It can be easily used in group-oriented cryptographic applications. However, current group fuzzy extractors are not dynamic, i.e. they spend a large cost when dealing with user revocation. In this work, we propose the formal defnition and construction of dynamic group fuzzy extractor (DGFE) to address this issue. For the revocation, DGFE allows unrevoked group users to reproduce updated group keys from the existing group help data. Meanwhile, it prevents any revoked group user from generating new group keys using the previously authorized individual help data. We propose a DGFE construction based on the revocable group signature. Further-more,we give formal proofs of reusability, anonymity and traceability of our construction.展开更多

Carbonaceous aerosol,including organic carbon(OC)and elemental carbon(EC),has significant influence on human health,air quality and climate change.Accurate measurement of carbonaceous aerosol is essential to reduce th...Carbonaceous aerosol,including organic carbon(OC)and elemental carbon(EC),has significant influence on human health,air quality and climate change.Accurate measurement of carbonaceous aerosol is essential to reduce the uncertainty of radiative forcing estimation and source apportionment.The accurate separation of OC and EC is controversial due to the charring of OC.Therefore,the development of reference materials(RM)for the validation of OC/EC separation is an important basis for further study.Previous RMs were mainly based on ambient air sampling,which could not provide traceability of OC and EC concentration.To develop traceable RMs with known OC/EC contents,our study applied an improved aerosol generation and mixing technique,providing uniform deposition of particles on quartz filters.To generate OC aerosol with similar pyrolytic property of ambient aerosol,both water soluble organic carbon(WSOC)and water insoluble organic carbon(WIOC)were used,and amorphous carbon was selected for EC surrogate.The RMs were analyzed using different protocols.The homogeneity within the filter was validated,reaching below 2%.The long-term stability of RMs has been validated with RSD ranged from 1.7%–3.2%.Good correlationwas observed between nominal concentration of RMswithmeasured concentration by two protocols,while the difference of EC concentration was within 20%.The results indicated that the newly developed RMs were acceptable for the calibration of OC and EC,which could improve the accuracy of carbonaceous aerosol measurement.Moreover,the laboratory-generated EC-RMs could be suitable for the calibration of equivalent BC concentration by Aethalometers.展开更多
Almond is widely cultivated in the world thanks to the quality and healthy features of the kernel.Almond kernel is consumed fresh or employed in the food industry.Hundreds of almond cultivars were selected throughout ...Almond is widely cultivated in the world thanks to the quality and healthy features of the kernel.Almond kernel is consumed fresh or employed in the food industry.Hundreds of almond cultivars were selected throughout the long history of cultivation;in this context,an efficient method for varietal identification is essential to ensure cultivar traceability along the chain.This study surveyed the widely employed commercial kits and protocols for DNA extraction from several almond matrices including leaves,kernels(fresh and roasted)and several processed products.Commercial kits(though with minor modification)outperformed the other extraction methods for the isolation of DNA suitable for molecular analysis from all the tested matrices.In parallel,a germplasm collection composed of 140 accessions(123 Sicilian genotypes complemented with widely known national and international cultivars)was genotyped with the Axiom^(TM)60K almond SNP Array enabling the detection of 6374 unique SNPs that can be readily used for varietal traceability.A subset of unique SNPs was further validated employing a high-resolution melting(HRM)assay on a discovery panel encompassing ten of the most widely cultivated accessions.The DNA extracted from leaves and kernels of five cultivars was genotyped with eight SSRs allowing the identification of the maternal origin of each kernel.The paper integrates the survey of the widely employed protocols for DNA extraction with the high-throughput genotyping of 140 almond accessions.In this context,unique SNPs validated and optimized for an HRM assay and the availability of SSR markers demonstrated their efficacy in traceability analysis along the chain.展开更多

