Van Herick法与前房角镜法评估视网膜静脉阻塞患者窄房角的对比研究

目的比较裂隙灯Van Herick(VH)法与前房角镜检查对视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)患者窄房角眼的检出率以及判断前房角宽窄的一致性。方法采用诊断试验研究设计,连续纳入2011年10月至2021年4月在北京大学第三医院眼科确诊的RVO患者267例534眼,采... 目的比较裂隙灯Van Herick(VH)法与前房角镜检查对视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)患者窄房角眼的检出率以及判断前房角宽窄的一致性。方法采用诊断试验研究设计,连续纳入2011年10月至2021年4月在北京大学第三医院眼科确诊的RVO患者267例534眼,采用裂隙灯VH法记录周边前房深度,同时行单面前房角镜检查。以前房角镜检查为金标准。VH法房角分级为1~2级判断为窄房角眼;前房角镜检查采用Scheie分级,房角窄Ⅲ至窄Ⅳ级判断为窄房角,存在3个及以上象限窄房角的眼判定为窄房角眼。比较VH法和前房角镜法对总体RVO、单纯RVO、RVO合并原发性房角关闭(PAC)以及RVO合并原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)患者窄房角眼检出率的差异。结果总体RVO患者中,前房角镜法和VH法的窄房角眼检出率分别为27.5%和14.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2种方法检出一致性良好(Kappa值=0.57,P=0.03);VH法窄房角检查的敏感性和特异性分别为49.0%和99.2%。单纯RVO患者患眼244眼,前房角镜法和VH法的窄房角眼检出率分别为18.0%和7.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);检出一致性中等(Kappa值=0.46,P=0.07);VH法窄房角检查的敏感性和特异性分别为36.4%和99.0%。RVO患者健眼232眼,前房角镜法和VH法的窄房角眼检出率分别为15.5%和7.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);检出一致性中等(Kappa值=0.56,P=0.07);VH法检查的敏感性为44.4%,特异性为99.5%。RVO合并PAC/PACG患眼30眼,前房角镜法和VH法的窄房角眼检出率分别为100%和70.0%;VH法窄房角检查敏感性为70.0%。RVO患者健眼合并PAC/PACG者28眼,前房角镜法和VH法的窄房角眼检出率分别为100%和67.9%;VH法窄房角检查敏感性为67.9%。结论VH法与前房角镜法评估RVO患者窄房角眼的一致性良好;VH法检测的特异度较高,但其敏感性有限,存在漏诊风险。对于RVO合并原发性房角关闭疾病高危患者,应重点考虑联合前房角镜检查。 展开更多

Van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures have attracted much attention due to their distinctive optical,electrical,and thermal properties,demonstrating promising potential in areas such as photocatalysis,ultrafast photonics,and free electron radiation devices.Particularly,they are promising platforms for studying thermionic emission.It is illustrated that using vdW heterostructure-based thermionic emission can enhance heat transfer in vacuum devices.As a proof of concept,the approach is demonstrated to offer a promising solution for the long-standing overheating issue in X-ray tubes.Specifically,it is shown that the saturated target temperature of a 2000 W X-ray tube can be reduced from around 1200℃ to 490℃.Additionally,it is also demonstrated that by reducing the height of the Schottky barrier formed in the vdW heterostructures,the thermionic cooling performance can be enhanced.The findings pave the way for the development of high-power X-ray tubes. 展开更多

Superconducting elect rides have attracted growing attention for their potential to achieve high superconducting transition temperatures(T_(C))under pressure.However,many known elect rides are chemically reactive and unstable,making high-quality single-crystal growth,characterization,and measurements difficult,and most do not exhibit superconductivity at ambient pressure.In contrast,La_(3) In stands out for its ambient-pressure superconductivity(T_(C)∼9.4 K)and the availability of high-quality single crystals.Here,we investigate its low-energy electronic structure using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and first-principles calculations.The bands near the Fermi energy(E_(F))are mainly derived from La 5d and In 5p orbitals.A saddle point is directly observed at the Brillouin zone(BZ)boundary,while a three-dimensional Van Hove singularity crosses E_(F) at the BZ corner.First-principles calculations further reveal topological Dirac surface states within the bulk energy gap above E_(F).The coexistence of a high density of states and in-gap topological surface states near𝐸F suggests that La3In offers a promising platform for tuning superconductivity and exploring possible topological superconducting phases through doping or external pressure. 展开更多

