Objective:To analyze the impact of 3D printing technology application on bite force and masticatory efficiency in patients following oral implant dentistry treatment.Methods:A total of 84 patients with single-tooth de...Objective:To analyze the impact of 3D printing technology application on bite force and masticatory efficiency in patients following oral implant dentistry treatment.Methods:A total of 84 patients with single-tooth defects,selected from 100 patients who sought treatment from May 2023 to March 2025 and met the study criteria,were included in this study.The patients were divided into groups using a random number table method.The control group(42 cases)received conventional oral implant treatment,while the observation group(42 cases)underwent oral implant treatment guided by 3D printing technology.Both groups were followed up continuously for 6 months postoperatively.Masticatory efficiency,bite force,implantation accuracy indicators,and the incidence of treatment complications were compared between the two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications following oral implantation between the two groups(p>0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group showed increased masticatory efficiency and bite force after oral implant treatment,with statistically significant differences in the deviation values of the implant crown,apical part in the sagittal plane,axial angle,and neck(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D printing technology in oral implant treatment can effectively reduce implant placement deviations,enhance implantation accuracy,and effectively correct and maintain the oral occlusal force and masticatory function health of patients.展开更多

METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients who developed liver cirr...AIM: To evaluate the assessment of primary biliary cirrhosis degree by acoustic radiation force impulse imaging (ARFI) and hepatic fibrosis indicators. METHODS: One hundred and twenty patients who developed liver cirrhosis secondary to primary biliary cirrhosis were selected as the observation group, with the degree of patient liver cirrhosis graded by Child-Pugh (CP) score. Sixty healthy individuals were selected as the control group. The four indicators of hepatic fibrosis were detected in all research objects, including hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), type III collagen (PC III), and type IV collagen (IV-C). The liver parenchyma hardness value (LS) was then measured by ARFI technique. LS and the four indicators of liver fibrosis (HA, LN, PC III, and IV-C) were observed in different grade CP scores. The diagnostic value of LS and the four indicators of liver fibrosis in determining liver cirrhosis degree with PBC, whether used alone or in combination, were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. RESULTS: LS and the four indicators of liver fibrosis within the three classes (A, B, and C) of CP scores in the observation group were higher than in the control group, with C class > B class > A class; the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). Although AUC values of LS within the three classes of CP scores were higher than in the four indicators of liver fibrosis, sensitivity and specificity were unstable. The ROC curves of LS combined with the four indicators of liver fibrosis revealed that: AUC and sensitivity in all indicators combined in the A class of CP score were higher than in LS alone, albeit with slightly decreased specificity; AUC and specificity in all indicators combined in the B class of CP score were higher than in LS alone, with unchanged sensitivity; AUC values (0.967), sensitivity (97.4%), and specificity (90%) of all indicators combined in the C class of CP score were higher than in LS alone (0.936, 92.1%, 83.3%). CONCLUSION: The diagnostic value of PBC cirrhosis degree in liver cirrhosis degree assessment by ARFI combined with the four indicators of serum liver fibrosis is of satisfactory effectiveness and has important clinical application value.展开更多

Technological processes in the cotton ginning industry include a complex of physical and mechanical advantages, the successful study of which is possible only with the use of modern achievements in science and technology. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct scientific research based on mathematical modeling. To justify the effective operation of the selected design of the cotton fiber separation device, it is necessary to select its optimal technological parameters. Improving the efficiency of the process of separation of spinning fibers from the composition of fibrous waste depends directly on technological parameters. The application of mathematical methods in the planning and conduct of research allows for determining the individual effects of the interaction of several factors that characterize the combined parameters of the optimization parameters, in contrast to traditional computational methods of research. As a result, it will be possible to obtain a mathematical model of the object understudy in a relatively small number of tests, which will simultaneously serve to obtain optimal solutions.展开更多
