Analysis of quaternary digital chaotic sequence performance based on chaotic matrix

With good randomness and high sensitivity to initial values,chaotic sequences have been extensively used in secure communication.Real chaotic sequences are highly sensitive to initial values.It is an analog quantity in the domain of attraction,which is not conducive to the transmission of digital signals.In order to improve the stability,real chaotic sequences can be quantized into digital chaotic sequences.According to the relationship between the information rate and the symbol rate,the symbol rate of binary sequence is the same as the information rate.The information rate can be doubled by quantizing a real-valued sequence into a quaternary sequence.The chaotic sequence has weak periodicity.Moreover,the periodicity of binary digital chaotic sequences is much weaker than that of quaternary chaotic sequences.Compared with the multi-dimensional chaotic map,the one-dimensional chaotic map has small key space and low security.In this paper,a new real-valued chaotic sequence is generated based on the chaotic matrix method constructed by Logistic map and Kent map.Two quantization methods are used to digitize the real-valued chaotic sequence to obtain the quaternary digital chaotic sequence.Moreover,the randomness,the time series complexity and the correlation of the new quaternary chaotic sequence are compared and studied.The simulation results demonstrate that the quaternary digital chaotic sequence obtained by the chaotic matrix has good randomness and correlation. 展开更多

Effects of ocean wave spectra on the polarized bidirectional reflectance distribution function matrix at Ku-band and its implications on satellite backscattering simulations

A polarized bidirectional reflectance distribution function(pBRDF)matrix is developed from two-scale roughness theory with the aim of providing more accurate simulations of microwave emissions and scattering required for ocean-atmosphere coupled radiative transfer models.The potential of the pBRDF matrix is explored for simu-lating the ocean backscatter at Ku-band.The effects of ocean wave spectra including the modified Durden and Vesecky(DV2),Elfouhaily,and Kudryavtsev spectra on the pBRDF matrix backscatter simulations are investi-gated.Additionally,the differences in backscattering normalized radar cross-section(NRCS)simulations between the Ku-band geophysical model function and pBRDF matrix are analyzed.The results show that the pBRDF matrix can reasonably reproduce the spatial distribution of ocean surface backscattering energy,but the distribution pat-tern and numerical values are influenced by ocean wave spectra.The DV2 spectrum is the best one for the pBRDF matrix to simulate horizontally polarized NRCSs,with the exception of scenarios where the incidence angle is below 35°,the wind speed is less than 10 m s^(−1),and in the cross-wind direction.Also,the DV2 spectrum effec-tively characterizes the wind speed and relative azimuth angle dependence for vertically polarized NRCSs.The Elfouhaily spectrum is suitable for simulating vertically polarized NRCSs under conditions of low wind speed(be-low 5 m s^(−1))and incidence angles under 40°.The Kudryavtsev spectrum excels in simulating vertically polarized NRCSs at high incidence angles(>40°)and horizontally polarized NRCSs at low incidence angles(<35°). 展开更多

Predicting CircRNA-Disease Associations via Non-Negative Matrix Factorization Fused with Multiple Similarity Networks

CircRNAs,widely found throughout the human bodies,play a crucial role in regulating various biological processes and are closely linked to complex human diseases.Investigating potential associations between circRNAs and diseases can enhance our understanding of diseases and provide new strategies and tools for early diagnosis,treatment,and disease prevention.However,existing models have limitations in accurately capturing similarities,handling the sparse and noise attributes of association networks,and fully leveraging bioinformatical aspects from multiple viewpoints.To address these issues,this study introduces a new non-negative matrix factorization-based framework called NMFMSN.First,we incorporate circRNA sequence data and disease semantic information to compute circRNA and disease similarity,respectively.Given the sparse known associations between circRNAs and diseases,we reconstruct the network to complete more associations by imputing missing links based on neighboring circRNA and disease interactions.Finally,we integrate these two similarity networks into a non-negative matrix factorization framework to identify potential circRNA-disease associations.Upon conducting 5-fold cross-validation and leave-one-out cross-validation,the AUC values for NMFMSN reach 0.9712 and 0.9768,respectively,outperforming the currently most advanced models.Case studies on lung cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma show that NMFMSN is a good way to predict new associations between circRNAs and diseases. 展开更多

Constructing two-scale network microstructure with nano-Ti5Si3 for superhigh creep resistance 被引量:21

The improvement of mechanical properties must be achieved by designing and constructing more suitable microstructure,such as hierarchical microstructure.In order to significantly enhance the creep resistance of titanium matrix composites(TMCs),two-scale network microstructure was constructed including the first-scale network(<150μm)with micro-TiB whisker(TiBw)reinforcement and the second-scale network(<30μm)with nano-Ti5Si3 reinforcement by powder metallurgy and in-situ synthesis.The results showed that the creep rate of the composite was remarkably reduced by an order of magnitude compared with the Ti6Al4V alloy at 550℃,600℃,650℃ under the stresses between 100 MPa and 350 MPa.Moreover,the rupture time of the composite was increased by 20 times,compared with that of the Ti6Al4 Valloy at 550℃/300 MPa.The superior creep resistance could be attributed to the hierarchical microstructure.The micro-TiBw reinforcement in the first-scale network boundary contributed to creep resistance primarily by blocking grain boundary sliding,while the nano-Ti5Si3 particle in the second-scale network boundary mainly by hindering phase boundary sliding.In addition,the nano-Ti5Si3 particle was dissolved,and precipitated with smaller size than the primary Ti5Si3.This phenomenon was attributed to Si element diffusion under high temperature and external stress,which could further continuously enhance the creep resistance.Finally,the creep rate during steady-state stage was significantly decreased,which manifested superior creep resistance of the composite. 展开更多