目的:分析弥散张量成像(DTI)定量结合改良Van Assche评分对肛瘘活动性的诊断效能。方法:选取连云港市赣榆区人民医院2022年1月—2024年6月收治的100例肛瘘患者,均在术前进行DTI检测,并进行改良Van Assche评分评价。按照综合诊断结果(临... 目的:分析弥散张量成像(DTI)定量结合改良Van Assche评分对肛瘘活动性的诊断效能。方法:选取连云港市赣榆区人民医院2022年1月—2024年6月收治的100例肛瘘患者,均在术前进行DTI检测,并进行改良Van Assche评分评价。按照综合诊断结果(临床症状、体征、影像学及实验室检查)对肛瘘活动性进行评估,将患者分为活动性组及静止期组,比较两组DTI定量检测结果及改良Van Assche评分,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析相关参数对肛瘘活动性的诊断效能。结果:活动性组改良Van Assche评分为(23.04±3.58)分,高于静止期组的(18.01±2.87)分,各向异性分数(FA)值、表观弥散系数(ADC)均低于静止期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC分析显示,FA值、ADC值联合改良Van Assche评分诊断肛瘘活动性的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.954、灵敏度为96.70%、特异度为87.00%、约登指数为0.800,均高于单一参数诊断。结论:DTI定量结合改良Van Assche评分可有效诊断肛瘘活动性,为临床诊断提供参考依据,值得临床应用。 展开更多

This paper applies washout filter technology to amplitude control of limit cycles emerging from Hopf bifurcation of the van der Pol-Duffing system. The controlling parameters for the appearance of Hopf bifurcation are given by the Routh-Hurwitz criteria. Noticeably, numerical simulation indicates that the controllers control the amplitude of limit cycles not only of the weakly nonlinear van der Pol-Duffing system but also of the strongly nonlinear van der Pol-Duffing system. In particular, the emergence of Hopf bifurcation can be controlled by a suitable choice of controlling parameters. Gain-amplitude curves of controlled systems are also drawn. 展开更多

Three cases are discussed: (1) λ 1 is considered as bifurcation parameter, (2) λ 2 is considered as bifurcation parameter, and (3) λ 1 and λ 2 are both considered as bifurcation parameters. According to the definition of transition sets, the whole parametric space is divided into several different persistent regions by the transition sets for different cases. The bifurcation diagrams in different persistent regions are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for optimal design of the system. 展开更多

The Chebyshev polynomial approximation is applied to investigate the stochastic period-doubling bifurcation and chaos problems of a stochastic Duffing-van der Pol system with bounded random parameter of exponential probability density function subjected to a harmonic excitation. Firstly the stochastic system is reduced into its equivalent deterministic one, and then the responses of stochastic system can be obtained by numerical methods. Nonlinear dynamical behaviour related to stochastic period-doubling bifurcation and chaos in the stochastic system is explored. Numerical simulations show that similar to its counterpart in deterministic nonlinear system of stochastic period-doubling bifurcation and chaos may occur in the stochastic Duffing-van der Pol system even for weak intensity of random parameter. Simply increasing the intensity of the random parameter may result in the period-doubling bifurcation which is absent from the deterministic system. 展开更多

In this paper, the Chebyshev polynomial approximation is applied to the problem of stochastic period-doubling bifurcation of a stochastic Bonhoeffer-van der Pol (BVP for short) system with a bounded random parameter. In the analysis, the stochastic BVP system is transformed by the Chebyshev polynomial approximation into an equivalent deterministic system, whose response can be readily obtained by conventional numerical methods. In this way we have explored plenty of stochastic period-doubling bifurcation phenomena of the stochastic BVP system. The numerical simulations show that the behaviour of the stochastic period-doubling bifurcation in the stochastic BVP system is by and large similar to that in the deterministic mean-parameter BVP system, but there are still some featured differences between them. For example, in the stochastic dynamic system the period-doubling bifurcation point diffuses into a critical interval and the location of the critical interval shifts with the variation of intensity of the random parameter. The obtained results show that Chebyshev polynomial approximation is an effective approach to dynamical problems in some typical nonlinear systems with a bounded random parameter of an arch-like probability density function. 展开更多

