To address the problem of using fixed feature and single apparent model which is difficult to adapt to the complex scenarios, a Kernelized correlation filter target tracking algorithm based on online saliency feature selection and fusion is proposed. It combined the correlation filter tracking framework and the salient feature model of the target. In the tracking process, the maximum Kernel correlation filter response values of different feature models were calculated respectively, and the response weights were dynamically set according to the saliency of different features. According to the filter response value, the final target position was obtained, which improves the target positioning accuracy. The target model was dynamically updated in an online manner based on the feature saliency measurement results. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively utilize the distinctive feature fusion to improve the tracking effect in complex environments. 展开更多

To solve the problem that multiple agents cannot effectively track the target while avoiding obstacle in dynamic environment, a novel control algorithm based on potential function and behavior rules is proposed. Meanwhile, the interactions among agents are also considered. According to the state whether an agent is within the area of its neighbors' influence, two kinds of potential functions are presented. Meanwhile, the distributed control input of each agent is determined by relative velocities as well as relative positions among agents, target and obstacle. The maximum linear speed of the agents is also discussed. Finally, simulation studies are given to demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

In this paper, the problems of target tracking and obstacle avoidance for multi-agent networks with input constraints are investigated. When there is a moving obstacle, the control objectives are to make the agents track a moving target and to avoid collisions among agents. First, without considering the input constraints, a novel distributed controller can be obtained based on the potential function. Second, at each sampling time, the control algorithm is optimized. Furthermore, to solve the problem that agents cannot effectively avoid the obstacles in dynamic environment where the obstacles are moving, a new velocity repulsive potential is designed. One advantage of the designed control algorithm is that each agent only requires local knowledge of its neighboring agents. Finally, simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

A fast algorithm based on the grayscale distribution of infrared target and the weighted kernel function was proposed for the moving target detection(MTD) in dynamic scene of image series. This algorithm is used to deal with issues like the large computational complexity, the fluctuation of grayscale, and the noise in infrared images. Four characteristic points were selected by analyzing the grayscale distribution in infrared image, of which the series was quickly matched with an affine transformation model. The image was then divided into 32×32 squares and the gray-weighted kernel(GWK) for each square was calculated. At last, the MTD was carried out according to the variation of the four GWKs. The results indicate that the MTD can be achieved in real time using the algorithm with the fluctuations of grayscale and noise can be effectively suppressed. The detection probability is greater than 90% with the false alarm rate lower than 5% when the calculation time is less than 40 ms. 展开更多

This paper presents a nonlinear multidimensional scaling model, called kernelized fourth quantifica- tion theory, which is an integration of kernel techniques and the fourth quantification theory. The model can deal with the problem of mineral prediction without defining a training area. In mineral target prediction, the pre-defined statistical cells, such as grid cells, can be implicitly transformed using kernel techniques from input space to a high-dimensional feature space, where the nonlinearly separable clusters in the input space are ex- pected to be linearly separable. Then, the transformed cells in the feature space are mapped by the fourth quan- tifieation theory onto a low-dimensional scaling space, where the sealed cells can be visually clustered according to their spatial locations. At the same time, those cells, which are far away from the cluster center of the majority of the sealed cells, are recognized as anomaly cells. Finally, whether the anomaly cells can serve as mineral potential target cells can be tested by spatially superimposing the known mineral occurrences onto the anomaly ceils. A case study shows that nearly all the known mineral occurrences spatially coincide with the anomaly cells with nearly the smallest scaled coordinates in one-dimensional sealing space. In the case study, the mineral target cells delineated by the new model are similar to those predicted by the well-known WofE model. 展开更多

