic synergistic strategy, defect engineering strategy, atom stripping-capture),surface modification, and dynamic responsive design—that collectively pave the way for robust, clinically viable SAzymes.

文摘Selective catalytic reduction with NH3(NH3-SCR)is an important means of NO_(x) abatement from stationary and mobile sources, and the key element is efficient and stable NH3-SCR catalysts. In this study,we propose a method to construct superior Fe-Beta catalysts based on Al-rich zeolites. This strategy successfully promotes the formation of NH3-SCR-active isolated Fe^(3+)species,thus effectively improving the low-temperature activity of the Fe-Beta catalysts. Thanks to the abundant Brønsted acid sites of the Al-rich zeolite, the Fe_(2)O_(3) particles are redispersed and anchored as isolated Fe^(3+)during hydrothermal aging. This dynamic evolution of Fe species makes up for the adverse effect of dealumination of the Al-rich zeolite framework and achieves high stability for the Al-rich Fe-Beta catalyst. This study may promote the understanding of highly efficient and stable catalyst design using Al-rich zeolites.

文摘MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)catalysts for the low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO remain vulnerable to water and sulfur poisoning, limting their practical applications.Herein,we report a hydrophobic-modified MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)catalyst that achieves enhanced NO conversion rate and stability under harsh conditions. The catalyst was synthesized by decorating MnOx crystals with amorphous CeO_(2),followed by loading hydrophobic silica on the external surfaces. The hydrophobic silica allowed the adsorption of NH_(3)and NO and diffusion of H,suppressed the adsorption of H_(2)O,and prevented SO_(2)interaction with the Mn active sites, achieving selective molecular discrimination at the catalyst surface. At 120℃,under H_(2)O and SO_(2)exposure,the optimal hydrophobic catalyst maintains 82%NO conversion rate compared with 69%for the unmodified catalyst. The average adsorption energies of NH_(3),H_(2)O,and SO_(2)decreased by 0.05,0.43,and 0.52 eV,respectively. The NO reduction pathway follows the Eley-Rideal mechanism,NH_(3)^(*)+*→NH_(2)^(*)+H^(*)followed by NH_(2)^(*)+NO^(*)→N_(2)^(*)+H_(2)O^(*),with NH_(3)dehydrogenation being the rate determining step.Hydrophobic modification increased the activation energy for H atom transfer, leading to a minor decrease in the NO conversion rate at 120℃.This work demonstrates a viable strategy for developing robust NH_(3)-S CR catalysts capable of efficient operation in water-and sulfur-rich environments.

文摘The outstanding performance of O3-type NaNi_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)(NFM111)at both high and low temperatures coupled with its impressive specific capacity makes it an excellent cathode material for sodium-ion batteries. However, its poor cycling, owing to highpressure phase transitions,is one of its disadvantages. In this study,Cu/Ti was introduced into NFM111 cathode material using a solidphase method.Through both theoretically and experimentally, this study found that Cu doping provides a higher redox potential in NFM111,improving its reversible capacity and charge compensation process. The introduction of Ti would enhance the cycling stability of the material, smooth its charge and discharge curves, and suppress its high-voltage phase transitions.Accordingly, the NaNi_(0.27)Fe_(0.28)Mn_(0.33)Cu_(0.05)Ti_(0.06)O_(2)sample used in the study exhibited a remarkable rate performance of 142.97 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 C(2.0-4.2 V)and an excellent capacity retention of 72.81%after 300 cycles at 1C(1C=150 mA·g^(-1)).
文摘AIM:To investigate age-related differences in the irislens angle(ILA)among patients with age-related cortical cataracts and elucidate the impact of age on lens stability.METHODS:A prospective observational study was conducted on patients with age-related cortical cataracts scheduled for phacoemulsification surgery.Preoperative ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM)images were collected and analyzed.Initially, patients were stratified into two age groups:<60y and≥60y,with no significant intergroup differences in sex or eye laterality. For further analysis, participants were subdivided into three age strata:<60y,60-75y,and>75y.The ILA was measured in four quadrants(superior, inferior, nasal, and temporal).Intergroup differences in ILA were compared, and correlations between age and ILA parameters were analyzed using statistical methods.RESULTS:The sample data were categorized into three groups according to age,<60y(113 patients;55.8%female),60–75y(245 patients;61.0%female),and>75y(70 patients;50.2%female).The superior quadrant ILA increased progressively with age stratification(P=0.02),and the maximum ILA difference(ΔILA)was significantly higher in patients over 75y(P<0.01).Simple linear regression analysis demonstrated a positive correlation between age and ILA in the superior(Y=7.487+0.096X,R=0.191,P<0.001)and temporal(Y=10.254+0.052X,R=0.104,P=0.032)quadrants.Additionally,the mean ILA across all quadrants(ILAmean)andΔILA were positively correlated with age(ILAmean:Y=9.721+0.055X,R=0.138,P=0.004;ΔILA:Y=3.267+0.044X,R=0.006,P<0.05).CONCLUSION:In patients with age-related cortical cataracts,ILA increases with age, particularly in the superior and temporal quadrants, suggesting that advanced age is associated with greater lens deviation and decreased lens stability.UBM imaging can effectively evaluate the status of the zonule and lens stability, providing crucial evidence for personalized surgical planning based on patients’age.

