In accordance with a new compensation principle of discrete computations,the traditional meteo- rological global (pseudo-) spectral schemes of barotropic primitive equation (s) are transformed into perfect energy conservative fidelity schemes,thus resolving the problems of both nonlinear computa- tional instability and incomplete energy conservation,and raising the computational efficiency of the traditional schemes. As the numerical tests of the new schemes demonstrate,in solving the problem of energy conser- vation in operational computations,the new schemes can eliminate the (nonlinear) computational in- stability and,to some extent even the (nonlinear) computational diverging as found in the traditional schemes,Further contrasts between new and traditional schemes also indicate that,in discrete opera- tional computations,the new scheme in the case of nondivergence is capable of prolonging the valid in- tegral time of the corresponding traditional scheme,and eliminating certain kind of systematical com- putational“climate drift”,meanwhile increasing its computational accuracy and reducing its amount of computation.The working principle of this paper is also applicable to the problem concerning baroclin- ic primitive equations. 展开更多

Dynamic time warping(DTW)spends most of the time in generating the correlation table,and it establishes the global path constraints to reduce the time complexity.However,the global constraints restrain just in terms of the time axis.In this paper,we therefore propose another version of DTW,to be called branch-and-bound DTW(BnB-DTW),which adaptively controb its global path constraints by reflecting the contents of input patterns. Experimental results show that the suggested BnB-DTW algorithm performs more efficiently than other conventional DTW approaches while not increasing the optimal warping cost. 展开更多

In parallel real-time database systems, concurrency control protocols must satisfy time constraints as well as the integrity constraints. The authors present a validation concurrency control(VCC) protocol, which can enhance the performance of real-time concurrency control mechanism by reducing the number of transactions that might miss their deadlines, and compare the performance of validation concurrency control protocol with that of HP2PL(High priority two phase locking) protocol and OCC-TI-WAIT-50(Optimistic concurrency control-time interval-wait-50) protocol under shared-disk architecture by simulation. The simulation results reveal that the protocol the author presented can effectively reduce the number of transactions restarting which might miss their deadlines and performs better than HP2PL and OCC-TI-WAIT-50. It works well when arrival rate of transaction is lesser than threshold. However, due to resource contention the percentage of missing deadline increases sharply when arrival rate is greater than the threshold. 展开更多

In the study on functional low-carbon ergonomic validity in buildings,ergonomic validity is different from resource validity which is easy for quantitative analysis. To eliminate the complexity and uncertainty impacts of human factors on quantitative study,it proposes a method of building a parameter of ergonomic validity—multi-effect time by using cardiotachometer to record heart rate change,being used to evaluate the functional low-carbon ergonomic validity targeting at the ontological characteristics of kitchen. This method is used to determine the physical consumption intensity( multi-effect) through heart rate incremental relation based on the principles of physiology and ergonomics,and to confirm the ergonomic validity of environmental factors by the time to complete standard work as well as multi-effect quantitative analysis. The test results show that,under the kitchen operating conditions,the multi-effect( ME) can properly reflect the real-time status of the operator and is easily operated; the parameters obtained are not significantly related to the physiological status of the operator,and multi-effect time( MT) is sensitive to the physical consumption brought about to the operator due to kitchen environmental factors; thus,it can be taken as an objective index,which is simple and easy to operate in residential kitchen functional low-carbon evaluation. 展开更多