With the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence(AI)in domains such as power,transportation,and finance,the number of machine learning and deep learning models has grown exponentially.However,challenges such as dela...With the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence(AI)in domains such as power,transportation,and finance,the number of machine learning and deep learning models has grown exponentially.However,challenges such as delayed retraining,inconsistent version management,insufficient drift monitoring,and limited data security still hinder efficient and reliable model operations.To address these issues,this paper proposes the Intelligent Model Lifecycle Management Algorithm(IMLMA).The algorithm employs a dual-trigger mechanism based on both data volume thresholds and time intervals to automate retraining,and applies Bayesian optimization for adaptive hyperparameter tuning to improve performance.A multi-metric replacement strategy,incorporating MSE,MAE,and R2,ensures that new models replace existing ones only when performance improvements are guaranteed.A versioning and traceability database supports comparison and visualization,while real-time monitoring with stability analysis enables early warnings of latency and drift.Finally,hash-based integrity checks secure both model files and datasets.Experimental validation in a power metering operation scenario demonstrates that IMLMA reduces model update delays,enhances predictive accuracy and stability,and maintains low latency under high concurrency.This work provides a practical,reusable,and scalable solution for intelligent model lifecycle management,with broad applicability to complex systems such as smart grids.展开更多
A strategy combining a tailored database and high-throughput activity screening that discover bioactive metabolites derived from Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(MOC)was developed and implemented to rapidly profile and di...A strategy combining a tailored database and high-throughput activity screening that discover bioactive metabolites derived from Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(MOC)was developed and implemented to rapidly profile and discover bioactive metabolites in vivo derived from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The strategy possessed four characteristics:1)The tailored database consisted of metabolites derived from big data-originated reference compound,metabolites predicted in silico,and MOC chemical profile-based pseudomolecular ions.2)When profiling MOC-derived metabolites in vivo,attentions were paid not only to prototypes of MOC compounds and metabolites directly derived from MOC compounds,as reported by most papers,but also to isomerized metabolites and the degradation products of MOC compounds as well as their derived metabolites.3)Metabolite traceability was performed,especially to distinguish isomeric prototypes-derived metabolites,prototypes of MOC compounds as well as phase I metabolites derived from other MOC compounds.4)Molecular docking was utilized for high-throughput activity screening and molecular dynamic simulation as well as zebrafish model were used for verification.Using this strategy,134 metabolites were swiftly characterized after the oral administration of MOC to rats,and several metabolites were reported for the first time.Furthermore,17 potential active metabolites were discovered by targeting the motilin,dopamine D2,and the serotonin type 4(5-HT4)receptors,and part bioactivities were verified using molecular dynamic simulation and a zebrafish constipation model.This study extends the application of mass spectrometry(MS)to rapidly profile TCM-derived metabolites in vivo,which will help pharmacologists rapidly discover potent metabolites from a complex matrix.展开更多
With the proliferation of Android malware,the issue of traceability in malware analysis has emerged as a significant problem that requires exploration.By establishing links between newly discovered,unreported malware ...With the proliferation of Android malware,the issue of traceability in malware analysis has emerged as a significant problem that requires exploration.By establishing links between newly discovered,unreported malware and prior knowledge from existing malware data pools,security analysts can gain a better understanding of the evolution process of malware and its underlying reasons.However,in real-world scenarios,analyzing the traceability of malware can be complex and time-consuming due to the large volume of existing malware data,requiring extensive manual analysis.Furthermore,the results obtained from such analysis often lack explanation.Therefore,there is a pressing need to develop a comprehensive automated malware tracking system that can provide detailed insights into the tracking and evolution process of malware and offer strong explanatory capabilities.In this paper,we propose a knowledge graph-based approach that uses partial API call graphs comprising semantic and behavioral features to reveal the traceability relations among malware and provide explainable results for these relations.Our approach is implemented on a dataset of over 20,000 malware samples labeled with family information,spanning a time period of 10 years.To address the challenges associated with the complexity of analysis,we leverage prior knowledge from existing malware research and a branch pruning method on call graphs to reduce computational complexity and enhance the precision of explanations when determining traceability relations.展开更多

The continual beam and the pulsed beam sent out by the same laser could be used in the same system to carry on the static calibration of the radiation thermometer and the dynamic calibration of the temperature sensor to be checked. The frequency-response characteristics of high-speed radiation thermometer surpassed that of the temperature sensor, therefore it could be used as the reference value to calibrate the latter and let system error be cor- rected. Differences in the environment of the sensor installing and the error caused by the change of thermo-physical proper- ty could be avoided. Thus, the difficult problem of traceable dynamic calibration of temperature was solved. In experiment, to obtain the frequency characteristics of the thermocouple and the dynamic performance of the K type thermocouple, which could compensate the dynamic characteristics of the sensor, the sensor was dynamically corrected by using the method, and then the mathematical model was established.展开更多