To solve product disassembly sequence planning problems efficiently, a product disassembly hybrid graph model, which describes the connection, non-connection and precedence relationships between the product parts, is established based on the characteristic of disassembly. Farther, the optimization model is provided to optimize disassembly sequence. And the solution methodology based on the genetic/simulated annealing algorithm with binaxy-tree algorithm is given. The main purpose of this article is to introduce the spaces e0^r△^(m)), ec^r△^(m)), and e∞^r△^(m))consisting of all sequences whose mth order differences are in the Euler spaces e0^r, ec^r, and e∞^r, respectively. Moreover, the authors give some topological properties and inclusion relations, and determine the α-, β-, and γ-duals of the spaces e0^r△^(m)), ec^r△^(m)), and e∞^r△^(m)), and the Schauder basis of the spaces e0^r△^(m)), ec^r△^(m)). Improved Microwave Ocean Emissivity and Reflectivity Models Derived from Two-Scale Roughness Theory 被引量:3

The Geometrical Optics(GO)approach and the FAST Emissivity Model(FASTEM)are widely used to estimate the surface radiative components in atmospheric radiative transfer simulations,but their applications are limited in specific conditions.In this study,a two-scale reflectivity model(TSRM)and a two-scale emissivity model(TSEM)are developed from the two-scale roughness theory.Unlike GO which only computes six non-zero elements in the reflectivity matrix,The TSRM includes 16 elements of Stokes reflectivity matrix which are important for improving radiative transfer simulation accuracy in a scattering atmosphere.It covers the frequency range from L-to W-bands.The dependences of all TSRM elements on zenith angle,wind speed,and frequency are derived and analyzed in details.For a set of downwelling radiances in microwave frequencies,the reflected upwelling brightness temperature(BTs)are calculated from both TSRM and GO and compared for analyzing their discrepancies.The TSRM not only includes the effects of GO but also accounts for the small-scale Bragg scattering effect in an order of several degrees in Kelvins in brightness temperature.Also,the third and fourth components of the Stokes vector can only be produced from the TSRM.For the emitted radiation,BT differences in vertical polarization between a TSEM and FASTEM are generally less than 5 K when the satellite zenith angle is less than 40°,whereas those for the horizontal component can be quite significant,greater than 20 K. 展开更多

In our paper, we add a new supplementary aspect to their research by characterizing classes of compact operators on those spaces. For that purpose, the spaces are treated as the matrix domains of a triangle in the classical sequence spaces c 0 , c and ∞ . Previous research revealed the positive activity of matrix metalloproteinase 7(MMP7) on migration and myelin regeneration of Schwa nn cells(SCs). However, understanding of the molecular changes and biological activities induced by increased amounts of MMP7 in SCs remains limited. To better understand the underlying molecular events, primary SCs were isolated from the sciatic nerve stump of newborn rats and cultured with 10 nM human MMP7 for 24 hours. The results of genetic testing were analyzed at a relatively relaxed threshold value(fold change ≥ 1.5 and P-value < 0.05). Upon MMP7 exposure, 149 genes were found to be upregulated in SCs, whereas 133 genes were downregulated. Gene Ontology analysis suggested that many differentially expressed molecules were related to cellular processes, single-organism processes, and metabolic processes. Kyoto Enrichment of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis further indicated the critical involvement of cell signaling and metabolism in MMP7-induced molecular regulation of SCs. Results of Ingenuity Pathway Analysis(IPA) also revealed that MMP7 regulates biological processes, molecular functions, cellular components, diseases and functions, biosynthesis, material metabolism, cell movement, and axon guidance. The outcomes of further analysis will deepen our comprehension of MMP7-induced biological changes in SCs. Active Motif Finder (AMF) is a novel algorithmic tool, designed based on mutations in DNA sequences. Tools available at present for finding motifs are based on matching a given motif in the query sequence. AMF describes a new algorithm that identifies the occurrences of patterns which possess all kinds of mutations like insertion, deletion and mismatch. The algorithm is mainly based on the Alignment Score Matrix (ASM) computation by com paring input motif with full length sequence. Much of the effort in bioinformatics is directed to identify these motifs in the sequences of newly discovered genes. The proposed bio-tool serves as an open resource for analysis and useful for studying polymorphisms in DNA sequences. AMF can be searched via a user-friendly interface. This tool is intended to serve the scientific community working in the areas of chemical and structural biology, and is freely available to all users, at http://www.sastra.edu/scbt/amf/. 展开更多

In this study, as the domain of four dimensional Euler mean E(r,s) of orders r,sin the space L_p for 0 < p < 1, we examine the double sequence space ε_p^(r,s) and some properties of four dimensional Euler mean. We determine the α-and β(bp)-duals of the space εp r,s, and characterize the classes(ε_p^(r,s):M_u),(ε_p^(r,s):C_(bp)) and(ε_p^(r,s):L_q) of four dimensional matrix transformations, where 1 ≤q < ∞. Finally, we shortly emphasize on the Euler spaces of single and double sequences, and note some further suggestions. 展开更多