基于改进鲸鱼优化算法的种植业碳排放预测

种植业碳排放是温室气体排放的重要来源之一,对其进行准确预测与有效管理能够减缓气候变化和推动农业可持续发展。传统预测模型难以捕捉种植业碳排放系统中复杂的非线性关系,且模型鲁棒性不足,易引发过拟合。为了优化现有种植业碳排放... 种植业碳排放是温室气体排放的重要来源之一,对其进行准确预测与有效管理能够减缓气候变化和推动农业可持续发展。传统预测模型难以捕捉种植业碳排放系统中复杂的非线性关系,且模型鲁棒性不足,易引发过拟合。为了优化现有种植业碳排放预测方法,本研究以黑龙江省为例,开展种植业碳排放预测研究。首先,采用联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)碳排放系数法,综合考虑农地利用碳排放、稻田CH_(4)排放和农地N_(2)O排放,对2001—2022年黑龙江省种植业碳排放量进行系统测算。在此基础上,构建涵盖社会经济驱动、生产规模效应和技术能耗强度3个维度的长短期记忆网络(LSTM)模型,并引入改进鲸鱼优化算法(IWOA)对LSTM模型的隐藏单元数、学习率、批量大小和训练轮次4个超参数进行优化,以提升模型的预测性能。最后,利用IWOA-LSTM模型预测了基准情景和低碳情景下2023—2027年黑龙江省种植业碳排放。研究结果显示:1)黑龙江省种植业碳排放量呈“先快速增长后波动下降”的趋势,2015年达到峰值(2045.28万t)。主要的碳排放源包括稻田CH4排放、农地N2O排放以及化肥生产和施用导致的碳排放,年平均占比分别为41.42%、38.26%和11.65%。2)与未经优化的LSTM模型相比,IWOA-LSTM模型在预测准确性和稳定性方面均有显著提升,其平均绝对误差为55.82万t,均方根误差为61.74万t,平均绝对百分比误差为2.83%,分别低于LSTM模型的114.41万t、124.72万t和5.78%。3)采用IWOA-LSTM模型,对2023—2027年黑龙江省种植业基准情景和低碳情景碳排放预测的结果显示,通过控制农作物种植面积、提升化肥施用效率以及减少单位面积农机柴油消耗量,能够有效抑制黑龙江省种植业的碳排放增长。 展开更多

目的验证实时定量端粒酶重复扩增方法(Real-Time Quantitative Telomerase Repeat Amplification Protocol,RQ-TRAP)的方法学性能,包括专属性、准确性、精密度、线性、扩增效率、定量下限(Lower Limit of Quantification,LLOQ),并将其... 目的验证实时定量端粒酶重复扩增方法(Real-Time Quantitative Telomerase Repeat Amplification Protocol,RQ-TRAP)的方法学性能,包括专属性、准确性、精密度、线性、扩增效率、定量下限(Lower Limit of Quantification,LLOQ),并将其应用于人源间充质干细胞(Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells,hMSCs)的端粒酶活性检测评价,以评估hMSCs的增殖潜能、衰老进程及潜在肿瘤转化风险,为再生医学中的细胞疗法提供标准化检测手段。方法采用RQ-TRAP方法对hMSCs进行端粒酶活性检测。hMSCs来源于人脐带,培养于MEM-α培养液中。样品制备包括细胞裂解提取,RQ-TRAP体系使用TRAP Reaction Buffer等试剂,荧光定量聚合酶链式反应仪进行绝对定量检测。方法学验证使用TSR8标准品进行专属性、准确性(回收率)、中间精密度(RSD)、线性(R^(2)和扩增效率)和LLOQ(回收率置信区间)评估。hMSCs检测包括标准曲线拟合和Ct值计算端粒酶活性。结果方法学验证显示专属性良好,无热灭活细胞基质干扰;准确性回收率95%置信区间为91.37%~111.0%(符合75%~125%);中间精密度RSD均<25%;线性R^(2)>0.99,扩增效率104.1%(90%~110%);LLOQ为0.2 TPG Units(回收率置信区间70%~130%)。hMSCs端粒酶活性为1.432 TPG/万个细胞,标准曲线扩增效率102.6%。结论RQ-TRAP方法经验证可靠、灵敏,适用于hMSCs端粒酶活性定量检测,可有效评估细胞衰老和肿瘤风险。该方法填补hMSCs标准化检测空白,支持再生医学安全应用。 展开更多

The petrol truck routing problem is an important part of the petrol supply chain.This study focuses on determining routes for distributing petrol products from a depot to petrol stations with the objective of minimizing the total travel cost and the fixed cost required to use the trucks.We propose a mathematical model that considers petrol trucks returning to a depot multiple times and develop a heuristic algorithm based on a local branch-and-bound search with a tabu list and the Metropolis acceptance criterion.In addition,an approach that accelerates the solution process by adding several valid inequalities is presented.In this study,the trucks are homogeneous and have two compartments,and each truck can execute at most three tasks daily.The sales company arranges the transfer amount and the time windows for each station.The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by comparing its results with the optimal results.In addition,a real-world case of routing petrol trucks in Beijing is studied to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

