Large-scale wind turbine generator systems have strong nonlinear multivariable characteristics with many uncertain factors and disturbances. Automatic control is crucial for the efficiency and reliability of wind turbines. On the basis of simplified and proper model of variable speed variable pitch wind turbines, the effective wind speed is estimated using extended Kaiman filter. Intelligent control schemes proposed in the paper include two loops which operate in synchronism with each other. At below-rated wind speed, the inner loop adopts adaptive fuzzy control based on variable universe for generator torque regulation to realize maximum wind energy capture. At above-rated wind speed, a controller based on least square support vector machine is proposed to adjust pitch angle and keep rated output power. In this paper, hydrodynamic analysis of vertical axis tidal turbine (both fixed pitch & variable pitch) is numerically analyzed. Two-dimensional numerical modeling & simulation of the unsteady flow through the blades of the turbine is performed using ANSYS CFX, hereafter CFX, which is based on a Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) model. A transient simulation is done for fixed pitch and variable pitch vertical axis tidal turbine using a Shear Stress Transport turbulence (SST) scheme. Main hydrodynamic parameters like torque T, combined moment CM, coefficients of performance Cp and coefficient of torque Cr, etc. are investigated. The modeling and meshing of turbine rotor is performed in ICEM-CFD. Moreover, the difference in meshing schemes between fixed pitch and variable pitch is also mentioned. Mesh motion option is employed for variable pitch turbine. This article is one part of the ongoing research on tm'bine design and developments. The numerical simulation results are validated with well reputed analytical results performed by Edinburgh Design Ltd. The article concludes with a parametric study of turbine performance, comparison between fixed and variable pitch operation for a four-bladed turbine. It is found that for variable pitch we get maximum Ce and peak power at smaller revolution per minute N and tip sped ratio 2. 展开更多

To reduce the pitch link loads of variable speed rotors, variable tuning frequency fluid- lastic isolators are proposed. This isolator utilizes the variation of centrifugal force due to the change of rotor speed to change the tuning port area ratio, which can change the tuning frequency of the isolator. A rotor model including the model of fluidlastic isolator is coupled with a fuselage model to predict the steady responses of the rotor system in forward flight. The aeroelastic analyses indicate that distinct performance improvement in pitch link load control can be achieved by the utilization of variable frequency isolators compared with the constant tuning frequency isolators. The 4/rev (per revolution) pitch link load is observed to be reduced by 87.6% compared with the increase of 56.3% by the constant frequency isolator, when the rotor speed is reduced by 16.7%. The isolation ability at different rotor speeds in different flight states is investigated. To achieve overall load reduction within the whole range of rotor speed, the strategy of the variation of tuning frequency is adjusted. The results indicate that the 4/rev pitch link load within the whole rotor speed range is decreased. 展开更多

In the pitching motion,the unsteady transition and relaminarization position plays an important role in the dynamic characteristics of the airfoil.In order to facilitate the computer to automatically and accurately calculate the position of the transition and relaminarization,a Variable Slip Window Technology(VSWT)suitable for airfoil dynamic data processing was developed using the S809 airfoil experimental data in this paper and two calculation strategies,i.e.,global strategy and single point strategy,were proposed:global strategy and single point strategy.The core of the VSWT is the selection of the window function h and the parameters setting in the h function.The effect of the VSWT was evaluated using the dimensionless pulse strength value(INB),which can be used to evaluate the signal characteristics,of the root mean square(RMS)value of the fluctuating pressure.It is found that:the h function characteristics have a significant influence on the VSWT.The suitable functions are Hn function constructed in this paper and step function.For the left boundary of the magnified area,the step function can obtain the largest INB value,but the robustness is not good.The H1 function(Gaussian-like function,n=1)can show higher robustness while ensuring a large INB value.The two computing strategies,which are single point strategy and global strategy,have their own advantages and disadvantages.The former strategy,that is the single point strategy,can achieve a higher INB value,but the RMS magnification at the feature position needs to be known in advance.Although the INB value obtained by the latter strategy,that is the global strategy,is slightly smaller than the calculation results of the former strategy,it is not necessary to know the RMS magnification at the feature position in advance.So the global strategy has better robustness.The experimental data of NACA0012 airfoil was used to further validate the developed VSWT in this paper,and the results show that the VSWT developed in this paper can still double the INB value of the transition/relaminarization position.The VSWT developed in this paper has certain practicability,which is convenient for the computer to automatically determine the transition/relaminarization characteristics. 展开更多