Sensor management plays an important role in data fusion system, and this paper presents an algorithm of sensor management that can be used in target detection, identification and tracking. First, the basic concept, rule, range and function of sensor management are introduced. Then, the quantifying problems of target priority and sensor (or combination)-target pairing in multisensor management are discussed and the efficiency and waste functions are established based on the functions of target priority and sensor-target pairing. On this basis, a distribution algorithm of multi-sensor resources is given, which is optimized by the principle of maximum synthesis efficiency in the multisensor system and constrained by sensor maximum tracking power and what target must be scanned. In addition, the waste measure of sensor resources is introduced to improve the algorithm. Finally, a tactical task that includes three sensors and ten targets is set, and the simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective. 展开更多

The state estimation of a maneuvering target,of which the trajectory shape is independent on dynamic characteristics,is studied.The conventional motion models in Cartesian coordinates imply that the trajectory of a target is completely determined by its dynamic characteristics.However,this is not true in the applications of road-target,sea-route-target or flight route-target tracking,where target trajectory shape is uncoupled with target velocity properties.In this paper,a new estimation algorithm based on separate modeling of target trajectory shape and dynamic characteristics is proposed.The trajectory of a target over a sliding window is described by a linear function of the arc length.To determine the unknown target trajectory,an augmented system is derived by denoting the unknown coefficients of the function as states in mileage coordinates.At every estimation cycle except the first one,the interaction(mixing)stage of the proposed algorithm starts from the latest estimated base state and a recalculated parameter vector,which is determined by the least squares(LS).Numerical experiments are conducted to assess the performance of the proposed algorithm.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve better performance than the conventional coupled model-based algorithms in the presence of target maneuvers. 展开更多

The different approaches used for target decomposition (TD) theory in radar polarimetry are reviewed and three main types of theorems are introduced: those based on Mueller matrix, those using an eigenvector analysis of the coherency matrix, and those employing coherent decomposition of the scattering matrix. Support vector machine (SVM), as a novel approach in pattern recognition, has demonstrated success in many fields. A new algorithm of target classification, by combining target decomposition and the support vector machine, is proposed. To conduct the experiment, the polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data are used. Experimental results show that it is feasible and efficient to target classification by applying target decomposition to extract scattering mechanisms, and the effects of kernel function and its parameters on the classification efficiency are significant. 展开更多

针对视频小卫星与观测目标存在较大初始相对姿态偏差和角速度,目标容易偏离相机视场造成脱靶的问题,设计了一种视频小卫星目标跟踪视野分区防脱靶控制方法,该方法将星载相机矩形成像视野按照内切圆划分为内外两部分,内切圆内部和外部分... 针对视频小卫星与观测目标存在较大初始相对姿态偏差和角速度,目标容易偏离相机视场造成脱靶的问题,设计了一种视频小卫星目标跟踪视野分区防脱靶控制方法,该方法将星载相机矩形成像视野按照内切圆划分为内外两部分,内切圆内部和外部分别基于势函数和拟欧拉旋转法设计跟踪控制器,并利用Barbalat引理证明两个区域控制律的渐近稳定性,同时在理论上证明了目标进入视野内切圆区域后,在基于势函数的控制器作用下可以确保不脱靶。通过控制器对比仿真,结果表明拟欧拉旋转法相比于比例-微分(proportional-derivative,PD)控制具有更强的抑制目标偏离视场能力,结合拟欧拉旋转法和势函数法的视野分区控制与全视场的拟欧拉旋转法相比,能够有效实现对较快速机动目标的防脱靶控制,从而实现连续跟踪观测。 展开更多

