Intelligent ETL for Enterprise Software Applications Using Unstructured Data

Enterprise applications utilize relational databases and structured business processes, requiring slow and expensive conversion of inputs and outputs, from business documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, into known templates and schemas before processing. We propose a new LLM Agent-based intelligent data extraction, transformation, and load (IntelligentETL) pipeline that not only ingests PDFs and detects inputs within it but also addresses the extraction of structured and unstructured data by developing tools that most efficiently and securely deal with respective data types. We study the efficiency of our proposed pipeline and compare it with enterprise solutions that also utilize LLMs. We establish the supremacy in timely and accurate data extraction and transformation capabilities of our approach for analyzing the data from varied sources based on nested and/or interlinked input constraints. 展开更多

The structural modeling of open-high-low-close(OHLC)data contained within the candlestick chart is crucial to financial practice.However,the inherent constraints in OHLC data pose immense challenges to its structural modeling.Models that fail to process these constraints may yield results deviating from those of the original OHLC data structure.To address this issue,a novel unconstrained transformation method,along with its explicit inverse transformation,is proposed to properly handle the inherent constraints of OHLC data.A flexible and effective framework for structurally modeling OHLC data is designed,and the detailed procedure for modeling OHLC data through the vector autoregression and vector error correction model are provided as an example of multivariate time-series analysis.Extensive simulations and three authentic financial datasets from the Kweichow Moutai,CSI 100 index,and 50 ETF of the Chinese stock market demonstrate the effectiveness and stability of the proposed modeling approach.The modeling results of support vector regression provide further evidence that the proposed unconstrained transformation not only ensures structural forecasting of OHLC data but also is an effective feature-extraction method that can effectively improve the forecasting accuracy of machine-learning models for close prices. 展开更多

Because of the complexity of 3-D spatial phenomenon, there are no perfect data structures that can describe all spatial entities. Every data structure has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is difficult to design a single data structure to meet different needs. The important subject in the3-D data models is developing a data model that has integrated vector and raster data structures. A special 3-D spatial data model based on distributing features of spatial entities should be designed. We took the geological exploration engineering as the research background and designed an integrated data model whose data structures integrats vector and raster data byadopting object-oriented technique. The main features of the model and the corresponding theme paper focuses on the text of this site data. Data with dynamic, high-end, multi-channel and distributed structure and the structure of the model is only part of the theme before modeling. The paper discussed in the framework of the unity of the three-dimensional Markov model of four structural features of the text of this site data modeling, and analysis of distributed computing and word combination of three-dimensional modeling topics Markov model and type fuzzy systems the possibility of applications. A robust and efficient algorithm is presented to build multiresolution models (MRMs) of arbitrary meshes without requirement of subdivision connectivity. To overcome the sampling difficulty of arbitrary meshes, edge contraction and vertex expansion are used as downsampling and upsampling methods. Our MRMs of a mesh are composed of a base mesh and a series of edge split operations, which are organized as a directed graph. Each split operation encodes two parts of information. One is the modification to the mesh, and the other is the dependency relation among splits. Such organization ensures the efficiency and robustness of our MRM algorithm. In conjunction with association rules for data mining, the connections between testing indices and strong and weak association rules were determined, and new derivative rules were obtained by further reasoning. Association rules were used to analyze correlation and check consistency between indices. This study shows that the judgment obtained by weak association rules or non-association rules is more accurate and more credible than that obtained by strong association rules. When the testing grades of two indices in the weak association rules are inconsistent, the testing grades of indices are more likely to be erroneous, and the mistakes are often caused by human factors. Clustering data mining technology was used to analyze the reliability of a diagnosis, or to perform health diagnosis directly. Analysis showed that the clustering results are related to the indices selected, and that if the indices selected are more significant, the characteristics of clustering results are also more significant, and the analysis or diagnosis is more credible. The indices and diagnosis analysis function produced by this study provide a necessary theoretical foundation and new ideas for the development of hydraulic metal structure health diagnosis technology. 展开更多

Taking autonomous driving and driverless as the research object,we discuss and define intelligent high-precision map.Intelligent high-precision map is considered as a key link of future travel,a carrier of real-time perception of traffic resources in the entire space-time range,and the criterion for the operation and control of the whole process of the vehicle.As a new form of map,it has distinctive features in terms of cartography theory and application requirements compared with traditional navigation electronic maps.Thus,it is necessary to analyze and discuss its key features and problems to promote the development of research and application of intelligent high-precision map.Accordingly,we propose an information transmission model based on the cartography theory and combine the wheeled robot’s control flow in practical application.Next,we put forward the data logic structure of intelligent high-precision map,and analyze its application in autonomous driving.Then,we summarize the computing mode of“Crowdsourcing+Edge-Cloud Collaborative Computing”,and carry out key technical analysis on how to improve the quality of crowdsourced data.We also analyze the effective application scenarios of intelligent high-precision map in the future.Finally,we present some thoughts and suggestions for the future development of this field. 展开更多

