目的基于功能磁共振技术(fMRI),探究针刺神门穴对睡眠剥夺后皮层下海马功能的影响。方法本研究招募30名健康人,所有受试者经历24 h的急性睡眠剥夺,在睡眠剥夺前和后均进行静息态和针刺态的fMRI扫描,其中针刺态为双侧神门穴的得气刺激。... 目的基于功能磁共振技术(fMRI),探究针刺神门穴对睡眠剥夺后皮层下海马功能的影响。方法本研究招募30名健康人,所有受试者经历24 h的急性睡眠剥夺,在睡眠剥夺前和后均进行静息态和针刺态的fMRI扫描,其中针刺态为双侧神门穴的得气刺激。随后,应用图论算法结合fMRI技术,以大脑皮层下海马为感兴趣区,比较睡眠剥夺前后海马功能的拓扑属性变化,以及针刺神门穴对海马功能的即刻影响。结果在经历急性睡眠剥夺后,右侧海马头在静息态下的节点效率值会显著升高;在睡眠剥夺前,针刺双侧神门穴可以显著提升右侧海马头的节点效率值;在经历24 h急性睡眠剥夺后,针刺双侧神门穴可以显著降低右侧海马头的节点效率值。结论针刺神门穴可以对睡眠剥夺前、后海马功能进行双向调控,这可能是神门穴缓解睡眠障碍的潜在脑机制。 展开更多

分裂型人格特质在额叶-内嗅皮层功能连接与社交回避及苦恼间的中介作用:一项静息态fMRI研究

目的本研究旨在探究分裂型人格特质与社交回避和社交苦恼之间的关系及其潜在的脑神经机制。方法对153名大学生施测分裂型人格问卷简版(SPQ-B)、社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD),并采集其静息态磁共振成像数据。采用Spearman等级相关分析探究分... 目的本研究旨在探究分裂型人格特质与社交回避和社交苦恼之间的关系及其潜在的脑神经机制。方法对153名大学生施测分裂型人格问卷简版(SPQ-B)、社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD),并采集其静息态磁共振成像数据。采用Spearman等级相关分析探究分裂型人格特质与社交回避和社交苦恼之间的关系,并采用中介分析探究分裂型人格特质在脑功能连接与社交回避和社交苦恼关系中的作用。结果SPQ-B总分7.00(4.00,11.00),社交回避评分4.00(2.00,7.00),社交苦恼评分4.00(1.00,8.00)。分裂型人格特质与社交回避(r=0.41,P<0.001)及社交苦恼(r=0.41,P<0.001)均呈正相关。功能连接分析发现,左侧额上回眶部与左侧腹侧内嗅皮层之间的功能连接与分裂型人格特质负相关(r=-0.36,P<0.001)。中介分析显示,分裂型格特质完全中介功能连接对社交回避的影响(B=-4.41,95%CI:-7.37~-2.09,占总效应65%)和社交苦恼的影响(B=-6.04,95%CI:-9.30~-3.13,占总效应83%)。结论左侧额上回眶部与左侧腹侧内嗅皮层之间的功能连接通过分裂型人格特质间接影响了社交行为,为理解其神经机制提供了新证据。 展开更多