[Result] When the parameter setup such as data transportation ratio was same,the communication distance of external antenna was farther than RCB antenna; compare with three external antennas,the communication distance of coaxial antenna and wall-hanged antenna were farther. In 500 kbps transfer rate,communication distance was within 28 meters,and in 250 kbps transfer rate,communication distance was within 40 meters. Considered the cost of hardware,the price of wall-hanged antenna was higher than coaxial antenna,so in the same communication distance request,system selected coaxial antenna. [Conclusion] During the pig breeding stage,by dint of electronic tag and reader designed by the research could improve the safety of the pork and fully realize the track of source of food and provide technology support for the transparent management of food safety.展开更多

In this article, the supply chain pattern of SCP in China has been analyzed and its spatial characters have been described in detail. The study deals with on how to relate traceability technology with GIS, and on how to trace and retrace the safety of SCP using the function of excellent spatial representation, spatial locating, and spatial analysis provided in GIS, which has been discussed from several aspects, such as coding technique of traceability information, transferring technique of traceability information, spatialization of traceability information, and application integration of traceability system. A pilot study was carried out to present the basic functions of the system, which provided an efficient and credible way to trace and retrace the safety of SCP in a real supply chain. This paper develops a moderated mediation model in which the interactive effects of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance are mediated by the core capabilities(operating capabilities and mar...This paper develops a moderated mediation model in which the interactive effects of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance are mediated by the core capabilities(operating capabilities and marketing capabilities)in food supply chain context, by invoking the indirect view of organizational learning theory. Our hypotheses were tested using hierarchical regression and bootstrapping methods with a sample of 216 food manufacturing firms in China, and a survey-based, two-informant design was used to collect data. The results revealed that operating and marketing capabilities fully mediate the food traceability-performance link. In addition, environmental dynamism positively moderates the food traceability-core capabilities link. Moreover, it is found that operating and marketing capabilities transform the interactive impacts of environmental dynamism and food traceability into firm performance. Our study offers a fine-grained picture of the essential food traceability-performance link by revealing for the first time that there is an interactive impacts of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance via core capabilities.展开更多
In order to meet government supervision of pork production safety as well as consumer's right to know what they buy and protect the public safety of pork food, this study adopts animal identification, intelligent per...In order to meet government supervision of pork production safety as well as consumer's right to know what they buy and protect the public safety of pork food, this study adopts animal identification, intelligent personal digital assistant (PDA) reading and writing, general packet radio service (GPRS), and other information technologies, proposes a pork tracking and traceability inferstructure based on pork production substrace flow and data flow, designs the metadata structure and related datatbases for farming, slaughtering, and retailing sector based on intensive pig farming and smallhold pig farming, develops three different data-recording systems, and finally establishes a public network platform for the information inquiry in light of "the administrative rules on identification and rearing files for animal and poultry" in China. The farming process information system supplies early warning for the usage of drugs and feed additives based on data of every individual pig and timely uploading all events data to remote traceability database when pigs are sold; the PDA data collecting system can collect farming events data for pigs fed by farmers and submit to the center database by GPRS; the web-based Tianjin's pork traceability platform can integrate all identifications and related pork quality data from farming, slaughtering to marketing by online, and achieve pork tracking from product origin to consumption and tracing in the turnover direction. It is feasible to realize pork quality traceability by identification technologies developed and/or integrated, metadata specifications designed, three data-recording systems deyeloped, and web-inquiring platform established. Some individual technical bottlenecks will be resolved with the development of communication technologies. The full implementation in Tianjin, China, will supply technical support for guaranteeing the quality and safety of pork production and meeting consumer's demands.展开更多