基于核相关滤波的多尺度目标跟踪方法

针对传统核相关滤波(kernelized correlation filter,KCF)跟踪算法缺乏尺度自适应机制,使其在目标遮挡、运动模糊及尺度变化等场景中跟踪性能显著下降的问题,提出一种改进的KCF多尺度目标(简称KCFC)跟踪算法。通过整合梯度方向直方图的... 针对传统核相关滤波(kernelized correlation filter,KCF)跟踪算法缺乏尺度自适应机制,使其在目标遮挡、运动模糊及尺度变化等场景中跟踪性能显著下降的问题,提出一种改进的KCF多尺度目标(简称KCFC)跟踪算法。通过整合梯度方向直方图的轮廓敏感性与颜色特征的光照不变性,形成互补特征描述用于增强表观表征的判别力。采用高斯核滤波器进行位置预测定位,引入循环矩阵与核技巧来增加样本与降低数据集冗余。构建尺度池捕捉目标在不同尺度下的外观特征,设计独立尺度滤波器建立尺度变化响应模型,实现对跟踪目标的位置跟踪与尺度估计。仿真跟踪实验结果表明:KCFC跟踪算法在OTB-100数据集上的平均精确率与成功率分别为77.5%与59.2%,相较于KCF跟踪算法提高了4百分点与11.5百分点,实时平均帧率稳定在137帧/s。真实场景跟踪实验结果表明:KCFC跟踪算法在低照度、部分遮挡和尺度变化等复杂环境下表现出优异的跟踪性能,能够在目标短暂丢失后实现重新定位,提升了复杂场景下的跟踪鲁棒性,为智能监控,自动驾驶等实时视觉系统提供了借鉴。 展开更多

针对实际交通场景下车辆跟踪算法复杂度高、计算量大,难以在资源有限的设备中应用的问题,提出一种基于改进YOLOv8+DeepSORT的多目标车辆跟踪算法。在骨干网络中引入轻量化的GhostNet卷积神经网络,将Conv替换为GhostConv,在保证模型轻量... 针对实际交通场景下车辆跟踪算法复杂度高、计算量大,难以在资源有限的设备中应用的问题,提出一种基于改进YOLOv8+DeepSORT的多目标车辆跟踪算法。在骨干网络中引入轻量化的GhostNet卷积神经网络,将Conv替换为GhostConv,在保证模型轻量化的同时实现性能的提升。其次通过引入CBAM注意力机制并结合Ghost卷积技术,构建一种新的GC-C2f特征融合模块,进一步增强特征提取的能力。最后使用新的损失函数WIoU,提高模型回归精度和收敛速度。使用改进YOLOv8模型的检测结果作为DeepSORT算法的输入,实现对复杂情况下的多目标车辆跟踪。实验结果表明,在交通数据集KITTI上,GCW-YOLO+DeepSORT在检测精度没有损失的情况下,相较于原YOLOv8+DeepSORT参数量降低35.94%,计算量降低20.25%,更适合在资源有限的设备上部署,具有实用价值。 展开更多

[目的]针对无人船视角下的水面漂浮瓶识别易出现错检、漏检等问题,基于YOLOv5s算法,提出一种改进的YOLOv5s水面漂浮小目标检测算法。[方法]对原始数据集Flow-Img进行数据增强和扩充,从而避免模型出现过拟合的现象;为了提高深度学习模型对极小目标的检测精度,在YOLOv5s的3个检测层的基础上,增加1个极小目标检测层,同时去掉用于大目标的检测头,避免数据不均衡带来的先验框分配问题;接着,在骨干网络中增加CBAM注意力模块,以解决模型在水面漂浮瓶检测任务中目标特征信息捕捉能力不足的问题;最后引入归一化Wasserstein距离(NWD)的回归损失函数,将IoU损失函数和NWD损失函数进行加权组合,形成一个综合的回归损失函数,从而进一步提高对水面漂浮瓶识别的准确率和精度。[结果]实验结果表明,所提算法在水面漂浮瓶检测时mAP@0.5值达到95.7%,比原始YOLOv5s算法的mAP@0.5提升了2.6%,mAP@0.95提升了4.5%,同时,模型参数量下降了61.9%。[结论]在实现轻量化的同时使得水面漂浮瓶检测结果更加准确,为水面小型漂浮物的检测提供了重要的技术参考。 展开更多

