The presented study analyses the impact of hysteresis on the response of mechanical systems.The main objective is to determine how the hysteretic models influence the system behaviour and if they can be utilised to de...The presented study analyses the impact of hysteresis on the response of mechanical systems.The main objective is to determine how the hysteretic models influence the system behaviour and if they can be utilised to describe a damaged or a faulty system.The hysteretic models are able to describe various types of nonlinear behaviour that can reflect the wear or damage of the system components.The data obtained from these models can possibly serve as a basis for the advanced approaches,such as digital twin modelling and predictive maintenance.All the results presented in this study were obtained in the MATLAB environment.The first part of the study provides a concise review of hysteretic models and compares them under the condition of equal energy dissipation per loading cycle.The models considered include the linear,bilinear,Bouc-Wen,Wang-Wen,and generalised Bouc-Wen models.The second part focuses on the development of a mechanical model and the implementation of the mentioned hysteretic models.The stochastic modelling of the driving forces is carried out using the Kanai-Tajimi differential model.The results show that the hysteretic models noticeably influence the treated model.This is also reflected in the frequency domain.The behaviour of hysteretic systems suggests increased energy dissipation combined with the changes in stiffness of the suspension components.Among the presented models,the asymmetric models can be considered as the most suitable for further modelling of damaged systems.展开更多
The demand for Erigeron breviscapus,a medicinal Compositae plant with cardiovascular therapeutic properties,has been increasing by 15%annually,exceeding production capacity and necessitating improvements in yield and ...The demand for Erigeron breviscapus,a medicinal Compositae plant with cardiovascular therapeutic properties,has been increasing by 15%annually,exceeding production capacity and necessitating improvements in yield and bioactive compound content.Genetic transformation remains essential for functional genomics,yet current Agrobacterium and biolistic methods are inefficient and expensive.In this study,we cloned the full-length sequences of the BABY BOOM,WUSCHEL and GROWTH-REGULATING FACTOR(GRF)genes of E.breviscapus and then transformed them into E.breviscapus explants.The transformation efficiency for the GRF gene reached 45%,and all the transgenic E.breviscapus plants were fertile without obvious developmental defects.Furthermore,we inserted EbGRF4 and Cas9-EbPDS-sgRNA into the same vector for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation to effectively knock out the PDS gene,resulting in albino seedlings,with a gene editing efficiency of 33.3%.These findings provide a solid foundation for functional genomic research and the genetic improvement of E.breviscapus,as well as an important reference for establishing high-efficiency genetic transformation systems for other medicinal plants.展开更多
Humanoid robotics represents a rapidly evolving research domain that integrates artificial intelligence and robotics.Despite significant advances,existing reviews have predominantly focused on narrow technical aspects...Humanoid robotics represents a rapidly evolving research domain that integrates artificial intelligence and robotics.Despite significant advances,existing reviews have predominantly focused on narrow technical aspects and lack comprehensive analysis from academic and industrial perspectives.This paper presents a systematic dual-perspective survey,in which academic literature,commercial products,and industry reports are extensively analyzed.A comprehensive taxonomic framework and systematic review of key enabling technologies are established,including ontological structures,perception systems,locomotion control,intelligent decision-making algorithms,foundation model integration,and human-robot interaction(HRI)technologies.From academic and industrial perspectives,research progress across diverse applications is examined,and a detailed comparative analysis of commercial products from leading companies,including Tesla,Boston Dynamics,and UBTECH,is performed.Six major challenge categories are identified:hardware design limitations,control system complexities,perception constraints,HRI difficulties,application-specific requirements,and ethical considerations.In addition,the transformative impact and integration challenges of large language models are particularly discussed.Seven promising research directions are outlined,and a systematic academic-industrial gap analysis is conducted.Consequently,significant disparities and technology transfer bottlenecks are identified,and successful collaboration models are examined.This comprehensive survey provides the first systematic examination combining academic research insights with industrial development analysis.It thus offers valuable guidance for researchers,engineers,and policymakers working toward more capable,affordable,and socially integrated humanoid robots.展开更多
