病原菌的定量分析对于预防和治疗传染性疾病关重要。相较于传统微生物学识别方法,拉曼光谱技术具有快速、无损和高灵敏度的优势,但存在分析时间长、对专业知识需求高等限制。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种结合小波变换和Transformer模型... 病原菌的定量分析对于预防和治疗传染性疾病关重要。相较于传统微生物学识别方法,拉曼光谱技术具有快速、无损和高灵敏度的优势,但存在分析时间长、对专业知识需求高等限制。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种结合小波变换和Transformer模型的方法,以实现病原菌的精确检测。本文对公开病原菌拉曼光谱数据集进行验证,选用随机森林、VGG19、ResNet和AlexNet四种算法进行对比。结果表明,相比于原始数据,小波变换后的光谱数据在Transformer模型上的准确率提升了3%,在30类病原菌分类任务中准确率达到了95.21%,在8类抗生素分类任务中准确率达到了99.2%,在几种对比算法中具有最高的分类精度,同时具有较高的召回率和F1分数。这项研究提高了细菌感染快速诊断的效率和准确性,为生物医学检测研究提供了一种新的工具。 展开更多

精准的光伏发电预测能为电网安全稳定运行提供保障。针对当前光伏预测算法预处理方法过于简单、周期规律识别效率不高等问题,提出一种基于奇异谱分析的Transformer神经网络光伏预测算法SSA-Trans。该算法在数据处理中引入奇异谱分析技术... 精准的光伏发电预测能为电网安全稳定运行提供保障。针对当前光伏预测算法预处理方法过于简单、周期规律识别效率不高等问题,提出一种基于奇异谱分析的Transformer神经网络光伏预测算法SSA-Trans。该算法在数据处理中引入奇异谱分析技术,在去除太阳辐照度时间序列中影响较大的噪声序列后进行重构,对重构后的序列建立Transformer网络预测模型,将序列的时间戳进行位置编码后与天气数据一同作为网络的特征输入。采用滑动窗口将划分好的数据输入到Transformer模型中进行训练,然后进行预测。在3个公开数据集上对所提算法与对照算法的预测性能进行比较,结果表明,所提算法的归一化平均绝对误差分别降低了约31.94%、20.37%和14.07%。同时,消融实验证实了奇异谱分析和滑动窗口技术的有效性。 展开更多

Traditional lapped transform domain excision techniques obtain good performance at the expense of increased processing delay. Extension of transform domain filtering techniques to the lapped biorthogonal transform domain can help solve the problem. By incorporating biorthogonality into the lapped transforms, more flexibility is obtained in the design of windows. Thus transform bases with better stopband attenuation can be generated by designing windows, but not by increasing the overlapping factor. In this paper, a new modulated lapped biorthogonal transform (MLBT) with optimized windows is introduced for efficient compression of multi-tone interfering signal energy. The bit error rate (BER) performance of the receiver employing the proposed MLBT excision technique is analyzed and compared with that of the lapped transform domain excision-based receivers. Simulation results demonstrate the improved performance and increased robustness of the proposed technique. 展开更多

The technique is based on adaptive biorthogonal local discrete cosine trans form (BLDCT). It uses a redundant library of biorthogonal local discrete cosine bases and an efficient concave cost function to match the transform basis to the interfering signal. The main advantage of the algorithm over conventional trans form domain excision algorithms is that the basis functions are not fixed but ca n be adapted to the time-frequency structure of the interfering signal. It is w e ll suited to transform domain compression and suppression of various types of in terference. Compared to the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) that provides logar ithmic division of the frequency bands, the adaptive BLDCT can provide more flex ible frequency resolution. Thus it is more insensitive to variations of jamming frequency. Simulation results demonstrate the improved bit error rate (BER) perf ormance and the increased robustness of the receiver. 展开更多

随着无线通信技术的迅速发展,电磁频谱资源日益紧张,高效的频谱感知和信号分类技术变得至关重要,如何实现智能频谱感知与分类识别是当前研究的热点方向。文中针对复杂电磁环境下如何提高信号分类性能,提出了一种基于特征融合Transforme... 随着无线通信技术的迅速发展,电磁频谱资源日益紧张,高效的频谱感知和信号分类技术变得至关重要,如何实现智能频谱感知与分类识别是当前研究的热点方向。文中针对复杂电磁环境下如何提高信号分类性能,提出了一种基于特征融合Transformer的频谱智能感知方法。该方法设计了特征融合层和改进的位置编码方案,通过优化Transformer架构,增强了模型对不同类型信号的识别能力。实验结果表明,改进模型的准确率表现出显著优势,分类准确率达到99.3%,较现有模型高出4.1个百分点。此外,在不同信噪比条件下,模型展现了卓越的抗噪性能,进一步证明了其在复杂电磁环境中的应用潜力和研究价值。 展开更多

Suspension roasting followed by magnetic separation is a promising method to upgrade oolitic hematite ore.An oolitic hematite ore was roasted using suspension roasting technology at different temperatures.The phase transformation for iron minerals was investigated by XRD and Mossbauer spectrum,and the characteristics of roasted product were analyzed by VSM and SEM-EDS.Results indicate that the magnetic concentrate is of 58.73% Fe with iron recovery of 83.96% at 650 °C.The hematite is rapidly transformed into magnetite during the roasting with transformation ratio of 92.75% at 650 °C.Roasting temperature has a significant influence on the phase transformation of hematite to magnetite.The transformation ratio increases with increased temperature.After roasting,the magnetic susceptibility is significantly improved,while iron ore microstructure is not altered significantly. 展开更多

