In underground engineering with complex conditions,the bolt(cable)anchorage support system is in an environment where static and dynamic stresses coexist,under the action of geological conditions such as high stresses and strong disturbances and construction conditions such as the application of high prestress.It is essential to study the support components performance under dynamic-static coupling conditions.Based on this,a multi-functional anchorage support dynamic-static coupling performance test system(MAC system)is developed,which can achieve 7 types of testing functions,including single component performance,anchored net performance,anchored rock performance and so on.The bolt and cable mechanical tests are conducted by MAC system under different prestress levels.The results showed that compared to the non-prestress condition,the impact resistance performance of prestressed bolts(cables)is significantly reduced.In the prestress range of 50–160 k N,the maximum reduction rate of impact energy resisted by different types of bolts is 53.9%–61.5%compared to non-prestress condition.In the prestress range of 150–300 k N,the impact energy resisted by high-strength cable is reduced by76.8%–84.6%compared to non-prestress condition.The MAC system achieves dynamic-static coupling performance test,which provide an effective means for the design of anchorage support system. 展开更多

The introduction of 'hydrostatic extraction' scheme, or 'standard stratification approximation', into spectral model gained some advantages compared with commonly used schemes. However, computational instability may occur for high vertical resolution versions if the stratification parameter C0 taken as a constant. In this paper, the possible cause leading to the instability is discussed and an improved scheme presented where C0 is generalized to be a function of both height and latitudes. Hence the reference atmosphere gets closer to the real atmosphere and the temperature deviation field to be expanded becomes smoother everywhere. Test by real case forecasts shows good computational stability of the new scheme and better prediction performance than-usual schemes of spectral model. 展开更多

The pressure-preserving controller is the key component of deep in situ pressure-preserving coring(IPP-Coring).With increasing drilling depth,the environmental temperature and pressure increase accordingly.However,due to the strength and sealing problems of pressure-preserving controllers,the coring pressure is generally lower than 70 MPa.Establishing a high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure test system is highly important for improving the strength and sealing performance of pressure-preserving controllers.This paper introduces a high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure test system for deep IPP-Coring controller performance analysis.The device includes six parts:an auxiliary air source system,a pressurization system,a temperature control system,a hydraulic system,a data acquisition and electrical control system,and an ultrahigh-pressure vessel.The test system can reconstruct a 150℃ and 200 MPa in situ environment and simulate and test the movement state of the corer and the stability of the pressure-preserving action trigger of the pressure-preserving controller in the deep IPP-Coring process.To verify the performance of this test system,saddle-shaped pressure-preserving controllers made of four different materials were subjected to pressure tests under normal-temperature and high-temperature conditions.The results showed that the ultimate pressure-bearing capability of the pressure-preserving controller greatly varied between normal-temperature and high-temperature conditions.The pressure-preserving ability and sealing performance of the pressure-preserving controller decreased significantly at high temperature,and the pressure-preserving controller exhibited significantly different sealing failure characteristics due to material differences.This study is important for progressing the extraction and evaluation of deep reservoir resources. 展开更多

With the continuous development of deep oil and gas,minerals,geothermal resources,and other resources,there are increasingly more stringent requirements for equipment.In particular,the ultra-highpressure dynamic seals of deep mining device need to be developed.Therefore,considering the use of dynamic seals in unique deep mining environments,an ultra-high-pressure rotating combined dynamic seal was designed and developed and its sealing performance was experimentally measured and analyzed.The results show that the experimental device can operate stably under a pressure of up to150 MPa and a rotating speed of 76 r/min,and can also operate normally under a rotating speed of up to 140 r/min and a sealing pressure of 120 MPa.During the operation of the ultra-high-pressure rotating combined dynamic seal,the sealing ring does not show obvious damage,which vouches for its sealing performance.No leakage of flow and pressure was detected in the all seal structures within the sealing pressure range of 0-150 MPa.Therefore,the dynamic sealing performance of the device is intact under ultra-high-pressure conditions and can be applied in deep mining environments at a certain depth.The research and development of this device can aid future deep energy exploration and exploitation. 展开更多

A complex Laboratory Developed Test(LDT)is a clinical test developed within a single laboratory.It is typically configured from many fea-ture constraints from clinical repositories,which are part of the existing Lab-oratory Information Management System(LIMS).Although these clinical repositories are automated,support for managing patient information with test results of an LDT is also integrated within the existing LIMS.Still,the support to configure LDTs design needs to be made available even in standard LIMS packages.The manual configuration of LDTs is a complex process and can generate configuration inconsistencies because many constraints between features can remain unsatisfied.It is a risky process and can lead patients to undergo unnecessary treatments.We proposed an optimized solution(opt-LDT)based on Genetic Algorithms to automate the configuration and resolve the inconsistencies in LDTs.Opt-LDT encodes LDT configuration as an optimization problem and generates a consistent configuration that satisfies the constraints of the features.We tested and validated opt-LDT for a local secondary care hospital in a real healthcare environment.Our results,averaged over ten runs,show that opt-LDT resolves 90%of inconsistencies while taking between 6 and 6.5 s for each configuration.Moreover,positive feedback based on a subjective questionnaire from clinicians regarding the performance,acceptability,and efficiency of opt-LDT motivates us to present our results for regulatory approval. 展开更多