文摘To provide a scientific basis for sustainable land management, a 20-year fertility experiment was conducted in Changwu County, Shaanxi Province, China to investigate the effects of long-term application of chemical fertilizers on wheat grain yield and yield stability on the Loess Plateau using regression and stability analysis. Stability analysis combined with the trend analysis indicated that integrated use of fertilizer N and P was better than their sole application in increasing and sustaining the productivity of rainfed winter wheat.

文摘China's Super Hybrid Rice Breeding Program has made significant progress over the past two decades. There are such technologies as no-tillage direct seeding and mechanized transplanting at high hill density with single seedling per hill.

文摘The experiments were conducted for three consecutive years across 14 locations using 9 non-waxy proso millet genotypes and 16 locations using 7 waxy proso millet genotypes in China. Based on our results, El0 and e14 have enhanced efficiency and accuracy for non-waxy genotypes and waxy genotypes selection, respectively in national regional test of proso millet varieties.

文摘Rice yield stability is a breeding goal, particularly for short-growth duration rice, but its underlying mechanisms remain unclear. In an attempt to identify the relationship between yield stability and source–sink characteristics in short-growth duration rice,a field experiment was conducted at three sites(Yueyang,Liuyang, and Hengyang)in 2021 and 2022.This study compared yield, yield components, source–sink characteristics, and their stability between two stable-yielding short-growth duration rice cultivars,Zhongzao 39(Z-39)and Lingliangyou 268(L-268),and two unstable-yielding short-growth duration rice cultivars,Zhongjiazao 17(Z-17)and Zhuliangyou 819(Z-819).The stability of agronomic parameters was represented by the coefficient of variation(CV).The respective CVs of yield in Z-17,Z-819,Z-39,and L-268 were 10.2%,10.1%,4.5%,and 5.7%in 2021 and 19.7%,15.0%,5.4%,and 6.5%in 2022.The respective CVs of grain weight were 6.3%,5.7%,3.4%,and 4.5%in Z-17,Z-819,Z-39,and L-268 in 2021,and 8.1%,6.3%,1.5%,and 0.8%in 2022.The mean source capacity per spikelet and pre-heading non-structural carbohydrate reserves per spikelet(NSC_(pre))were 7%–43%and7%–72%lower in Z-819 and Z-17than in L-268 and Z-39 in 2021 and 2022.The mean quantum yield of photosystem II photochemistry of leaf, leaf area index, and specific leaf weight of L-268 and Z-39 were higher than those of Z-819 and Z-17 at the heading stage. This study suggests that high NSC_(pre),caused by great leaf traits before heading, increases source capacity per spikelet and its stability, thereby increasing the stability of grain weight and yield.Increasing NSC_(pre)is critical for achieving grain weight and yield stability in short-growth duration rice.

