Objective: to study the application value of midwives in nursing uterus scar delivery room. Methods: 100 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus admitted to our hospital since 2019 were selected as the experimental o...Objective: to study the application value of midwives in nursing uterus scar delivery room. Methods: 100 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus admitted to our hospital since 2019 were selected as the experimental objects, and these people were divided into two groups according to their age. There are 50 people in each group. The first group was treated by routine methods, and the midwives were nursing the parturients. The second group used the original routine treatment model based on the new standardized care, and compared the production process and the time consumed by the two parturients. Results: No matter the production time or the success rate of production, the second group is significantly better than the first group, with mathematical statistical significance. This method has a better application value in the current clinical aspects, and can also have a good experience. It has a positive effect on improving the success rate of vaginal labor trial and shortening the time of labor, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.展开更多

Methods: 100 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group, and 102 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group. The control group received routine emergency department safety management, while the observation group applied standardized communication model on the basis of the control group. The incidence rate and satisfaction of adverse events caused by communication barriers were compared between the two groups. Results: there was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse events caused by communication disorders between the two groups. The incidence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups. The incidence rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the standardized communication model can play an important role in the safety management of emergency department, and can improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of further promotion.展开更多

Methods: 84 cases of head and neck radiotherapy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (standardized nutritional nursing). The nutritional index and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results: after nursing, the nutritional index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). The aim of this article is to present six measures of ...Although there are many measures of variability for qualitative variables, they are little used in social research, nor are they included in statistical software. The aim of this article is to present six measures of variation for qualitative variables of simple calculation, as well as to facilitate their use by means of the R software. The measures considered are, on the one hand, Freemans variation ratio, Morals universal variation ratio, Kvalseths standard deviation from the mode, and Wilcoxs variation ratio which are most affected by proximity to a constant random variable, where the measures of variability for qualitative variables reach their minimum value of 0. On the other hand, the Gibbs-Poston index of qualitative variation and Shannons relative entropy are included, which are more affected by the proximity to a uniform distribution, where the measures of variability for qualitative variables reach their maximum value of 1. Point and interval estimation are addressed. Bootstrap by the percentile and bias-corrected and accelerated percentile methods are used to obtain confidence intervals. Two calculation situations are presented: with a sample mode and with two or more modes. The standard deviation from the mode among the six considered measures, and the universal variation ratio among the three variation ratios, are particularly recommended for use.展开更多