The developmental maturity (M) scale using the Star-Wave Test that was independently developed by Yalon and Zion indicates poor learning abilities if the M-scale score is low, which may be caused by developmental delays, such as intellectual disability and learning disorder or organic mental disorder. Furthermore, the distress (D) scale is thought to be influenced by mild neurological disorders, hand coordination problems, and environmental factors. In this study, we conducted a Star-Wave Test on 44 nursery school children in Japan and examined the M scale, the D scale, as well as the level of stress induced by coordination problems and the environment. The t-test was conducted on the M scale and D scale of the group without coordination problems and that with coordination problems, and we found a significant difference at 1% level. From this result, we can confirm the relationship of the M scale and the D scale with Visual and motor maturity. 展开更多

背景目前儿童药物难治性癫痫(DRE)在儿童癫痫中的占比维持在30%左右,且常合并精神发育迟滞,影响患儿生活质量,因此DRE的诊疗仍然是神经病学的重大挑战。目的分析儿童DRE的遗传学特点及临床特征,为临床进行基因检测提供理论依据。方法回... 背景目前儿童药物难治性癫痫(DRE)在儿童癫痫中的占比维持在30%左右,且常合并精神发育迟滞,影响患儿生活质量,因此DRE的诊疗仍然是神经病学的重大挑战。目的分析儿童DRE的遗传学特点及临床特征,为临床进行基因检测提供理论依据。方法回顾性选取2020—2022年于河北省儿童医院住院治疗且完善基因检测的95例DRE患儿为研究对象,根据基因检测结果分为基因突变阳性组(44例)和基因突变阴性组(51例)。收集患儿的一般资料(包括性别、发病年龄、用药情况、发热惊厥史、癫痫家族史等)、临床特征(发作类型、癫痫综合征、发育情况)、辅助检查[基因检测、视频脑电图(VEEG)检查、神经影像学检查],分析DRE的遗传病因及临床特征。结果95例DRE患儿中,男55例(57.9%)、女40例(42.1%),中位发病年龄为1.00(0.50,4.00)岁,用药数量为3(2,4)种;基因突变阳性组患儿发病年龄小于基因突变阴性组(Z=-5.322,P=0.001);两组患儿性别、发热惊厥史、癫痫家族史、用药数量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。38例(40.0%)的患儿确诊为癫痫综合征,其中76.3%(29/38)在新生儿或婴儿期发病;基因突变阳性组患儿癫痫综合征占比高于基因突变阴性组(χ^(2)=12.065,P=0.001)。临床发作类型多样,最常见的为2种及以上发作类型,占52.6%(50/95),其次为单一局灶性发作,占33.7%(32/95);两组DRE患儿发作类型比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.920,P=0.404)。57例患儿完善了发育筛查,其中43例(75.4%)在发病后出现不同程度的发育迟缓,33例(76.7%)表现为全面性发育迟缓;基因突变阳性组患儿发育迟缓占比高于基因突变阴性组(χ^(2)=5.728,P=0.017)。44例患儿检出变异基因,阳性检出率为46.3%,其中以离子通道类变异为主,SCN1A为最常见的单基因突变。90例(94.7%)患儿VEEG检查异常,以局灶性癫痫放电为主;基因突变阳性组患儿高峰失律占比高于基因突变阴性组(χ^(2)=7.425,P=0.006)。25例(26.3%)患儿存在结构性病因,其中基因突变阳性组12例,基因突变阴性组13例;两组DRE患儿结构性病因比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.039,P=0.844)。结论遗传因素为儿童DRE的重要病因,提示发病年龄小、发育迟缓与遗传性病因有关,应积极早期完善基因检测,有助于早期诊断DRE并精准治疗。 展开更多

目的了解陕西省6岁以下儿童早期智能发育情况,探究其影响因素。方法通过丹佛儿童发展筛选测验分别从个人-社会、精细动作-适应性、言语和大运动4个方面评估儿童的早期智能发育水平,筛查结果分为正常组和异常组,采用自制调查问卷(该问卷... 目的了解陕西省6岁以下儿童早期智能发育情况,探究其影响因素。方法通过丹佛儿童发展筛选测验分别从个人-社会、精细动作-适应性、言语和大运动4个方面评估儿童的早期智能发育水平,筛查结果分为正常组和异常组,采用自制调查问卷(该问卷为父母报告)采集儿童的个人基本资料、生活喂养方式及家庭信息,采用Logistic回归模型分析可能影响儿童早期智能发育的因素。结果本研究共纳入1169名受试儿童,分别来自于陕西省4个县(区),其中男童623名,占53.29%,女童546名,占46.71%,丹佛儿童发展筛选测验结果异常组共50例,筛查阳性率4.28%。2组儿童在月龄(χ^(2)=11.535,P=0.008)、喂养方式(χ^(2)=13.330,P=0.001)、父亲文化程度(χ^(2)=9.685,P=0.018)和母亲文化程度(χ^(2)=9.040,P=0.025)等因素上差异有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,母乳喂养为儿童智能发育的保护因素(OR=3.56,P=0.002)。结论儿童早期智能发育落后,可能与非母乳喂养、农村生活以及较低的父亲或母亲文化程度有关,需引起重视。 展开更多