The early fatigue damage in the van-body of the semi-trailer is often caused by the unique mechanical characteristics and the dynamic impact of the loads.The traditional finite element method with static strength analysis cannot support the fatigue design of van-body;thus,the dynamics analysis should be adopted for the endurance performance.The accurate dynamics model to describe the transient impacts of all kinds of uneven road and the proper system transfer functions to calculate the load transfer effects from tire to van-body are two critical factors for transient dynamics analysis.In order to evaluate the dynamic performance,the dynamics model of the trailer with the air suspension is brought forward.Then the analysis method of the power spectral density (PSD) is set up to study the transient responses of the road dynamic impacts.The transient responses transferred from axles to van-body are calculated,such as dynamic stress,dynamic RMS acceleration,and dynamic load factors.Based on the above dynamic responses,the fatigue life of van-body is predicted with the finite element analysis (FEA) method.Applying the test parameters of the trailer with air suspension,the simulation system with Matlab/Simulink is constructed to describe the dynamic responses of the impacts of the tested PSD of the vehicle axles,and then the fatigue life is predicted with FEA method.The simulated results show that the vibration level of the van-body with air suspension is reduced and the fatigue life is improved.The real vehicle tests on different roads are carried out,and the test results validate the accuracy of the simulation system.The proposed fatigue life prediction method is effective for the virtual design of auto-body. 展开更多

By using comparison method, a general asymptotical stability criterion by means of linear matrix inequality (LMI) is derived for the T-S fuzzy model of VDPL system with impulsive effects. 各种微型电子元件在发展过程中逐渐对供电的免维护性提出了更高的要求,且用电器所在的环境中存在着天然的振动能量,收集振动能量进行供电是替代传统能源的有效途径之一.目前振动能量采集技术主要集中于粘性阻尼的采集系统,而van der Po... 各种微型电子元件在发展过程中逐渐对供电的免维护性提出了更高的要求,且用电器所在的环境中存在着天然的振动能量,收集振动能量进行供电是替代传统能源的有效途径之一.目前振动能量采集技术主要集中于粘性阻尼的采集系统,而van der Pol阻尼在电子工程、气动力学、生物学等领域有着广泛的应用,但有关van der Pol阻尼振动能量采集系统的工作少有报道.本文研究了van der Pol阻尼下三稳态能量采集器对于低频外部激励的簇发振荡现象和采集性能.运用快慢分析法,分析了系统的簇发振荡机理,观察到了极限环的分岔.采用数值方法,通过转换相图,验证了系统在不同频率比下的分岔机理.根据系统响应的时间历程,发现了大幅度的簇发振荡和较高的稳定电压响应.最后,计算了系统在不同频率比的外部激励下的平均输出电压,与粘性阻尼系统进行了对比,结果表明van der Pol阻尼下三稳态能量采集器具有更高的采集性能.此外,还比较了不同阻尼对输出电能的影响,并讨论了最优输出功率. 展开更多

In the present paper, we study the effect of van Hove singularities of conduction electron on the transport of a single quantum dot system in the Kondo regime. By using both the equation-of-motion and the noncrossing approximation techniques, we show that the corrections caused by these singularities are actually minor. It can be explained by observing that the singularities in the equations, which determine the electronic DOS on the dot, are integrable. Furthermore, we find that, although each line width function is divergent at van Hove singular points, the total divergence is canceled out in the final formula to calculate the current through the system. Therefore, as far as the qualitative properties of the system is concerned, these singularities can be ignored and the wide-band approximation can be safely used in calculation. 展开更多

The drive for efficient thermal management has intensified with the miniaturization of electronic devices.This study explores the modulation of phonon transport within graphene by introducing silicon nanoparticles influenced by van der Waals forces.Our approach involves the application of non-equilibrium molecular dynamics to assess thermal conductivity while varying the interaction strength,leading to a noteworthy reduction in thermal conductivity.Furthermore,we observe a distinct attenuation in length-dependent behavior within the graphene-nanoparticles system.Our exploration combines wave packet simulations with phonon transmission calculations,aligning with a comprehensive analysis of the phonon transport regime to unveil the underlying physical mechanisms at play.Lastly,we conduct transient molecular dynamics simulations to investigate interfacial thermal conductance between the nanoparticles and the graphene,revealing an enhanced thermal boundary conductance.This research not only contributes to our understanding of phonon transport but also opens a new degree of freedom for utilizing van der Waals nanoparticle-induced resonance,offering promising avenues for the modulation of thermal properties in advanced materials and enhancing their performance in various technological applications. 展开更多

