Some rigorous formulas are provided for direct calculations when Coulomb repulsion is present. According to numerical calculations using above formulas, we investigate the conductance, transport currents, and on site electronic charges of the wire on some special occasions in the interacting case, and also compare them with the results in the noninteracting case. 展开更多

A stranded wires helical spring is formed of a multilayer and coaxial strand of several wires twisted together with the same direction of spiral. Compared with the conventional single wire spring, the stranded wires helical spring has the notable predominance in strength, damping and vibration reduction, which is usually used in aircraft engines, automatic weapons, etc. However, due to its complicated structure, the precise computation of its strength and rigidity need be a correct mathematical model, which then will be imported to finite element analysis software for solutions. Equations on solving geometric parameters, such as external diameters of strands and screw pitches of wires, are put forward in the paper. It also proposes a novel methodology on solving geometric parameters and establishing entity models of the stranded wires helical spring, which provides foundation of computing mechanical parameters by FEA. Then mathematical models on the centre line of the strand and the surface curve of each wire, after closing two ends in a spring, are proposed. Finally, geometric parameters are solved in a case study, and a 3D entity model of a spring with 3 layers and 16 wires is established, which has validated the accuracy of the proposed methodology and the 3D entity mathematical model. The dynamic behavior of the stranded wire helical spring is described by a modified Bouc-Wen model while the model parameters must be identified using an identification method and experimental data. Existing identification methods usually relies either solely nonlinear iterative algorithms or manually trial and error. Therefore, the identification process can be rather time consuming and effort taking. As a result, these methods are not ideal for engineering applications. To come up with a more practical method, a three-stage identification method is proposed. Periodic loading and identification simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Noises are added to the simulated data to test the performance of the proposed method when dealing with noise contaminated data. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method is able to give satisfying results when the noise levels are set to be 0.01, 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07. In addition, the proposed method is also applied to experimental data and compared with an existing method. The experimental data is acquired through a periodic loading test. The experiment results suggest that the proposed method features better accuracy compared with the existing method. An effective approach is proposed for identifying the model parameters of the stranded wire helical spring. 展开更多

Then, dynamic neural network models, TDNNM (Topside dynamic neural network model) and BHDNNM (Backside width and topside height dynamic neural network model), were established to predict double-sided shape parameters of the weld pool. As regards wire saw cutting fo wafer, however, in traditional wire saw cutting process, the cutting efficiency is low, the wear of wire saw is badly, the surface roughness of wafer is poor etc, which have a seriously impact on the cutting process stability and the use of wafers. Ultrasonic-assisted machining method is very suitable for processing a variety of non-conduc- tive hard and brittle materials, glass, ceramics, quartz, silicon, precious stones and diamonds, etc. In this paper, the force model of ultrusonic-assisted wire saw cutting of SiC monocrystal wafer, based on the kinematic and experi- mental analysis were established. The single factor and orthogonal experimental scheme for different processing pa- rameters such as wire saw speed, part rotation speed of and part feed rate, were carried out in traditional wire saw and ultrasonic-assisted wire saw cutting process. The multiple linear regression method is used to establish the static model among the cutting force, processing parameters and ultrasonic vibration parameters, and the model signifi- cance is verified. The results show, as regards ultrasonic-assisted wire saw cutting of SiC monicrystal wafer, both the tangential and normal cutting forces can reduce about 24. 5%-36% and 36. 6%-40%. 展开更多