目的总结及分析5例CACNA1A基因突变致发育性癫痫性脑病患儿的临床特点、基因突变特征及基因与表型之间的关联,为该病的早期诊断、治疗策略选择及遗传咨询提供依据。方法收集河北省儿童医院神经内科建院(1989年)以来至2023年1月收治的5例... 目的总结及分析5例CACNA1A基因突变致发育性癫痫性脑病患儿的临床特点、基因突变特征及基因与表型之间的关联,为该病的早期诊断、治疗策略选择及遗传咨询提供依据。方法收集河北省儿童医院神经内科建院(1989年)以来至2023年1月收治的5例CACNA1A基因突变致发育性癫痫性脑病患儿的临床资料、基因结果及家系验证。描述性分析患儿的临床特征、基因突变类型等。结果5例发育性癫痫性脑病患儿中男3例、女2例,起病年龄2月龄至6岁8月龄。2例为遗传学变异,3例为新生变异。错义变异4例、无义变异1例。首次癫痫发作类型多样,其中3例为全面强直-阵挛发作、1例为局灶性发作、1例为失神发作,其中全面强直—阵挛发作、癫痫持续状态合并急性脑病1例。4例有全面发育落后、1例发育正常。视频脑电图可见广泛性棘慢波夹杂慢波1例、前头部尖波1例、多灶性棘波1例、广泛性棘波夹杂慢波1例、正常1例。头颅核磁可见正常3例,髓鞘化不良及额颞脑外间隙稍宽1例,局灶性髓鞘化不良、双额颞脑外间隙增宽、小脑脑沟增宽及双侧海马肿胀1例。随访1年,2例癫痫发作缓解,3例仍有间断发作。突变位点位于Cav2.1钙通道的Ⅰ-S1区及Ⅳ-S6区羧基端表型严重,而位于Ⅳ-S6区及Ⅲ-S2区表型温和。经软件预测,表型严重,诊断为药物难治性癫痫患儿所携带的突变,均造成了蛋白结构改变;相反,表型温和患儿携带突变未引起蛋白质结构改变。结论CACNA1A变异导致的发育性癫痫性脑病发病年龄可从婴儿至学龄期起病,常见发作类型多样,大多为难治性癫痫,严重者可致癫痫持续状态及急性脑病,癫痫发作药物难治性可能与基因突变所在区域及其所带来的蛋白质结构改变有关。 展开更多

目的探索视听整合连续测试(integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test,IVA)的临床应用价值及与认知的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2021年12月厦门市儿童医院主诉为多动、注意力不集中、学习困难、反应慢患儿... 目的探索视听整合连续测试(integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test,IVA)的临床应用价值及与认知的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2021年12月厦门市儿童医院主诉为多动、注意力不集中、学习困难、反应慢患儿的临床资料,按照疾病情况分为A组(注意缺陷多动障碍)、B组(其他发育性疾病合并注意缺陷多动障碍)、C组(其他发育性疾病,包括孤独症谱系障碍、癫痫、抽动障碍、精神发育迟滞、学习技能发育障碍、构音障碍、言语和语言发育障碍、结节性硬化等发育性疾病)。比较3组IVA结果和中国韦氏儿童智力量表(Chinese Wechsler intelligence scale for children,C-WICS)情况,并分析二者相关性。结果3组言语智商(verbal intelligence quotient,VIQ)、操作智商(performance intelligence quotient,PIQ)及全智商(full-scale intelligence quotient,FIQ)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组VIQ、PIQ及FIQ评分均高于B组、C组,C组VIQ及FIQ评分均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组综合尺度控制商数比较差异无统计学意义;3组综合尺度注意力商数及多动商数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中B组的综合尺度注意力商数及多动商数低于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合尺度注意力商数、多动商数分别与VIQ及FIQ呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),与PIQ无相关性;综合尺度控制商数与VIQ、PIQ及FIQ均无相关性。使用IVA最终符合诊断的有452例(准确率78.61%),在109例其他发育性疾病患儿中,IVA判定存在问题的有59.63%(65/109),其中主要是提示符合注意缺陷型或混合型(各有27例和31例,占存在问题总例数的89.23%)。结论IVA可作为发育障碍性疾病的辅助诊断工具,其结果与IQ呈正相关,但在鉴别这些发育障碍性疾病方面尚需要进一步的研究。 展开更多