Teleoperation rendezvous and docking can be used as a backup for autonomous rendezvous and docking(RVD) for an unmanned spacecraft when the autonomous system is failure or for guiding the chaser docking with an uncooperative target.The theoretical model for analyzing the handling qualities in teleoperation RVD process is established based on the previous studies conducted by National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA).The predictive factor is introduced to describe the pilot's predictive ability in the teleoperation tasks with time delay,which interrelates with the skills of a pilot and the predictive assist approach used in the tasks such as the predictive display method.Based on the semi-physical simulation system in our laboratory,900 experiments at two levels of time delay are carried out by 18 volunteers for validating the established model.The experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical model and indicate that a skilled pilot has a predictive ability of approximately 0.9 in teleoperation RVD tasks.The theoretical analysis shows that the handling qualities are greatly affected by the time delay and the predictive factor,and it is impossible to achieve a teleoperation RVD task for the skilled pilot when the time delay is larger than 9.0 s. 展开更多

The Boltzmann-Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook(BGK)model is investigated for its validity regarding the collision term approximation through relaxation evaluation. The evaluation is based on theoretical analysis and numerical comparison between the BGK and direct simulation Monte Carlo(DSMC) results for three specifically designed relaxation problems. In these problems, one or half component of the velocity distribution is characterized by another Maxwellian distribution with a different temperature. It is analyzed that the relaxation time in the BGK model is unequal to the molecular mean collision time. Relaxation of component distribution fails to involve enough contribution from other component distributions, which makes the BGK model unable to capture details of velocity distribution, especially when discontinuity exists in distribution. The BGK model,however, predicts satisfactory results including fluxes during relaxation when the temperature difference is small. Particularly, the model-induced error in the BGK model increases with the temperature difference, thus the model is more reliable for low-speed rarefied flows than for hypersonic flows. 展开更多

Reliability and validity of the French version of the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire

Background:The Global Physical Activity Questionnaire(GPAQ)has been used to measure physical activity(PA)and sedentary time in France,but no study has assessed its psychometric properties.This study aimed to compare the reliability as well as criterion and concurrent validity of the French version of the GPAQ with the French International Physical Activity Questionnaire long form(IPAQ-LF)and use of an accelerometer in a general adult population.Methods:We included 92 participants(students or staff)from the Medicine Campus at the University of Lorraine,Nancy(north-eastern France).The French GPAQ was completed twice,7 days apart,to study test-retest reliability.The IPAQ-LF was used to assess concurrent validity of the GPAQ,and participants wore an accelerometer(ActiGraph GT3X+)for 7 days to study criterion validity.Reliability as well as concurrent and criterion validity of the GPAQ were tested by the intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC),Spearman correlation coefficient for quantitative variables,and Kappa and Phi coefficients for qualitative variables.Both concurrent and criterion validity of GPAQ were assessed by Bland-Altman plots.Results:The GPAQ showed poor to good reliability(ICC=0.37-0.94;Kappa=0.50-0.62)and concurrent validity(Spearman r=0.41-0.86),but only poor criterion validity(Spearman r=-0.22-0.42).Limits of agreement for the GPAQ and accelerometer were wide,with differences between 286.5 min/week and 601.3 min/week.Conclusion:The French version of the GPAQ provides limited but acceptable reliability and validity for the measurement of PA and sedentary time.It may be used for assessing PA and sedentary time in a French adult population. 展开更多

Multi-segment and Multi-ply Overlapping Process of Multi Coupled Activities Based on Valid Information Evolution 被引量:1