There are high error rates in the conventional traceability systems depending on physical ...There is an increasing requirement for traceability of aquaculture products, both for consumer protection and for food safety. There are high error rates in the conventional traceability systems depending on physical labels. Genetic traceability technique depending on DNA-based tracking system can overcome this problem. Genealogy information is essential for genetic traceability, and microsatellite DNA marker is a good choice for pedigree analysis. As increasing genotyping throughput of microsatellites, microsatellite multiplex PCR has become a fast and cost-effective technique. As a commercially important cultured aquatic species, Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas has the highest global production. The objective of this study was to develop microsatellite multiplex PCR panels with dye-labeled universal primer for pedigree analysis in C. gigas, and these multiplex PCRs were validated using 12 full-sib families with known pedigrees. Here we developed six informative multiplex PCRs using 18 genomic microsatellites in C. gigas. Each multiplex panel contained a single universal primer M13(-21) used as a tail on each locus-specific forward primer and a single universal primer M13(-21) labeled with fluorophores. The polymorphisms of the markers were moderate, with an average of 10.3 alleles per locus and average polymorphic information content of 0.740. The observed heterozygosity per locus ranged from 0.492 to 0.822. Cervus simulations revealed that the six panels would still be of great value when massive families were analysed. Pedigree analysis of real offspring demonstrated that 100% of the offspring were unambiguously allocated to their parents when two multiplex PCRs were used. The six sets of multiplex PCRs can be an important tool for tracing cultured individuals, population genetic analysis, and selective breeding program in C. gigas.展开更多

文摘Carbonaceous aerosol,including organic carbon(OC)and elemental carbon(EC),has significant influence on human health,air quality and climate change.Accurate measurement of carbonaceous aerosol is essential to reduce the uncertainty of radiative forcing estimation and source apportionment.The accurate separation of OC and EC is controversial due to the charring of OC.Therefore,the development of reference materials(RM)for the validation of OC/EC separation is an important basis for further study.Previous RMs were mainly based on ambient air sampling,which could not provide traceability of OC and EC concentration.To develop traceable RMs with known OC/EC contents,our study applied an improved aerosol generation and mixing technique,providing uniform deposition of particles on quartz filters.To generate OC aerosol with similar pyrolytic property of ambient aerosol,both water soluble organic carbon(WSOC)and water insoluble organic carbon(WIOC)were used,and amorphous carbon was selected for EC surrogate.The RMs were analyzed using different protocols.The homogeneity within the filter was validated,reaching below 2%.The long-term stability of RMs has been validated with RSD ranged from 1.7%–3.2%.Good correlationwas observed between nominal concentration of RMswithmeasured concentration by two protocols,while the difference of EC concentration was within 20%.The results indicated that the newly developed RMs were acceptable for the calibration of OC and EC,which could improve the accuracy of carbonaceous aerosol measurement.Moreover,the laboratory-generated EC-RMs could be suitable for the calibration of equivalent BC concentration by Aethalometers.

文摘Almond is widely cultivated in the world thanks to the quality and healthy features of the kernel.Almond kernel is consumed fresh or employed in the food industry.Hundreds of almond cultivars were selected throughout the long history of cultivation;in this context,an efficient method for varietal identification is essential to ensure cultivar traceability along the chain.This study surveyed the widely employed commercial kits and protocols for DNA extraction from several almond matrices including leaves,kernels(fresh and roasted)and several processed products.Commercial kits(though with minor modification)outperformed the other extraction methods for the isolation of DNA suitable for molecular analysis from all the tested matrices.In parallel,a germplasm collection composed of 140 accessions(123 Sicilian genotypes complemented with widely known national and international cultivars)was genotyped with the Axiom^(TM)60K almond SNP Array enabling the detection of 6374 unique SNPs that can be readily used for varietal traceability.A subset of unique SNPs was further validated employing a high-resolution melting(HRM)assay on a discovery panel encompassing ten of the most widely cultivated accessions.The DNA extracted from leaves and kernels of five cultivars was genotyped with eight SSRs allowing the identification of the maternal origin of each kernel.The paper integrates the survey of the widely employed protocols for DNA extraction with the high-throughput genotyping of 140 almond accessions.In this context,unique SNPs validated and optimized for an HRM assay and the availability of SSR markers demonstrated their efficacy in traceability analysis along the chain.