文摘Identification and deployment of high-yielding and stress-tolerant maize hybrids adapted to stress-prone agro-ecologies is important for improving the food security and livelihoods of smallholder farmers in eastern Africa. The objectives of this study were to(i)assess the performance of maize hybrids under well-watered and drought stress conditions;(ii)evaluate grain yield stability of 65 intermediate-maturing and 55 early-maturing hybrids in 24 well-watered locations and seven drought stress locations;and(iii)identify representative and/or discriminative testing locations for increasing genetic gains for the target traits. There were significant differences for grain yield among early-and intermediatematuring hybrids tested under well-watered and drought stress environments.Among the early-maturing hybrids, the top 10 hybrids produced 46.8%–73.9%and 31.2%–42.1%higher mean grain yields than the best commercial check under drought and well-watered conditions, respectively.Among the intermediate-maturing hybrids, the top 10 hybrids produced 25.2%–47.7%and 8.5%–13.5%higher grain yield than commercial checks under drought stress and well-watered conditions, respectively, suggesting improvement in the levels of drought tolerance in both early-and intermediate-maturing hybrids.GGE biplot analysis and a bi-segmented regression linear method identified specific early-maturing and intermediate-maturing hybrids that performed well under both well-watered and drought stress conditions. These hybrids could be recommended for commercial production in eastern Africa.Kakamega in Kenya was found to be the most representative and highly discriminating site among well-watered testing locations, while Kabuku in Tanzania was the least representative of test locations. For testing under drought stress conditions,Kiboko in Kenya was identified as the most representative location. This information could be useful for allocating resources and streamlining CIMMYT maize hybrid testing in eastern Africa.

文摘An understanding of wheat yield and yield stability response to fertilization is important for sustainable wheat production. These findings suggest that inorganic + organic fertilizer can increase wheat yield and its stability by improvement in soil fertility and reduction in variability to climate change.

文摘A mixture of controlled-release urea and normal urea(CRUNU)is an efficient nitrogen(N)fertilizer type, but little is known about its effects on stem lodging resistance, grain yield, and yield stability of wheat. In this study,a 4-year field experiment(from 2017 to 2021)was conducted to analyze the effects of N fertilizer types(CRUNU and normal urea(NU))and application rates(low level(L),135 kg ha^(–1);medium level(M),180 kg ha^(–1);high level(H),225 kg ha^(–1))on population lodging resistance, basal internode strength, lignin content and synthetase activity, stem lodging resistance, grain yield, and yield stability of wheat. Our results showed that the two N fertilizer types had the highest lodging rate under high N application rates, and the M-CRUNU treatment showed the lowest lodging rate.Compared with NU,CRUNU improved the wheat population lodging resistance under the three N application rates, mainly related to improving wheat population characteristics and breaking the strength of the second basal internode.Correlation analysis showed that the breaking strength of the second basal internode was related to the physical characteristics, chemical components, and micro-structure of the internode.Compared with NU,CRUNU significantly increased wheat grain yield by 4.47,14.62,and 3.12%under low, medium, and high N application rates, respectively. In addition,CRUNU showed no significant difference in grain yield under medium and high N application rates, but it presented the highest yield stability under the medium N application rate.In summary,CRUNU,combined with the medium N application rate,is an efficient agronomic management strategy for wheat production.

文摘Sixteen faba bean genotypes were evaluated in 13 environments in Ethiopia during the main cropping season for three years(2009–2011). It was accordingly concluded that assessment of G × E interaction and yield stability should not be based on a single or a few stability parameters but rather on a combination of stability parameters.

文摘Improvement of yield in rice(Oryza sativa L.) is vital for ensuring food security in China. To achieve a yield of 15 t ha-1, a cultivar should have a PH of 110–125 cm, a long GD with HM of approximately 40 days, a PN of 300–400 m-2, and a GW of 29–31 mg.

文摘The planting of upland rice is one cropping option in area with limited water availability and low soil fertility in North and Northeast Thailand. The genotypes will be applicant for upland rice production area and parental base in breeding program.

[Method] The yielding ability and yield stability of 5 varieties and 2 pioneer combinations in 5 test locations in Jiang- su Province in 2013-2015 were analyzed comprehensively. [Result] The environment effects and genotype x environment interaction effects of various tested varieties differed very significantly. It could be seen from various test locations that Mingyu 1301 and Sushi 51417 had very good yielding ability and yield stability, and were comprehensively assessed to be very good, Suyu 41 had very good yield stability and better yielding ability, and was comprehensively assessed to be good, while Suyu 29 and Suyu 39 showed instable yields in various locations and were greatly affected by environment, and thus should be planted in carefully-selected areas in extension. [Conclusion] This study provides theoretical foundation for breeding and extension of new varieties.