By making a distinction between proposition and predicate, a concise semantics interpretation for our modal logic is given. We also develop a model checking algorithm for the logic without △ operator. The correctness of the algorithm is shown. The commonly used data structures--rectangular array structure and quadtree structure ,are analyzed. Two compressed data structures--compressed circular link array structure and compressed doubly-linked circular array structure,are proposed,which are much more suitable for displaying the regularly gridded block model. When the two compressed data structures are adopted,the storage space can be tremendously saved and the algorithms are simple,while the requirements of the accuracy and the manipulating speed will be both satisfied for the interactive open pit short range plan formulation. 展开更多

Economic Growth and Interaction between Financial and Industrial Structure - Empirical Analysis on Provincial Panel Data

In recent years, China's economic growth speed has been slowing down, leading to the problems of overcapacity and unbalanced regional economic development, and the mismatch between industrial and financial structure is becoming intense. Therefore, this paper, starting with the relationship among economic growth, industrial structure and financial structure, summarizes the research by the former scholars. On this basis, by using data of 31 provincial panel data in China from 2007 to 2016, the article aims to find out the relationship between the industrial structure and economic growth, the relationship between the financial structure and economic growth and the relationship between the interaction of financial and industrial structure and economic growth. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are obtained following the systematical empirical conclusions. The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) developing indirect financing mode can effectively drive China's economic growth.(2) continuing to develop the second industry can play a catalytic role in the economic growth in most areas of China.(3) the interaction between the financial structure and the industrial structure can promote the economic growth significantly. However, the matching effect of the financial structure and industrial structure in China has not been completely formed, and the industrial upgrading should be guided to be structurally reformed through the policy. 展开更多

Various fields due to the advancement of informatization and digitization, a lot of multi-source and heterogeneous data distributed storage, in order to achieve the sharing, we must solve from the storage management to the interoperability of a series of mechanism, the method and implementation technology. Unstructured data does not have strict structure, therefore, compared with structured information that is more difficult to standardization, with management more difficult. According to these characteristics, the large capacity of unstructured data or using files separately store, is stored in the database index of similar pointer. The design of the data structure aims at maximal flexibility and high performance. It provides a high scalability by using hierarchical representa-tions of topological elements. The proposed data structure is array-based, and it is a compact representation of the half-edge data structure for volume elements and half-face data structure for volumetric meshes. This guarantees constant access time to the neighbors of the topological elements. In addition, an open-source implementation named Open Volumetric Mesh (OVM) of the pro-posed data structure is written in C++ using generic programming concepts. 展开更多

This complex feature made cloverleaf junction quite different from buildings and terrain, therefore, it is difficult to express this kind of spatial objects in the same way as for buildings and terrain. In this paper,authors analyze spatial characteristics of cloverleaf junction, propose an all-constraint points TIN algorithm to partition cloverleaf junction road surface, and develop a method to visualize cloverleaf junction road surface using TIN. In order to manage cloverleaf junction data efficiently, the authors also analyzed the mechanism of 3DCM data management, extended BLOB type in relational database, and combined R-tree index to manage 3D spatial data. Multi-fidelity Data Fusion(MDF)frameworks have emerged as a prominent approach to producing economical but accurate surrogate models for aerodynamic data modeling by integrating data with different fidelity levels.However,most existing MDF frameworks assume a uniform data structure between sampling data sources;thus,producing an accurate solution at the required level,for cases of non-uniform data structures is challenging.To address this challenge,an Adaptive Multi-fidelity Data Fusion(AMDF)framework is proposed to produce a composite surrogate model which can efficiently model multi-fidelity data featuring non-uniform structures.Firstly,the design space of the input data with non-uniform data structures is decomposed into subdomains containing simplified structures.Secondly,different MDF frameworks and a rule-based selection process are adopted to construct multiple local models for the subdomain data.On the other hand,the Enhanced Local Fidelity Modeling(ELFM)method is proposed to combine the generated local models into a unique and continuous global model.Finally,the resulting model inherits the features of local models and approximates a complete database for the whole design space.The validation of the proposed framework is performed to demonstrate its approximation capabilities in(A)four multi-dimensional analytical problems and(B)a practical engineering case study of constructing an F16C fighter aircraft’s aerodynamic database.Accuracy comparisons of the generated models using the proposed AMDF framework and conventional MDF approaches using a single global modeling algorithm are performed to reveal the adaptability of the proposed approach for fusing multi-fidelity data featuring non-uniform structures.Indeed,the results indicated that the proposed framework outperforms the state-of-the-art MDF approach in the cases of non-uniform data. 展开更多
