In 2010,the first offshore wind turbine with integrated installation was established in Qidong sea area of Jiangsu Province,China,which led to the implementation phase of one-step-installation technique based on the design and construction of large-scale bucket-top-bearing (LSBTB) bucket foundation.The critical technique of LSBTB bucket foundation included self-floating towing,penetration with adjustment of horizontal levelness,removability and one-step-installation.The process of one-step-installation included the prefabrication of LSBTB bucket foundation in onshore construction base,installation and debugging of wind power,overall water transportation of foundation and wind power system,and installation of foundation and offshore wind turbine on the appointed sea area.The cost of one-step-installation technique was about 5 000 Yuan/kW,which was 30%-50% lower than that of the existing technique.The prefabrication of LSBTB bucket foundation took about two months.During the one-step-installation process,the installation and debugging of wind power and overall water transportation need about one to two days in sea area within 35 m depth.After the proposed technique is industrialized,the cost will be further reduced,and the installation capacity is expected to be up to 500 wind turbines per year. 展开更多

In order to get atomic smooth rigid disk substrate surface, ultra-fined alumina slurry and nanometer silica slurry are prepared, and two steps chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) of rigid disk substrate in the two slurries are studied. The results show that, during the first step CMP in the alumina slurry, a high material removal rate is reached, and the average roughness (Ra) and the average waviness (Wa) of the polished surfaces can be decreased from previous 1.4 nm and 1.6 nm to about 0.6 nm and 0.7 nm, respectively. By using the nanometer silica slurry and optimized polishing process parameters in the second step CMP, the Ra and the Wa of the polished surfaces can be further reduced to 0.038 nm and 0.06 am, respectively. Atom force microscopy (AFM) analysis shows that the final polished surfaces are ultra-smooth without micro-defects. 展开更多

A distributed model predictive control(MPC) scheme with one-step delay communication is proposed for on-line optimization and control of large-scale systems in this paper. Cooperation between subsystems is achieved by exchanging information with neighbor-to-neighbor communication and by optimizing the local problem with the improved performance index in the neighborhood. A distributed MPC algorithm with one-step delay communication is developed for the situation that there is a one-step delay in the information available from its neighbors when a subsystem solves the local optimization problem. The nominal stability is employed for the whole system under the distributed MPC algorithm without the inequality constraints. Finally, the case study of the reactor-storage-separator(RSS) system is illustrated to test the practicality of the presented control algorithm. 展开更多

The signal model is derived for FMCW SAR used in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) reconnaissance and remote sensing. An appropriate algorithm is proposed. The algorithm performs the range cell migration correction (RCMC) for continuous nonchirped raw data using the energy invariance of the scaling of a signal in the scale domain. The azimuth processing is based on step transform without geometric resampling operation. The complete derivation of the algorithm is presented. The optimality criteria (OC) method and mathematical programming (MP) were combined to found the sectional optimization model of frame structures. Different methods were adopted to deal with the different constraints. The stress constraints as local constraints were approached by zero-order approximation and transformed into movable sectional lower limits with the full stress criterion. The displacement constraints as global constraints were transformed into explicit expressions with the unit virtual load method. Thus an approximate explicit model for the sectional optimization of frame structures was built with stress and displacement constraints. To improve the resolution efficiency, the dual-quadratic programming was adopted to transform the original optimization model into a dual problem according to the dual theory and solved iteratively in its dual space. A method called approximate scaling step was adopted to reduce computations and smooth the iterative process. Negative constraints were deleted to reduce the size of the optimization model. With MSC/Nastran software as structural solver and MSC/Patran software as developing platform, the sectional optimization software of frame structures was accomplished, considering stress and displacement constraints. The examples show that the efficiency and accuracy are improved. 展开更多

Large eddy simulation (LES) explicitly calculates the large-scale vortex field and parameterizes the small-scale vortices.In this study,LES and κ-ε models were developed for a specific geometrical configuration of backward-facing step (BFS).The simulation results were validated with particle image velocimetry (PIV) measurements and direct numerical simulation (DNS).This LES simulation was carried out with a Reynolds number of 9000 in a pressurized water tunnel with an expansion ratio of 2.00.The results indicate that the LES model can reveal largescale vortex motion although with a larger grid-cell size.However,the LES model tends to overestimate the top wall separation and the Reynolds stress components for the BFS flow simulation without a sufficiently fine grid.Overall,LES is a potential tool for simulating separated flow controlled by large-scale vortices. 展开更多