基于核函数深度关联的SAR序贯图像动目标检测

在目标因快速运动或遮挡造成观测不连续的情况下,由于核相关滤波(Kernel Correlation Filter,KCF)算法采用固定大小搜索区,容易导致跟踪精度下降甚至目标漂移。针对这一问题,本研究提出了一种基于峰值旁瓣比扰动的多搜索区核相关滤波跟... 在目标因快速运动或遮挡造成观测不连续的情况下,由于核相关滤波(Kernel Correlation Filter,KCF)算法采用固定大小搜索区,容易导致跟踪精度下降甚至目标漂移。针对这一问题,本研究提出了一种基于峰值旁瓣比扰动的多搜索区核相关滤波跟踪方法。该方法首先在核相关滤波跟踪框架中融入跟踪质量感知机制;然后在特殊场景下,以上一帧目标所在位置为先验信息,通过峰值旁瓣比对运动状态方程的协方差矩阵进行扰动,从而调节各采样粒子所在搜索区分布;最后以各搜索区域的相关滤波响应峰值构造似然函数,利用粒子滤波算法在多搜索区中实现对目标位置的有效估计,在模板更新上采用差异化模板更新策略以降低目标漂移概率。定性和定量实验结果表明,本研究所提方法在目标快速运动和被遮挡情形下,相比原始KCF算法跟踪精度有较大的提升,且具有一定的鲁棒性。 展开更多

单颗苹果树上苹果数量是准确估计苹果园产量的重要参数。由于苹果树上的苹果密度大并且相互叠加,很难对苹果进行自动准确的计数。大多数基于深度学习的方法是通过静态图像进行苹果检测和计数,如果拍摄的区域重复,则重复区域的苹果会被... 单颗苹果树上苹果数量是准确估计苹果园产量的重要参数。由于苹果树上的苹果密度大并且相互叠加,很难对苹果进行自动准确的计数。大多数基于深度学习的方法是通过静态图像进行苹果检测和计数,如果拍摄的区域重复,则重复区域的苹果会被重复计数。为此,提出了一种基于视频的多目标跟踪的计数方法,首先,对YOLOv7模型进行改进。将注意力机制和网络的backbone相结合,额外增加一个小目标检测头并且在原边框回归损失中引入归一化的Wassestein距离(Normalized Wasserstein Distance,NWD)以提高算法对微小物体的检测能力。结果表明,改进后的YOLOv7模型mAP比原模型提高了1.61%,达到84.42%。其次,过滤掉DeepSort在跟踪目标时出现的重复目标ID。最后,结合改进后的YOLOv7检测算法和DeepSort跟踪算法,计算出视频中不同的ID个数即是苹果个数,提升了整套算法检测的准确率,准确率达到88.3%。 展开更多

针对地铁站复杂场景下多目标跟踪任务中存在的目标遮挡、密集人群干扰及身份切换频繁等问题,提出了一种改进型DeepSORT算法。首先,将主干网络替换为轻量级PP-LCNet,通过深度可分离卷积与H-swish激活函数优化特征提取效率;其次,设计SimA... 针对地铁站复杂场景下多目标跟踪任务中存在的目标遮挡、密集人群干扰及身份切换频繁等问题,提出了一种改进型DeepSORT算法。首先,将主干网络替换为轻量级PP-LCNet,通过深度可分离卷积与H-swish激活函数优化特征提取效率;其次,设计SimAMDC注意力机制,结合局部响应归一化与3D平均池化增强密集区域特征区分能力;最后,引入CIoU损失函数,综合目标框几何特性提升关联精度。基于混合数据集(MOT20与自采集数据)的实验表明:改进型DeepSORT算法在MOTA与MOTP指标上分别达到54.61%与22.47%,较传统DeepSORT算法提升3.02%与2.11%,显著优于SORT、ByteTrack等对比算法。消融实验验证了各模块的协同优化效应,证明该方法在实时性、鲁棒性及定位精度上的综合优势,其为高密度场景下的多目标跟踪提供了有效解决方案。 展开更多