A combined experimental and numerical investigation is carried out to study the performance of a vertical-axis eccentric-disc variable-pitch turbine(VEVT).A scheme of eccentric disc pitch control mechanism based on doubleblock mechanism is proposed.The eccentric control mechanism and the deflection angle control mechanism in the pitch control structure are designed and optimized according to the functional requirements of the turbine,and the three-dimensional model of the turbine is established.Kinematics analysis of the eccentric disc pitch control mechanism is carried out.Kinematics parameters and kinematics equations which can characterize its motion characteristics are derived.Kinematics analysis and simulation are carried out,and the motion law of the corresponding mechanical system is obtained.By analyzing the force and motion of blade of VEVT,the expressions of the important parameters such as deflection angle,attack angle and energy utilization coefficient are obtained.The lateral induced velocity coefficient is acquired by momentum theorem,the hydrodynamic parameters such as energy utilization coefficient are derived,and the hydrodynamic characteristics of VEVT are also obtained.The experimental results show that the turbine has good energy capture capability at different inflow velocities of different sizes and directions,which verifies that VEVT has good self-startup performance and high energy capture efficiency. 展开更多

Subsequently, the number of variable-speed wind turbines installed in wind farms has increased. In this paper, a comparative performance of fixed and variable speed wind generators with Pitch angle control has been presented. The first is based on a squirrel cage Induction Generator (IG) of 315 kW rated power, connected directly to the grid. The second incorporated a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) of 750 kW rated power. The performances of each studied wind generator are evaluated by simulation works and variable speed operation is highlighted as preferred mode of operation. 展开更多

Continuously variable transmission(CVT)of noncircular gear has the technical advantages of large bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency.The key technology of CVT with noncircular gear has been broken through some countries,and is in the stage of deep application research.Although the characteristics and design methods of noncircular gear pairs have been continuously studied in China,the noncircular gear CVT is still in the preliminary exploration and research stage.The linear functional noncircular gear pair,whose transmission ratio is a linear function in the working section,to realize continuously variable transmission was the research object in this paper.According to the required transmission ratio in the working section,the transmission ratio function in the non-working section was constructed by using a polynomial.And then the influence of pitch curve parameters in the working section on which in the non-working section was also analyzed to obtain the pitch curve suitable for transmission of this gear pair.In addition,for improving the stability and bearing capacity of gear transmission,the noncircular gear pair transmission with high contact ratio was designed.Furthermore,the accurate value of the contact tooth length was calculated based on the gear principle and the characteristics of the involute tooth profile,from this the contact tooth length error was calculated by comparing the accurate value with its actual value obtained by the rolling experiment.Finally,an indirect method to verify the contact ratio by detecting the contact length error of the tooth profile was proposed. 展开更多

变径变距式螺旋混合排种装置设计与试验

苜蓿和无芒雀麦同行混播有助于改善土壤结构,提升饲草品质,增强生态系统稳定性。针对因苜蓿和无芒雀麦种子形态、尺寸及流动性差异导致的排种堵塞、混合不均等问题,本文设计了一种变径变距式螺旋混合排种装置。通过力学分析与参数计算,... 苜蓿和无芒雀麦同行混播有助于改善土壤结构,提升饲草品质,增强生态系统稳定性。针对因苜蓿和无芒雀麦种子形态、尺寸及流动性差异导致的排种堵塞、混合不均等问题,本文设计了一种变径变距式螺旋混合排种装置。通过力学分析与参数计算,明确了装置输送与混合机制,确定螺旋直径、螺距、轴长等关键结构参数;采用离散元仿真分析了螺旋叶片升角对排种性能与混合效果的影响,获取最优结构参数;以螺旋轴转速和混合种子填充率为试验因素,开展两因素五水平旋转组合台架试验,以排种速率、排种稳定性变异系数和混合比例精度为评价指标,利用响应面法优化工作参数组合。结果表明:当螺旋叶片升角为25°时,排种性能较优,排种速率达3.34 g/s,排种稳定性变异系数为5.17%,混合比例精度为0.874;台架试验确定最优工作参数组合为螺旋轴转速45 r/min、混合种子填充率70%,此时排种速率为3.49 g/s,排种稳定性变异系数为4.13%,混合比例精度为0.946。验证试验结果表明,实测值与模型预测值相对误差小于10%。研究结果表明,装置结构合理,可实现2种种子稳定均匀混合排种,满足苜蓿与无芒雀麦同行混播要求,为牧草混播装备研发提供了技术依据。 展开更多