面向无尺度图的Δ-stepping算法改进策略

单源最短路径问题是图算法理论中的经典问题,目的是在带权图上搜索一个源点到其他各个顶点的最短路径。Δ-stepping算法结合了经典Dijkstra算法和Bellman-Ford算法的优势,被广泛用于并行环境的单源最短路径计算。大规模网络的结构按照... 单源最短路径问题是图算法理论中的经典问题,目的是在带权图上搜索一个源点到其他各个顶点的最短路径。Δ-stepping算法结合了经典Dijkstra算法和Bellman-Ford算法的优势,被广泛用于并行环境的单源最短路径计算。大规模网络的结构按照连接偏好机制演化,其顶点的度数分布呈显著的倾斜特征。基于大规模网络的倾斜性,提出了对Δ-stepping算法的两类改进策略。通过预处理计算任意两个顶点之间的距离上限,实现对边松弛操作的调度优化,提高单源最短路径计算的效率以及在并行环境中的伸缩性。首先,把权重超过所关联顶点之间距离上限值的边标记出来,在单源最短路径计算时,直接跳过这些边,从而减少计算过程中被松弛的边的数量。其次,利用顶点之间距离的上限值动态优化顶点的松弛顺序,只有一个顶点到源点的当前路径的长度不超过它们之间的距离上限值时,才松弛该顶点关联的边,从而减少这些边上的重复松弛操作。测试结果表明,与Graph500实现的Δ-stepping算法相比,改进后的算法在Graph500的基准测试图上有接近10倍的性能提升,在一些真实图上也有2.68~5.58倍的性能提升。 展开更多

Therefore, the simulation performance of multi-scale PV model is the key factor of the simulation accuracy in the specific operating scenarios of distribution network. In this paper, a multi-scale model of grid connected PV distributed generation system is proposed based on the mathematical model of grid-connected distributed PV power generation. It is analyzed that differences of simulation performance, such as adaptability of simulation step size, accuracy of output and the effect on voltage profile of distribution network, between PV models with different scales in IEEE 33 node example. Simulation results indicate that the multi-scale model is effective in improving the accuracy and efficiency of simulation under different operating conditions of distribution network. 展开更多

近井地带有机垢和无机垢的沉积严重影响了油气正常生产,常规解堵体系无法同时解除有机、无机及其混合垢。针对上述问题,开发了一种新型多功能解堵体系—单相酸体系,该体系由2种不相溶的液体(溶有机垢的芳烃溶剂和溶无机垢的酸液)、表面... 近井地带有机垢和无机垢的沉积严重影响了油气正常生产,常规解堵体系无法同时解除有机、无机及其混合垢。针对上述问题,开发了一种新型多功能解堵体系—单相酸体系,该体系由2种不相溶的液体(溶有机垢的芳烃溶剂和溶无机垢的酸液)、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂及功能型添加剂组成。采用电导率仪、粒度分析仪、旋转岩盘仪、界面张力仪、润湿角测定仪、摩阻仪、岩心流动仪、CT扫描等实验仪器对单相酸体系的性能进行了系统分析评价。实验结果表明,单相酸体系是一种外相为油、内相为酸的纳米均相分散体系,粒径分布为7~50 nm;界面张力为0;具有解除储层乳化(破乳率大于90%)、水锁、润湿改性的性能(油湿改性为水湿);可同时溶解有机垢、无机垢及其混合垢(溶解率100%),岩心伤害渗透率恢复率大于100%;具有低摩阻性能(降阻率大于80%),可实现大排量解堵作业;具有高缓速率性能(缓速率大于99%),可实现储层深部解堵。单相酸体系利用油、酸互溶原理,实现了有机垢、无机垢及其混合垢单步同时溶解,对油气井及转注井近井地带混合垢污染物的高效解除具有重要意义。单相酸体系在伊拉克米桑油田进行了现场试验,增产效果显著。 展开更多