文摘With the popularity of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV),a large amount of data is being generated every day.How to securely share data between the IoV operator and various value-added service providers becomes one of the critical issues.Due to its flexible and efficient fine-grained access control feature,Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP-ABE)is suitable for data sharing in IoV.However,there are many flaws in most existing CP-ABE schemes,such as attribute privacy leakage and key misuse.This paper proposes a Traceable and Revocable CP-ABE-based Data Sharing with Partially hidden policy for IoV(TRE-DSP).A partially hidden access structure is adopted to hide sensitive user attribute values,and attribute categories are sent along with the ciphertext to effectively avoid privacy exposure.In addition,key tracking and malicious user revocation are introduced with broadcast encryption to prevent key misuse.Since the main computation task is outsourced to the cloud,the burden of the user side is relatively low.Analysis of security and performance demonstrates that TRE-DSP is more secure and practical for data sharing in IoV.

文摘With the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence(AI)in domains such as power,transportation,and finance,the number of machine learning and deep learning models has grown exponentially.However,challenges such as delayed retraining,inconsistent version management,insufficient drift monitoring,and limited data security still hinder efficient and reliable model operations.To address these issues,this paper proposes the Intelligent Model Lifecycle Management Algorithm(IMLMA).The algorithm employs a dual-trigger mechanism based on both data volume thresholds and time intervals to automate retraining,and applies Bayesian optimization for adaptive hyperparameter tuning to improve performance.A multi-metric replacement strategy,incorporating MSE,MAE,and R2,ensures that new models replace existing ones only when performance improvements are guaranteed.A versioning and traceability database supports comparison and visualization,while real-time monitoring with stability analysis enables early warnings of latency and drift.Finally,hash-based integrity checks secure both model files and datasets.Experimental validation in a power metering operation scenario demonstrates that IMLMA reduces model update delays,enhances predictive accuracy and stability,and maintains low latency under high concurrency.This work provides a practical,reusable,and scalable solution for intelligent model lifecycle management,with broad applicability to complex systems such as smart grids.

文摘A strategy combining a tailored database and high-throughput activity screening that discover bioactive metabolites derived from Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(MOC)was developed and implemented to rapidly profile and discover bioactive metabolites in vivo derived from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The strategy possessed four characteristics:1)The tailored database consisted of metabolites derived from big data-originated reference compound,metabolites predicted in silico,and MOC chemical profile-based pseudomolecular ions.2)When profiling MOC-derived metabolites in vivo,attentions were paid not only to prototypes of MOC compounds and metabolites directly derived from MOC compounds,as reported by most papers,but also to isomerized metabolites and the degradation products of MOC compounds as well as their derived metabolites.3)Metabolite traceability was performed,especially to distinguish isomeric prototypes-derived metabolites,prototypes of MOC compounds as well as phase I metabolites derived from other MOC compounds.4)Molecular docking was utilized for high-throughput activity screening and molecular dynamic simulation as well as zebrafish model were used for verification.Using this strategy,134 metabolites were swiftly characterized after the oral administration of MOC to rats,and several metabolites were reported for the first time.Furthermore,17 potential active metabolites were discovered by targeting the motilin,dopamine D2,and the serotonin type 4(5-HT4)receptors,and part bioactivities were verified using molecular dynamic simulation and a zebrafish constipation model.This study extends the application of mass spectrometry(MS)to rapidly profile TCM-derived metabolites in vivo,which will help pharmacologists rapidly discover potent metabolites from a complex matrix.
文摘With the proliferation of Android malware,the issue of traceability in malware analysis has emerged as a significant problem that requires exploration.By establishing links between newly discovered,unreported malware and prior knowledge from existing malware data pools,security analysts can gain a better understanding of the evolution process of malware and its underlying reasons.However,in real-world scenarios,analyzing the traceability of malware can be complex and time-consuming due to the large volume of existing malware data,requiring extensive manual analysis.Furthermore,the results obtained from such analysis often lack explanation.Therefore,there is a pressing need to develop a comprehensive automated malware tracking system that can provide detailed insights into the tracking and evolution process of malware and offer strong explanatory capabilities.In this paper,we propose a knowledge graph-based approach that uses partial API call graphs comprising semantic and behavioral features to reveal the traceability relations among malware and provide explainable results for these relations.Our approach is implemented on a dataset of over 20,000 malware samples labeled with family information,spanning a time period of 10 years.To address the challenges associated with the complexity of analysis,we leverage prior knowledge from existing malware research and a branch pruning method on call graphs to reduce computational complexity and enhance the precision of explanations when determining traceability relations.