The present study is related to design a stochastic framework for the numerical treatment of the Van der Pol heartbeat model(VP-HBM)using the feedforward artificial neural networks(ANNs)under the optimization of particle swarm optimization(PSO)hybridized with the active-set algorithm(ASA),i.e.,ANNs-PSO-ASA.The global search PSO scheme and local refinement of ASA are used as an optimization procedure in this study.An error-based merit function is defined using the differential VP-HBM form as well as the initial conditions.The optimization of the merit function is accomplished using the hybrid computing performances of PSO-ASA.The designed performance of ANNs-PSO-ASA is implemented for the numerical treatment of the VP-HBM dynamics by fluctuating the pulse shape adjustment terms,external forcing factor and damping coefficient with fixed ventricular contraction period.To perform the correctness of the present scheme,the obtained numerical results through the designed ANN-PSO-ASA will be compared with the Adams numerical method.The statistical investigations with larger dataset are provided using the“mean absolute deviation”,“Theil’s inequality coefficient”and“variance account for”operators to perform the applicability,reliability,and effectiveness of the designed ANNs-PSO-ASA scheme for solving the VP-HBM. 展开更多

在医学影像领域,肝脏CT图像分割对肝病的早期诊断和治疗规划不可或缺,但肝脏的复杂形态与周围组织的低对比度使得肝脏分割尤为困难。为此,提出一种基于VAN_ResUNet的肝脏CT图像分割方法。首先,在编码层嵌入视觉注意力网络,加强模型对肝... 在医学影像领域,肝脏CT图像分割对肝病的早期诊断和治疗规划不可或缺,但肝脏的复杂形态与周围组织的低对比度使得肝脏分割尤为困难。为此,提出一种基于VAN_ResUNet的肝脏CT图像分割方法。首先,在编码层嵌入视觉注意力网络,加强模型对肝脏细微结构的捕捉能力;其次,引入大核注意力机制,通过分解卷积捕获长距离关系,加强特征之间的通道交互性;最后,利用改进的大核注意力特征融合模块跨层连接特征来提取多尺度信息,并拼接两条支路关注全局和局部特征,以显著提升分割准确性。在公开数据集上的实验表明,所提模型的平均交并比、平均精确率、Dice系数分别为97.02%,96.10%,95.12%,优于现有算法。 展开更多

The presence of a van Hove singularity(vHS)at the Fermi level can trigger magnetic instability by mediating a spontaneous transition from paramagnetic to magnetically ordered states.While electrostatic doping(typically achieved via ionic gating)to shift the vHS to the Fermi level provides a general mechanism for engineering such magnetism,its volatile nature often leads to the collapse of induced states upon gate field removal.Here,a novel scheme is presented for non-volatile magnetic control by utilizing ferroelectric heterostructures to achieve reversible magnetism switching.Using two-dimensional VSiN_(3),a nonmagnetic material with Mexican-hat electronic band dispersions hosting vHSs,as a prototype,it is preliminarily demonstrated that both electron and hole doping can robustly induce magnetism.Further,by interfacing VSiN_(3)with ferroelectric Sc_(2)CO_(2),reversible switching of its magnetic state via polarization-driven heterointerfacial charge transfer is achieved.This mechanism enables a dynamic transition between insulating and half-metallic phases in VSiN_(3),establishing a pathway to design multiferroic tunnel junctions with giant tunneling electroresistance or magnetoresistance.This work bridges non-volatile ferroelectric control with vHS-enhanced magnetism,opening opportunities for energy-efficient and high-performance spintronic devices and non-volatile memory devices. 展开更多

The kagome metals AV_(3)Sb_(5)(A=K,Rb,Cs)feature intertwined Dirac fermions,topological flat bands,and van Hove singularities(vHS)near the Fermi level,which give rise to a range of exotic,strongly correlated phenomena such as charge density waves(CDW)and superconductivity.Although the vHS from V 3d states have been implicated in CDW formation,their three-dimensional nature and temperature evolution remain poorly understood.In this study,we used high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and density functional theory to reveal pronounced out-of-plane dispersion of vHS and their temperature dependence in KV_(3)Sb_(5).The identified c-axis band folding and scattering channels were directly linked to the CDW order.These results demonstrate that the CDW transition in this family involves cooperative coupling between electron correlations and structural modulation along the c axis.This offers new insights into the interplay of topology,correlations,and lattice instabilities in kagome metals. 展开更多