This paper proposes a new technique which introduces the high-order single-step-β method(HSM)into the experimental study on the substructure pseudo-dynamic testing(SPDT).The technique is based on the proposed concept of equivalent shear stiffness which can meet the requirement of the HSM algorithm.A study is done to theoretically validate the technique by the numerical analysis of two-storey shear building structure,in comparison of the proposed substructure pseudo-dynamic testing algorithm with the central difference method(CDM).Then,a full-scale SPDT model,the three-storey frame-supported reinforced concrete short-limb masonry shear wall structure,is designed and tested to simulate the seismic response of the corresponding six-storey structure and verify the proposed force control HSM technique.Meanwhile,the techniques of both stiffness correction and force control are suggested to control algorithmic error,control error and measurement error.The results indicate that the force control HSM can be used in the full-scale multi-degree-of-freedom(MDOF)substructure pseudo-dynamic testing before descent segment of structure restoring force properties. 展开更多

融合多尺度卷积网络与TransGRU的流程生产过程质量多步预测方法

流程生产具有连续性强、生产工序多、变量间耦合复杂、原料成分波动大等特点,如何在原料特性和生产工况等内外部条件变化时,准确预知产品质量发生的变化,是保证生产流程优化运行的核心问题。传统方法难以有效捕捉复杂的非线性和长期依... 流程生产具有连续性强、生产工序多、变量间耦合复杂、原料成分波动大等特点,如何在原料特性和生产工况等内外部条件变化时,准确预知产品质量发生的变化,是保证生产流程优化运行的核心问题。传统方法难以有效捕捉复杂的非线性和长期依赖关系,导致预测精度不高。对此,提出了一种融合多尺度卷积网络与TransGRU的流程生产过程质量多步预测方法。该模型利用不同尺度的卷积核提取不同时间尺度的特征,采用Transformer中的多头注意力机制,捕获序列中任意位置的依赖关系,提升模型对复杂非线性和长期依赖关系的建模能力。在此基础上,考虑到生产过程参数的时间动态特性,采用基于残差的GRU网络进行序列预测,充分利用时间序列信息,提高预测精度。最后,以某流程制丝生产线的烘丝工序为例进行了实验验证,结果表明,所提出方法在预测精度、稳定性和网络结构都优于其他对比模型,多步预测的准确率均在95.1%以上,为实现生产过程质量精准控制提供了新方法和新途径。 展开更多

时空网络特征融合的病理步态识别方法

光纤电流互感器非线性负载谐波电流测量技术

高频谐波分量与噪声的强耦合性导致信号难以精确解耦。传统方法由于法拉第磁光效应在宽频带测量时存在非线性相位延迟累积误差,且固定参数滤波算法对动态谐波与背景噪声的时变特性适应性不足,导致频谱泄漏严重;同时,非平稳信号环境下传... 高频谐波分量与噪声的强耦合性导致信号难以精确解耦。传统方法由于法拉第磁光效应在宽频带测量时存在非线性相位延迟累积误差,且固定参数滤波算法对动态谐波与背景噪声的时变特性适应性不足,导致频谱泄漏严重;同时,非平稳信号环境下传统自适应滤波器的收敛速度与稳态精度难以兼顾,使得高次谐波测量时信噪比急剧恶化,相角检测误差随谐波阶次升高而显著增大。因此,研究光纤电流互感器非线性负载谐波电流测量技术。依据光纤电流互感器测量原理,其传感阶段通过法拉第效应和信号调制处理谐波电流信号,并基于改进多尺度域变步长自适应算法优化调整滤波器,提升其对噪声信号的时变性处理能力;处理后的结果输入输出阶段中,该阶段对谐波电流平均处理后,计算其相角和幅值,完成非线性负载谐波电流测量。测试结果表明,优化后的滤波器能够更好的处理信号中的噪声干扰,随着负载程度的增加,依旧能够较好的测量信号中的各次谐波测量,测量后相对误差值最大值仅为0.024%。 展开更多