文摘Under the twin transitions of decarbonization and digitalization,global apparel trade is shifting from speed-and cost-based competition toward speed with verifable green compliance.This paper integrates Institutional Theory and Transaction Cost Theory to explain how external regulatory and normative pressures are operationalized through digital infrastructures.We argue that IoT-enabled MRV,blockchain traceability,and Digital Product Passports reduce information asymmetry,measurement burdens,and enforcement costs across fragmented apparel value chains.Using mixed methods—bibliometric mapping and comparative regional cases(China ASEAN,China Central Asia,and the Greater Bay Area)—the study identifes differentiated implementation pathways driven by rules,technology,and market-platform innovation.Policy implications emphasize inclusive digital infrastructure,cross-border carbon data governance,and interoperable standard recognition.

文摘A new method was proposed, in which a high-power CO2 laser modulated by high frequency was used as the driv- ing source to heat up a surface-temperature sensor. The continual beam and the pulsed beam sent out by the same laser could be used in the same system to carry on the static calibration of the radiation thermometer and the dynamic calibration of the temperature sensor to be checked. The frequency-response characteristics of high-speed radiation thermometer surpassed that of the temperature sensor, therefore it could be used as the reference value to calibrate the latter and let system error be cor- rected. Differences in the environment of the sensor installing and the error caused by the change of thermo-physical proper- ty could be avoided. Thus, the difficult problem of traceable dynamic calibration of temperature was solved. In experiment, to obtain the frequency characteristics of the thermocouple and the dynamic performance of the K type thermocouple, which could compensate the dynamic characteristics of the sensor, the sensor was dynamically corrected by using the method, and then the mathematical model was established.

文摘[Objective] To establish the traceability mechanism of agricultural products safety, and the application of promote domestic based software in the supervision area of agricultural products quality and safety. [Method] Through the analysis on the circulation characteristics of agricultural products, like fruits, vegetables, livestock and poultry, the agricultural products quality safety management and traceability query business component libraries were designed. Based on the run-time-supporting environment provided by domestic based software, traceability management system of agricultural products quality and safety was constructed. [Result] The traceability management system provided the information interaction and comprehensive management platform of agricultural product quality and safety based on domestic based software for the government, enterprises and consumers. [Conclusion] Through the application demonstration, the quality control and information traceability of full circulation of agricultural products was achieved effective and reliably, and the management level of agricultural products quality and safety was improved.

文摘[Objective] In response to pig breeding stage characteristics,the research aimed to design the traceability system to realize the pig product marking which based on RFID technology. [Method] The antenna's design method of electronic tag and reader antenna were expounded and different antennas were used for testing communication test of RFID system. [Result] When the parameter setup such as data transportation ratio was same,the communication distance of external antenna was farther than RCB antenna; compare with three external antennas,the communication distance of coaxial antenna and wall-hanged antenna were farther. In 500 kbps transfer rate,communication distance was within 28 meters,and in 250 kbps transfer rate,communication distance was within 40 meters. Considered the cost of hardware,the price of wall-hanged antenna was higher than coaxial antenna,so in the same communication distance request,system selected coaxial antenna. [Conclusion] During the pig breeding stage,by dint of electronic tag and reader designed by the research could improve the safety of the pork and fully realize the track of source of food and provide technology support for the transparent management of food safety.

