Previous test sequencing algorithms only consider the execution cost of a test at the application stage. Due to the fact that the placement cost of some tests at the design stage is considerably high compared with the execution cost, the sequential diagnosis strategy obtained by previous methods is actually not optimal from the view of life cycle. In this paper, the test sequencing problem based on life cycle cost is presented. It is formulated as an optimization problem, which is non-deterministic polynomial-time hard (NP-hard). An algorithm and a strategy to improve its computational efficiency are proposed. The formulation and algorithms are tested on various simulated systems and comparisons are made with the extant test sequencing methods. Application on a pump rotational speed control (PRSC) system of a spacecraft is studied in detail. Both the simulation results and the real-world case application results suggest that the solution proposed in this paper can significantly reduce the life cycle cost of a sequential fault diagnosis strategy. 展开更多

AIM: To evaluate the technical failures of the Bravo pH test in a population with nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease. METHODS: Over the course of a year, we prospectively studied a population of 66 nonerosive reflux disease patients who received a Bravo pH test. The number and frequency of all technical failures were documented, quantified and analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 66 patients, with a mean age of 41.7 years, were studied. Technical failures occurred in 15.15% of the sample. The most frequent failures were due to poor data reception (4.5%), early dislodgement (4.5%) and capsule removal (6.1%). CONCLUSION: The Bravo capsule pH test involves a low but non-negligible rate of technical problems, a fact that must always be considered by physicians. 展开更多

The main features of the problem are the strong nonuniform scale of the solution and large errors (up to 15%) in the input data. In both algorithms, the solution is represented as decomposition on special basic functions, which satisfy given a priori information on solution, and this idea allow us significantly to improve the quality of approximate solution and simplify solving the minimization problem. 自动驾驶系统配备了诸多先进的传感器进行环境感知,并完成驾驶行为的决策、规划与控制,以帮助和取代人类完成驾驶任务。为确保自动驾驶系统的安全性与可靠性,需对其进行充分的测试。针对回归测试背景下端到端的自动驾驶系统存在的测试... 自动驾驶系统配备了诸多先进的传感器进行环境感知,并完成驾驶行为的决策、规划与控制,以帮助和取代人类完成驾驶任务。为确保自动驾驶系统的安全性与可靠性,需对其进行充分的测试。针对回归测试背景下端到端的自动驾驶系统存在的测试用例冗余且难以自动地为测试用例匹配适当的蜕变关系等问题,提出基于自动驾驶场景语义的蜕变测试优化方法MetaOpt,旨在提升面向自动驾驶系统的蜕变测试的效率。MetaOpt对测试用例进行跨模态的语义信息提取,将非结构化的测试用例转化为结构化的场景要素语义信息数据。接着,基于场景元素的类别及距离的相似度对测试用例进行约简。再基于元素关键词进行蜕变关系的聚类以及“测试用例-蜕变关系对”的匹配。最后,基于场景中元素的稀有度进行测试用例的优先级排序。实验结果表明,MetaOpt能够有效地约简测试用例、完成蜕变关系和测试用例的匹配,且能够提升自动驾驶模型的错误检测率和蜕变测试的效率。 展开更多

The problem of sequential fault diagnosis is to construct a diagnosis tree that can isolate the failure sources with minimal test cost. Pervious sequential fault diagnosis strategy generating algorithms only consider the execution cost at application stage, which may result in a solution with poor quality from the view of life cycle cost. Furthermore, due to the fact that uncertain information exists extensively in the real-world systems, the tests are always imperfect. In order to reduce the cost of fault diagnosis in the realistic systems, the sequential fault diagnosis problem with imperfect tests considering life cycle cost is presented and formulated in this work, which is an intractable NP-hard AND/OR decision tree construction problem. An algorithm based on AND/OR graph search is proposed to solve this problem. Heuristic search based on information theory is applied to generate the sub-tree in the algorithm. Some practical issues such as the method to improve the computational efficiency and the diagnosis strategy with multi-outcome tests are discussed. The algorithm is tested and compared with previous algorithms on the simulated systems with different scales and uncertainty. Application on a wheel momentum system of a spacecraft is studied in detail. Both the simulation and application results suggest that the cost of the diagnosis strategy can be reduced significantly by using the proposed algorithm, especially when the placement cost of the tests constitutes a large part of the total cost. 展开更多

针对黑翅鸢优化算法(BKA)收敛速度慢和易陷入局部最优的局限性,提出了一种混合增强黑翅鸢优化算法(HEBKA),旨在提升算法的全局搜索能力和优化性能。HEBKA通过引入红尾鹰优化算法替换BKA的攻击阶段,并结合Bernoulli混沌映射作为攻击调节... 针对黑翅鸢优化算法(BKA)收敛速度慢和易陷入局部最优的局限性,提出了一种混合增强黑翅鸢优化算法(HEBKA),旨在提升算法的全局搜索能力和优化性能。HEBKA通过引入红尾鹰优化算法替换BKA的攻击阶段,并结合Bernoulli混沌映射作为攻击调节因子,以简化算法流程并显著增强全局搜索能力,从而有效提高收敛效率。借鉴黑寡妇优化算法的信息素机制,HEBKA将种群划分为优秀个体和劣质个体两类:对优秀个体实施迁徙操作以引导种群向最优解方向移动,而对劣质个体施加随机扰动以增加种群的多样性,从而减少对领导者迁徙的盲目依赖,避免种群过早收敛。当种群出现聚集现象时,HEBKA针对最优个体引入正交试验-准反射扰动策略,通过正交试验设计高效探索解空间,并利用准反射机制引入适度扰动,进一步增强算法跳出局部最优的能力。为验证HEBKA的改进效果,在CEC2017测试函数集上开展了仿真实验,与多种优化算法进行收敛性分析及Wilcoxon非参数统计检验,结果表明HEBKA在收敛速度、优化精度和鲁棒性方面均显著优于对比算法,展现出优秀的全局搜索能力和稳定性。HEBKA被应用于二维和三维旅行商问题(TSP)的求解,通过在实际复杂优化问题中的表现,验证了其高效性和应用潜力。 展开更多

Integration of Tracer Test Data to Refine Geostatistical Hydraulic Conductivity Fields Using Sequential Self-Calibration Method 被引量:5

On the basis of local measurements of hydraulic conductivity, geostatistical methods have been found to be useful in heterogeneity characterization of a hydraulic conductivity field on a regional scale. However, the methods are not suited to directly integrate dynamic production data, such as, hydraulic head and solute concentration, into the study of conductivity distribution. These data, which record the flow and transport processes in the medium, are closely related to the spatial distribution of hydraulic conductivity. In this study, a three-dimensional gradient-based inverse method--the sequential self-calibration (SSC) method--is developed to calibrate a hydraulic conductivity field, initially generated by a geostatistical simulation method, conditioned on tracer test results. The SSC method can honor both local hydraulic conductivity measurements and tracer test data. The mismatch between the simulated hydraulic conductivity field and the reference true one, measured by its mean square error (MSE), is reduced through the SSC conditional study. In comparison with the unconditional results, the SSC conditional study creates the mean breakthrough curve much closer to the reference true curve, and significantly reduces the prediction uncertainty of the solute transport in the observed locations. Further, the reduction of uncertainty is spatially dependent, which indicates that good locations, geological structure, and boundary conditions will affect the efficiency of the SSC study results. 展开更多

A general model for accelerated life test is proposed that utilizes the inverse problem approach, that is, the variable is observe at different level/s and the transfer function is used to recover the elusive random variable (life time). The problem then is reduced to finding the transfer function. We derive some properties of the proposed general model.
