Objective:To analyze the value of formative evaluation based on WeChat-Wenjuanxing during the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.Methods:Students from the 2023 and 2024 grades of the traditional Chinese medicine surgery specialty were selected as samples.The 2023 grade students received regular summative evaluation to assist teaching,while the 2024 grade students received formative evaluation based on the WeChat-Wenjuanxing platform to assist teaching.Results:The average final score and excellent rate of the 2024 grade students were higher than those of the 2023 grade students(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the 2024 grade students was higher than that of the 2023 grade students(P<0.05).Feedback analysis showed that students had a high acceptance of the formative evaluation based on WeChat-Wenjuanxing to assist teaching.Conclusion:The application of formative evaluation based on WeChat-Wenjuanxing in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery significantly improves students’performance,achieves excellent teaching quality,and results in high student satisfaction with the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of an information-based flipped classroom teaching model in nursing education of rheumatology and immunology,providing empirical evidence for optimizing specialized nursing education models.Methods:Eighty nursing students from the 2021 grade of Xi’an Medical University were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received traditional lecture-based teaching,while the experimental group underwent information-based flipped classroom teaching.The theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation assessment scores of the two groups were compared after teaching,and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Results:The theoretical knowledge score(85.60±5.20)and practical operation score(88.30±4.70)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(76.20±6.50)and(75.80±5.90),respectively.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The information-based flipped classroom teaching model can effectively improve the quality of nursing teaching in rheumatology and immunology,enhance students’knowledge mastery and practical abilities,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing teaching. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of high-fidelity simulation teaching in the training of emergency management for difficult airways among anesthesia nursing students,providing practical references for enhancing their clinical emergency response capabilities.Methods:Eighty-four anesthesia nursing students who interned in the Department of Anesthesiology of our hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=42)using the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode(theoretical lectures+video demonstrations),while the observation group adopted the high-fidelity simulation teaching mode.After the training,the theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores,emergency response capability scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results:The observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in both theoretical assessment(90.35±4.82)points and practical assessment(92.17±3.96)points,with scores of(79.26±5.78)points and(81.34±5.21)points,respectively,in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The observation group also scored higher than the control group in all dimensions of emergency response capabilities and total scores,including airway assessment(18.92±2.05)points vs.(14.56±2.37)points,equipment selection(19.15±1.83)points vs.(13.89±2.24)points,operation execution(19.36±1.78)points vs.(14.23±2.41)points,teamwork(18.73±2.11)points vs.(13.98±2.53)points,and total score(76.16±6.84)points vs.(56.66±7.92)points.All differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.62%(41/42),significantly higher than that in the control group at 78.57%(33/42),with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:High-fidelity simulation teaching can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and emergency response capabilities of anesthesia nursing students in managing difficult airways,as well as improve teaching satisfaction.It is an efficient clinical teaching model for anesthesia nursing and is worthy of promotion and application. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the implementation effects of the workshop teaching model based on the DEU(Dedicated Education Unit)philosophy in clinical nursing education for intern nurses,and analyze its impacts on students’critical thinking abilities,operational skill levels,and satisfaction.Methods:A total of 80 undergraduate nursing students interning at a tertiary hospital in Deyang City from January to June 2025 were randomly divided into an experimental group(40 students)and a control group(40 students).The control group received conventional lecture-based instruction,while the experimental group adopted the DEU-based workshop teaching model.Comparative analyses were conducted on theoretical scores,operational assessment results,Critical Thinking Inventory(CTDI-CV)scores,and satisfaction surveys between the two groups.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher theoretical scores,operational skill assessments,and critical thinking dimension scores compared to the control group(P<0.05),with notable improvements in teaching satisfaction.Conclusion:Integrating the DEU philosophy with workshop teaching models can effectively enhance clinical teaching quality,strengthen nursing students’comprehensive competencies,and boost learning motivation.This approach is recommended for widespread adoption in clinical nursing education. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching method based on situational simulation videos in undergraduate teaching of internal medicine,and to provide practical basis for optimizing the undergraduate teaching mode of internal medicine and improving teaching quality.Methods:A total of 32 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine(Grade 2021)from Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table method,with 16 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional PBL teaching method,while the experimental group used the PBL teaching method based on situational simulation videos.After the teaching,the mastery of theoretical knowledge of students in the two groups was evaluated by examinations;a questionnaire survey was conducted to assess students’self-perceived improvement in clinical thinking,learning interest,self-directed learning ability and teamwork ability;statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge examination of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In terms of self-evaluation,the experimental group showed better performance than the control group in the cultivation of clinical thinking,learning interest and selfdirected learning ability,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05);however,there was no statistically significant difference in the self-evaluation of teamwork ability between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching method based on situational simulation videos can effectively improve students’level of theoretical knowledge,enhance their clinical thinking,learning interest and self-directed learning ability in undergraduate teaching of internal medicine,and is worthy of further promotion and application in undergraduate teaching of internal medicine. 展开更多

Physiology is an important basic course for medical majors.The content of the nervous system is abstract,the theories are profound,the knowledge is updated rapidly,and it is most closely connected with clinical practice.Students generally report difficulties in understanding,resulting in low learning interest.To improve teaching quality,this study has attempted to organically integrate clinical cases,scientific research methods and classroom teaching in the teaching of the nervous system,and constructed a“clinical-research-teaching”trinity teaching model.With“clinical problem-driven,scientific research thinking-driven,teaching scenario reconstruction”as the main line,real cases,scientific research examples and cutting-edge research progress in neuroscience were introduced to stimulate students’learning interest and cultivate their scientific thinking and clinical application abilities.Practice has shown that this model can effectively improve teaching effectiveness and students’comprehensive quality.Compared with the traditional teaching model,this teaching model significantly improved students’final exam scores(p<0.01),scores of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(p<0.01),and the number of approved college students’innovation and entrepreneurship projects.It is proved that the“trinity”teaching model can stimulate learning interest,cultivate integrated medical talents,and is an effective way to achieve in-depth connection between basic medicine and clinical practice. 展开更多

The General Secretary pointed out that“artificial intelligence is an important driving force for the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and will have a profound impact on the global economic and social development and the progress of human civilization”[1].With the in-depth advancement of China’s education reform,the training model for pre-service teachers has also ushered in changes.Based on the innovative“4+1”on-site(teaching)practicum for pre-service teachers at a university in Jiangsu Province,this study explores the application of artificial intelligence technology in the“4+1”on-site(teaching)practicum process for pre-service teachers.By using artificial intelligence technology to assist teaching design,conduct classroom behavior analysis,and generate teaching reflections,this study aims to enhance the personalization and effectiveness of pre-service teachers’internships.This research is intended to provide certain references for empowering normal education practice with artificial intelligence technology,and has positive significance for promoting the digital transformation of teacher education. 展开更多