为解决马铃薯分级装置结构较大、传动复杂、易伤薯问题,设计了一种变螺距式马铃薯滚筒分级装置,明确了其工作原理,通过对马铃薯在分级装置内的动力学和运动学分析确定了其关键结构参数。运用RecurDyn软件构建分级装置动力学模型,基于马... 为解决马铃薯分级装置结构较大、传动复杂、易伤薯问题,设计了一种变螺距式马铃薯滚筒分级装置,明确了其工作原理,通过对马铃薯在分级装置内的动力学和运动学分析确定了其关键结构参数。运用RecurDyn软件构建分级装置动力学模型,基于马铃薯的物理特性在EDEM中构建马铃薯模型,采用EDEM-RecurDyn耦合仿真模拟了分级装置实际工作过程中多构件间的运动、约束和接触。选择进薯量、分级滚筒转速和分级段长度为影响因素,以马铃薯分级准确率、分级效率作为评价指标进行性能验证,并基于上述因素进行单因素与二次正交仿真试验,确定分级装置的最优结构和运动参数。仿真试验结果表明,当进薯量为3.68 kg/s、分级滚筒转速为34.50 r/min、分级段长度为1600 mm时,所获得的分级准确率和分级效率最优,分别为91.6%和3.0 kg/s。样机试验结果表明,在最优解参数下分级装置平均分级准确率大于89%,平均分级效率大于3.18 kg/s,伤薯率小于1%,与仿真试验相对误差为2.10%,说明仿真试验具有较高准确性且本文设计的分级装置工作性能较好,可以满足中小规模的马铃薯分级要求。 展开更多

目的 探讨两次可变螺距(vHP)技术在急性胸痛三联征CT血管成像检查中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年5月接受救治的135例急性胸痛三联征患者,根据扫描方法不同将其分为vHP2组(45例,两次vHP技术扫描)、vHP1组(45例,一次vHP技术扫... 目的 探讨两次可变螺距(vHP)技术在急性胸痛三联征CT血管成像检查中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年5月接受救治的135例急性胸痛三联征患者,根据扫描方法不同将其分为vHP2组(45例,两次vHP技术扫描)、vHP1组(45例,一次vHP技术扫描)和常规组(45例,常规小螺距联合心电门控触发扫描)。比较三组的辐射剂量相关指标、图像质量的主观评分及优良率、图像质量的客观评价。结果 vHP2组的扫描时间短于vHP1组和常规组,剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)低于vHP1组和常规组(P<0.05)。三组的主要血管图像质量主观评分无明显差异(P>0.05);v HP1组和常规组的图像质量优良率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2名医师对三组图像质量的评分一致性高(Kappa=0.817)。三组的不同血管节段CT值及信噪比(SNR)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 两次vHP技术在急性胸痛三联征CT血管成像检查中能够显著减少扫描时间和辐射剂量,同时保证图像质量,满足诊断需求。 展开更多

以某两级动叶可调轴流风机为研究对象,对其Ⅰ级动叶叶片进行穿孔设计。基于Fluent定常计算,研究穿孔前后风机的全压和效率变化,通过大涡模拟方法分析风机气动噪声的特性,并利用ANSYS有限元动态分析模块校核穿孔前后各模型叶片的强度和... 以某两级动叶可调轴流风机为研究对象,对其Ⅰ级动叶叶片进行穿孔设计。基于Fluent定常计算,研究穿孔前后风机的全压和效率变化,通过大涡模拟方法分析风机气动噪声的特性,并利用ANSYS有限元动态分析模块校核穿孔前后各模型叶片的强度和振动特性。结果表明:动叶穿孔对风机性能有一定影响,在设计工况下,穿孔角θ=15°时可有效提升风机的全压和效率;叶片穿孔改变了动叶尾缘附近的涡结构及大小,进而影响风机的气动噪声;适当的穿孔角度对抑制风机噪声有显著效果,其中θ=30°模型降噪效果最为明显;叶片的强度分析表明,穿孔前后各模型叶片的最大等效应力均小于其许用应力,且叶片穿孔后的各阶固有频率均低于原叶片,有效避开了叶片通过频率,即叶片穿孔不会引发共振。综合考虑风机的全压、效率、噪声及叶片的强度特性,30°为最佳穿孔角。 展开更多

双螺杆真空泵螺杆转子的啮合特性决定了真空泵的工作性能,为解决变螺距螺杆转子因各啮合曲面啮合间隙变化导致的啮合间隙不合理的问题,文中研究了不同转角下转子的截面型线,得到一种新型变截面变螺距的螺杆转子。同时分析转子在工作过... 双螺杆真空泵螺杆转子的啮合特性决定了真空泵的工作性能,为解决变螺距螺杆转子因各啮合曲面啮合间隙变化导致的啮合间隙不合理的问题,文中研究了不同转角下转子的截面型线,得到一种新型变截面变螺距的螺杆转子。同时分析转子在工作过程中的热变形分布规律,将新型变截面变螺距转子的啮合间隙与常规变螺距螺杆转子进行对比,结果表明:在相同条件下,相比于常规变螺距转子,新型变截面变螺距转子啮合所需预留间隙减小了22.6%,所提出的转子在工作过程中具有更合理的间隙分布和动态啮合特性,在工作过程中具有更好的反流特性和级间密封性能,对于提高双螺杆真空泵的真空度具有重要意义。 展开更多