Most image saliency detection models are dependent on prior knowledge and demand high computational cost. However, spectral residual(SR) and phase spectrum of the Fourier transform(PFT) models are simple and fast saliency detection approaches based on two-dimensional Fourier transform without the prior knowledge. For seismic data, the geological structure of the underground rock formation changes more obviously in the time direction. Therefore, one-dimensional Fourier transform is more suitable for seismic saliency detection. Fractional Fourier transform(FrFT) is an improved algorithm for Fourier transform, therefore we propose the seismic SR and PFT models in one-dimensional FrF T domain to obtain more detailed saliency maps. These two models use the amplitude and phase information in FrFT domain to construct the corresponding saliency maps in spatial domain. By means of these two models, several saliency maps at different fractional orders can be obtained for seismic attribute analysis. These saliency maps can characterize the detailed features and highlight the object areas, which is more conducive to determine the location of reservoirs. The performance of the proposed method is assessed on both simulated and real seismic data. The results indicate that our method is effective and convenient for seismic attribute extraction with good noise immunity. 展开更多

Microphone array-based sound source localization(SSL)is a challenging task in adverse acoustic scenarios.To address this,a novel SSL algorithm based on deep neural network(DNN)using steered response power-phase transform(SRP-PHAT)spatial spectrum as input feature is presented in this paper.Since the SRP-PHAT spatial power spectrum contains spatial location information,it is adopted as the input feature for sound source localization.DNN is exploited to extract the efficient location information from SRP-PHAT spatial power spectrum due to its advantage on extracting high-level features.SRP-PHAT at each steering position within a frame is arranged into a vector,which is treated as DNN input.A DNN model which can map the SRP-PHAT spatial spectrum to the azimuth of sound source is learned from the training signals.The azimuth of sound source is estimated through trained DNN model from the testing signals.Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm significantly improves localization performance whether the training and testing condition setup are the same or not,and is more robust to noise and reverberation. 展开更多

Compared with other time-frequency representations, the STLVT is able to achieve better energy concentration in the time-frequency domain for signals containing multiple linear and/or non-linear frequency modulated components. The merits of the STLVT are demonstrated in terms of the effects of window length and overlap length between adjacent segments on signal energy concentration in the time-frequency domain, and the required computational complexity. A novel communication receiver which uses lapped transform(LT) incorporating modified median filter(MMF) algorithm was designed for narrow band interference(NBI) excision.Comparing to traditional Fourier Transform,LT has longer basis vectors,less spectral leakage,thus better frequency resolution.The LT domain MMF algorithm takes full advantages of the direct sequence spread spectrum signal,as well as the characteristics of LT,performs the transform domain filtering twice.The first filtering locates the position of interference and mitigates most of them.The second filtering is performed in a small neighborhood of the located interference.So LT domain MMF algorithm can completely mitigate the interference without distorting the desired signal.The simulation results demonstrate the improved BER(Bit Error Rate)performance and increased robustness of our receiver. 展开更多

This papersolves it through decomposition of the power spectrum in multilayers using wavelet transform andextraction of the low frequency decomposition coefficient as the envelope information of the powerspectrum. Intelligent identification of the tool wear status is achieved in the drilling processthrough fusing the wavelet decomposition coefficient of the power spectrum by using a BP (BackPropagation) neural network. The experimental results show that the features of the power spectrumcan be extracted efficiently through this method, and the trained neural networks show highidentification precision and the ability of extension. 展开更多

The discrete Fourier transform(DFT) is used for fractional Brownian motion(FBM) surface synthesis in tribology(i.e., contact, sliding, and sealing, etc). However, the relationship between fractal parameters(fractal dimension and scale factor) and traditional parameters, the influence of fractal parameters on surface appearance, have not been deeply discussed yet. These lead to some kind of difficulty to ensure the synthesized surfaces with ideal fractal characteristic, required traditional parameters and geometric appearance. A quantitative relationship between fractal parameters and the root mean square deviation of surface (Sq) is derived based on the energy conservation property between the space and frequency domain of DFT. Under the stability assumption, the power spectrum of a FBM surface is composed of concentric circles strictly, a series of FBM surfaces with prescribed Sq could be synthesized with given fractal dimension, scale factor, and sampling numbers, but the ten-point height(Sz), the skewness(Ssk) and the kurtosis(Sku) are still in random, where the probability distributions of Sz and Ssk are approximately normal distribution. Furthermore, by iterative searching, a surface with desired Abbott-Firestone curve could be obtained among those surfaces. An intuitive explanation for the influence of fractal dimension and scale factor on surface appearance is obtained by discussing the effects on the ratio of energy between high and low frequency components. Based on the relationship between Sq and surface energy, a filtering method of surface with controllable Sq is proposed. The proposed research ensures the synthesized surfaces possess ideal FBM properties with prescribed Sq, offers a method for selecting desired Abbott-Firestone curve of synthesized fractal surfaces, and makes it possible to control the Sq of surfaces after filtering. 展开更多