瞬变电磁显式有限差分三维正演方法一般对空间和时间步长有较大限制,计算效率较低.先前研究发现,采用磁偶极子在全空间均匀模型中激发的电磁场作为初始场,能有效降低空间和时间步长限制,显著提高计算效率.为进一步实现导线源模拟,提出... 瞬变电磁显式有限差分三维正演方法一般对空间和时间步长有较大限制,计算效率较低.先前研究发现,采用磁偶极子在全空间均匀模型中激发的电磁场作为初始场,能有效降低空间和时间步长限制,显著提高计算效率.为进一步实现导线源模拟,提出基于全空间体电流源初始场的三维正演方法:将导线等效为全空间体电流源加入麦克斯韦方程组,先通过全空间均匀模型迭代计算得到初始场,然后对真实模型迭代计算得到二次场.导线源均匀半空间、回线源均匀半空间、回线源均匀全空间以及含低阻块等模型的模拟结果表明:该方法与数字滤波方法及解析方法计算结果相对误差基本小于4%,计算精度较高;该方法允许2倍的相邻单元格步长比例,可以有效减少网格数量和迭代次数,计算效率较高;该方法不仅可以模拟导线源还可以模拟回线源,无论半空间和全空间模型均有较好的适用性.给出了航空探测、山地探测和巷道探测的模型算例,证明了该方法具有广泛的适用范围.该方法的开源软件WFTEM3D2.0已在Github和Gitee发布. 展开更多

为了提高叉车转向电机的响应速度和跟踪性能,提出一种基于模型预测控制(MPC)与PI控制的复合控制策略——MPC+PI。首先,分析了线控转向系统的结构和工作原理;然后,基于三闭环控制策略设计了MPC+PI控制策略,MPC作为系统的控制外环控制转... 为了提高叉车转向电机的响应速度和跟踪性能,提出一种基于模型预测控制(MPC)与PI控制的复合控制策略——MPC+PI。首先,分析了线控转向系统的结构和工作原理;然后,基于三闭环控制策略设计了MPC+PI控制策略,MPC作为系统的控制外环控制转向角度,PI作为系统的控制内环控制电机转速和电流,MPC预测并计算当前角度所需未来时序的转速,PI根据误差值来控制电机转速和电流的变化,从而达到三闭环的复合控制效果;最后,通过Simulink仿真平台,验证了所提控制策略在典型工况下的有效性。试验结果表明,相较于传统PI、MPC,MPC+PI控制策略最大跟随角度误差分别减小了47.15%和35.89%。 展开更多

In the aerospace field, electromechanical actuators are increasingly being implemented in place of conventional hydraulic actuators. For safety-critical embedded actuation applications like flight controls, the use of electromechanical actuators introduces specific issues related to thermal balance, reflected inertia, parasitic motion due to compliance and response to failure. Unfortunately, the physical effects governing the actuator behaviour are multidisciplinary, coupled and nonlinear. Although numerous multi-domain and system-level simulation packages are now available on the market, these effects are rarely addressed as a whole because of a lack of scientific approaches for model architecting, multi-purpose incremental modelling and judicious model implementation. In this publication, virtual prototyping of electromechanical actuators is addressed using the Bond-Graph formalism. New approaches are proposed to enable incremental modelling,thermal balance analysis, response to free-run or jamming faults, impact of compliance on parasitic motion, and influence of temperature. A special focus is placed on friction and compliance of the mechanical transmission with fault injection and temperature dependence. Aileron actuation is used to highlight the proposals for control design, energy consumption and thermal analysis, power network pollution analysis and fault response. 展开更多

This paper calculates different load parameters and discusses factors influencing the driving current curve. With appropriate driving current curves chosen, further magneto-hydrodynamic calculations are carried out and discussed to provide the best results for experiments. In high speed wire drawing, the temperature rise is produced by the generation heat from plastic deformation of metal material and friction between wire and tool, which greatly influences the lubrication situation and mechanical properties. During high drawing, the phenomenon that wire is embrittled and die is stuck can be formed by the notable temperature rise. In this paper, based on theory of plastic deformation work , considering friction heat generation and variable physical coefficients, the mathematical model of temperature rise of high speed drawing is established and the computer program to analogy the whole process of drawing is compiled. Also the process of wire drawing on a few of alloys are calculated theoretically. Compared the calculation value with measurement, the result shows that the theoretical value coincides with experimental data. 展开更多
