For sparse storage and quick access to projection matrix based on vector type, this paper proposes a method to solve the problems of the repetitive computation of projection coefficient, the large space occupation and...For sparse storage and quick access to projection matrix based on vector type, this paper proposes a method to solve the problems of the repetitive computation of projection coefficient, the large space occupation and low retrieval efficiency of projection matrix in iterative reconstruction algorithms, which calculates only once the projection coefficient and stores the data sparsely in binary format based on the variable size of library vector type. In the iterative reconstruction process, these binary files are accessed iteratively and the vector type is used to quickly obtain projection coefficients of each ray. The results of the experiments show that the method reduces the memory space occupation of the projection matrix and the computation of projection coefficient in iterative process, and accelerates the reconstruction speed.展开更多

Using the real method of interpolation (K-functional) we prove the interpolation theorems that permit to characterize of tensor products of spaces of exponential type vectors, We show an application of abstract results to the theory of regular elliptic operators on bounded domains. In this paper, the...Type A spermatogonial stem cells are the only immortal diploid cells in the postnatal animal that undergo self-renewal through the lifetime of an animal and transmit genes to subsequent generations. In this paper, the generation and characterization of double-transgenic mice co-expressing the Escherichia coli appA gene and human MxA gene generated via the in vivo transfection of type A spermatogonial cells were reported for the ifrst time. The dicistronic expression vector pcDNA-appA-MxA(AMP) and ExGen500 transfection reagent were injected into the testicular tissue of 7-d-old male ICR mice. The mice that underwent testis-mediated gene transfer were mated with wild-type female mice, and the integration and expression of the foreign genes in the offspring were evaluated. Transgenic mice that co-expressed appA and MxA showed a gene integration rate of 8.89%(16/180). The transgenic mice were environmentally friendly, as the amount of phosphorous remaining in the manure was reduced by as much as 11.1%by the appA gene (P〈0.05);these animals also exhibited a strong anti-viral phenotype.展开更多
The regularities of the solid solutions between the scheelite-type compounds and rare earth molybdates or tungstates were investigated by the atomic parameter-support vector machine method and the intelligent database...The regularities of the solid solutions between the scheelite-type compounds and rare earth molybdates or tungstates were investigated by the atomic parameter-support vector machine method and the intelligent database of phase diagrams of molten salt systems. The crystal structure of scheelite-type compounds having M^1M^′Ⅲ (XO4)2(X = Mo, W) as common formula and the formability of the continuous solid solution between these compounds and rare earth molybdates or tungstates were also investigated. Besides, the cell constants of these compounds can be calculated by some semi-empirical equations. Based on the obtained relationships, the results of computerized prediction of the solid solubility of T1Pr (MoO4)2-Pr2 (MoO4)3 system have good agreement with experimental results.展开更多

By using the KKM type theorem and Himmelberg type fixed point theorem proposed by the author, some new existence theorems of solutions for the systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusion problems are proved. As to its applications, we obtain some existence results of solutions for systems of generalized vector quasi-optimization problems.展开更多