Complex product development will inevitably face the design planning of the multi-coupled activities, and overlapping these activities could potentially reduce product development time, but there is a risk of the additional cost. Although the downstream task information dependence to the upstream task is already considered in the current researches, but the design process overall iteration caused by the information interdependence between activities is hardly discussed; especially the impact on the design process' overall iteration from the valid information accumulation process. Secondly, most studies only focus on the single overlapping process of two activities, rarely take multi-segment and multi-ply overlapping process of multi coupled activities into account; especially the inherent link between product development time and cost which originates from the overlapping process of multi coupled activities. For the purpose of solving the above problems, as to the insufficiency of the accumulated valid information in overlapping process, the function of the valid information evolution (VIE) degree is constructed. Stochastic process theory is used to describe the design information exchange and the valid information accumulation in the overlapping segment, and then the planning models of the single overlapping segment are built. On these bases, by analyzing overlapping processes and overlapping features of multi-coupling activities, multi-segment and multi-ply overlapping planning models are built; by sorting overlapping processes and analyzing the construction of these planning models, two conclusions are obtained: (1) As to multi-segment and multi-ply overlapping of multi coupled activities, the total decrement of the task set development time is the sum of the time decrement caused by basic overlapping segments, and minus the sum of the time increment caused by multiple overlapping segments; (2) the total increment of development cost is the sum of the cost increment caused by all overlapping process. And then, based on overlapping degree analysis of these planning models, by the V1E degree function, the four lemmas theory proofs are represented, and two propositions are finally proved: (1) The multi-ply overlapping of the multi coupled activities will weaken the basic overlapping effect on the development cycle time reduction (2) Overlapping the multi coupled activities will decrease product development cycle, but increase product development cost. And there is trade-off between development time and cost. And so, two methods are given to slacken and eliminate multi-ply overlapping effects. At last, an example about a vehicle upper subsystem design illustrates the application of the proposed models; compared with a sequential execution pattern, the decreasing of development cycle (22%) and the increasing of development cost (3%) show the validity of the method in the example The proposed research not only lays a theoretical foundation for correctly planning complex product development process, but also provides specific and effective operation methods for overlapping multi coupled activities. 展开更多

Background: Athletes, coaches, sport psychology practitioners, and researchers suggest that mental toughness represents an important construct that is associated with athletic performance. Unfortunately, the absence of real-world performance as a dependent variable has limited our ability to substantiate this claim. The concern of a lack of ecologically valid measures of sports performance might be addressed by examining the relationship between mental toughness and sports performance using a standardized measure of personal best(PB) triathlon time and a validated unidimensional measure of mental toughness.Methods: Three hundred and sixteen triathletes completed the 8-item mental toughness index(MTI), reported their age, and provided a PB Olympic distance triathlon time and the total number of triathlons they had completed to date. Given that males are typically quicker than females, a standardized time was calculated by dividing the PB by the current Olympic record for gender; we also hypothesized that more experienced triathletes would report quicker PB times because of greater frequency and duration of training. Once we had controlled for gender and experience,we predicted that mental toughness would be negatively associated with triathlon time and the size of the relationship would be of a moderate magnitude.Results: Results revealed small-to moderate-sized negative relationships between both completed number of triathlons and mental toughness with standardized PB time.Conclusion: The hierarchical regression analysis showed that mental toughness provided a unique contribution to the variability in standardized Olympic triathlon PB after controlling for the total number of triathlons completed. 展开更多

针对污水生物处理过程中胞外聚合物(EPS)产量、组分及除磷性能,在TUD联合代谢模型基础上构建EPS模型(TUD-EPS).TUD模型被拓展,嵌入EPS产量、组分及除磷3个子模块,旨在全面解析EPS在污水生物中的多重角色,并使之最终产量最大化而实现潜... 针对污水生物处理过程中胞外聚合物(EPS)产量、组分及除磷性能,在TUD联合代谢模型基础上构建EPS模型(TUD-EPS).TUD模型被拓展,嵌入EPS产量、组分及除磷3个子模块,旨在全面解析EPS在污水生物中的多重角色,并使之最终产量最大化而实现潜在的高值资源化.构建模型用实验室中试规模生物营养物去除(BNR)工艺进行校正并验证,可以准确地模拟EPS产量、组分及除磷,揭示一些通过实验手段难以完成的作用机制.预测结果显示,缩短污泥龄(SRT)可以明显增加EPS产量,但对其中含磷量影响不明显;EPS对生物除磷贡献率约为11%,主要是通过吸附与转运机制促进磷去除;EPS在脱氮过程中起到吸附NH+4及临时储存作用,有助于提高处理系统的稳定性;在满足BNR系统脱氮除磷需求的前提下,获得最大EPS产量的适宜SRT应≥7d.这些模拟预测为深入理解EPS在污水生物处理中的作用及工艺优化运行提供了理论依据. 展开更多

