In the current paper,we present a study of the spatial distribution of luminous blue variables(LBVs)and various LBV candidates(c LBVs)with respect to OB associations in the galaxy M33.The identification of blue star g...In the current paper,we present a study of the spatial distribution of luminous blue variables(LBVs)and various LBV candidates(c LBVs)with respect to OB associations in the galaxy M33.The identification of blue star groups was based on the LGGS data and was carried out by two clustering algorithms with initial parameters determined during simulations of random stellar fields.We have found that the distribution of distances to the nearest OB association obtained for the LBV/c LBV sample is close to that for massive stars with Minit>20 M⊙and WolfRayet stars.This result is in good agreement with the standard assumption that LBVs represent an intermediate stage in the evolution of the most massive stars.However,some objects from the LBV/cLBV sample,particularly Fe II-emission stars,demonstrated severe isolation compared to other massive stars,which,together with certain features of their spectra,implicitly indicates that the nature of these objects and other LBVs/cLBVs may differ radically.展开更多

The investigated stars are located in the field of the PMS star V733 Cep within the Cepheus OB3 association. All stars from our study show rapid photometric variability in all-optical passbands. Methods: The SEER database was used to preliminarily screen the data related to cervical cancer, download the data of different pathological types of cervical cancer patients in line with the study, and select the eighth stage T, N, M to sort out, standardize and screen the T, N and M stages of the data. The screening conditions were that the eighth stage T, N and M stages of patients were clear, and there were satisfactory observed outcomes, such as death or survival. Through the data of different pathological types of patients screened, spss26 0 statistical software for statistical description, using Kaplan Meier method. Draw the survival curve and estimate the survival rate and mortality of patients. The inter group comparison of survival time distribution adopts log rank test to conduct multi factor Cox analysis on the variables with statistical significance of P α = 0.05, P < 0.05. Result: (1) Kaplan Meier univariate analysis: different pathological stages of T stage, N stage and M stage have an impact on the survival of patients, which is statistically significant (P < 0.05), and can affect the survival of patients to varying degrees. (2) Cox multivariate analysis: T stage, N stage and M stage were independent prognostic factors affecting the survival time of patients. Conclusion: Different T, N and M pathological stages of different cervical cancer patients can affect the prognosis of cervical cancer patients to varying degrees. They have a significant impact on the mortality and survival rate of cervical cancer patients, and can provide relevant basis for the development and improvement of the treatment scheme of cervical cancer.展开更多

We present a comprehensive mid-infrared spectroscopic survey of 124 Herbig Ae/Be stars using newly processed Spitzer/IRS spectra from the newly released CASSISjuice database.Based on prominent dust and molecular signa...We present a comprehensive mid-infrared spectroscopic survey of 124 Herbig Ae/Be stars using newly processed Spitzer/IRS spectra from the newly released CASSISjuice database.Based on prominent dust and molecular signatures(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),silicates,and hydrogenated amorphous carbons),we classify the stars into five groups.Our analysis reveals that 64%of the spectra show PAH emission,with detections peaking in the stellar effective temperature range 7000–11,000 K(B9–A5).Silicate features appear in 50%of the sample and likewise diminish at higher temperatures.Additionally,we find that future PAH studies can focus on Herbig Ae/Be stars with a spectral index n_(2−24)>−1 and flared morphologies to maximize PAH detections.The 6.2μm PAH band is the most frequently observed in our sample,shifting blueward with increasing stellar temperature,and this is the largest sample yet used to test that peak shift.The weaker 6.0μm feature does not shift with 6.2μm,implying a distinct origin of C=O(carbonyl)or olefinic C=C stretching relative to C–C vibrations.We examined the 11.0/11.2μm PAH ratio using high-resolution Spitzer spectra for the first time in a sample of Herbig Ae/Be stars,finding a range of ionization conditions.This study provides a strong foundation for future JWST observations of intermediate-mass pre-main-sequence stars.展开更多
BackgroundIt's crucial to study the effect of changes in thresholds(T)and most comfortable levels(M)on behavioral measurements in young children using cochlear implants.This would help the clinician with the optim...BackgroundIt's crucial to study the effect of changes in thresholds(T)and most comfortable levels(M)on behavioral measurements in young children using cochlear implants.This would help the clinician with the optimization and validation of programming parameters.ObjectiveThe study has attempted to describe the changes in behavioral responses with modification of T and M levels.MethodsTwenty-five participants in the age range 5 to 12 years using HR90K/HiFocus1J or HR90KAdvantage/HiFocus1J with Harmony speech processors participated in the study.A decrease in T levels,a rise in T levels,or a decrease in M levels in the everyday program were used to create experimental programs.Sound field thresholds and speech perception were measured at 50 dBHL for three experimental and everyday programs.ConclusionThe results indicated that only reductions of M levels resulted in significantly(p<0.01)poor aided thresholds and speech perception.On the other hand,variation in T levels did not have significant changes in either sound field thresholds or speech perception.The results highlight that M levels must be correctly established in order to prevent decreased speech perception and audibility.展开更多