文摘The safety of safe crop products (SCP) is critical to maintain people's health and living standard. With the global efforts on the improvement of the traceability of food products, it is inevitable to establish corresponding traceability systems to monitor the safety of crop products in China. In this article, the supply chain pattern of SCP in China has been analyzed and its spatial characters have been described in detail. The study deals with on how to relate traceability technology with GIS, and on how to trace and retrace the safety of SCP using the function of excellent spatial representation, spatial locating, and spatial analysis provided in GIS, which has been discussed from several aspects, such as coding technique of traceability information, transferring technique of traceability information, spatialization of traceability information, and application integration of traceability system. A pilot study was carried out to present the basic functions of the system, which provided an efficient and credible way to trace and retrace the safety of SCP in a real supply chain. An innovative idea has been brought forward for how to establish an efficient, credible, applied traceability system of SCP.

文摘This paper develops a moderated mediation model in which the interactive effects of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance are mediated by the core capabilities(operating capabilities and marketing capabilities)in food supply chain context, by invoking the indirect view of organizational learning theory. Our hypotheses were tested using hierarchical regression and bootstrapping methods with a sample of 216 food manufacturing firms in China, and a survey-based, two-informant design was used to collect data. The results revealed that operating and marketing capabilities fully mediate the food traceability-performance link. In addition, environmental dynamism positively moderates the food traceability-core capabilities link. Moreover, it is found that operating and marketing capabilities transform the interactive impacts of environmental dynamism and food traceability into firm performance. Our study offers a fine-grained picture of the essential food traceability-performance link by revealing for the first time that there is an interactive impacts of food traceability and environmental dynamism on firm performance via core capabilities.

文摘In order to meet government supervision of pork production safety as well as consumer's right to know what they buy and protect the public safety of pork food, this study adopts animal identification, intelligent personal digital assistant (PDA) reading and writing, general packet radio service (GPRS), and other information technologies, proposes a pork tracking and traceability inferstructure based on pork production substrace flow and data flow, designs the metadata structure and related datatbases for farming, slaughtering, and retailing sector based on intensive pig farming and smallhold pig farming, develops three different data-recording systems, and finally establishes a public network platform for the information inquiry in light of "the administrative rules on identification and rearing files for animal and poultry" in China. The farming process information system supplies early warning for the usage of drugs and feed additives based on data of every individual pig and timely uploading all events data to remote traceability database when pigs are sold; the PDA data collecting system can collect farming events data for pigs fed by farmers and submit to the center database by GPRS; the web-based Tianjin's pork traceability platform can integrate all identifications and related pork quality data from farming, slaughtering to marketing by online, and achieve pork tracking from product origin to consumption and tracing in the turnover direction. It is feasible to realize pork quality traceability by identification technologies developed and/or integrated, metadata specifications designed, three data-recording systems deyeloped, and web-inquiring platform established. Some individual technical bottlenecks will be resolved with the development of communication technologies. The full implementation in Tianjin, China, will supply technical support for guaranteeing the quality and safety of pork production and meeting consumer's demands.

文摘There is an increasing requirement for traceability of aquaculture products, both for consumer protection and for food safety. There are high error rates in the conventional traceability systems depending on physical labels. Genetic traceability technique depending on DNA-based tracking system can overcome this problem. Genealogy information is essential for genetic traceability, and microsatellite DNA marker is a good choice for pedigree analysis. As increasing genotyping throughput of microsatellites, microsatellite multiplex PCR has become a fast and cost-effective technique. As a commercially important cultured aquatic species, Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas has the highest global production. The objective of this study was to develop microsatellite multiplex PCR panels with dye-labeled universal primer for pedigree analysis in C. gigas, and these multiplex PCRs were validated using 12 full-sib families with known pedigrees. Here we developed six informative multiplex PCRs using 18 genomic microsatellites in C. gigas. Each multiplex panel contained a single universal primer M13(-21) used as a tail on each locus-specific forward primer and a single universal primer M13(-21) labeled with fluorophores. The polymorphisms of the markers were moderate, with an average of 10.3 alleles per locus and average polymorphic information content of 0.740. The observed heterozygosity per locus ranged from 0.492 to 0.822. Cervus simulations revealed that the six panels would still be of great value when massive families were analysed. Pedigree analysis of real offspring demonstrated that 100% of the offspring were unambiguously allocated to their parents when two multiplex PCRs were used. The six sets of multiplex PCRs can be an important tool for tracing cultured individuals, population genetic analysis, and selective breeding program in C. gigas.