日常时间管理量表的汉化及信效度检验

目的:将日常时间管理量表(Daily Time Management Scale,DTMS)进行汉化,并对其进行信效度检验。方法:遵循Brislin翻译模式进行量表翻译,通过专家咨询和预调查进行文化调适后形成中文版DTMS。采用便利抽样法,选取300例2型糖尿病病人进行... 目的:将日常时间管理量表(Daily Time Management Scale,DTMS)进行汉化,并对其进行信效度检验。方法:遵循Brislin翻译模式进行量表翻译,通过专家咨询和预调查进行文化调适后形成中文版DTMS。采用便利抽样法,选取300例2型糖尿病病人进行横断面调查,分析中文版DTMS的信效度。结果:中文版DTMS项目分析结果显示所有条目均设计合理、区分度良好。量表条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.875~1.000,量表内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.928。探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为64.695%。总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.864,3个维度的Cronbach's α系数分别为0.851,0.834,0.746;重测信度为0.845。中文版DTMS包括工作满意度与生活充实度的协调、生活节奏调整和全面考量的目标取向3个维度,共16个条目。结论:中文版DTMS在2型糖尿病病人中的应用具有良好的信效度,可作为评估2型糖尿病病人日常时间管理的有效工具。 展开更多

【目的】通过构建NtCET4基因过表达植株,分析该基因在调控烟草开花时间中的作用,探讨基于NtCET4操纵提高烟草有效叶数量从而提高烟叶产量的可行性。【方法】构建NtCET4基因过表达载体后,通过农杆菌介导的叶盘转化法转化烟草获得转化植株... 【目的】通过构建NtCET4基因过表达植株,分析该基因在调控烟草开花时间中的作用,探讨基于NtCET4操纵提高烟草有效叶数量从而提高烟叶产量的可行性。【方法】构建NtCET4基因过表达载体后,通过农杆菌介导的叶盘转化法转化烟草获得转化植株,PCR和GUS染色鉴定的转化植株通过苗期RT-qPCR分析过表达特性,过表达株系移栽后观察其开花时间、有效叶数量的变化,并通过RT-qPCR分析NtCET4在开花前后相对表达量的变化。【结果】与野生型‘K326’相比,9个转基因株系中4个株系为NtCET4过表达株系。NtCET4过表达株系花芽分化时间显著延迟(较‘K326’晚12 d左右),有效叶片数量增加。检测开花前后的NtCET4表达量发现,过表达株系的表达量均高于野生型,且开花前表达量大于开花后。【结论】烟草植株中NtCET4过表达能有效延长营养芽活动时间从而实现延迟开花,增加植株的有效叶片数量。 展开更多

基于逆境生物学和表观遗传学取得的进展,将现有只考虑发育速率对环境响应机制的发育模式理论框架修改为考虑响应、适应与记忆机制的框架并进行验证。以适应机制为例,选择发育阶段始期的日序(DOY)作为表征适应性的因子,并与线性温度响应... 基于逆境生物学和表观遗传学取得的进展,将现有只考虑发育速率对环境响应机制的发育模式理论框架修改为考虑响应、适应与记忆机制的框架并进行验证。以适应机制为例,选择发育阶段始期的日序(DOY)作为表征适应性的因子,并与线性温度响应函数结合,构建了耦合响应与适应机制的发育模式—RAM。利用中国194个农业气象站玉米营养生长阶段(VGP)和生殖生长阶段(RGP)观测资料,验证了RAM模式的有效性。结果表明,DOY与发育速率普遍呈正相关,且所有站点两个发育阶段的DOY与温度的共线性均在可接受范围内。与线性关系相比,RAM模式在营奍生长(VGP)和生殖生长(RGP)阶段对观测数据的解释率分别提高0.213和0.274。与经过充分校正的双线性(WOFOST)和非线性(Gao)模式相比,参数率定数据RAM可将VGP的均方根误差(RMSE)分别减小0.4和0.4 d,RGP阶段分别减小1.6和0.7 d。检验数据RAM可将VGP的RMSE分别减小0.1和0.4 d,RGP阶段分别减小1.1和0.4 d。此外,RAM模式还具有参数少、参数化过程简单等优点。修改后的发育模式框架以较少的假设实现了更准确的模拟,具有较好的理论发展和实际应用前景。 展开更多
